技术领域
本公开涉及直播技术领域,尤其涉及一种直播方法及装置。
背景技术
在游戏直播领域,用户可以通过在直播内观看游戏主播玩游戏,来学习一些游戏技巧,进而在直播结束后自己练习,以提高自身的游戏技术。
发明内容
本公开提供一种直播方法及装置,能够对用户进行针对性的指导,能够帮助用户更好的学习,提高了主播和观众之间的互动性。本公开的技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种直播方法,该方法包括:
在主播账号的直播间中展示目标业务的在线指导入口;
响应于对该在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,该在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导该目标业务;
响应于该主播账号同意该在线指导请求,录制终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据;
在该主播账号的直播间中,基于该视频数据,展示该终端当前的屏幕画面;
在该主播账号的直播间中,播放接收到的该主播账号的音频数据。
本公开实施例中,通过在直播间设置在线指导入口,使得直播间内的用户通过该在线指导入口,能够请求主播在线指导目标业务,进而在主播同意后,终端录制终端的屏幕画面,此时直播间开始展示该终端的屏幕画面,则主播通过观看该屏幕画面,根据用户的实际操作,来对其进行针对性的指导,能够帮助用户更好的学习,提高了主播和观众之间的互动性。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种直播方法,该方法包括:
接收主播账号的直播间内第一账号发送的在线指导请求,将该在线指导请求发送至该主播账号所在的终端,该在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导目标业务;
响应于该主播账号同意该在线指导请求,获取该第一账号的视频数据,该视频数据是录 制该第一账号所在终端的屏幕画面得到的;
将该视频数据发送至该主播账号所在的终端;
将接收到的该主播账号的音频数据发送至该第一账号所在的终端。

在一些实施例中,终端101为智能手机、智能手表、台式电脑、手提电脑、虚拟现实终端、增强现实终端、无线终端和膝上型便携计算机等设备中的至少一种。终端101具有通信功能,终端101泛指多个终端中的一个,本公开实施例仅以终端101来举例说明。本领域技术人员可以知晓,上述终端的数量能够更多或更少。在一些实施例中,终端101运行有具备直播功能的应用程序,用户通过该具备直播功能的应用程序,能够和其他用户进行视频交互、语音交互。
本公开实施例中,终端101包括第一终端1011和第二终端1012,第一终端1011为主播账号所在的终端,第二终端1012为第一账号所在的终端,也即是请求在线指导的用户账号所在的终端。其中,第一账号为观看直播间内容的用户所对应的账号,也即是观众账号,应理解地,该第一账号为主播账号的直播间内的任一观众账号。在线指导是指主播账号对第一账号进行特定业务的在线指导。例如,主播账号对第一账号的游戏在线指导,主播账号对第一账号的学习在线指导等。本公开实施例后续采用目标业务来表示主播账号在线指导的业务。
在一些实施例中,服务器102是独立的物理服务器,或者是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式文件系统,或者是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、内容分发网络(Content Delivery Network,CDN)、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。服务器102与终端101通过有线或无线通信方式进行直接或间接的连接,本公开实施例对此不作限定。在一些实施例中,上述服务器102的数量能够更多或更少,本公开实施例对此不加以限定。在一些实施例中,服务器102还包括其他功能服务器,以便提供更全面且多样化的服务。
本公开实施例中,服务器102是直播应用程序的后台服务器。服务器102接收到第一终端1011和第二终端1012的直播数据流后,将该直播数据流发送至直播间内的多个账号所在的终端。
本公开实施例提供的直播方法,由第一终端1011、第二终端1012和服务器102共同执行。相应过程为:主播在第一终端1011上进行操作,在直播应用程序中登录主播账号,点击直播应用程序界面中的开启直播按钮,创建主播账号的直播间。用户通过在第二终端1012上进行操作,在直播应用程序中登录第一账号,通过直播间搜索或直播间推荐的方式,进入该主播账号的直播间。直播间的界面上能够展示有目标业务的在线指导入口,在用户想要申请主播在线指导自己的情况下,在第二终端1012上进行操作,点击该在线指导入口,则触发第二终端1012向服务器102发送在线指导请求,服务器102在接收到在线指导请求后,将该在 线指导请求发送至第一终端1011,进而主播账号同意该在线指导请求后,利用本公开实施例提供的直播方法,主播能够在线指导用户的目标业务。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种直播方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法由终端执行,该终端具体是请求在线指导的用户账号(第一账号)所在的终端,包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,终端在主播账号的直播间中展示目标业务的在线指导入口。
在步骤202中,终端响应于对该在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,该在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导该目标业务。
在步骤203中,终端响应于该主播账号同意该在线指导请求,录制终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案,通过在直播间设置在线指导入口,使得直播间内的用户通过该在线指导入口,能够请求主播在线指导目标业务,进而在主播同意后,终端录制终端的屏幕画面,此时直播间开始展示该终端的屏幕画面,则主播通过观看该屏幕画面,根据用户的实际操作,来对其进行针对性的指导,能够帮助用户更好的学习,提高了主播和观众之间的互动性。

其中,第一终端用于表示主播账号所在的终端。直播数据流包含视频数据流和音频数据流。
在一些实施例中,主播在第一终端上进行操作,启动直播应用程序,在该直播应用程序中登录主播账号,该直播应用程序界面中展示有开启直播按钮。主播点击直播应用程序界面中的开启直播按钮,则第一终端响应于主播账号的直播间开启操作,创建主播账号的直播间,并获取主播账号的视频数据和音频数据,根据视频数据和音频数据,进行流媒体编码,生成该主播账号的直播数据流,再将该直播数据流发送至服务器。
基于直播内容的不同,第一终端所生成的直播数据流不同。下面对第一终端生成直播数据流的过程进行说明:
在一些实施例中,通过第一终端的摄像头,获取主播账号的第一视频数据,通过第一终端的麦克风,获取主播账号的第一音频数据,根据该第一视频数据和该第一音频数据,进行流媒体编码,生成主播账号的第一直播数据流。其中,第一视频数据为第一终端的摄像头所采集的画面数据,如人像画面。第一音频数据为第一终端的麦克风所采集的音频数据,如人声。第一终端的摄像头为内置摄像头或外部连接的摄像头,第一终端关联的麦克风为内置麦克风或外部连接的麦克风。在该过程中,通过与第一终端所关联的摄像头和麦克风,能够快速获取主播账号的直播数据,进而实现直播间内的快速推流,保证直播间的正常运行。
在又一些实施例中,第一终端录制该第一终端当前的屏幕画面,得到主播账号的第二视频数据,获取第一终端基于当前的屏幕画面所产生的第二音频数据,根据该第二视频数据和该第二音频数据,进行流媒体编码,生成主播账号的第二直播数据流。其中,第二视频数据为第一终端的屏幕画面数据,如游戏视频画面。第二音频数据为第一终端所产生的音频数据,如游戏声音。在该过程中,通过录制屏幕画面,来获取主播账号的直播数据,同样能够快速获取主播账号的直播数据,实现了屏幕画面的快速推流。
上述两种过程,分别是基于第一视频数据和第一音频数据,生成第一直播数据流的过程,以及基于第二视频数据和第二音频数据,生成第二直播数据流的过程。需要说明的是,第一终端还能够基于第一视频数据、第一音频数据、第二视频数据和第二音频数据,来生成第三直播数据流,也即是同时获取人像画面、人声、屏幕画面和终端声音,进而根据人像画面、人声、屏幕画面和终端声音,进行流媒体编码,生成第三直播数据流。例如,游戏主播在进行游戏直播时,在直播游戏视频画面的同时,也能直播自身的人像画面。本公开实施例对生成直播数据流的过程不作限定。
在步骤502中,第一终端向服务器发送主播账号的直播数据流。
在步骤503中,服务器接收主播账号的直播数据流,将该直播数据流发送至第二终端。
本公开实施例中,第二终端为第一账号所在的终端,也即是请求在线指导的用户账号所在的终端。应理解地,第二终端是主播账号的直播间内的任一个账号所在的终端。
应理解地,本公开实施例仅以第二终端为执行主体对方案进行说明,实际上,服务器在接收到主播账号的直播数据流后,将该直播数据流发送至直播间内多个账号所在的终端,进而该多个账号所在的终端接收到该直播数据流后,基于该直播数据流进行后续直播画面的展示过程。以第二账号为例,该第二账号为主播账号的直播间内除第一账号以外的任一个其他观众账号,服务器在接收到主播账号的直播数据流后,将该直播数据流发送至第二账号所在 的终端,以触发第二账号所在的终端展示直播间的直播画面。

上述实施例中,基于主播账号的直播内容的不同,所生成的直播数据流不同,进而直播间所展示的直播画面不同。本公开实施例对主播间所展示的直播画面不作限定。
在步骤505中,第一终端响应于对直播间中在线指导按钮的触发操作,向服务器发送启动消息,该在线指导按钮用于启动在线指导功能,该启动消息用于指示在线指导功能已启动。
本公开实施例中,在线指导是指主播账号对第一账号进行目标业务的在线指导。其中,目标业务用于表示主播账号在线指导的业务。在一些实施例中,目标业务为任一类型的业务,例如,游戏业务、授课业务等。
在一些实施例中,第一终端在该主播账号的直播间中展示在线指导按钮,该在线指导按钮用于启动在线指导功能,在主播想要开启对目标业务的在线指导功能的情况下,点击直播间界面中的在线指导按钮,则第一终端响应于主播账号对在线指导功能的启动操作,向服务 器发送启动消息。在该过程中,通过设置在线指导按钮,使得主播通过该在线指导按钮,就能够一键启动在线指导功能,提高了人机交互效率。
在另一些实施例中,在主播想要开启对目标业务的在线指导功能的情况下,点击直播间界面中的在线指导按钮,则第一终端响应于对该在线指导按钮的触发操作,在该直播间中,展示资源数量输入框,该资源数量输入框用于输入在线指导所需的资源数量。主播在第一终端上进行操作,在该资源数量输入框内输入资源数量,则第一终端响应于对该资源数量输入框的输入完成操作,获取资源数量输入框内包含的资源数量,生成携带该资源数量的启动消息,向服务器发送该启动消息。其中,资源数量是金额或虚拟金币。例如,目标业务为游戏业务,资源数量为10元,表示10元一局游戏。在该过程中,在该过程中,通过触发在线指导按钮,展示资源数量输入框,以便主播基于在该资源数量输入框中的操作,就能够设置在线指导所需的资源数量,在提高人机交互效率的同时,还增加了交互的灵活性。
上述过程是主播手动输入资源数量的过程。在另一些实施例中,资源数量还能够由技术人员预先设定,进而在主播启动在线指导功能时,能够获取到该在线指导功能对应的资源数量。
在步骤506中,服务器接收该启动消息,将该启动消息发送至第二终端。
在一些实施例中,服务器接收启动消息后,将该启动消息发送至直播间内多个账号所在的终端,进而该直播间内多个账号所在的终端接收到该启动消息后,以便该多个账号所在的终端进行后续展示在线指导入口的过程。

需要说明的是,步骤505至步骤507为可选步骤,在另一些实施例中,直播间内多个账号所在的终端的直播间界面上,展示有目标业务的在线指导入口,无需经主播的触发,即可实现对在线指导入口的展示。
在步骤508中,第二终端响应于对该在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,该在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导该目标业务。
在一些实施例中,在用户想要申请主播的在线指导的情况下,点击直播间中的在线指导入口,则第二终端响应于对该在线指导入口的点击操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,该在 线指导请求携带有第一账号的信息。例如,第一账号的信息为账号头像、账号ID(identification,身份标识号码)等。
在步骤509中,服务器接收第二终端发送的在线指导请求,将该在线指导请求发送至第一终端。
在步骤510中,第一终端接收该在线指导请求,在主播账号的直播间内,展示该在线指导请求的提示消息。

在步骤513中,第二终端接收该支付提示消息,在该直播间中展示支付提示消息。
在一些实施例中,第二终端接收到服务器发送的支付提示消息后,获取支付提示消息携带的资源数量,在主播账号的直播间内,展示支付提示消息,该支付提示消息包含有支付按钮和取消按钮。
应理解地,步骤512至步骤513中的支付提示消息,服务器仅发送至第二终端,不向直播间内其他账号发送,也即是仅有第二终端才展示该支付提示消息,而直播间内其他账号所在的终端均不展示该支付提示消息。
在步骤514中,第二终端响应于基于该支付提示消息的支付成功指令,录制第二终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据。
在一些实施例中,用户点击该支付提示消息中的支付按钮,则第二终端响应于用户的支付操作,拉起第三方支付平台,运行支付流程,用户完成支付,第二终端响应于基于该支付提示消息的支付成功指令,录制第二终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据,以进行后续向服务器推流的过程。
在上述过程中,通过展示支付提示消息,增加了直播间所展示的信息量,以便用户基于该支付提示消息触发终端执行后续获取视频数据的过程。
以目标业务为游戏业务为例,第二终端所录制的屏幕画面包括游戏视频画面。在一些实施例中,主播同意在线指导请求后,用户在第二终端上进行操作,启动游戏应用程序,则第二终端响应于对游戏应用程序的启动操作,展示该游戏应用程序的界面,相应地,终端所录制的屏幕画面包括该游戏应用程序的界面。在另一些实施例中,第二终端响应于主播同意在线指导请求,自动启动该游戏应用程序,展示该游戏应用程序的界面,相应地,第二终端所录制的屏幕画面包括该游戏应用程序的界面。如此,通过用户手动启动或终端自动启动游戏应用程序,均能够快速启动游戏应用程序,以便终端录制用户的游戏视频画面,再在直播间内展示该游戏视频画面,再进行后续游戏的在线指导。
在步骤515中,第二终端在该主播账号的直播间中,基于该视频数据,展示该终端当前的屏幕画面。
在一些实施例中,第二终端获取到视频数据后,能够根据该视频数据,在该主播账号的直播间中展示该终端当前的屏幕画面,无需等待服务器的推流即可展示。
在步骤516中,第二终端将该视频数据发送至该服务器。

需要说明的是,步骤515和步骤516无先后次序要求,也即是第二终端在获取到视频数据后,在直播间内展示屏幕画面的同时,向服务器发送该视频数据。

步骤517是向主播账号所在的终端(也即是第一终端)发送视频数据的过程,使得主播账号能够实时观看到第二终端的屏幕画面,也就能够实时观看到第一账号在该屏幕画面上的操作,以便进行后续的在线指导。在一些实施例中,服务器接收该视频数据后,将该视频数据发送至该直播间内多个账号所在的终端,则该直播间内多个账号所在的终端接收到该视频数据后,进行后续第二终端的屏幕画面的展示过程。以第二账号为例,服务器接收该视频数据后,将该视频数据发送至第二账号所在的终端,以触发该第二账号所在的终端展示第二终端的屏幕画面,如此,以便直播间内的其他观众账号也能够观看到第二终端的屏幕画面。
在步骤518中,第一终端接收该视频数据,在该直播间中,基于该视频数据,展示第二终端当前的屏幕画面。
在一些实施例中,服务器将该视频数据发送至该直播间内多个账号所在的终端后,第一终端能够接收到该视频数据,根据该视频数据,在直播间内展示第二终端当前的屏幕画面。
在步骤519中,第一终端获取主播账号的音频数据,将该音频数据发送至服务器。

步骤520是向第二终端发送主播账号的音频数据的过程。在一些实施例中,服务器接收到该主播账号的音频数据后,将该主播账号的音频数据发送至直播间内多个账号所在的终端,则直播间内多个账号所在的终端接收到该音频数据后,再进行后续音频数据的播放过程。以第二账号为例,服务器接收到该主播账号的音频数据后,将该主播账号的音频数据发送至第二账号所在的终端,以触发该第二账号所在的终端播放主播账号的音频数据,如此,以便直播间内的其他观众账号也能够获知主播账号的在线指导内容。
例如,以目标业务为游戏业务为例,此时第二终端的屏幕画面为游戏应用程序的游戏视频画面,同时直播间内也展示该游戏视频画面。在该用户玩游戏的过程中,直播间内主播账号和其他观众账号,均能够实时观看到该用户的游戏过程。进而,主播通过连麦的方式在线 指导用户的游戏过程,此时直播间的音频包括第一终端的麦克风声音(也即是主播音频)、第二终端的麦克风声音(也即是用户音频)和第二终端的设备音(也即是游戏声音)。
在步骤521中,第二终端接收主播账号的音频数据,在该主播账号的直播间中播放该音频数据。
上述步骤519至步骤521是对主播账号的音频数据推流的过程,在另一些实施例中,操作第二终端的用户讲话时,第二终端通过麦克风,获取该用户的音频数据,向服务器发送该用户的音频数据,则服务器接收到该用户的音频数据后,将该用户的音频数据发送至直播间内多个账号所在的终端,以实现对用户的音频数据的推流。
在另一些实施例中,第二终端响应于在线指导结束指令,将该直播间中所展示的屏幕画面,切换为该主播账号的直播画面,该在线指导结束指令用于指示该目标业务的在线指导已结束。其中,在线指导结束指令由操作第二终端的用户触发,或者由主播触发。应理解地,直播间内其他观众账号所在的终端以及第一终端响应于该在线指导结束指令,也将该直播间中所展示的屏幕画面,切换为该主播账号的直播画面。如此,在线指导结束后,将直播间的画面,从当前终端的屏幕画面自动切换为主播账号的直播画面,无需主播或用户自行切换画面,提高了人机交互效率。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案,通过在直播间设置在线指导入口,使得直播间内的用户通过该在线指导入口,能够请求主播在线指导目标业务,进而在主播同意后,终端录制终端的屏幕画面,此时直播间开始展示该终端的屏幕画面,则主播通过观看该屏幕画面,根据用户的实际操作,来对其进行针对性的指导,能够帮助用户更好的学习,提高了主播和观众的互动性。
图5对在线指导的直播过程进行了说明,在另一些实施例中,在线指导结束后,用户还能够对在线指导进行评分。图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种直播方法的流程图,该实施例以第二终端和服务器的交互过程为例,参见图6,该方法包括:
在步骤601中,第二终端响应于在线指导结束指令,在该直播间中展示在线指导评分面板,该在线指导评分面板用于获取在线指导的评分,该在线指导评分面板包括多个评分选项。

在另一些实施例中,第二终端响应于在线指导结束指令,在该直播间中展示在线指导评 分面板,该在线指导评分面板包括主播账号的信息和评分输入框,该评分输入框用于输入对本次在线指导的评分,则操作第二终端的用户在该评分输入框内,输入预设范围内的评分,如50,从而实现对主播这次的在线指导评分。其中,预设范围是指技术人员预先设定的评分范围,如0~100(分)。上述过程分别以评分选项和评分输入框为例,对方案进行说明,当然,还能够应用其他方式来展示评分。本公开实施例对如何展示评分的过程不作限定。
在步骤602中,第二终端响应于对该多个评分选项中任一个评分选项的选中操作,将该任一个评分选项对应的评分发送至该服务器。
在一些实施例中,第二终端响应于对该多个评分选项中任一个评分选项的选中操作,根据该任一个评分选项的选项标识以及选项标识和评分的对应关系,获取该任一个评分选项对应的评分,将该任一个评分选项对应的评分发送给服务器。
在另一些实施例中,第二终端响应于对评分输入框的输入完成指令,获取该评分输入框所包含的评分,将该评分发送至该服务器。
在上述实施例中,通过展示在线指导评分面板,使得用户通过该在线指导评分面板,就能够评论主播账号的在线指导,提高了人机交互效率。

在步骤604中,服务器基于该评分,对评分排行榜进行更新,得到更新后的评分排行榜,该评分排行榜包括该目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。
在一些实施例中,第二终端还能够展示该目标业务的评分排行榜,该评分排行榜包括该目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。例如,第二终端响应于用户对排行榜的查看指令,在直播间内或者在直播应用程序的界面上展示该目标业务的评分排行榜,则用户能够根据评分排行榜,选择评分高的主播对自己进行指导。另外,服务器还能够维护不同业务的评分排行榜,在接收到该评分后,记录用户的评分,进而按照不同的业务,展示对应的评分排行榜。
本公开实施例中,通过设置评分排行榜,增加了所展示的信息量,以便用户及时获知各个主播账号的在线指导评分,从而快速确定在线指导评分高的主播账号。

图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种终端1000的框图。在一些实施例中,该终端1000为智能手机、平板电脑、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、笔记本电脑或台式电脑。终端1000还可能被称为用户设备、便携式终端、膝上型终端、台式终端等其他名称。
通常,终端1000包括有:处理器1001和存储器1002。
在一些实施例中,处理器1001包括一个或多个处理核心,比如4核心处理器、8核心处理器等。处理器1001采用DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)、PLA(Programmable Logic Array,可编程逻辑阵列)中的至少一种硬件形式来实现。在一些实施例中,处理器1001还包括主处理器和协处理器,主处理器是用于在唤醒状态下处理数据的处理器,也称CPU(Central Processing Unit, 中央处理器);协处理器是用于在待机状态下处理数据的低功耗处理器。在一些实施例中,处理器1001集成有GPU(Graphics Processing Unit,图像处理器),GPU用于负责显示屏所需要显示的内容的渲染和绘制。在一些实施例中,处理器1001还包括AI(Artificial Intelligence,人工智能)处理器,该AI处理器用于处理有关机器学习的计算操作。
在一些实施例中,存储器1002包括一个或多个计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质是非暂态的,或者,该计算机可读存储介质为其他类型,本公开的实施例对此不加以限定。在一些实施例中,存储器1002还包括高速随机存取存储器,以及非易失性存储器,比如一个或多个磁盘存储设备、闪存存储设备。在一些实施例中,存储器1002中的非暂态的计算机可读存储介质用于存储至少一个指令,该至少一个指令用于被处理器1001所执行以实现本公开中方法实施例提供的直播方法中第一终端或第二终端执行的过程。
在一些实施例中,终端1000还包括有:外围设备接口1003和至少一个外围设备。处理器1001、存储器1002和外围设备接口1003之间通过总线或信号线相连。各个外围设备通过总线、信号线或电路板与外围设备接口1003相连。在一些实施例中,外围设备包括:射频电路1004、显示屏1005、摄像头组件1006、音频电路1007、定位组件1008和电源1009中的至少一种。
外围设备接口1003被用于将I/O(Input/Output,输入/输出)相关的至少一个外围设备连接到处理器1001和存储器1002。在一些实施例中,处理器1001、存储器1002和外围设备接口1003被集成在同一芯片或电路板上;在一些其他实施例中,处理器1001、存储器1002和外围设备接口1003中的任意一个或两个在单独的芯片或电路板上实现,本公开实施例对此不加以限定。
射频电路1004用于接收和发射RF(Radio Frequency,射频)信号,也称电磁信号。射频电路1004通过电磁信号与通信网络以及其他通信设备进行通信。射频电路1004将电信号转换为电磁信号进行发送,或者,将接收到的电磁信号转换为电信号。在一些实施例中,射频电路1004包括:天线系统、RF收发器、一个或多个放大器、调谐器、振荡器、数字信号处理器、编解码芯片组、用户身份模块卡等等。射频电路1004通过至少一种无线通信协议来与其它终端进行通信。该无线通信协议包括但不限于:城域网、各代移动通信网络(2G、3G、4G及5G)、无线局域网和/或WiFi(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)网络。在一些实施例中,射频电路1004还包括NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通信)有关的电路,本公开对此不加以限定。
显示屏1005用于显示UI(User Interface,用户界面)。在一些实施例中,该UI包括图形、文本、图标、视频及其它们的任意组合。在显示屏1005是触摸显示屏的情况下,显示屏 1005还具有采集在显示屏1005的表面或表面上方的触摸信号的能力。在一些实施例中,该触摸信号作为控制信号输入至处理器1001进行处理。此时,显示屏1005还用于提供虚拟按钮和/或虚拟键盘,也称软按钮和/或软键盘。在一些实施例中,显示屏1005为一个,设置在终端1000的前面板;在另一些实施例中,显示屏1005为至少两个,分别设置在终端1000的不同表面或呈折叠设计;在另一些实施例中,显示屏1005是柔性显示屏,设置在终端1000的弯曲表面上或折叠面上。甚至,显示屏1005还设置成非矩形的不规则图形,也即异形屏。在一些实施例中,显示屏1005采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示屏)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等材质制备。
摄像头组件1006用于采集图像或视频。在一些实施例中,摄像头组件1006包括前置摄像头和后置摄像头。通常,前置摄像头设置在终端的前面板,后置摄像头设置在终端的背面。在一些实施例中,后置摄像头为至少两个,分别为主摄像头、景深摄像头、广角摄像头、长焦摄像头中的任意一种,以实现主摄像头和景深摄像头融合实现背景虚化功能、主摄像头和广角摄像头融合实现全景拍摄以及VR(Virtual Reality,虚拟现实)拍摄功能或者其它融合拍摄功能。在一些实施例中,摄像头组件1006还包括闪光灯。例如,闪光灯是单色温闪光灯,或者闪光灯是双色温闪光灯。双色温闪光灯是指暖光闪光灯和冷光闪光灯的组合,用于不同色温下的光线补偿。
音频电路1007包括麦克风和扬声器。麦克风用于采集用户及环境的声波,并将声波转换为电信号输入至处理器1001进行处理,或者输入至射频电路1004以实现语音通信。在一些实施例中,麦克风为多个,分别设置在终端1000的不同部位,能够达到立体声采集或降噪的目的。在一些实施例中,麦克风是阵列麦克风或全向采集型麦克风。扬声器则用于将来自处理器1001或射频电路1004的电信号转换为声波。例如,扬声器是传统的薄膜扬声器,或者是压电陶瓷扬声器。在扬声器是压电陶瓷扬声器的情况下,不仅能够将电信号转换为人类可听见的声波,还能够将电信号转换为人类听不见的声波以进行测距等用途。在一些实施例中,音频电路1007还包括耳机插孔。
定位组件1008用于定位终端1000的当前地理位置,以实现导航或LBS(Location Based Service,基于位置的服务)。在一些实施例中,定位组件1008是基于美国的GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)、中国的北斗系统、俄罗斯的格雷纳斯系统或欧盟的伽利略系统的定位组件。
电源1009用于为终端1000中的各个组件进行供电。在一些实施例中,电源1009是交流电、直流电、一次性电池或可充电电池。在电源1009包括可充电电池的情况下,该可充电电池支持有线充电或无线充电。进一步地,该可充电电池还用于支持快充技术。
在一些实施例中,终端1000还包括有一个或多个传感器1010。该一个或多个传感器1010包括但不限于:加速度传感器1011、陀螺仪传感器1012、压力传感器1013、指纹传感器1014、光学传感器1015以及接近传感器1016。
加速度传感器1011能够检测以终端1000建立的坐标系的三个坐标轴上的加速度大小。比如,加速度传感器1011用于检测重力加速度在三个坐标轴上的分量。处理器1001能够根据加速度传感器1011采集的重力加速度信号,控制显示屏1005以横向视图或纵向视图进行用户界面的显示。加速度传感器1011还用于游戏或者用户的运动数据的采集。
陀螺仪传感器1012能够检测终端1000的机体方向及转动角度,陀螺仪传感器1012能够与加速度传感器1011协同采集用户对终端1000的3D动作。处理器1001根据陀螺仪传感器1012采集的数据,能够实现如下功能:动作感应(比如根据用户的倾斜操作来改变UI)、拍摄时的图像稳定、游戏控制以及惯性导航。
压力传感器1013设置在终端1000的侧边框和/或显示屏1005的下层。在压力传感器1013设置在终端1000的侧边框的情况下,检测用户对终端1000的握持信号,由处理器1001根据压力传感器1013采集的握持信号进行左右手识别或快捷操作。在压力传感器1013设置在显示屏1005的下层的情况下,由处理器1001根据用户对显示屏1005的压力操作,实现对UI界面上的可操作性控件进行控制。可操作性控件包括按钮控件、滚动条控件、图标控件、菜单控件中的至少一种。
指纹传感器1014用于采集用户的指纹,由处理器1001根据指纹传感器1014采集到的指纹识别用户的身份,或者,由指纹传感器1014根据采集到的指纹识别用户的身份。在识别出用户的身份为可信身份时,由处理器1001授权该用户执行相关的敏感操作,该敏感操作包括解锁屏幕、查看加密信息、下载软件、支付及更改设置等。在一些实施例中,指纹传感器1014被设置在终端1000的正面、背面或侧面。在终端1000上设置有物理按键或厂商Logo的情况下,指纹传感器1014与物理按键或厂商Logo集成在一起。
光学传感器1015用于采集环境光强度。在一个实施例中,处理器1001根据光学传感器1015采集的环境光强度,控制显示屏1005的显示亮度。在一些实施例中,在环境光强度较高的情况下,调高显示屏1005的显示亮度;在环境光强度较低的情况下,调低显示屏1005的显示亮度。在另一个实施例中,处理器1001还根据光学传感器1015采集的环境光强度,动态调整摄像头组件1006的拍摄参数。
接近传感器1016,也称距离传感器,通常设置在终端1000的前面板。接近传感器1016用于采集用户与终端1000的正面之间的距离。在一个实施例中,在接近传感器1016检测到用户与终端1000的正面之间的距离逐渐变小的情况下,由处理器1001控制显示屏1005从亮 屏状态切换为息屏状态;在接近传感器1016检测到用户与终端1000的正面之间的距离逐渐变大的情况下,由处理器1001控制显示屏1005从息屏状态切换为亮屏状态。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图10中示出的结构并不构成对终端1000的限定,能够包括比图示更多或更少的组件,或者组合某些组件,或者采用不同的组件布置。
图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种服务器的框图,该服务器1100可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异。在一些实施例中,服务器1100包括一个或多个处理器(Central Processing Units,CPU)1101和一个或多个的存储器1102,其中,该一个或多个存储器1102中存储有至少一条程序代码,该至少一条程序代码由该一个或多个处理器1101加载并执行以实现上述各个方法实施例提供的直播方法中服务器执行的过程。在一些实施例中,该服务器1100还具有有线或无线网络接口、键盘以及输入输出接口等部件,以便进行输入输出,该服务器1100还包括其他用于实现设备功能的部件,在此不做赘述。

接收对本次游戏在线指导的评分;
基于该评分,对评分排行榜进行更新,得到更新后的评分排行榜,该评分排行榜包括该目标业务对应的多个主播账号的评分。
在示例性实施例中,提供了一种直播方法,包括:
响应于主播账号的直播间内任一账号的在线指导请求,在该直播间内,展示该在线指导请求的提示消息,该在线指导请求用于请求主播账号对目标业务的在线指导;
若检测到对该提示消息的同意操作,向服务器发送同意消息,该同意消息用于指示该主播账号同意该在线指导请求;
若接收到该任一账号的视频数据,基于该视频数据,展示该任一账号所在终端当前的屏幕画面,该视频数据基于对该任一账号所在终端的屏幕画面的录制得到;
获取该主播账号的音频数据,将该音频数据发送至该服务器。
在一些实施例中,该方法还包括:
在该主播账号的直播间中展示在线指导按钮,该在线指导按钮用于启动在线指导功能;
若检测到对该在线指导按钮的触发操作,向该服务器发送在线指导功能启动消息,该在线指导功能启动消息用于指示在线指导功能已启动。
在一些实施例中,该方法还包括:
若检测到对该在线指导按钮的触发操作,在该直播间中展示资源数量输入框,该资源数量输入框用于输入该在线指导所需的资源数量;
若检测到对该资源数量输入框的输入完成操作,获取该资源数量输入框包含的资源数量;
向该服务器发送携带该资源数量的在线指导功能启动消息。

Claims (39)

  1. 一种直播方法,包括:
    在主播账号的直播间中展示目标业务的在线指导入口;
    响应于对所述在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导所述目标业务;
    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,录制终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据;
    在所述主播账号的直播间中,基于所述视频数据,展示所述终端当前的屏幕画面;
    在所述主播账号的直播间中,播放接收到的所述主播账号的音频数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的直播方法,还包括:
    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,在所述直播间中展示支付提示消息,所述支付提示消息用于提示发起所述在线指导请求所需支付的资源数量;
    响应于基于所述支付提示消息的支付成功指令,执行获取所述视频数据的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的直播方法,还包括:
    在所述主播账号的直播间中,展示所述主播账号的直播画面;
    响应于在线指导结束指令,将所述直播间中所展示的屏幕画面,切换为所述主播账号的直播画面,所述在线指导结束指令用于指示所述目标业务的在线指导已结束。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的直播方法,还包括:
    响应于在线指导结束指令,在所述直播间中展示在线指导评分面板,所述在线指导结束指令用于指示所述目标业务的在线指导已结束,所述在线指导评分面板用于获取在线指导的评分,所述在线指导评分面板包括多个评分选项;
    响应于对所述多个评分选项中任一个评分选项的选中操作,将所述任一个评分选项对应的评分发送至所述服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的直播方法,还包括:
    展示所述目标业务的评分排行榜,所述评分排行榜包括所述目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。
  6. 一种直播方法,包括:
    接收主播账号的直播间内第一账号发送的在线指导请求,将所述在线指导请求发送至所述主播账号所在的终端,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导目标业务;
    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,获取所述第一账号的视频数据,所述视频数据是录制所述第一账号所在终端的屏幕画面得到的;
    将所述视频数据发送至所述主播账号所在的终端;
    将接收到的所述主播账号的音频数据发送至所述第一账号所在的终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的直播方法,还包括:
    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,向所述第一账号所在的终端发送支付提示消息,所述支付提示消息用于提示发起所述在线指导请求所需支付的资源数量。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的直播方法,还包括:
    接收在线指导的评分;
    基于所述评分,对评分排行榜进行更新,得到更新后的评分排行榜,所述评分排行榜包括所述目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。
  9. 一种直播方法,包括:
    响应于主播账号的直播间内第一账号的在线指导请求,在所述直播间内,展示所述在线指导请求的提示消息,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导目标业务;
    响应于对所述提示消息的同意操作,向服务器发送同意消息,所述同意消息用于指示所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求;
    响应于接收到所述第一账号的视频数据,基于所述视频数据,展示所述第一账号所在终端当前的屏幕画面,所述视频数据是录制所述第一账号所在终端的屏幕画面得到的;
    将所述主播账号的音频数据发送至所述服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的直播方法,还包括:
    在所述主播账号的直播间中展示在线指导按钮,所述在线指导按钮用于启动在线指导功能;
    响应于对所述在线指导按钮的触发操作,向所述服务器发送启动消息,所述启动消息用于指示在线指导功能已启动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的直播方法,还包括:
    响应于对所述在线指导按钮的触发操作,在所述直播间中展示资源数量输入框,所述资源数量输入框用于输入所述在线指导所需的资源数量;
    响应于对所述资源数量输入框的输入完成操作,获取所述资源数量输入框包含的资源数量;
    向所述服务器发送携带所述资源数量的启动消息。
  12. 一种直播装置,包括:
    入口展示单元,被配置为在主播账号的直播间中展示目标业务的在线指导入口;
    发送单元,被配置为响应于对所述在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导所述目标业务;
    录制单元,被配置为响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,录制终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据;
    画面展示单元,被配置为在所述主播账号的直播间中,基于所述视频数据,展示所述终端当前的屏幕画面;
    播放单元,被配置为在所述主播账号的直播间中,播放接收到的所述主播账号的音频数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的直播装置,还包括:
    消息展示单元,被配置为响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,在所述直播间中展示支付提示消息,所述支付提示消息用于提示发起所述在线指导请求所需支付的资源数量;
    所述录制单元,还被配置为响应于基于所述支付提示消息的支付成功指令,执行获取所述视频数据的步骤。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的直播装置,还包括:
    所述画面展示单元,还被配置为在所述主播账号的直播间中,展示所述主播账号的直播画面;
    切换单元,被配置为响应于在线指导结束指令,将所述直播间中所展示的屏幕画面,切换为所述主播账号的直播画面,所述在线指导结束指令用于指示所述目标业务的在线指导已结束。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的直播装置,还包括:
    面板展示单元,被配置为响应于在线指导结束指令,在所述直播间中展示在线指导评分面板,所述在线指导结束指令用于指示所述目标业务的在线指导已结束,所述在线指导评分面板用于获取在线指导的评分,所述在线指导评分面板包括多个评分选项;
    所述发送单元,还被配置为响应于对所述多个评分选项中任一个评分选项的选中操作,将所述任一个评分选项对应的评分发送至所述服务器。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的直播装置,还包括:
    排行榜展示单元,被配置为展示所述目标业务的评分排行榜,所述评分排行榜包括所述目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。
  17. 一种直播装置,包括:
    接收单元,被配置为接收主播账号的直播间内第一账号发送的在线指导请求,将所述在线指导请求发送至所述主播账号所在的终端,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导目标业务;
    获取单元,被配置为响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,获取所述第一账号的视频数据,所述视频数据是录制所述第一账号所在终端的屏幕画面得到的;
    视频数据发送单元,被配置为将所述视频数据发送至所述主播账号所在的终端;
    音频数据发送单元,被配置为将接收到的所述主播账号的音频数据发送至所述第一账号所在的终端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的直播装置,还包括消息发送单元,被配置为响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,向所述第一账号所在的终端发送支付提示消息,所述支付提示消息用于提示发起所述在线指导请求所需支付的资源数量。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的直播装置,还包括:
    所述接收单元,还被配置为接收在线指导的评分;
    更新单元,被配置为基于所述评分,对评分排行榜进行更新,得到更新后的评分排行榜,所述评分排行榜包括所述目标业务对应的多个主播账号的在线指导评分。
  20. 一种直播装置,包括:
    消息展示单元,被配置为响应于主播账号的直播间内第一账号的在线指导请求,在所述直播间内,展示所述在线指导请求的提示消息,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导目标业务;
    发送单元,被配置为响应于对所述提示消息的同意操作,向服务器发送同意消息,所述同意消息用于指示所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求;
    画面展示单元,被配置为响应于接收到所述第一账号的视频数据,基于所述视频数据,展示所述第一账号所在终端当前的屏幕画面,所述视频数据是录制所述第一账号所在终端的屏幕画面得到的;
    所述发送单元,还被配置为将所述主播账号的音频数据发送至所述服务器。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的直播装置,还包括:
    按钮展示单元,被配置为在所述主播账号的直播间中展示在线指导按钮,所述在线指导按钮用于启动在线指导功能;
    所述发送单元,还被配置为响应于对所述在线指导按钮的触发操作,向所述服务器发送启动消息,所述启动消息用于指示在线指导功能已启动。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的直播装置,还包括:
    输入框展示单元,被配置为响应于对所述在线指导按钮的触发操作,在所述直播间中展示资源数量输入框,所述资源数量输入框用于输入所述在线指导所需的资源数量;
    获取单元,被配置为响应于对所述资源数量输入框的输入完成操作,获取所述资源数量输入框包含的资源数量;
    所述发送单元,还被配置为向所述服务器发送携带所述资源数量的启动消息。
  23. 一种终端,其中,所述终端包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行程序代码的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述程序代码,实现以下步骤:
    在主播账号的直播间中展示目标业务的在线指导入口;
    响应于对所述在线指导入口的触发操作,向服务器发送在线指导请求,所述在线指导请求用于请求主播账号在线指导所述目标业务;
    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,录制终端当前的屏幕画面,得到视频数据;
    在所述主播账号的直播间中,基于所述视频数据,展示所述终端当前的屏幕画面;
    在所述主播账号的直播间中,播放接收到的所述主播账号的音频数据。

    响应于所述主播账号同意所述在线指导请求,在所述直播间中展示支付提示消息,所述支付提示消息用于提示发起所述在线指导请求所需支付的资源数量;

    响应于对所述多个评分选项中任一个评分选项的选中操作,将所述任一个评分选项对应的评分发送至所述服务器。

    一个或多个处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行程序代码的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述程序代码,实现以下步骤:

    接收在线指导的评分;

    一个或多个处理器;
