Description

一种螺母除锈装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及零部件除锈技术领域,特别涉及一种螺母除锈装置。
背景技术
母又称为螺母,是一种固定用工具,其中心有孔,孔的内侧有螺纹。螺母经常与大小相合的螺丝共用,以固定有关的接合部分。如果震动等环境因素令螺母松脱,可使用胶水或别针等工具进一步为有关部份加固。螺母多呈六角形,其次为正方形。在螺母用久了后容易生锈,生锈会对机械运行产生影响,因此需要对其进行除锈工作,目前一般采用人工除锈,在面对大批量的螺母除锈时,工作量巨大并且劳动强度高,人工无法应对。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种螺母除锈装置,以克服现有技术中的不足;
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出以下技术方案:
一种螺母除锈装置,包括除锈装置主体、除锈套筒、分流块、驱动电机、螺母安装杆及除锈液喷头,所述防锈套筒设于除锈装置主体内部,所述防锈套筒内侧壁连接有刷毛,钢丝材质的刷毛充分对螺母主体侧壁进行除锈,所述除锈套筒外侧壁底部连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆末端固定连接于分流块侧壁,分流块可将清理下来的铁锈以及除锈液导入到除锈装置主体内底部,所述分流块底部通过转轴连接于驱动电机,所述驱动电机固定连接于除锈装置主体内底面,所述螺母安装杆设于除锈套筒正上方,所述螺母安装杆顶部连接有限位板,所述限位板顶部连接有横杆,所述横杆两端安装有滑块,所述滑块滑动连接于导轨杆,所述导轨杆固定连接于除锈装置主体内壁,所述除锈液喷头设于除锈套筒一侧,所述除锈喷头通过导水管连接有水泵,所述水泵安装在储液箱顶部;
可选的,所述螺母安装杆开设有外螺纹,用于安装螺母;
可选的,所述除锈喷头朝向螺母安装杆,便于在除锈作业前进行除锈液喷洒;
可选的,所述储液箱内部存储有除锈液并通过水泵抽取输送;
可选的,所述分流块顶部为圆锥状,可将清理下来的铁锈以及除锈液导入到除锈装置主体内底部;
可选的,所述分流块侧壁共环绕分布有四个支撑杆;
有益效果:本实用新型采用在除锈装置主体内部设置除锈套筒,通过螺母安装杆对螺母固定并放入设有刷毛的除锈套筒中进行除锈,并且除锈前对螺母进行除锈液喷洒,增加除锈效果,在面对大批量螺母时自动化的除锈过程大大节省人力并且提高工作效率,值得推广。

如图1-2所示,本装置包括除锈装置主体1、除锈套筒2、分流块4、驱动电机6、螺母安装杆8及除锈液喷头13,所述防锈套筒2设于除锈装置主体1内部,所述防锈套筒2内侧壁连接有刷毛3,钢丝材质的刷毛充分对螺母主体侧壁进行除锈,所述除锈套筒2外侧壁底部连接有支撑杆5,所述支撑杆5末端固定连接于分流块4侧壁,分流块可将清理下来的铁锈以及除锈液导入到除锈装置主体内底部,所述分流块4底部通过转轴7连接于驱动电机6,所述驱动电机6固定连接于除锈装置主体1内底面,所述螺母安装杆8设于除锈套筒2正上方,所述螺母安装杆8顶部连接有限位板9,所述限位板9顶部连接有横杆10,所述横杆10两端安装有滑块11,所述滑块11滑动连接于导轨杆12,所述导轨杆12固定连接于除锈装置主体1内壁,所述除锈液喷头13设于除锈套筒2一侧,所述除锈喷头13通过导水管连接有水泵14,所述水泵14安装在储液箱15顶部;所述螺母安装杆8开设有外螺纹,用于安装螺母;所述除锈喷头13朝向螺母安装杆8,便于在除锈作业前进行除锈液喷洒;所述储液箱15内部存储有除锈液并通过水泵14抽取输送;所述分流块4顶部为圆锥状,可将清理下来的铁锈以及除锈液导入到除锈装置主体内底部;所述分流块4侧壁共环绕分布有四个支撑杆5。
工作原理:使用本装置进行螺母除锈时,首先通过横杆10两端的滑块11在导轨杆12上高度进行调整,然后将所需除锈的螺母螺纹连接在螺母安装杆8上,直至其顶到限位板9,然后开启水泵14从储液箱15中抽取除锈液并通过除锈液喷头13进行喷洒,将除锈液喷洒到螺母上,接着将横杆10下降使螺母伸入到除锈套筒2中,接着开启驱动电机6通过转轴7驱动分流块4转动,此时除锈套筒2在支撑杆5的连接下跟随分流块4转动,除锈套筒2内部的刷毛3对螺母进行旋转刷动除锈,清理掉的铁锈以及流下来的除 锈液落到分流块4上然后导入到除锈装置主体1内底部。

  1. 一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:包括除锈装置主体(1)、除锈套筒(2)、分流块(4)、驱动电机(6)、螺母安装杆(8)及除锈液喷头(13),所述防锈套筒(2)设于除锈装置主体(1)内部,所述防锈套筒(2)内侧壁连接有刷毛(3),所述除锈套筒(2)外侧壁底部连接有支撑杆(5),所述支撑杆(5)末端固定连接于分流块(4)侧壁,所述分流块(4)底部通过转轴(7)连接于驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)固定连接于除锈装置主体(1)内底面,所述螺母安装杆(8)设于除锈套筒(2)正上方,所述螺母安装杆(8)顶部连接有限位板(9),所述限位板(9)顶部连接有横杆(10),所述横杆(10)两端安装有滑块(11),所述滑块(11)滑动连接于导轨杆(12),所述导轨杆(12)固定连接于除锈装置主体(1)内壁,所述除锈液喷头(13)设于除锈套筒(2)一侧,所述除锈喷头(13)通过导水管连接有水泵(14),所述水泵(14)安装在储液箱(15)顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:所述螺母安装杆(8)开设有外螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:所述除锈喷头(13)朝向螺母安装杆(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:所述储液箱(15)内部存储有除锈液并通过水泵(14)抽取输送。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:所述分流块(4)顶部为圆锥状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺母除锈装置,其特征在于:所述分流块(4)侧壁共环绕分布有四个支撑杆(5)。
