现有的滚珠滑轨,如公告号为CN103096756B公开的一种抽拉导向装置,其内滑轨由沿长度方向平行的滚珠支撑于至少一根外滑轨内,而该滚珠由滚珠保持架限位于外滑轨的长度范围内并且在外滑轨截面内该滚珠由滚珠保持架定位在外滑轨的内角端。通常情况下,此种结构可以使得滚珠很好地在外滑轨截面内的径向保持很好的一个稳定的作用,因而目前的这种滚珠滑轨多用于家具、家用电器的大容量抽屉或拉篮上,如冰箱、烤箱、洗碗机、家具的大容量抽屉或在容量拉篮上,以保证抽屉、拉篮的打开或闭合的稳定性。但是,在实际应用中,当使用者使用带有这种滚珠滑轨的家具、家用电器时,用力过大时,容易使得滚珠自所述内滑轨脱落,即容易直接将带有该滚珠的抽屉或拉篮抽离出固定有外轨道的家电家具的柜体,使得拉篮或抽屉掉落,或者往里将带有滚珠的抽屉或拉篮推入固定有外轨道的家电家具的柜体的内部,发生拉篮或抽屉的卡死。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的滚珠滑轨,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供适应安装空间较小的隐藏式滑轨的安装空间要求的且滚珠不易脱落的滚珠滑轨。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种滚珠滑轨,包括两个外滑轨、位于所述外滑轨内的内滑轨、两个滚珠保持架及可滚动地定位于所述滚珠保持架上并支撑于所述内滑轨与所述外滑轨之间的滚珠排,所述内滑轨包括两个端部及一连接两个所述端部的连接部,所述滚珠排位于所述内滑轨的所述端部与所述外滑轨之间,所述外滑轨沿一打开方向和一推入方向带动所述滚珠排转动,所述内滑轨的每一所述端部具有一自由端,至少一个所述端部的所述自由端形成一朝向所述外滑轨方向延伸的翘起部,所述翘起部具有支撑其中一所述滚珠排的呈弧面的支撑轮廓,所述支撑轮廓于朝向所述打开方向或推入方向的末端位置处朝向所述其中一滚珠排的中心线方向凸起形成一挡部,所述挡部沿所述打开方向或推入方向挡止所述滚珠排。
进一步,所述翘起部的背离所述支撑轮廓的一侧面与所述内滑轨的连接壁之间形成一夹角区域以形成一加工空间。
进一步,所述挡部为自所述翘起部被朝向所述其中一滚珠排的中心线方向冲压形成。
进一步,所述挡部为冲压形成的一片状结构,其末端形成一弯芽,所述弯芽与所述翘起部分离设置。
进一步,所述挡部朝所述滚珠排弧形弯折,所述挡部的朝向所述中一滚珠排的壁面是弧面。
进一步,所述外滑轨包括一底壁及沿所述底壁宽度方向的两侧一体延伸形成的沿与所述宽度方向垂直的竖直方向设置的长壁部和短壁部,所述 其中一滚珠排接触所述短壁部的内侧面,所述内滑轨的所述端部的靠近所述短壁部的一第一侧面设置抵持所述其中一滚珠排的第三弧形部,所述翘起部形成所述第三弧形部的一部分。
进一步,所述滚珠排还包括接触所述长壁部的内侧面且抵持于所述端部的与所述第一侧面相对的一第二侧面的第一滚珠排和第二滚珠排,所述其中一滚珠排为第三滚珠排。
进一步,所述第三滚珠排在所述竖直方向位于所述第一滚珠排及第二滚珠排之间,所述内滑轨的所述端部的所述第二侧面设置抵持所述第一滚珠排的第一弧形部及抵持所述第二滚珠排的第二弧形部,所述第三弧形部在所述竖直方向上位于所述第一滚珠排及第二滚珠排之间,且相对第一滚珠排与第二滚珠排的中心连线的对称轴对称设置。
进一步,所述内滑轨包括连接所述第二弧形部及第三弧形部的第二凸部,所述第二凸部为将所述第一弧形部和第三弧形部之间的部分折叠弯折并朝向第三弧形部的方向倾斜辊压形成,所述第二凸部的靠近所述第三滚珠排的一侧面形成所述第三弧形部的一部分。
进一步,所述外滑轨还包括位于所述短壁部的具有弧形的内部轮廓的弧形支撑部,所述弧形支撑部与所述第三弧形部从所述宽度方向的两侧共同夹持所述第三滚珠排。
进一步,所述第三弧形部的末端与所述短壁部的末端设有一开口,所述滚珠保持架的一自由端自所述开口伸出。
本发明中的滚珠滑轨,通过在内滑轨的端部的自由端设置翘起部及位于所述翘起部上挡止所述滚珠排的挡部,使得当作用在所述滚珠滑轨的外力过大时,滚珠排不至于自滚珠滑轨脱落,有效地保证了该滚珠滑轨的正常使用。

具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或组件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以下,将结合图1至图8介绍本发明的滚珠滑轨100。
所述滚珠滑轨100包括两个外滑轨1、位于所述外滑轨1内的内滑轨2、位于所述外滑轨1和内滑轨2之间的两个滚珠保持架4及可滚动的定位于所述滚珠保持架4上并支撑于所述内滑轨2与所述外滑轨1之间的滚珠排3。
在本实施方式中,外滑轨1设置有两个,分别为第一外滑轨11及与所述第一外滑轨11对称设置的第二外滑轨12。其中第一外滑轨11通过固定 支架5固定于家具或家电的柜体,第二外滑轨12固装于抽屉外侧壁上。所述外滑轨1沿一打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)带动所述滚珠排3转动,如图5至图7所示。所述打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)指的是外滑轨1固定的抽屉的打开方向或推入方向,同样也为滚珠排3的运动方向。请参照图1至图f8所示,所述第一外滑轨11及所述第二外滑轨12的结构相同,以所述第二外滑轨12为例。所述外滑轨1包括与所述固定支架5固定的底壁13及沿所述底壁13宽度方向W-W的两侧一体延伸形成的与所述宽度方向垂直的竖直方向Z-Z设置的长壁部14和短壁部15。所述外滑轨1还包括形成于所述长壁部14末端的具有弧形的内部轮廓的第一支撑部141、设置于所述短壁部15末端的具有弧形的内部轮廓的第二支撑部151、对应所述第一支撑部141在竖直方向设置于所述长壁部14的顶部的第一角部16及对应所述第二支撑部151在竖直方向设置于所述短壁部15的顶部的第二角部17。所述短壁部15还包括位于所述第二支撑部151末端的尾部152及位于短壁部15的对应所述滚珠排3设置的具有弧形的内部轮廓的弧形支撑部153。
所述内滑轨2包括两个端部,即对应所述第一外滑轨11内的第一端部21及对应所述第二外滑轨12内的第二端部22,及一连接所述第一端部21及第二端部22的连接部23。所述内滑轨2的每一所述端部21,22具有一自由端,即所述第一端部21具有一自由端,所述第二端部22亦具有一自由端。其中至少一个所述端部的所述自由端形成一朝向所述外滑轨1方向延伸的翘起部291,所述翘起部291具有支撑其中一滚珠排3的呈弧面的支撑轮廓2911。所述支撑轮廓2911于朝向所述打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)的末端位置(即滚珠排3运动方向的终端)处朝向所述其中一滚珠排3的中心线方向(也即第三滚珠排33的滚珠中心点的连线方向)凸起形成一挡部264,这里所述的其中一滚珠排即为第三滚珠排33。 所述挡部264沿所述打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)挡止所述第三滚珠排33。在本实施方式中,所述挡部264设置于所述第一端部21的翘起部291在打开方向X-Y(A方向)的末端的第一挡部2641和设置于第二端部22的翘起部291在推入方向Y-X(B方向)的末端的第二挡部2642,所述第一挡部2641和第二挡部2642并不设置于同一端部上,且所述第一端部2641和所述第二端部2642在打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)上对称设置。所述翘起部291的背离所述支撑轮廓2911的一侧面与所述内滑轨2的所述连接壁23之间形成一夹角区域以形成一加工空间S。所述加工空间S是为了在冲压成型所述挡部264时预留位置。所述挡部264为自所述翘起部291被朝向所述其中一滚珠排3的中心线方向冲压形成。所述挡部264为冲压成型的一片状结构,其末端形成一弯芽2643,所述弯芽2643与所述翘起部291分离设置。所述挡部264朝所述滚珠排3弧形弯折,所述挡部264的朝向所述滚珠排3的壁面是弧面。
所述内滑轨2的所述端部21/22的靠近所述短壁部15的一第一侧面设置抵持所述第三滚珠排33的第三弧形部26、位于所述端部21/22的与所述第一侧面相对设置的第二侧面设置的抵持所述第一滚珠排31的第一弧形部24及抵持所述第二滚珠排32的第二弧形部25。所述第三弧形部26在所述竖直方向上位于所述第一滚珠排31及第二滚珠排32之间,且相对第一滚珠排31与第二滚珠排32的中心连线的对称轴D-D对称设置。所述翘起部291形成为所述第三弧形部26的一部分。所述内滑轨2包括连接所述第二弧形部25及第三弧形部26的第二凸部28、连接所述第一弧形部24及第二弧形部25的第一凸部27。所述第一凸部27为将所述第一弧形部24和第二弧形部25之间的部分折叠弯折形成。所述第一凸部27位于所述第一滚珠排31及所述第二滚珠排32之间,所述第一凸部27与所述第一连接部45在宽度方向间隔设置,所述第一凸部27面向所述第一连接部45设置平面 部271。所述平面部271辊压成型为平面以让位所述滚珠保持架4。所述第二凸部28为将所述第一弧形部24和第三弧形部26之间的部分折叠弯折并朝向第三弧形部26的方向倾斜辊压形成,所述第二凸部28的靠近所述第三滚珠排的一侧面形成所述第三弧形部26的一部分。所述第三弧形部26与所述弧形支撑部153从所述宽度方向W-W的两侧共同夹持所述第三滚珠排33。所述第三弧形部26的末端261与所述短壁部15的末端设有一开口262以供所述滚珠保持架4的自由端伸出。所述连接壁23倾斜设置以合理配置第一外滑轨11和第二外滑轨12的所述长壁部14及所述短壁部15于一侧的错开配置,进而尽可能的缩小滚珠滑轨100的一高度方向的尺寸。所述第一端部21与所述第二端部22的结构相同,且呈中心对称分布。
所述滚珠排3位于所述内滑轨2的所述端部与所述外滑轨1之间。在本实施方式中,滚珠排3具有三排滚珠,在其他实施方式中,滚珠排3的数量可以为两排、三排或者四排,具体的,第三滚珠排33限定为靠近内滑轨2的自由端处的一排滚珠。
所述其中第三滚珠排33接触所述短壁部15的内侧面。所述滚珠3包括接触所述长壁部14的内侧面的抵持于所述端部21/22的与所述第一侧面相对的一第二侧面的第一滚珠排31和第二滚珠排32及接触所述短壁部15的内侧面的且在竖直方向位于所述第一滚珠排31和第二滚珠排32之间的第三滚珠排33。在本实施方式中,设置了三排滚珠排,而其他实施方式中,滚珠排的数量不做限制,只要在内滑轨的打开方向或推入方向,即滚珠排的运动方向的内滑轨2的一自由末端设置下文所述的挡部264,即可达到与本实施方式同样的技术效果,既可以实现挡止滚珠排,又可以简化挡止部的形成容易,在自由端实现挡部264的冲压,可以冲压单层内滑轨的料厚,即可完成挡部264的成型。若无自由端的翘起设置,则加工区域S处,内滑轨2的自由端部与连接部贴合,无法实现单层料厚的加工。
请参照图1至图8所示,所述滚珠保持架4具有两个,且分别对应所述第一外滑轨11及所述第二外滑轨12设置。所述滚珠保持架4匹配所述滚珠排设置对应的槽面,每个所述槽面间隔设置有定位容纳并限位所述滚珠排3的孔槽48。所述滚珠保持架4固持于所述内滑轨2上。如果滚珠滑轨100是应用在微波炉等耐热或者苛刻环境下,所述滚珠保持架4为钢制材料制成,若滚珠滑轨100是应用在抽屉家具等环境,所述滚珠保持架4’为塑料材质制成。所述滚珠保持架4包括保持所述第一滚珠排31的第一保持部41、对应所述第二角部17设置的第二保持部42、保持所述第二滚珠排32的第三保持部43及对应所述短壁部15设置用以定位第三滚珠排33的第四保持部44。所述第四保持部44设置为沿所述垂直方向平直延伸。所述第一保持部41对应所述第一角部16设置,所述第三保持部43对应所述第一支撑部41设置,所述第四保持部44对应所述第二支撑部151设置。所述滚珠保持架4还包括连接所述第一保持部41及所述第三保持部43的沿竖直方向设置的第一连接部45、连接所述第一保持部41及所述第二保持部42的沿所述滚珠滑轨100的宽度方向设置的第二连接部46及连接所述第二保持部42及所述第四保持部44的沿竖直方向设置的第三连接部47。所述第一连接部45为沿所述垂直方向平直延伸,所述长壁部14对应所述第一连接部45的部分沿所述垂直方向平直延伸。所述第一连接部45、第二连接部46及第三连接部47上对应设置有固定所述滚珠3的孔槽48。
所述第三弧形部26在所述宽度方向W-W设有底侧面263及内侧面265,所述内侧面265与第三滚珠排33单点接触,所述底侧面263超过所述滚珠滑轨100的所述内滑轨2的在所述宽度方向的中心轴C-C。所述内滑轨2为中心对称设置,其具有一中心点,并于所述外滑轨1上的所述竖直方向对应设置一点d,中心点及d在所述竖直方向Z-Z上位于同一直线上,连接该两点即为前文所述的中心轴C-C。所述第三弧形部26的所述底侧面263向 所述第一凸部27压入,使得所述第三弧形部26的底侧面263超过所述中心轴C-C的另一侧,尽可能的压缩滚珠滑轨的厚度,并尽可能是的所述长壁部14紧凑设置。
所述内滑轨2于所述第三弧形部26位于滚珠滑轨100的抽拉方向的末端设有用于固持挡止所述滚珠3并防止所述滚珠3脱离所述内滑轨2的挡部264。所述挡部264位于所述第三弧形部26的翘起部291位于打开方向X-Y(A方向)或推入方向Y-X(B方向)的滚珠排3运动方向的末端。所述挡部264朝向所述第三滚珠排33弧形翘起,所述挡部264的弧形弧度小于所述第三弧形部26其他部分的弧形弧度。在本实施方式中,以图7为例,所述第二挡部2642位于下方的所述第一端部21上,且在图7中,在下方的第一外滑轨11内的所述滚珠排3自所述第一端部21的里侧由内向外滚动,即为打开方向滚动,故所述第二挡部2642设置于如图所示的第一端部21的第三弧形部26外侧的翘起部291上。对应的,所述第一挡部2641位于上方的所述第二端部22上,且在图7中,在上方的第二外滑轨12内的所述滚珠排3自所述第二端部22的外侧由外向内滚动,即推入方向Y-X(B方向),请参照图5所述,图5中的方向与图7中的方向里外颠倒,故在图5中,位于上方的滚珠3亦是从图面中的第二端部22的里侧由内向外滚动,故第一挡部2641设置于如图5所示的第二端部22的第三弧形部26的外侧的翘起部291上。而第一挡部2642与第二挡部2642在沿滚珠3滑动的方向上时相对设置的,都是位于所述滚珠3滑动方向的末端。
本发明中通过第三弧形部26与弧形支撑部151从所述宽度方向共同固持所述第三滚珠排33,防止第三滚珠排33从宽度方向自所述内滑轨2脱落;同时所述挡部264的所述弯芽2643朝向所述第三滚珠排33支撑挡止设置,弧形支撑部151的末端也是朝向所述第三滚珠排33呈弧形设置,可以从所述竖直方向固持所述第三滚珠排33;同时在内滑轨2的打开方向或推入方 向的末端(第三滚珠排运动方向的末端)设置挡部264,从打开方向或推入方向挡止所述第三滚珠排33,使得所述第三滚珠排33不易从所述内滑轨2的打开方向或推入方向掉落,从而共同在三个方向固持所述第三滚珠排33,从而实现第三滚珠排33更好地固持于所述内滑轨2与外滑轨1之间,防止滚珠排在滚动过程中自所述内滑轨2脱落,有效地保证了该滚珠滑轨的正常使用。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种滚珠滑轨,包括两个外滑轨(1)、位于所述外滑轨(1)内的内滑轨(2)、两个滚珠保持架(4)及可滚动地定位于所述滚珠保持架(4)上并支撑于所述内滑轨与所述外滑轨之间的滚珠排(3),所述内滑轨(2)包括两个端部及一连接两个所述端部的连接部(23),所述滚珠排(3)位于所述内滑轨(2)的所述端部与所述外滑轨之间,所述外滑轨(1)沿一打开方向和一推入方向带动所述滚珠排(3)转动,其特征在于:所述内滑轨(2)的每一所述端部具有一自由端,至少一个所述端部的所述自由端形成一朝向所述外滑轨方向延伸的翘起部(291),所述翘起部(291)具有支撑其中一所述滚珠排(3)的呈弧面的支撑轮廓(2911),所述支撑轮廓(2911)于朝向所述打开方向或推入方向的末端位置处朝向所述其中一滚珠排的中心线方向凸起形成一挡部(264),所述挡部(264)沿所述打开方向或推入方向挡止所述滚珠排(3)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述翘起部(291)的背离所述支撑轮廓(2911)的一侧面与所述内滑轨(2)的连接壁(23)之间形成一夹角区域以形成一加工空间(S)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述挡部(264)为自所述翘起部(291)被朝向所述其中一滚珠排的中心线方向冲压形成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述挡部(264)为冲压形成的一片状结构,其末端形成一弯芽(2643),所述弯芽(2643)与所述翘起部(291)分离设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述挡部(264)朝所述滚珠排(3)弧形弯折,所述挡部(264)的朝向所述中一滚珠排(3)的壁面是弧面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述外滑轨(1)包括一底壁(13)及沿所述底壁(13)宽度方向的两侧一体延伸形成的沿与所述宽度方向垂直的竖直方向设置的长壁部(14)和短壁部(15),所述其中一滚珠排(3)接触所述短壁部(15)的内侧面,所述内滑轨(2)的所述端部的靠近所述短壁部(15)的一第一侧面设置抵持所述其中一滚珠排(3)的第三弧形部(26),所述翘起部(291)形成所述第三弧形部(26)的一部分。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述滚珠排(3)还包括接触所述长壁部(14)的内侧面且抵持于所述端部的与所述第一侧面相对的一第二侧面的第一滚珠排(31)和第二滚珠排(32),所述其中一滚珠排(3)为第三滚珠排(33)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述第三滚珠排(33)在所述竖直方向位于所述第一滚珠排(31)及第二滚珠排(32)之间,所述内滑轨(2)的所述端部的所述第二侧面设置抵持所述第一滚珠排(31)的第一弧形部(24)及抵持所述第二滚珠排(32)的第二弧形部(25),所述第三弧形部(26)在所述竖直方向上位于所述第一滚珠排(31)及第二滚珠排(32)之间,且相对第一滚珠排(31)与第二滚珠排(32)的中心连线的对称轴对称设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述内滑轨(2)包括连接所述第二弧形部(25)及第三弧形部(26)的第二凸部(28),所述第二凸部(28)为将所述第一弧形部(24)和第三弧形部(26)之间的部分折叠弯折并朝向第三弧形部(26)的方向倾斜辊压形成,所述第二凸部(28)的靠近所述第三滚珠排(33)的一侧面形成所述第三弧形部(26)的一部分。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述外滑轨(1)还包括位于所述短壁部(15)的具有弧形的内部轮廓的弧形支撑部(153),所述弧形支撑部(153)与所述第三弧形部(26)从所述宽度方向的两侧共同夹持所述第三滚珠排(33)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的滚珠滑轨,其特征在于:所述第三弧形部(26)的末端与所述短壁部(15)的末端设有一开口(262),所述滚珠保持架(4)的一自由端自所述开口(262)伸出。
