- the automatic response process is a process in which the server 11 presents an appropriate answer or question to the root issue posted by the owner and leads to the solution of the root issue.
- step S1 the UI control unit 131 accepts the posting of the root issue.
- the owner inputs a route issue using the user terminal 12 by the method described above.
- the communication unit 209 of the user terminal 12 transmits data including the input route issue to the server 11 under the control of the communication control unit 232.
- the communication unit 107 of the server 11 receives the data including the route issue input by the owner under the control of the communication control unit 135.
- the communication unit 107 supplies the received data to the CPU 101.
- step S2 the response unit 133 determines whether or not there is a similar route issue in the past. Specifically, the response unit 133 searches for a root issue similar to the posted root issue (hereinafter referred to as a similar issue) in the thread DB stored in the DB 104.
- a similar issue a root issue similar to the posted root issue (hereinafter referred to as a similar issue) in the thread DB stored in the DB 104.
- the search method for similar issues is not particularly limited. For example, similar issues are searched by extracting keywords from each route issue posted in the past and comparing the keywords.
- step S3 If the response unit 133 determines that a similar issue exists as a result of the search, the process proceeds to step S3.
- step S3 the response unit 133 determines whether or not the route issue can be resolved immediately.
- the response unit 133 is based on at least one of the characteristics of a similar issue and the characteristics of the owner, and whether or not it is a root issue that can be resolved immediately, in other words, without posting a related question. Determine if it is a resolvable route issue.
- the response unit 133 determines whether or not the root issue can be resolved immediately based on the resolution rate of similar issues.
- the resolution rate of similar issues is the ratio of the number of root issues that have been resolved at the present time to the total number of similar issues. For example, when the resolution rate of similar issues is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value, the response unit 133 determines that the root issue can be resolved immediately. On the other hand, when the resolution rate of similar issues is less than a predetermined threshold value, the response unit 133 determines that the root issue cannot be resolved immediately.
- the response unit 133 determines whether or not the root issue can be resolved immediately based on the characteristics of the tree diagram of the thread including the resolved similar issue. For example, the response unit 133 has an average number of nodes in the tree diagram of threads containing similar issues that have been resolved (hereinafter referred to as an average number of resolved questions) and an average value of the depth of the tree diagram (hereinafter referred to as an average resolved question). Calculate the depth).
- the response unit 133 determines that the root issue can be resolved immediately.
- the response unit 133 determines that the root issue cannot be resolved immediately when the average number of resolved questions is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when the number of questions until a similar issue is resolved is large.
- the response unit 133 determines that the root issue can be resolved immediately when the average resolution question depth is less than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when it is not necessary to dig deep into the question before a similar issue is resolved.
- the response unit 133 determines that the root issue cannot be resolved immediately when the average resolution question depth is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when it is necessary to dig deeper into the question before a similar issue is resolved.
- the response unit 133 determines whether or not the root issue can be resolved immediately based on the time series information of the thread of the similar issue that has been resolved. For example, the response unit 133 calculates an average value (hereinafter, referred to as an average resolution time) of the time required to resolve similar issues that have been resolved. The response unit 133 determines that the root issue can be resolved immediately when the average resolution time is less than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when the time until the similar issue is resolved is short. On the other hand, the response unit 133 determines that the root issue cannot be resolved immediately when the average resolution time is equal to or longer than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when the time until the similar issue is resolved is long.
- a predetermined threshold value that is, when the time until the similar issue is resolved is long.
- the response unit 133 calculates the average number of resolved questions, the average resolution question depth, and the average resolution time of the resolved route issues among the route issues posted by the owner.
- the response unit 133 has a resolution rate, an average number of resolution questions, an average resolution question depth, or an average of the above-mentioned similar issues based on at least one of the average number of resolution questions, the average resolution question depth, and the average resolution time. Adjust the threshold value used for the resolution time determination process.
- the response unit 133 can resolve the root issue immediately.
- the threshold value is adjusted so that it can be easily determined to be.
- the response unit 133 is a root issue that can be solved immediately. Adjust the threshold so that it is difficult to determine that there is.
- response unit 133 can quickly resolve a root issue if the calculated average number of resolved questions depth is less than a predetermined threshold, that is, if the owner tends to resolve the root issue before digging deep into the question.
- the threshold value is adjusted so that it can be easily determined to be.
- the response unit 133 is a root issue that can be solved immediately when the calculated average number of solved questions is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when the owner tends not to solve the root issue until the question is dug deep. Adjust the threshold so that it is difficult to determine.
- the response unit 133 is likely to determine that the root issue can be resolved immediately. Adjust the threshold so that On the other hand, when the calculated average resolution time is equal to or longer than a predetermined threshold value, that is, when the owner tends not to resolve the root issue in a short time, the response unit 133 is unlikely to be determined to be a root issue that can be resolved immediately. Adjust the threshold so that
- step S4 the process proceeds to step S4.
- step S3 if it is determined in step S2 that there is no similar route issue in the past, the process of step S3 is skipped and the process proceeds to step S4.
- step S4 the server 11 posts a related question.
- the response unit 133 is a thread containing the characteristics of the question (hereinafter referred to as the attention question) for which a new related question is posted, the characteristics of the answer to the attention question, the characteristics of the question related to the attention question, and similar issues. Controls the posting of related questions based on at least one of the characteristics of the owner, the characteristics of the thread including the root issue posted by the owner in the past, the characteristics of the owner, and the like.
- the response unit 133 selects a noteworthy question. For example, the response unit 133 selects the root issue as the attention question when only the root issue has been posted in the thread to be processed (hereinafter referred to as the current thread). On the other hand, when a related question other than the root issue is posted, the response unit 133 selects the attention question from the root issue and the related question.
- the response unit 133 selects a noteworthy question based on the characteristics of the tree diagram of the thread containing the resolved similar issue.
- the response unit 133 selects a question of interest so that the tree diagram of the current root issue expands horizontally when the tree diagram of similar issues that have been resolved tends to expand horizontally. That is, the response unit 133 selects the attention question so that the range of questions for the current route issue is widened.
- the response unit 133 selects the attention question so that the tree diagram of the current root issue extends vertically when the tree diagram of the resolved similar issues tends to extend vertically. That is, the response unit 133 selects the attention question so as to dig deeper into the question for the current route issue.
- the response unit 133 selects the attention question according to the order in which the tree diagram of the resolved similar issues branches.
- the response unit 133 selects a noteworthy question based on the characteristics of the tree diagram of the thread including the resolved root issue among the root issues posted by the owner in the past.
- the response unit 133 selects the attention question so that the current route issue tree diagram expands horizontally. That is, the response unit 133 selects the attention question so that the range of questions for the current route issue is widened.
- the response unit 133 selects the attention question so that the current root issue tree diagram grows vertically. That is, the response unit 133 selects the attention question so as to dig deeper into the question for the current route issue.
- the response unit 133 selects the attention question according to the order in which the owner's resolved root issue tree diagram branches.
- the response unit 133 generates a related question for the attention question.
- response unit 133 may include features of the attention question, characteristics of the answer to the attention question, characteristics of the question related to the attention question, characteristics of the thread including similar issues, characteristics of the thread including the root issue of the past owner, and the characteristics of the owner. Generate related questions based on at least one of the features and the like.
- the response unit 133 asks the related question based on the question of the parent node and the question of the child node of the tree diagram including the similar question. To generate. For example, if it is based on the question of the parent node of a similar question, it is easy to generate a question that abstracts the attention question. On the other hand, for example, when it is based on a question of a child node of a similar question, a question embodying the attention question is likely to be generated.
- the response unit 133 is based on the other question, the question of the parent node of the other question, and the question of the child node of the other question, if there is another question associated with the attention question by the anchor function. And generate related questions.
- the learning unit 132 performs natural language processing of questions posted in the past, and classifies the types of each question into either 5W1H (Who, When, Where, What, Why, How) or closed questions. Further, the learning unit 132 learns the tendency of the types of questions posted for each question for each type of question. That is, the learning unit 132 learns the tendency of the types of questions posted for each of the 5W1H (Who, When, Where, What, Why, How) and the closed question.
- the response unit 133 sets the type of related question to be posted based on the learning result and the type of the attention question. This facilitates the generation of related questions that are more likely to be posted for the type of attention question.
- the response unit 133 extracts a keyword from the attention question and estimates the attribute (for example, genre, etc.) of the attention question based on the extracted keyword.
- the response unit 133 generates a related question based on the attribute of the attention question.
- the response unit 133 when the owner's answer to the attention question is posted, the response unit 133 generates a related question based on the owner's answer. For example, the response unit 133 generates a related question related to the owner's answer content.
- the learning unit 132 learns the characteristics of the answers to the owner's related questions.
