Description

一种多功能锅 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨具,更具体地,涉及一种多功能锅。
背景技术
现在的消费者普遍追求健康营养的烹饪方式以及色、香、味俱全的食物效果。压力烹饪通过提高锅内压力而提高烹饪温度,从而缩短了食物的烹饪时间,使得营养成分较大限度地得到保留。但是经过压力烹饪后,食物的表面颜色和口感可能会达不到部分消费者理想的酥香可口的状态,若能再利用空气炸锅的快速烘烤功能进行二次烹饪,那么食物就能真正做到既健康营养,又色、香、味俱全,这样的产品必定会深受消费者喜爱,市场潜力巨大。现有市面上的压力锅只具备压力烹饪的功能,同样地空气炸锅也只具备热空气烹饪食物的功能,目前只有为数不多的产品能兼具压力锅与空气炸锅两者的烹饪功能,但要么是以空气炸锅为主体,另外配一个压力锅头盖使用,如中国专利公开号为CN209826275U的一种空气炸锅和压力锅组合的两用锅;要么是使用两种可更换的配件装在锅盖上以分别实现压力锅和空气炸锅功能,如中国专利公开号为CN210961465U的一种设在电压力锅上的空气炸锅头。以上两种方式都不可避免地增加了材料成本、包装成本及增加了操作的复杂性。
另外,因为空气炸锅的风力组件的电机轴套与内顶盖之间存在间隙,压力烹饪与空气炸锅功能集成于一体还存在密封性的问题,当使用压力烹饪功能的时候,会由于密封性的问题影响烹饪效果。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有的问题,提供一种多功能锅。
在本技术方案中,提供了一种多功能锅,包括压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件,所述上盖组件设有发热组件、风力组件以及控制上盖组件是否密封盖合于锅体的内顶盖,所述风力组件设有用于将经发热组件加热后的热风吹入锅体内进行烹饪的主风扇,所述主风扇设于内顶盖的上方且设于发热组件 上方。
本发明通过包括压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件,所述上盖组件设有发热组件、风力组件以及控制上盖组件是否密封盖合于锅体的内顶盖的设置,利用压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件形成了压力烹饪模式,结合发热组件、风力组件的空气炸锅模式,利用内顶盖的作用,来对多功能锅内部的密封性进行转换,从而实现了压力烹饪与空气炸锅功能相互转换,实现一锅多用,且简化了结构,避免双盖,降低了成本。另外,通过所述主风扇设于内顶盖的上方且设于发热组件上方的设置,避免主风扇位于内顶盖的下方,在进行压力烹饪模式时,由于电机轴套与内顶盖之间存在间隙,影响内顶盖的整体的密封,从而影响上盖组件盖合于锅体的密封性,影响压力烹饪效果。
优选地,所述内顶盖上设有用于主风扇的空气吹入的第一进风口和热空气流出的第一出风口。这样设置是为了在空气炸锅模式下通过主风扇的第一进风口以及第一出风口的设置,形成热空气流通,从而有效的进行空气炸锅的烹饪。
优选地,所述第一进风口位于内顶盖的顶部,第一出风口位于内顶盖的侧面;或所述第一进风口位于内顶盖的顶部或侧面的中央位置,第一出风口位于内顶盖的顶部或侧面的外围位置。需要说明的是,这些第一进风口以及第一出风口位置的设定只是优选,并不是限制性的规定,其他位置的设定也是可行的。
优选地,所述风力组件还包括提供动力的电机和用于将外界冷空气吸入进行空气流通从而对上盖组件中元器件降温的散热风扇,所述散热风扇、主风扇顺次连接于电机的输出轴的轴套两端。这样设置是为了在空气炸锅烹饪模式时,通过散热风扇可将外界冷空气吸入降低电机以及内顶盖的表面的温度,避免由于温度过高,烧毁电机以及损坏内顶盖,提高上盖组件的使用寿命。需要说明的是,发热组件一般设置在内顶盖的下方,发热组件优选为发热丝,当然这些设置只是优选,并不是限制性的规定。
本发明还提供一种多功能锅,包括压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件,所述上盖组件设有发热组件、风力组件以及控制上盖组件是否密封盖合于锅体的内顶盖,所述风力组件设有用于将经发热组件加热后的热风吹入锅体内进行烹饪的主风扇,所述主风扇设于内顶盖的下方且设于发热组件上方。

优选地,所述内顶盖上设有用于与外界空气流通的第一开口和用于控制第一开口是否封闭的控制构件。第一开口的设置是在空气炸锅烹饪模式下,便于空气的流通,同时也便于食物被加热后产生的水蒸气通过第一开口排放出去,有利于食物表面产生酥脆的效果,提高烹饪效果。控制构件的设置是为了通过对第一开口的封闭或打开,适应两种烹饪模式,当压力烹饪模式下,就封闭第一开口;当空气炸锅也就是烘烤烹饪模式下,打开第一开口。
优选地,所述控制构件包括用于封闭第一开口的活动阀门组件和用于驱动活动阀门组件运动从而盖合或开启第一开口的驱动组件,所述活动阀门组件位于内顶盖内侧的第一开口位置处,所述驱动组件穿过第一开口与活动阀门组件连接。这样设置是为了通过驱动组件的作用,促使活动阀门组件运动,从而完成对第一开口的封闭或打开,实现上盖组件与压力锅的锅体空间的封闭或非封闭状态,以适应压力烹饪模式也就是压力锅模式以及烘烤烹饪模式也就是空气炸锅模式的需要。通过所述活动阀门组件位于内顶盖内侧的第一开口位置处,所述驱动组件穿过第一开口与活动阀门组件连接的设置,使得向前推动活动阀门组件就可以打开第一开口,向后拉动活动阀门组件,活动阀门组件盖设于第一开口处,就可以封闭第一开口。当然需要说明的是,这种打开或封闭第一开口的方式只是优选,并不是限制性的规定,其他类似的结构设计只要能够实现这种效果也是可行的。
优选地,所述活动阀门组件包括阀门体和阀门密封圈,所述阀门密封圈套置于阀门体上,所述驱动组件包括驱动杆、拉钉,所述驱动杆及拉钉活动穿过第一开口且均与阀门体连接。这样设置是提供一种封闭第一开口的活动阀门组 件以及驱动活动阀门组件的驱动组件。需要说明的是,这种结构只是优选,并不是限制性的规定。驱动杆、拉钉共同的设置,是为了便于提供平衡的拉力,从而更好地实现相应的运动,避免发生倾斜。
优选地,所述上盖组件还设有内扣盖,所述内扣盖转动套设于内顶盖的外侧,所述内扣盖上设有用于推动驱动杆运动从而打开第一开口的挡板,所述驱动杆顶部为倾斜部;所述驱动杆与拉钉与第一开口位置之间设有用于拉动驱动杆和拉钉复位从而封闭第一开口的复位弹簧。通过所述上盖组件还设有内扣盖,所述内扣盖转动套设于内顶盖的外侧,所述内扣盖上设有用于推动驱动杆运动从而打开第一开口的挡板,所述驱动杆顶部为倾斜部的设置,提供一种通过转动内扣盖,实现内扣盖与内顶盖相对位置的变动,当挡板触碰到驱动杆顶部时,就会推动驱动杆运动,从而推动活动阀门组件也就是阀门体和阀门密封圈整体的运动,从而打开第一开口。当没有挡板施加作用力时,复位弹簧就会提供恢复力,使得驱动杆和拉钉共同往回运动,从而拉动活动阀门组件运动至盖设于第一开口的位置处,从而封闭第一开口结构。
优选地,所述内顶盖的下方设有隔离罩和锅盖密封圈组件。隔离罩的设置可以避免在压力烹饪模式下锅体内压力直接施加于电机上,减少电机轴的承压问题,提高电机的使用寿命,从而整体提高上盖组件的使用寿命;同时由于隔离罩的设置也可解决电机轴套与内顶盖之间的间隙,从而提高密封性;当然这种设置主要是解决主风扇位于内顶盖下方时轴承与轴承套间隙影响多功能锅压力烹饪的密封问题。同时也可以减少烹饪时的食物污染电机等元器件,也可以提高清洁的便利性。优选地,隔离罩一般设置于主风扇和发热组件的下方,当然也可以设置主风扇和发热组件之间,这些不同的位置需要设置相应的通道便于热空气流通即可。一般情况下,这种隔离罩与锅盖密封圈组件设为可拆卸结构,当然也可以选择固定结构,可根据具体情况进行选择。另外,锅盖密封圈组件的设置起到密封锅体内的内锅与内顶盖的作用。一般设置于内顶盖下方盖合于锅体的内锅的盖合位置处。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:
本发明通过包括压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件,所述上盖组件设有发热组件、风力组件以及控制上盖组件是否密封盖合于锅体的内顶盖的设 置,利用压力锅的锅体和盖合于锅体上的上盖组件形成了压力烹饪模式,结合发热组件、风力组件的空气炸锅模式,利用内顶盖的作用,来对多功能锅内部的密封性进行转换,从而实现了压力烹饪与空气炸锅功能相互转换,实现一锅多用,且简化了结构,避免双盖,降低了成本。另外,通过所述主风扇设于内顶盖的上方且设于发热组件上方的设置,避免主风扇位于内顶盖的下方,在进行压力烹饪模式时,由于电机轴套与内顶盖之间存在间隙,影响内顶盖的整体的密封,从而影响上盖组件盖合于锅体的密封性,影响压力烹饪效果。同时还提供另外一种多功能锅,通过所述主风扇设于内顶盖的下方且设于发热组件上方的设置,可以便于主风扇近距离将发热组件的加热后的热空气有效的吹入锅体内同时促进热空气的循环,有效地进行食物的烘烤烹饪。

实施例一
如图1至图13所示为本发明一种多功能锅的第一实施例,包括压力锅的锅体1和盖合于锅体1上的上盖组件2,上盖组件2设有发热组件21、风力组件22以及控制上盖组件2是否密封盖合于锅体1的内顶盖23,风力组件22设有用于将经发热组件21加热后的热风吹入锅体1内进行烹饪的主风扇221,主风扇221设于内顶盖23的上方且设于发热组件21上方。
其中,内顶盖23上设有用于主风扇221的空气吹入的第一进风口和热空气流出的第一出风口。这样设置是为了在空气炸锅模式下通过主风扇的第一进风口以及第一出风口的设置,形成热空气流通,从而有效的进行空气炸锅的烹饪。需要说明的是,第一进风口和第一出风口也可以重合,只要内部有完整的风道流通系统,能完成相应的工作模式的空气流通的效果即可。
需要说明的是,利用内顶盖23的作用,来对多功能锅内部的密封性进行转换,从而实现了压力烹饪与空气炸锅功能相互转换,实现一锅多用。本实施例中的内顶盖23可通过对第一进风口或第一出风口的控制来实现密封与非密封,至于如何实现控制,主要是结合实施例二中的控制构件的方式。当然本实施例中,通过控制第一进风口或第一出风口的方式是优选,并不是唯一的方式,其 他的设定也是可以的。比如另外设置控制口也是可行的。这些都是可以根据实际需要进行设定。
另外,第一进风口位于内顶盖23的顶部,第一出风口位于内顶盖23的侧面;或所述第一进风口位于内顶盖23的顶部或侧面的中央位置,第一出风口位于内顶盖23的顶部或侧面的外围位置。需要说明的是,这些第一进风口以及第一出风口位置的设定只是优选,并不是限制性的规定,其他位置的设定也是可行的,只要能够顺利的实现热空气的流通即可。
其中,风力组件22还包括提供动力的电机222和用于将外界冷空气吸入进行空气流通从而对上盖组件2中元器件降温的散热风扇223,散热风扇223、主风扇221顺次连接于电机222的输出轴224的轴套225两端。这样设置是为了在空气炸锅烹饪模式时,通过散热风扇可将外界冷空气吸入降低电机以及内顶盖的表面的温度,避免由于温度过高,烧毁电机以及内顶盖,提高上盖组件的使用寿命。需要说明的是,发热组件一般设置在内顶盖的下方,发热组件优选为发热丝,当然这些设置只是优选,并不是限制性的规定。
实施例二
如图1至图13为本发明一种多功能锅的第二实施例,包括压力锅的锅体1和盖合于锅体1上的上盖组件2,上盖组件2设有发热组件21、风力组件22以及控制上盖组件2是否密封盖合于锅体1的内顶盖23,风力组件22设有用于将经发热组件21加热后的热风吹入锅体1内进行烹饪的主风扇221,所述主风扇221设于内顶盖23的下方且设于发热组件21上方。
其中,内顶盖23上设有用于与外界空气流通的第一开口231和用于控制第一开口231是否封闭的控制构件232。第一开口的设置是在空气炸锅烹饪模式下,便于空气的流通,同时也便于食物被加热后产生的水蒸气通过第一开口排放出去,有利于食物表面产生酥脆的效果,提高烹饪效果。控制构件的设置是为了通过对第一开口的封闭或打开,适应两种烹饪模式,当压力烹饪模式下,就封闭第一开口;当空气炸锅也就是烘烤烹饪模式下,打开第一开口。
另外,控制构件232包括用于封闭第一开口231的活动阀门组件233和用于驱动活动阀门组件233运动从而盖合或开启第一开口231的驱动组件234,活动阀门组件233位于内顶盖23内侧的第一开口231位置处,驱动组件234穿 过第一开口231与活动阀门组件233连接。这样设置是为了通过驱动组件的作用,促使活动阀门组件运动,从而完成对第一开口的封闭或打开,实现上盖组件与压力锅的锅体空间的封闭或非封闭状态,以适应压力烹饪模式也就是压力锅模式以及烘烤烹饪模式也就是空气炸锅模式的需要。通过所述活动阀门组件位于内顶盖内侧的第一开口位置处,所述驱动组件穿过第一开口与活动阀门组件连接的设置,使得向前推动活动阀门组件就可以打开第一开口,向后拉动活动阀门组件,活动阀门组件盖设于第一开口处,就可以封闭第一开口。当然需要说明的是,这种打开或封闭第一开口的方式只是优选,并不是限制性的规定,其他类似的结构设计只要能够实现这种效果也是可行的。另外,内顶盖23还设有阀门罩241,阀门罩241固定于第一开口外侧,底部和两侧面与内顶盖23侧面封闭,上部开口与外界连通,且其侧面有通孔242,驱动杆237可在该通孔242内前后伸缩。
其中,活动阀门组件233包括阀门体235和阀门密封圈236,阀门密封圈236套置于阀门体235上,驱动组件234包括驱动杆237、拉钉238,驱动杆237及拉钉238活动穿过第一开口231且均与阀门体233连接。这样设置是提供一种封闭第一开口的活动阀门组件以及驱动活动阀门组件的驱动组件。需要说明的是,这种结构只是优选,并不是限制性的规定。驱动杆、拉钉共同的设置,是为了便于提供平衡的拉力,从而更好地实现相应的运动,避免发生倾斜。
另外,上盖组件2还设有内扣盖24,内扣盖24转动套设于内顶盖23的外侧,内扣盖24上设有用于推动驱动杆237运动从而打开第一开口231的挡板256,驱动杆237顶部为倾斜部;驱动杆236与拉钉237与第一开口231位置之间设有用于拉动驱动杆237和拉钉238复位从而封闭第一开口231的复位弹簧239。通过所述上盖组件还设有内扣盖,所述内扣盖转动套设于内顶盖的外侧,所述内扣盖上设有用于推动驱动杆运动从而打开第一开口的挡板,所述驱动杆顶部为倾斜部的设置,提供一种通过转动内扣盖,实现内扣盖与内顶盖相对位置的变动,当挡板触碰到驱动杆顶部时,就会推动驱动杆运动,从而推动活动阀门组件也就是阀门体和阀门密封圈整体的运动,从而打开第一开口。当没有挡板施加作用力时,复位弹簧就会提供恢复力,使得驱动杆和拉钉共同往回运动,从而拉动活动阀门组件运动至盖设于第一开口的位置处,从而封闭第一开 口结构。
其中,内顶盖23的下方设有隔离罩和锅盖密封圈组件25。隔离罩的设置可以避免在压力烹饪模式下锅体内压力直接施加于电机上,减少电机轴的承压问题,提高电机的使用寿命,从而整体提高上盖组件的使用寿命;同时由于隔离罩的设置也可解决电机轴套与内顶盖之间的间隙,从而提高密封性;当然这种设置主要是解决主风扇位于内顶盖下方时轴承与轴承套间隙影响多功能锅压力烹饪的密封问题。同时也可以减少烹饪时的食物污染电机等元器件,也可以提高清洁的便利性。本实施例中,为了提高清洁的便利性,隔离罩与内顶盖23可拆卸连接,当然也可以固定连接。隔离罩一般设置于主风扇和发热组件的下方,当然也可以设置主风扇和发热组件之间,这些不同的位置需要设置相应的通道便于热空气流通即可。这种隔离罩为常规的那种可隔离的结构,因此就不在附图中示意出来了。
另外,锅盖密封圈组件25的设置是起到密封锅体1内的内锅与内顶盖23的作用。一般设置于内顶盖23下方盖合于锅体1的内锅的盖合位置处。锅盖密封圈组件25包括锅盖密封圈支架253和锅盖密封圈252,锅盖密封圈252安装于锅盖密封圈支架253上。该实施例中,为了便于用户使用后清洁,密封圈组件做成了可拆式,在锅盖密封圈支架253上上设有便于拆卸的拉手251。两个硅胶拉手251固定在锅盖密封圈支架253上上,使用时通过拉手25将锅盖密封圈组件25按压进固定在内顶盖23的支承杆255上即可方便的完成装配。锅盖密封圈252的设置是为了实现上盖组件2与锅体1盖合后的密封。
另外,上盖组件2还设有顺次安装的顶盖26、面盖27、中盖28,风力组件22安装于中盖28与内顶盖23之间。
其中,发热组件21设于内顶盖23的下方,一般情况下,发热组件21为发热管或发热丝。发热组件21固定在内顶盖23内侧的烹调腔内,起到加热腔内空气作用。
另外,电机轴的下端,内顶盖23的内外两侧分别与主风扇221及散热风扇223连接,主风扇221位于烹调腔内,起到加速腔内热空气循环的作用;散热风扇223位于电机222与内顶盖23之间,起到抽吸外部冷空气来降低电机及内顶盖表面温度的作用。电机的输出轴224设置的轴套225,轴套225两端分别 为主风扇221及散热风扇223,轴套225与内顶盖23之间通过一个轴套密封圈226动态连接,该轴套密封圈226既可在锅内有压力的情况下密封轴套,在使用空气炸锅功能,电机转动时也不会紧贴电机轴套而导致电机发热烧毁。
其中,内顶盖23为主要承压部件,内顶盖还设有温度传感器259、排气管249、限压阀243及浮子阀组件244等部件。
其中,限压阀243及浮子阀组件244主要是压力烹饪模式时候工作的元器件。具体原理如下:
此实施例中,中盖28上安装有电磁铁281,限压阀243通过电磁铁推杆的伸缩,驱动杠杆282及顶杆283的运动,实现限压阀243的下落密封与上升排气,从而实现锅内压力的维持与释放。限压阀243也可采用常见的旋转拨动来达到密封与排气的目的。
另外,浮子阀组件244固定于内顶盖23上,浮子锁片245固定于内扣盖24上。在合盖状态下,浮子阀组件244里面的承压浮子246位于浮子锁片245上锁孔247的正下方。当锅内起压后,承压浮子246升起,将面盖27上的可上下活动的可视浮子271顶起至高于面盖27,指示用户锅内已起压。当锅内压力还没有降低到安全压力以下时,承压浮子246一直位于锁孔247中间,此时内扣盖24是不能被旋转打开的,可以防止用户误操作打开锅盖而造成危险。当然还设有用于复位的第二复位弹簧261。
具体的烹饪工作原理如下:如图10、图11所示,当内扣盖24旋至合盖状态,驱动杆及拉钉在复位弹簧的作用力下往外拉阀门体,阀门密封圈将侧面的第一开口231封闭,此时,多功能锅锅内可以顺利起压,进行压力烹饪:
如图12、图13所示,当内扣盖24旋至开盖状态,内扣盖上的挡片256旋转至驱动杆处,驱动杆被压入阀门罩,阀门体被顶开,锅内空气与大气连通,此时可进行空气炸锅烹饪。食物被加热后产生的水蒸气可以通过该第一开口231排放到产品外,有利于食物表面产生酥脆的效果。如图13所示的箭头表示锅内的水蒸气经过第一开口231排出产品外。
另外,内扣盖24套置于内顶盖23外周,下方带若干扣齿253,且自带一拨钮254,可由用户操作来旋转内扣盖24。当使用空气炸锅功能时,用户逆时针旋转内扣盖24,让扣齿253与锅体1上保温罩11的保温罩扣齿111错开(即 开盖状态,如图8所示);当使用压力锅功能时,用户顺时针旋转内扣盖24,让扣齿253与保温罩扣齿111重合(即合盖状态,如图9所示)。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能锅,包括压力锅的锅体(1)和盖合于锅体(1)上的上盖组件(2),其特征在于,所述上盖组件(2)设有发热组件(21)、风力组件(22)以及控制上盖组件(2)是否密封盖合于锅体(1)的内顶盖(23),所述风力组件(22)设有用于将经发热组件(21)加热后的热风吹入锅体(1)内进行烹饪的主风扇(221),所述主风扇(221)设于内顶盖(23)的上方且设于发热组件(21)上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述内顶盖(23)上设有用于主风扇(221)的空气吹入的第一进风口和热空气流出的第一出风口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述第一进风口位于内顶盖(23)的顶部,第一出风口位于内顶盖(23)的侧面;或所述第一进风口位于内顶盖(23)的顶部或侧面的中央位置,第一出风口位于内顶盖(23)的顶部或侧面的外围位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述风力组件(22)还包括提供动力的电机(222)和用于将外界冷空气吸入进行空气流通从而对上盖组件(2)中元器件降温的散热风扇(223),所述散热风扇(223)、主风扇(221)顺次连接于电机(222)的输出轴(224)的轴套(225)两端。
  5. 一种多功能锅,包括压力锅的锅体(1)和盖合于锅体(1)上的上盖组件(2),其特征在于,所述上盖组件(2)设有发热组件(21)、风力组件(22)以及控制上盖组件(2)是否密封盖合于锅体(1)的内顶盖(23),所述风力组件(22)设有用于将经发热组件(21)加热后的热风吹入锅体(1)内进行烹饪的主风扇(221),所述主风扇(221)设于内顶盖(23)的下方且设于发热组件(21)上方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述内顶盖(23)上设有用于与外界空气流通的第一开口(231)和用于控制第一开口(231)是否封闭的控制构件(232)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述控制构件(232)包括用于封闭第一开口(231)的活动阀门组件(233)和用于驱动活动阀门组 件(233)运动从而盖合或开启第一开口(231)的驱动组件(234),所述活动阀门组件(233)位于内顶盖(23)内侧的第一开口(231)位置处,所述驱动组件(234)穿过第一开口(231)与活动阀门组件(233)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述活动阀门组件(233)包括阀门体(235)和阀门密封圈(236),所述阀门密封圈(236)套置于阀门体(235)上,所述驱动组件(234)包括驱动杆(237)、拉钉(238),所述驱动杆(237)及拉钉(238)活动穿过第一开口(231)且均与阀门体(233)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述上盖组件(2)还设有内扣盖(24),所述内扣盖(24)转动套设于内顶盖(23)的外侧,所述内扣盖(24)上设有用于推动驱动杆(237)运动从而打开第一开口(231)的挡板(256),所述驱动杆(237)顶部为倾斜部;所述驱动杆(236)与拉钉(237)与第一开口(231)位置之间设有用于拉动驱动杆(237)和拉钉(238)复位从而封闭第一开口(231)的复位弹簧(239)。
  10. 根据权利要求5至9任一项所述的多功能锅,其特征在于,所述内顶盖(23)的下方设有隔离罩和锅盖密封圈组件(25)。
