目前,很多家庭都有饲养宠物,甚至部分单身人士也有饲养,宠物能给人们带来无尽的欢乐,因此,越来越多的人爱上宠物。然而,人们难免会有时要外出,或出差,或探亲,或旅游,以往人们通常会将宠物放到亲朋好友处寄养,但由于各种原因,寄养也带来很多不便,比较宠物主人担心宠物在新环境中生活受到影响,担心寄养人对宠物照顾不周,而寄养人担心不能照顾好宠物,又因觉得责无旁贷而隐而不语,如果出现意外情况,还可能影响宠物主人与寄养人之间的关系和感情,如此诸多不便。
有鉴于此,宠物喂食器应运而生,人们可以在外出时将宠物粮放入宠物喂食器中,定时定量地给宠物投食,既不会饿着宠物,也不会无节制地喂食而撑坏宠物,受到广大宠物爱好者的青睐。然而,现有的宠物喂食器通常大多只能给一只宠物喂食,少量可以同时喂食两只宠物的喂食器又不能等量地分配宠物粮,对于宠物主人来说,非常不方便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种宠物喂食器的分粮装置和宠物喂食器,以解决如何等量地为两只宠物分配宠物粮的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种宠物喂食器的分粮装置,用于将从食料桶中落下的颗粒状的宠物粮均匀分配成两份,所述分粮装置包括接料口和自所述接料口向两个方向分设的两个分配道;所述接料口内设置有一分配器,所述分配器可自由转动地枢接于所述接料口,包括分配叶及相对于所述分配叶对称设置的左受力叶和右受力叶,其中,所述分配叶在当所述分配器静止时处于竖直向上的状态。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种宠物喂食器100,包括盛装宠物粮200的食料桶10、分配宠物粮200的分粮装置20和盛接所述分粮装置20分配的宠物粮200的食盆30。其中,该分粮装置20可将从食料桶10中落下的颗粒状的宠物粮200均匀分配成两份。
如图2所示,所述分粮装置20包括接料口21和自所述接料口21向两个方向分设的两个分配道22。目前市面的喂食器的分粮结构通常将接料口一分为二,中间通过一个挡板分隔。众所周知,即使挡板分隔的位置再精确,颗粒状的宠物粮掉落在挡板上,最终落入左右两个分配道内的机率也是随机的。根据概率学,落下的宠物粮重量越大,两个分配道所得到的宠物粮的重量越相近,当宠物粮的重量无限大时,才能使两个分配道所得到的宠物粮的重量相等。而一般情况下,每次喂食的宠物粮的重量是非常有限的,这也导致两个分配道所得到的宠物粮会不均匀,有时候甚至相差比较大。
鉴于此,本实施例在接料口21内设置有一分配器23,该分配器23枢接于接料口21的侧壁,并可绕自身枢轴24自由转动。如图3所示,分配器23包括分配叶231及相对于所述分配叶231对称设置的左受力叶232和右受力叶233,其中,所述分配叶231在当所述分配器23静止时处于竖直向上的状态。
本实施例的分配器23的原理是,如图4所示,在未有宠物粮200掉落时,分配叶231处于竖直向上的状态,左受力叶232和右受力叶233对称地分居在分配叶231的两侧。当掉落在左受力叶232和 右受力叶233上的宠物粮200相同时,左受力叶232和右受力叶233受到的重力冲击力的大小均衡,分配叶231仍处于竖直向上的状态,此时,左右两个分配道22所得到的宠物粮200的重量是相同的。
而当落入左边的分配道22的宠物粮200多于右边的分配道22时,左受力叶232受到的冲击力将大于右受力叶,分配叶231将向左边倾斜一定的角度,到达例如图5所示的位置。此时,分配叶231将遮挡一部分左边的分配道22的空间,使原本落入这部分空间的宠物粮200落入分配叶231与右受力叶233之间的区域内,而由于右受力叶233的受力面变大,同时受到堆积在上面的宠物粮200的重力和下落中的宠物粮200的重力冲击力的作用,分配叶231将向右边倾斜,使上述宠物粮200落入右边的分配道22内,以增补一定量的宠物粮200。
当分配叶231向右边倾斜一定的角度到达例如图6所示的位置。此时,分配叶231将遮挡一部分右边的分配道22的空间,使原本落入这部分空间的宠物粮200落入分配叶231与左受力叶232之间的区域内,同时,由于左受力叶232的受力面变大,同时受到堆积在上面的宠物粮200的重力和下落中的宠物粮200的重力冲击力的作用,分配叶231将向左边倾斜,使上述宠物粮200落入左边的分配道22内……如此循环往复,最终使落入左右分配道22的宠物粮200重量基本相等。
本实施例的分配器23由塑胶材料制作,重量较轻,当颗粒状的宠物粮200从食料桶10下方落到分配器23上时,为了避免分配器23与接料口21的侧壁之间卡料,本实施例在分配叶231上设置一缺口234。同时,为了避免避免分配器23转动过大的角度甚至发生翻转,本实施例在左分配叶232和右分配叶233之间设置有一配重块235。
申请人对分配器23的尺寸进行了精确设计和测算。根据市面上常见的宠物粮200的颗粒大小(圆饼状,直径分别为10mm和15mm,密度约为0.3g/cm 3),分析出分配器23的适宜大小为,分配叶231的长度为10-15mm;左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为10-15mm;左受力叶232和右受力叶233之间的夹角为60-120°;配重块235的重量为1.5-2克。
首先,选择分配叶231的长度为10mm、左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为10mm、配重块235为1.5克的分配器23对颗粒大小为10mm、分配重量分别为300克、100克、60克和30克的宠物粮200分别进行测量,结果如表1所示:

可见,左受力叶232和右受力叶233之间的夹角为90°时,左右分配道22分配到的差值比最小,即分配到左右分配道22的宠物粮最200为均匀。
然后,选择分配叶231的长度为15mm、左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为15mm、配重为1.5克的分配器23对颗粒大小为10mm、分配重量分别为300克、100克、60克和30克的宠物粮200分别进行测量,结果如表2所示:

而且,分配叶231、左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为15mm的情况下,左右分配道22分配到的差值比更小,即分配到左右分配道22的宠物粮200更为均匀。
申请人试着改变分配叶231和左受力叶232、右受力叶233的尺寸比,选择分配叶231的长度为 10mm、左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为15mm,重新进行测量,结果如表3所示:

从表3和表4可以看出,分配叶231的长度与左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度不同时,分配效果比分配叶231、左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为15mm的分配效果较差一些,因此,可以得出,在配重块235为1.5克、宠物粮200颗粒大小(直径)为10mm的情况下,分配叶231的长度为15mm,左受力叶232和右受力叶233的长度均为15mm,左受力叶232和右受力叶233之间的夹角为90°是分配器23较佳的尺寸方案。
下面将采用该方案继续验证配重块235为1.5和2克、宠物粮颗粒大小(直径)为10和15mm的分配效果,如表5所示:

可见,配重块235为2克时,针对不同颗粒大小的宠物粮200的分配效果都比配重块235为1.5克时的表现更佳。因此,将配重块235为2克也作为分配器尺寸的较佳方案。
此外,本实施例的分配器23还设置有用于支撑所述两个分配道的架体25,该架体25设置于两个 分配道22的下方并与所述两个分配道22一体成型,以便于生产和安装。
综上所述,本发明通过在分粮装置的接料口设置可自由转动的分配器,由分配器对落入分粮装置内的宠物粮进行重新分配,使得落在分配器上的宠物粮能均匀地分配到左右两个分配道内,对于同时饲养2、4个等复数个宠物的用户来说,非常不方便。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:在所述左分配叶和右分配叶之间设置有一配重块。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述左受力叶和右受力叶之间的夹角不大于90°;所述分配叶与左受力叶之间的夹角和所述分配叶与右受力叶之间的夹角均不小于135°。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述分配叶上设置有一防止卡料的缺口。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述分配器还包括用于支撑所述两个分配道的架体。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述架体设置于所述两个分配道的下方并与所述两个分配道一体成型。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述配重块的重量为1.5-2克;所述分配叶的长度为10-15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶的长度均为10-15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶之间的夹角为60-120°。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述配重块的重量为1.5-2克;所述分配叶的长度为10-15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶的长度均为10-15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶之间的夹角为60-120°。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的分粮装置,其特征在于:所述配重块的重量为2克;所述分配叶的长度为15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶的长度均为15mm;所述左受力叶和右受力叶之间的夹角为90°。
  10. 一种宠物喂食器,包括盛装宠物粮的食料桶、分配宠物粮的分粮装置和盛接所述分粮装置分配的宠物粮的食盆,其特征在于:所述分粮装置为权利要求1~9任一项中所述的分粮装置。
