本实用新型提供一种夹头,夹头包括:圆筒壳体、内套接于圆筒壳体且与圆筒壳体可转动连接的齿轮轴承、及内套接于齿轮轴承且与齿轮轴承可滑动连接的弹力锁帽,弹力锁帽朝向圆筒壳体外部的一端与齿轮轴承相卡接,齿轮轴承的内侧壁设置有凹陷于齿轮轴承的内侧壁的限位环槽,其中,弹力锁帽位于齿轮轴承的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,弹力锁帽位于限位环槽时处于舒张状态。与现有技术相比,本方案提供的夹头包括圆筒壳体、齿轮轴承及弹力锁帽,弹力锁帽与齿轮轴承的内侧壁可滑动连接,弹力锁帽位于齿轮轴承的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,弹力锁帽沿着齿轮轴承的内侧壁滑动至限位环槽时处于舒张状态,实现对治疗工具的直接固定,如对根管锉的直接固定,实现直接传动,提高根管锉与牙科手机之间的同心度,从而提高了传动效率,具有可靠性。

为使得本实用新型的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而非全部实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
由于现有技术中的牙科手机无法与根管锉之间直接固定及传动,导致牙科手机与根管锉之间的同心度差及传动效率低的技术问题。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种夹头;关于该夹头的结构具体请参考图1-6。
该夹头包括:圆筒壳体10、内套接于圆筒壳体10且与圆筒壳体10可转动连接的齿轮轴承20、及内套接于齿轮轴承20且与齿轮轴承20可滑动连接的弹力锁帽30,弹力锁帽30朝向圆筒壳体10外部的一端与齿轮轴承20相卡接,齿轮轴承20的内侧壁设置有凹陷于齿轮轴承20的内侧壁的限位环槽23,其中,弹力锁帽30位于齿轮轴承20的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,弹力锁帽30位于限位环槽23时处于舒张状态。
在本实用新型的实施例中,该夹头涉及的是牙科医疗器械的技术领域,主要应用于牙科医疗设备上,如适用于牙科手机、根管治疗仪等设备,以对一些治疗工具的安装固定,并进行直接传动。在本实施例中,夹头包括圆筒壳体10,该圆筒壳体10为具有圆柱形的圆筒侧壁11,该圆筒壳体10的两端为与外部相连通,即圆筒壳体10的两端底面为具有通孔,使得圆筒壳体10的内部与外部相通;齿轮轴承20为具有收容空间的轴承,轴承的内侧壁上设有凹陷的限位环槽23,轴承的外部设有围绕轴承固定连接的齿轮,该齿轮主要用于与壳体外部的传动部件进行传动连接,以获取驱动轴承转动的外部动力;弹力锁帽30为可收缩和展开的锁定部件,该弹力锁帽30包括:锁帽底座31、分别自锁帽底座31的边缘延伸且与所述锁帽底座31的边缘一体成型的多个弹力柱32,弹力柱32之间相互间隔且呈中心对称,即相邻的弹力柱32之间具有开口,这多个弹力柱32共同围成一个具有开口的围壁,多个弹力柱32的中间具有收容空间,同时对多个弹力柱32进行施压,可实现对安置于多个弹力柱32中间的杆体进行夹持固定,需要说明的是,该弹力锁帽30的锁帽底座31中间部位开设有底座通孔311,该底座通孔311用于对治疗工具的安装,具体的,以根管锉作为治疗工具为例,在牙科的根管治疗前,将根管锉的锉柄直接通过锁帽底座31中部的通孔后,根管锉的锉柄处于弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32的中间,通过对多个弹力柱32的外侧同时施加压力,使得多个弹力柱32向中心收缩,从而对根管锉进行夹持和咬定,实现根管锉的锉柄的直接安装固定,使得根管锉无需借助特定部件与弹力锁帽30之间进行固定。
进一步的,由于弹力锁帽30与齿轮轴承20的内侧壁可滑动连接,由于齿轮轴承20的内侧空间小于弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32的自然舒展状态,当弹力锁帽30设于齿轮轴承20内,使得弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32受到压力,从而使得弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32共同处于收缩状态,可实现对根管锉的锉柄的固定;当弹力锁帽30沿着齿轮轴承20的内侧壁滑动至限位环槽23内时,由于限位环槽23为凹陷结构,当弹力锁帽30的特定部位陷落在限位环槽23内时,弹力锁帽30处于舒张状态,可失电对根管锉的锉柄部的松开或释放,实现根管锉的更换;对于规格比较长的根管锉,可通过将根管锉的锉柄穿过弹力底座的底座通孔311后,根据实际使用需求将根管锉在夹头内进行伸缩,需要说明的是,齿轮轴承20与弹力锁帽30相对一端的底壁设有轴承通孔241,当根管锉在夹头内进行收缩调节时,根管锉的锉柄通过弹力锁帽30的锁帽底座31的底座通孔311后,穿过弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32围成的中部空间,且根据调节根管锉的伸缩长度,可将根管锉移动穿过齿轮轴承20的轴承通孔241,使得根管锉的锉柄从夹头的底座通孔311进入,并从夹头的轴承通孔241伸出,实现对根管锉的使用长度的调节;因此,弹力锁帽30处于舒张状态时,可实现移动根管锉,如对根管锉的更换或调节根管锉的伸缩长度。通过本实施例的上述限定,可使得夹头与根管锉之间的直接固定,及直接传动,提高根管锉与牙科手机之间的同心度,从而提高了传动效率,具有可靠性。需要说明的是,上述是以根管锉作为治疗工具的示例性说明,在实际应用中,治疗工具还可为其他牙科治疗工具,本实施例对此不做进一步限定。
在本实用新型的实施例中,请参阅图3-4,齿轮轴承20包括:具有收容空间的轴承主体21、与轴承主体21的外侧壁固定连接的齿轮部22,齿轮部22与夹头的外部目标传动部件传动连接,用于夹头外部的目标传动部件与齿轮部22之间的传动运动,夹头外部的目标传动部件与齿轮部22的传动连接转化为轴承主体21位于圆筒壳体10内的转动运动,即夹头外部的目标传动部件与齿轮部22的传动连接对应的传动运动可转化为轴承主体21位于圆筒壳体10内的转动运动。具体的,轴承主体21为具有收容空间的轴承,轴承主体21的内侧壁上设有凹陷的限位环槽23,轴承的外部设有围绕轴承固定连接的齿轮,该齿轮主要用于与夹头外部牙科医疗设备的传动部件进行传动连接,通过传动连接对应的传动运动转换为齿轮轴承20的转动运动,以实现外部动力驱动齿轮轴承20转动。优选的,轴承主体21的长度为8.70mm,轴承主体21的半径为2mm,限位环槽23的宽度为0.75mm,限位环槽23的直径为3.50mm,齿轮轴承20的内侧壁的直径为2.97mm。此外,轴承主体21远离弹力锁帽30的一端设有轴承封闭环24,该轴承封闭环24的中部开设有轴承通孔241,该轴承通孔241可用于目标治疗工具的穿过至孔外,实现调节目标治疗工具的长度。
在本实用新型的实施例中,请参阅图5-6,弹力锁帽30包括:锁帽底座31、分别自锁帽底座31向垂直方向延伸形成的相互间隔且呈中心对称的多个弹力柱32、形成于每个弹力柱32靠近锁帽底座31一端的凸起部22,凸起部22与齿轮轴承20相卡接,凸起部22与每个弹力柱32远离锁帽底座31一端设有凸起檐24,其中,多个凸起檐24相互配合与轴承主体21的内侧壁相抵接时,弹力锁帽30处于收缩状态,多个凸起檐24相互配合限位于与轴承主体21的内侧壁上的限位环槽23时,弹力锁帽30处于舒张状态。具体的,弹力锁帽30为可收缩和展开的锁定部件,弹力柱32之间相互间隔且呈中心对称,即相邻的弹力柱32之间具有开口,这多个弹力柱32共同围成具有开口的围壁,多个弹力柱32的中间具有收容空间;当多个弹力柱32受到压迫时,可实现对安置于多个弹力柱32中间的杆物件体进行夹持固定。需要说明的是,该弹力锁帽30的锁帽底座31中间部位开设有底座通孔311,该底座通孔311与多个弹力32柱围成的收容空间相通,该底座通孔311用于对治疗工具的安装。以根管锉作为治疗工具为例,在实际应用中,在牙科的根管治疗前,需要对目标根管锉进行安装或更换根管锉,按压弹力锁帽30的暴露于圆筒壳体10外部的锁帽底座31,使得弹力锁帽30沿着的齿轮轴承20的内侧壁滑动,弹力锁帽30的凸起檐24滑动至齿轮轴承20的限位环槽23时,弹力锁帽30处于舒张状态,将根管锉的锉柄直接通过锁帽底座31中部的通孔后,根管锉的锉柄处于弹力锁帽30的多个弹力柱32的中间;本实施例可在齿轮轴承20的内部设置至少一个弹性伸缩部件,使得弹力锁帽30与齿轮轴承20之间具有弹力,当停止对弹力锁帽30的锁帽底座31的施压时,使得弹力锁帽30迫于弹性部件40的压力从限位环槽23中脱离并沿着齿轮轴承20的内侧壁向锁帽底座31朝向外部的方向滑动,使得多个弹力柱32的外侧同时收到齿轮轴承20的内侧壁施加的压力,使得多个弹力柱32向中心收缩,从而对根管锉进行夹持和咬定。通过上述特征,可实现根管锉的锉柄的直接安装固定,使得根管锉无需借助特定部件与弹力锁帽30之间进行固定。优选的,每个弹力柱32的高度为3.88mm,锁帽底座31的厚度为1.20mm。
在本实用新型的实施例中,圆筒壳体10包括:圆筒侧壁11、分别沿着圆筒侧壁11两端的端口向中心延伸的两个环形限位部12、及开设于圆筒侧壁11上的机动通孔13,齿轮轴承20内套接于圆筒侧壁11,齿轮部22与圆筒侧壁11一端的环形相位部相卡接,夹头的外部目标传动部件穿过机动通孔13与齿轮部22传动连接。该圆筒壳体10为具有圆柱形的圆筒侧壁11,该圆筒壳体10的两端为与外部相连通,即圆筒壳体10的两端底面为具有通孔,使得圆筒壳体10的内部与外部相通,优选的,圆筒轴承的长度为6.10mm,环形限位部12的厚度为1.1mm,圆筒侧壁11的半径为3mm,环形限位部12沿着半径方向上的延伸厚度为1mm,圆筒侧壁11两端的通孔半径为2mm。
在实施例中,夹头还包括弹性部件40,弹性部件40内套接于齿轮轴承20,且弹性部件40的一端与多个弹力柱32相抵顶,轴承主体21远离弹力锁帽30的一端设有轴承封闭环24,弹性部件40的另一端与轴承封闭环24相抵顶,弹性部件40使得弹力锁帽30与齿轮轴承20之间弹性滑动连接。优选的,该弹性部件40可为弹簧,但不限于此;通过将弹簧内嵌于齿轮轴承20内,使得弹簧与齿轮轴承20的轴承封闭环24和弹力锁帽30相抵顶,实现弹力锁帽30与齿轮轴承20之间的弹性滑动连接。
在本实用新型的实施例中,圆筒壳体10及齿轮轴承20的材质为合金。具体可通过合金电镀,这种材质的重量较轻,耐腐蚀性,应用广泛,容易加工制造,且在软硬程度上是具有较大的硬度,有效防止受到外力作用下造成损坏或变形;此外,还可通过使用不锈钢材质或其他材料加工制作得到圆筒壳体10及齿轮轴承20。弹力锁帽30也可使用该种材质,本实施例对此不做限定。通过选用合适的材质,可提高夹头的可靠性。
本实用新型提供一种夹头,夹头包括:圆筒壳体、内套接于圆筒壳体且与圆筒壳体可转动连接的齿轮轴承、及内套接于齿轮轴承且与齿轮轴承可滑动连接的弹力锁帽,弹力锁帽朝向圆筒壳体外部的一端与齿轮轴承相卡接,齿轮轴承的内侧壁设置有凹陷于齿轮轴承的内侧壁的限位环槽,其中,弹力锁帽位于齿轮轴承的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,弹力锁帽位于限位环槽时处于舒张状态。与现有技术相比,本方案提供的夹头包括圆筒壳体、齿轮轴承及弹力锁帽,弹力锁帽与齿轮轴承的内侧壁可滑动连接,弹力锁帽位于齿轮轴承的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,弹力锁帽沿着齿轮轴承的内侧壁滑动至限位环槽时处于舒张状态,实现对治疗工具的直接固定,如对根管锉的直接固定,实现直接传动,提高根管锉与牙科手机之间的同心度,从而提高了传动效率,具有可靠性。
本实用新型还提供一种牙科手机,包括:上述实施例提供的任意一项所述的夹头、与所述夹头机械连接的传动设备、与所述夹头可拆卸连接的治疗工具。具体的,该夹头可安装在牙科手机或根管治疗仪等;优选的,本实施例以牙科手机为例该传动设备为牙科手机或根管治疗仪中的传动设备,该穿的设备具有收容空间的设备壳体,该设备壳体内部可包含电机,以进行对夹头内部的目标部件进行驱动,如夹头所包含的齿轮轴承。夹头用于与治疗工具可拆卸安装和固定,需要说明的是,夹头与治疗工具之间是通过直接安装固定的,可适应治疗工具的无夹持柄的发展,且可提高治疗根据与夹头、牙科手机之间的同心度,进而提高传动效率。治疗工具可为根管锉等相类似的工具,本实施例对此不做进一步的限定。
在本实用新型所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的结构,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的实施例仅仅是示意性的。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种夹头,其特征在于,夹头包括:圆筒壳体、内套接于所述圆筒壳体且与所述圆筒壳体可转动连接的齿轮轴承、及内套接于所述齿轮轴承且与所述齿轮轴承可滑动连接的弹力锁帽,所述弹力锁帽朝向所述圆筒壳体外部的一端与所述齿轮轴承相卡接,所述齿轮轴承的内侧壁设置有凹陷于所述齿轮轴承的内侧壁的限位环槽,其中,所述弹力锁帽位于所述齿轮轴承的内侧壁时处于收缩状态,所述弹力锁帽位于所述限位环槽时处于舒张状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的夹头,其特征在于,所述齿轮轴承包括:具有收容空间的轴承主体、与所述轴承主体的外侧壁固定连接的齿轮部,所述齿轮部与所述夹头的外部目标传动部件传动连接,所述夹头外部的目标传动部件与所述齿轮部的传动连接转化为所述轴承主体位于所述圆筒壳体内的转动运动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的夹头,其特征在于,所述弹力锁帽包括:锁帽底座、分别自所述锁帽底座向垂直方向延伸形成的相互间隔且呈中心对称的多个弹力柱、形成于每个所述弹力柱靠近所述锁帽底座一端的凸起部,所述凸起部与所述齿轮轴承相卡接,所述凸起部与每个所述弹力柱远离所述锁帽底座一端设有凸起檐,其中,多个所述凸起檐相互配合与所述轴承主体的内侧壁相抵接时,所述弹力锁帽处于收缩状态,多个所述凸起檐相互配合限位于与所述轴承主体的内侧壁上的限位环槽时,所述弹力锁帽处于舒张状态。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的夹头,其特征在于,所述圆筒壳体包括:圆筒侧壁、分别沿着所述圆筒侧壁两端的端口向中心延伸的两个环形限位部、及开设于所述圆筒侧壁上的机动通孔,所述齿轮轴承内套接于所述圆筒侧壁,所述齿轮部与所述圆筒侧壁一端的环形相位部相卡接,所述夹头的外部目标传动部件穿过所述机动通孔与所述齿轮部传动连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的夹头,其特征在于,所述夹头还包括弹性部件,所述弹性部件内套接于所述齿轮轴承,且所述弹性部件的一端与所述多个弹力柱相抵顶,所述轴承主体远离所述弹力锁帽的一端设有轴承封闭环,所述弹性部件的另一端与所述轴承封闭环相抵顶,所述弹性部件使得所述弹力锁帽与齿轮轴承之间弹性滑动连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的夹头,其特征在于,所述圆筒壳体及所述齿轮轴承的材质为合金。
  7. 一种牙科手机,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的夹头、与所述夹头机械连接的传动设备、与所述夹头可拆卸连接的治疗工具。
