Definitions

  • the present invention refers to a process for the production of ice cream, as well as to a process for the activation and the use of a machine.
  • the invention also relates to a system and a machine executing said processes.
  • the invention refers to processes for the use of machines for food products, even more particularly for the production of foodstuffs at home, for example a process that allows the production of single portions of foodstuffs such as ice cream, mousse, sorbets, creams and so on.
  • the invention also relates to a machine, in particular a machine for food use, suitable for carrying out this process.
  • ice cream machines involve the operators and/or users inserting the appropriate ingredients and/or food preparations into a container. The machines are then actuated and perform the function of mixing or "stirring", by means of a special device for mixing and cooling the preparation.
  • the mixing and stirring step varies according to the type of ingredients inserted, that is the type of ice cream it is wished to prepare. For example, a waterbased ice cream is prepared differently from a milk- based ice cream. It is therefore important to adapt the type of mixing to the type of ingredients. Generally, in the ice cream makers of the known type, this difference is not particularly relevant as cooling takes place slowly and evenly or in any case the user can adjust the processing thereof according to the requirements of the recipe.
