  • the actuator 9 is provided with a motor, a reducer and a pinion which engages the toothed wheel to rotate it.

  • each rotary tilting unit 100 allows the tool 13 to be moved over five degrees of freedom, each rotary tilting unit 100 is capable of performing even complex operations on the object. Furthermore, the division of the operations on each rotary tilting unit 100 allows obtaining the aforesaid continuous production which further ensures high production volumes of machined objects.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité d'inclinaison rotative (100) pour des machines de transfert comprenant un outil (13), conçu pour usiner un objet, ainsi qu'un système d'orientation d'outil (13) conçu pour translater l'outil (13) le long d'un axe d'extension (Z) de celui-ci, pour translater l'outil (13) le long d'un premier axe de déplacement (X) et d'un second axe de mouvement (Y), afin de faire tourner l'outil (13) autour d'un premier axe de rotation (A), orthogonal auxdits premier et second axes de mouvement (X, Y), ainsi que pour effectuer un mouvement d'inclinaison de l'outil (13) avec une rotation autour d'un second axe de rotation (B).
