Description

一种处理农村生活污水固定填料多床式氧化沟 技术领域
本发明涉及农村生活污水处理领域,尤其涉及处理农村生活污水用地埋式氧化沟。
背景技术
现有农村污水的处理规划近3000个县、区已基本编制完毕,70%采用了地下式集中污水处理装置,一个村设置一个污水处理站,一般5-50吨,整个国家规划在2035年约投资3万亿。
现阶段,农村生活污水主要处理难度在于全天的流量不稳定,在早中晚不到约4小时,排放了20小时水量,污水排放量占用水量的比例达到50%-80%,对设备的抗冲击能力要求较高,并且需要调节池和泵站,土建设成本和设备成本高。
日本、韩国多采用低负荷生物处理法,一般停留时间为3-7天以上。
中国由于没有成熟的农村污水设计规范,参照了城镇污水设计规范,仍然采用的以活性污泥法为代表的高负荷生物处理法,一般停留时间不超过8-16小时,而一个自然村,农村污水处理量大约5-50吨之间,规模较小并且由于农村住户分散广阔有的在丘陵山区地带导致无法实施雨污分流,下雨时冲击负荷较大,活性污泥法的菌种会大量流失,小型农村污水利用活性污泥法无法正常运转,排放超标,比原位生态法处理的效果更差,这是目前中国在农村污水活性污泥法处理之后仍然无法改善河道的根本原因之一。
每个县大约50万-200万不等的人口,几乎需要200-1000座污水处理站,如果利用普通的活性污泥法,需要大量的人工维护成本。
技术问题
并且现有的氧化沟壳体内填料是直接填充入壳体内的,采用流动式填料,当雨水冲击时容易将填料表面的生物膜(菌膜)冲刷掉,失去接触氧化法的生物处理功能,并且当填料达到使用寿命后需要人工进入进行捞取更换,检修困难,同时农村污水生化反应后会产生大量的氨气和沼气,容易造成人员事故,有待改进。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提供一种处理农村生活污水固定填料多床式氧化沟。
本发明的创新点在于提供了一种适应雨污合流,抗雨水冲击,适应农村朝夕性冲击负荷,安全、维修方便,强化了有机物去除及生物脱氮及除磷效果的农村生活污水可提升式氧化沟。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种处理农村生活污水固定填料多床式氧化沟,包括环形壳体,环形壳体构成氧化沟沟体,环形壳体上设有进水管,其特征在于沿环形壳体周长间隔开设有安装孔,安装孔内插设有可提升式放置桶,可提升式放置桶内填充有填料和/或曝气装置,可提升式放置桶表面开设有若干过水孔,其中一安装孔内插设有一出水筒,出水筒上开设有进水口、出水管,曝气装置连通曝气管道,曝气管道连接风机。

有益效果
1、氧化沟内的放置桶可整体拆卸与安装,既节省了现场安装工程量,安全、又方便后期维护。
2、环形沟采用滚塑工艺制成小段后组装而成,便于标准化制造及根据实际需求改变处理能力。
3、填料在放置桶内固定,雨水仅能冲刷到表层填料,里层填料表面的生物膜依旧保存完好,有效实现接触氧化法的生物处理。
4、本发明解决了现有的农村生活污水处理的痛点,第一、采用氧化沟工艺,适应雨污合流,抗雨水冲击,适应了农村朝夕性冲击负荷,并且可以除磷脱氮;第二、采用固定填料法,实现了接触氧化法,无需采用活动污泥;第三、采用可提升装置,无需进入内部检修,防止人员安全事故发生,利用三点组合实现了固定式+接触氧化+氧化沟+低负荷法。
5、强化了有机物去除及生物脱氮及除磷效果。

工艺描述:
污水进入氧化沟后,在推流器作用下,在沟内循环流动。污水流经沟内可提升式放置桶时,在曝气条件下,实现生物接触氧化。经好氧处理后的污水又经筒壁开孔进入沟内厌氧缺氧环境,部分污水又进入沟内下游设置的筒体内进行好氧处理。最后经多次厌缺氧及好氧处理的污水进入出水处的立筒内,在斜管填料作用下,加速沉淀后出水。
工艺优点:
1、环形氧化沟内的筒体可整体拆卸与安装,既节省了现场安装工程量,又方便后期维护。
2、环形氧化沟采用滚塑工艺制成小段后组装而成,便于标准化制造及根据实际需求改变处理能力。
3、环形氧化沟内定向控制的搅拌装置,向混合液传递水平速度,从而使被搅动的混合液在封闭渠道内循环流动,具有特殊的水力学流态和独特的优点,充分利用氧化沟水力学特性,混合搅拌充分,防止污泥沉降,使污泥与污水充分混合,彻底进行碳化、硝化反应。
4、通过填料及曝气装置在筒体内营造生物接触氧化的好氧处理条件,又通过筒壁开孔使得污水能进入环形沟内缺氧厌氧的处理条件,从而形成明显的溶解氧浓度梯度,同时也让该工艺具有了生物接触氧化及多级AO工艺的特点,有利于强化有机物去除及生物脱氮及除磷。

工艺描述:
污水进入环形沟后,在射流曝气器作用下,充氧后在沟内循环流动。污水流经沟内可提升式放置桶时,通过筒壁开孔进入装载有生物填料的筒体内,在填料生物膜的作用下强化生物处理。污水在射流曝气区域进行好氧处理后,沿沟长逐步进入缺氧及厌氧处理后,在另一端射流曝气器作用下又进入好氧处理段。最后经多次厌缺氧及好氧处理的污水进入出水处的出水筒内,在斜管填料作用下,加速沉淀后出水。

4、通过立筒内的生物填料,在环形沟好氧缺氧厌氧处理条件下内都实现了生物膜工艺与活性污泥工艺的结合,有利于强化有机物去除及生物脱氮及除磷。
