样品破碎仪
本申请要求在2020年10月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022396735.4的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于检测设备技术领域,例如涉及一种样品破碎仪。
背景技术
当前大多数毒品是通过尿液排出,通常情况下只需收集被测者的尿液作为检测的标本,以尿液作为检测样品,成本低,操作简单,但具有一定的私密性以及存在造假的可能,且尿液样品只能反映吸毒者近几天的吸毒情况,需要及时采集。另外,血液也是常用的毒品检测样品,血液中含有高浓度的毒品及代谢物,是较为理想的材料,但血液也只能反映最近几天甚至几小时内的毒品滥用,且若血液中含有传染性疾病病毒,取样存在危险性。还有,唾液也常被用来作为样品进行毒品检验,收集方便,收集设备简单,易净化,但唾液作为样品检测窗口时间也较短,易污染,某些毒品检测灵敏度低。
毛发样品可以克服很多液体样品存在的缺点:第一,仅需常温、避光保存数年;第二,可以追溯几个月甚至半年内毒品滥用情况;第三,检测取材简单,难掺假。
毛发作为检测样品用于检测分析时,需要先对检测样品进行处理如研磨破碎,以提取样品成分,再进行检测。针对毛发中样品的金标准检测方法,目前司法和用工市场认可的常用方法为LC-MS/MS检测法,主要流程是洗涤-吹干-研磨-超声溶解-萃取-上机等步骤。其操作流程极其复杂,需要大型液相色谱质谱联用仪和场地、专业人员,其出结果很慢,不能对破碎处理后的检测样品进行 快速分析及即时检测,不适用于流水化操作。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种样品破碎仪,经样品破碎仪处理后的样品能用于即时检测,有效缩短检测耗时,提高检测样品的检测速率,容易对检测样品进行检测分析,能满足筛查要求且利于广泛使用。
其技术方案如下:
样品破碎仪,包括主体外壳及设于主体外壳内的电机,所述主体外壳内还设有摆动机构,所述摆动机构包括传动轴、用于放置研磨管的摆动盘以及周向限位部件,所述传动轴由电机带动旋转,所述传动轴上套装有倾斜设置的轴承,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈夹角,所述摆动盘安装于轴承上,所述摆动盘与轴承同心设置,且所述摆动盘与周向限位部件连接。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括设于主体外壳内的减震机构,所述减震机构包括托板、第一弹簧组及第二弹簧组,所述电机安装于托板上,所述第一弹簧组位于托板的底部与主体外壳的底部之间,并能为托板提供向上的弹力,所述第二弹簧组与第一弹簧组连接,并能为托板提供向下的弹力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一弹簧组的弹性系数大于所述第二弹簧组的弹性系数,所述第一弹簧组的弹性系数为0.6-1.5kgf/mm,所述第二弹簧组的弹性系数为0.03-0.2Kgf/mm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述减震机构还包括支撑体,所述支撑体包括穿过托板与第一弹簧组连接的第一连接部以及远离第一弹簧组的一端的作用部,所 述作用部伸出至托板外,所述第二弹簧组套装于支撑体上,且所述第二弹簧组的一端与作用部连接,另一端与托板连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一弹簧组靠近托板的一端设有连接板,所述连接板中部设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部内设有内螺纹,所述支撑体的第一连接部上设有与所述第二连接部适配的外螺纹,所述支撑体与连接板间螺纹连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述周向限位部件包括安装部及多个限位部,所述安装部与多个限位部一体成型,所述周向限位部件通过安装部安装于电机上,多个所述限位部均与摆动盘连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装部呈环状设置,多个所述限位部均呈条状,且多个所述限位部均与安装部边缘一体连接,并沿所述安装部边缘朝外侧径向延伸设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端的宽度大于所述限位部沿安装部边缘延伸部分的宽度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端上设有第一连接耳及第二连接耳,所述第一连接耳与第二连接耳分别朝限位部的两侧延伸。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装部上开有第一连接孔,所述第一连接耳上开有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔沿限位部延伸方向与第二连接孔齐平设置,所述第一连接孔与第二连接孔之间的距离范围为65-85mm,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈5-9°夹角。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装部上开有第一连接孔,所述第一连接耳上 开有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔沿限位部延伸方向与第二连接孔齐平设置,所述第一连接孔与第二连接孔之间的距离范围为80-105mm,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈16-25°夹角。
在其中一个实施例中,多个所述限位部至少包括第一限位部、第二限位部及第三限位部,所述第一限位部、第二限位部及第三限位部均设于安装部边缘。
在其中一个实施例中,相邻的两个所述限位部之间呈115°至120°的夹角。
在其中一个实施例中,所述周向限位部件采用柔性材料,所述摆动盘位于电机上方,所述限位部靠近安装部的一端向上折弯设置,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端朝靠近摆动盘的一侧向内折弯设置。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括主体上盖,所述主体上盖与主体外壳间设有锁扣开关,所述锁扣开关与电机的控制电路连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锁扣开关包括锁结构及与所述锁结构适配的扣结构,所述锁结构安装于主体外壳上,所述扣结构安装于主体上盖且与锁结构对应的位置上,所述锁结构上设有与控制电路连通的第一接触点,所述扣结构上设有与控制电路连通的第二接触点。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括主体上盖,所述主体上盖与主体外壳间设有接触开关,所述接触开关与电机的控制电路连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述接触开关安装于主体上盖内侧,所述主体外壳内对应接触开关位置上设有触发块,或,所述接触开关安装于主体外壳内侧,所述主体上盖内对应接触开关位置上设有触发块。
本申请所提供的样品破碎仪,通过在传动轴上套装倾斜设置的轴承,摆动 盘安装于轴承上且与轴承同心设置,电机带动传动轴转动时,同步带动轴承转动,并在周向限位部件限制摆动盘周向转动的作用下,摆动盘进行上下摆动,放置于摆动盘上的研磨管内的研磨珠对检测样品进行快速研磨,对研磨后的检测样品混合液进行即时检测,即可显示筛查结果;该样品破碎仪能有效提高检测样品分析速率,检测操作更加方便,容易对检测样品进行检测分析,能满足筛查要求,且利于推广广泛使用。

如图1至图3所示,样品破碎仪,包括塑料材料制成的主体外壳10及安装于主体外壳10内的电机11,所述主体外壳10内还设有摆动机构,所述摆动机构包括传动轴20、用于放置研磨管的摆动盘21以及周向限位部件22,所述传动轴20由电机11带动旋转,所述传动轴20上套装有倾斜设置的轴承23,所述轴承23的轴心与传动轴20的轴心呈3°-25°夹角,在本实施例中,可选取5°-9°(或16°-25°)夹角,所述摆动盘21安装于轴承23上,所述摆动盘21与轴承23同心设置,且所述摆动盘21与周向限位部件22连接。通过以上设置,电机11带动传动轴20转动时,同步带动轴承23转动,并在周向限位部件22限制摆动盘21周向转动的作用下,轴承23带动摆动盘21进行上下摆动,放置于摆动盘21上的研磨管内的研磨珠对检测样品进行快速研磨,研磨粉碎处理后,研磨管内的检测样品混合液可利用胶体金法、免疫荧光法或化学发光免疫分析法等方法进行检测,即可显示筛查结果;利用该样品破碎仪能有效提高检测样品分析速率,缩减检测时长,检测操作相对其他检测样品检测方法更加方便,容易对检测样品(骨质、角质或毛发等)进行检测分析,单次检测成本更低,能满足筛查要求,且利于广泛使用。
如图2至图5所示,本申请提供的一种样品破碎仪,还包括设于主体外壳 10内的减震机构30,所述减震机构30包括托板33、第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32,所述电机11安装于托板33上,所述第一弹簧组31位于托板33的底部与主体外壳10的底部之间,并能为托板33提供向上的弹力,所述第二弹簧组32与第一弹簧组31连接,并能为托板33提供向下的弹力,且所述第一弹簧组31的弹性系数大于所述第二弹簧组32的弹性系数,其中,第一弹簧组31的弹性系数范围为0.6-1.5kgf/mm,第二弹簧组32的弹性系数范围为0.03-0.2Kgf/mm。机器启动瞬间,偏摆震动严重,托板33局部上翘,第二弹簧组32为托板33提供向下的弹力并对托板33做功,降低机器启动瞬间的震动强度,机器平稳工作时,第一弹簧组31为托板33提供向上的弹力并对托板33做功,降低机器平稳工作时的震动强度,通过在托板33上设置第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32,第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32适配机器重心变化,从而达到避免机器出现震动与位移,同时避免机器震动时产生的噪音;且第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32的设置能大幅度的降低托板33的重量,从而达到减轻机器重量的效果。
所述减震机构30还包括支撑体34,在本实施例中,支撑体34呈杆状,所述支撑体34包括穿过托板33与第一弹簧组31连接的第一连接部341以及远离第一弹簧组31的一端的作用部342,所述作用部342伸出至托板33外,作用部342为固定于支撑体34上的作用块,所述第二弹簧组32套装于支撑体34上,且所述第二弹簧组32的一端与作用部342连接,另一端与托板33的上表面连接或抵接。通过以上设置,将第二弹簧组32设置于托板33的上表面,从而能为托板33提供向下的弹力,机器启动瞬间,第二弹簧组32在托板33与支撑体34的作用部342之间压缩,为托板33提供向下的弹力并对托板33做功,使得 第二弹簧组32能适配机器启动瞬间时重心的变化。
所述第一弹簧组31靠近托板33的一端固定有连接板311,连接板311可与第一弹簧组31为一体成型结构,所述连接板311中部设有第二连接部312,所述第二连接部312内设有内螺纹,所述支撑体34的第一连接部341上设有与所述第二连接部312适配的外螺纹,所述支撑体34与连接板311间螺纹连接。通过支撑体34与连接板311之间螺纹连接,便于拆卸与安装支撑体34;在本实施例中,所述第二连接部312朝连接板311远离托板33的一侧延伸凸出,且所述内螺纹朝第二连接部312凸出的一侧延伸设置,所述第一连接部341的长度大于第二连接部312的长度,当所述第一连接部341与第二连接部312完全连接时,所述第一连接部341从第二连接部312中伸出,能提高支撑体34与第一弹簧组31之间的连接可靠性。
所述支撑体34还设有光杆部343,所述光杆部343位于第一连接部341与作用部342之间,所述光杆部343与托板33之间设有间隙。支撑体34穿过托板33与第一弹簧组31连接的中间部分为光杆部343,光杆部343的设置有利于支撑体34在托板33间活动,光杆部343与托板33之间设有间隙,避免光杆部343与托板33直接抵接,从而避免支撑体34在活动过程中产生的摩擦力,有利于支撑体34活动。
所述光杆部343的直径大于第一连接部341的直径,当所述第一连接部341与第二连接部312完全连接时,所述光杆部343靠近连接板311的一端与连接板311抵接并抵紧连接板311,进而提高支撑体34与第一弹簧组31之间的连接强度,使得支撑体34与第一弹簧组31之间不容易因机器震动而松脱。
所述托板33与第一弹簧组31之间设有柔性垫片35,所述支撑体34穿过柔 性垫片35与第一弹簧的连接板311连接。柔性垫片35的设置使得托板33与连接板311之间由刚性抵接转为柔性抵接,进而有利于降低托板33与连接板311之间的磨损,同时降低托板33与连接板311之间在机器启动时碰撞产生噪音。
所述柔性垫片35采用硅胶材质,所述支撑体34的光杆部343与柔性垫片35之间设有间隙。通过以上设置,避免支撑体34在活动时与柔性垫片35之间发生抵接,从而避免支撑体34在活动过程中产生的摩擦力,进而有利于支撑体34活动。
如图5所示,在本实施例中,托板33上具有四个拐角,第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32均设有四个,四个第一弹簧组31分别安装于托板33的四个拐角处,四个第二弹簧组32与第一弹簧组31一一对应设置。通过以上方式布置第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32,使得托板33受两个弹簧组的弹力更均匀,进而进一步提高机器的减震效果。
如图6所示,所述周向限位部件22包括安装部221及多个限位部,所述安装部221与多个限位部一体成型,所述周向限位部件22通过安装部221安装于电机11上,多个所述限位部均与摆动盘21连接。设置多个限位部,实现多点限制,提高了周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制作用,从而能有效防止摆动盘21容易受传动轴转动的影响而发生转动,进而避免影响摆动盘21的往复摆动运动;安装部221与多个限位部一体成型利于提高周向限位部件22的整体的坚韧强度,使得周向限位部件22不容易在牵引摆动盘21转动时发生断裂。
所述安装部221呈环状设置,多个所述限位部均呈条状,且多个所述限位部均与安装部221边缘一体连接,并沿所述安装部221边缘朝外侧径向延伸设置,摆动盘21的底部与轴承23安装连接,多个限位部均与摆动盘21的底部连 接。环状设置的安装部221套过传动轴20后通过螺栓固定安装于电机11外壳上,再将多个限位部与摆动盘21连接的一端均与摆动盘21的底部间通过螺栓连接,进而完成周向限位部件22的安装,且通过以上安装方式,能节省机器内部空间。
所述限位部与摆动盘21连接的一端的宽度大于所述限位部沿安装部221边缘延伸部分的宽度。加大限位部与摆动盘21连接的一端的宽度,进而增大了限位部与摆动盘21之间的接触面积,利于提高周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制强度。
所述限位部远离安装部221的一端设有弧形缺口,且所述弧形缺口朝靠近安装部221的一端向内弯曲。在本实施例中,摆动盘21底部呈圆柱状,通过将缺口设置成与摆动盘21底部侧壁对应的弧形,将限位部贴合或靠近摆动盘21侧壁后与摆动盘21连接,利于安装周向限位部件,同时提高周向限位部件对摆动盘21的限制强度。
所述限位部与摆动盘21连接的一端上设有第一连接耳225及第二连接耳226,所述第一连接耳225与第二连接耳226分别朝限位部的两侧延伸。设置两个连接耳利于提高限位部与摆动盘21之间的连接强度,进而提高限位部与摆动盘21之间的受力程度,也利于提高周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制强度。
周向限位部件22的安装部221上开有第一连接孔227,螺栓60通过第一连接孔227将安装部221与电机11连接固定,连接耳上开有第二连接孔228,螺栓60通过第二连接孔228将连接耳与摆动盘21连接固定,第一连接孔227沿所述限位部延伸方向与第二连接孔228齐平设置,所述第一连接孔227与第二连接孔228之间的距离范围为65-105mm,即周向限位部件22的有效尺寸范围为 65-105mm。通过合理设计连接孔的位置,使得周向限位部件22能有效限制摆动盘21转动;在其中一个实施例中,当轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈5-9°夹角,周向限位部件的有效尺寸范围选取于65-85mm之间;在另一个实施例中,当轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈16-25°夹角,周向限位部件的有效尺寸范围选取于80-105mm之间;通过以上两个实施例中轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈夹角的角度以周向限位部件的有效尺寸的配合,能使仪器运转达到更好的效果。
需要说明的是,在主体外壳内还设置有控制器(图中未示出)用于控制电机的转速、频率等参数,控制器中的程序与不同尺寸的周向限位部件配合有不同的参数,具体参数范围为:转速2800-3200rpm;破碎时间20-40秒,破碎循环3-8次。
在本实施例中,限位部设有三个,其中包括第一限位部222、第二限位部223及第三限位部224,所述第一限位部222、第二限位部223及第三限位部224均设于安装部221边缘。通过设置三个限位部以形成对摆动盘21的三个限制点,提高周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制强度,使得摆动盘21不容易受轴承23的转动影响,利于摆动盘21正常摆动。
相邻的两个所述限位部之间呈120°的夹角。使得周向限位部件22的三个限位部与摆动盘21间受力均匀,进一步提高周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制强度,同时使得周向限位部件22不容易局部受力不均发生断裂,利于提高周向限位部件22的工作寿命。
所述周向限位部件22采用柔性材料,所述摆动盘21位于电机11上方,所述限位部靠近安装部221的一端向上折弯设置,所述限位部与摆动盘21连接的一端朝靠近摆动盘21的一侧向内折弯设置。通过以上设置,避免周向限位部件 22影响摆动盘21的正常运动,利于对检测样品的正常研磨。
如图1及图7所示,本申请提供的一种样品破碎仪,还包括与主体外壳10连接的主体上盖40,所述主体上盖40与主体外壳10间设有锁扣开关50,所述锁扣开关50与电机11的控制电路连接。通过以上设置,盖上主体上盖40时,锁扣开关50能实现机器的锁紧功能,避免摆动机构直接暴露,防止使用者误触摆动机构造成伤害,且能保护机器内部结构;同时,还能控制电机11的控制电路的通断,当锁扣开关50开启时,控制电路处于断路状态;当锁扣开关50结合时,控制电路才处于连通状态;使得机器开盖时具保护作用,避免触电等意外发生,进而提高了机器的安全系数。
所述锁扣开关50包括锁结构及与所述锁结构适配的扣结构,所述锁结构安装于主体外壳10上,所述扣结构安装于主体上盖40且与锁结构对应的位置上,所述锁结构上设有与控制电路连通的第一接触点(图中未示出),所述扣结构上设有与控制电路连通的第二接触点(图中未示出)。通过以上设置,当盖上主体上盖40时,锁结构与扣结构配合锁紧主体上盖40,且第一接触点与第二接触点连通进而实现控制电路的连通;当打开主体上盖40时,锁结构与扣结构分离,第一接触点与第二接触点断开进而实现控制电路的中断,从而达到开盖时的保护作用。
如图7所示,所述扣结构包括第一安装板53与扣主体51,第一接触点位于扣主体51上,所述第一安装板53的一侧与扣主体51固定连接,所述第一安装板53远离扣主体51的一侧与主体上盖40连接。所述锁结构包括第二安装板54与锁主体52,第二接触点位于锁主体52上,所述第二安装板54的一侧与锁主体52连接,所述第二安装板54远离锁主体52的一侧与主体外壳10连接。扣 主体51通过第一安装板53安装于主体上盖40,锁主体52通过第二安装板54安装于主体外壳10上,实现锁扣开关50的安装。
所述锁主体52上设有用于容纳扣主体51的容纳腔521,所述容纳腔521靠近扣主体51的一侧开口设置。当盖上主体上盖40时,扣主体51插入锁主体52的容纳腔521中,避免扣主体51与锁主体52直接露出,防止与机器内部结构接触引起短路,起保护作用。
在其中一个实施例中,使用接触开关替代上述锁扣开关50,主体上盖40与主体外壳10间设有接触开关(图中未示出),所述接触开关与电机11的控制电路连接。当盖上主体上盖40时,接触开关启动并连通控制电路,电机可正常启动;当打开主体上盖40时,接触开关断路,导致控制电路断路,电机断电,摆动机构停止摆动,从而关实现机器的开盖断电保护功能。
所述接触开关安装于主体上盖40内侧,所述主体外壳10内对应接触开关位置上安装有第一触发块(图中未示出)。在盖上主体上盖40时,通过第一触发块与接触开关抵接,并启动接触开关使控制电路连通,电机11可正常启动;当打开主体上盖40时,第一触发块与接触开关分离,同时使接触开关断路,并断开控制电路的连通,从而实现开盖时的保护作用。
需说明的是,可根据实际需要调整接触开关及触发块的安装位置,在其中一个实施例中,接触开关安装于主体外壳10内侧,主体上盖40内对应接触开关位置上安装有第二触发块,其中,第二触发块与第一触发块的作用相同。
还需要说明的是,采用锁扣开关50为本申请的可选实施方式,除了锁扣开关50以及接触开关,还可使用磁控的方式等实现机器的开盖断电保护功能。
所述主体上盖40与外壳主体10间还安装有活动连接件70,所述活动连接件70包括第一连接侧71与第二连接侧72,所述第一连接侧71与第二连接侧72之间铰接,所述第一连接侧71与主体上盖40的外壁连接,第二连接侧72与外壳主体的外壁连接,且所述活动连接件70位于外壳主体10远离锁扣开关50的一端。通过以上设置,实现主体上盖40与外壳主体10间的铰接,使得合上或打开主体上盖40的操作更加简便。
本申请提供的一种样品破碎仪,能快速对检测样品进行分析,检测操作方便,单次检测成本更低,能满足筛查要求,可推广使用;通过第一弹簧组31及第二弹簧组32适配机器重心变化,从而达到避免机器出现震动与位移,同时避免机器震动时产生的噪音;设置多个限位部的周向限位部件22,提高了周向限位部件22对摆动盘21的限制作用,更有效地防止摆动盘21发生转动,避免影响摆动盘21的往复摆动运动;设置锁扣开关50,不仅可实现机器的主体上盖40的锁紧功能,还能通过控制电机11的控制电路的通断以达到开盖保护作用。
将毛发样品与检测毛发中样品用样品前处理试剂及研磨珠等混合用本申请所述的样品破碎仪进行振荡破碎,得待测液;将待测液用胶体金法、免疫荧光法或化学发光免疫分析法等方法进行检测得到检测结果。

Claims (18)

  1. 样品破碎仪,包括主体外壳及设于主体外壳内的电机,所述主体外壳内还设有摆动机构,其中,所述摆动机构包括传动轴、用于放置研磨管的摆动盘以及周向限位部件,所述传动轴由电机带动旋转,所述传动轴上套装有倾斜设置的轴承,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈夹角,所述摆动盘安装于轴承上,所述摆动盘与轴承同心设置,且所述摆动盘与周向限位部件连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述样品破碎仪,还包括设于主体外壳内的减震机构,所述减震机构包括托板、第一弹簧组及第二弹簧组,所述电机安装于托板上,所述第一弹簧组位于托板的底部与主体外壳的底部之间,并能为托板提供向上的弹力,所述第二弹簧组与第一弹簧组连接,并能为托板提供向下的弹力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述第一弹簧组的弹性系数大于所述第二弹簧组的弹性系数,所述第一弹簧组的弹性系数为0.6-1.5kgf/mm,所述第二弹簧组的弹性系数为0.03-0.2Kgf/mm。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述减震机构还包括支撑体,所述支撑体包括穿过托板与第一弹簧组连接的第一连接部以及远离第一弹簧组的一端的作用部,所述作用部伸出至托板外,所述第二弹簧组套装于支撑体上,且所述第二弹簧组的一端与作用部连接,另一端与托板连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述第一弹簧组靠近托板的一端设有连接板,所述连接板中部设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部内设有内螺纹,所述支撑体的第一连接部上设有与所述第二连接部适配的外螺纹,所述支撑体与连接板间螺纹连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述周向限位部件包括安装部及 多个限位部,所述安装部与多个限位部一体成型,所述周向限位部件通过安装部安装于电机上,多个所述限位部均与摆动盘连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述安装部呈环状设置,多个所述限位部均呈条状,且多个所述限位部均与安装部边缘一体连接,并沿所述安装部边缘朝外侧径向延伸设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端的宽度大于所述限位部沿安装部边缘延伸部分的宽度。
  9. 如权利要求6所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端上设有第一连接耳及第二连接耳,所述第一连接耳与第二连接耳分别朝限位部的两侧延伸。
  10. 如权利要求9所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述安装部上开有第一连接孔,所述第一连接耳上开有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔沿限位部延伸方向与第二连接孔齐平设置,所述第一连接孔与第二连接孔之间的距离范围为65-85mm,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈5-9°夹角。
  11. 如权利要求9所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述安装部上开有第一连接孔,所述第一连接耳上开有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔沿限位部延伸方向与第二连接孔齐平设置,所述第一连接孔与第二连接孔之间的距离范围为80-105mm,所述轴承的轴心与传动轴的轴心呈16-25°夹角。
  12. 如权利要求6至11任一项所述样品破碎仪,其中,多个所述限位部至少包括第一限位部、第二限位部及第三限位部,所述第一限位部、第二限位部及第三限位部均设于安装部边缘。
  13. 如权利要求12所述样品破碎仪,其中,相邻的两个所述限位部之间呈115°至120°的夹角。
  14. 如权利要求6至11任一项所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述周向限位部件采用柔性材料,所述摆动盘位于电机上方,所述限位部靠近安装部的一端向上折弯设置,所述限位部与摆动盘连接的一端朝靠近摆动盘的一侧向内折弯设置。
  15. 如权利要求1所述样品破碎仪,还包括主体上盖,所述主体上盖与主体外壳间设有锁扣开关,所述锁扣开关与电机的控制电路连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述锁扣开关包括锁结构及与所述锁结构适配的扣结构,所述锁结构安装于主体外壳上,所述扣结构安装于主体上盖且与锁结构对应的位置上,所述锁结构上设有与控制电路连通的第一接触点,所述扣结构上设有与控制电路连通的第二接触点。
  17. 如权利要求1所述样品破碎仪,还包括主体上盖,所述主体上盖与主体外壳间设有接触开关,所述接触开关与电机的控制电路连通。
  18. 如权利要求17所述样品破碎仪,其中,所述接触开关安装于主体上盖内侧,所述主体外壳内对应接触开关位置上设有触发块,或,所述接触开关安装于主体外壳内侧,所述主体上盖内对应接触开关位置上设有触发块。
