本申请要求于2020年10月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022364755.3、发明名称为“一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电机技术领域,特别涉及一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统。
背景技术
绕线式电机转子绕组的导条或线圈外包绝缘,转子绕组的温度会影响绝缘结构的使用寿命,若绕组温度过高,将会引起转子绝缘绕组烧损,从而导致电机损坏。
因此,如何提供一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,能够实现对电机转子绕组温度的在线检测,从而保证电机的稳定运行。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:
一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,包括:温度传感器、动静转换装置和监控装置,所述温度传感器预设在电机转子绕组中,所述温度传感器与所述动静转换装置连接,所述动静转换装置与所述监控装置连接,所述温度传感器用于将其检测到的温度信息通过所述动静转换装置传送至所述监控装置。
优选地,所述电机转子绕组的转轴内设有用于容纳所述温度传感器的轴孔。
优选地,所述动静转换装置为测温滑环。
优选地,还包括用于检测所述电机转子绕组转速的转速编码器。
优选地,所述转速编码器与所述监控装置连接。
优选地,所述温度传感器为PT100。
优选地,所述监控装置为显示器。

请参考图1,图1为本申请一种具体实施方式所提供的一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统的结构示意图。
本申请实施例所提供的一种绕线式电机转子绕组1温度在线检测系统,包括:温度传感器2、动静转换装置5和监控装置4,温度传感器2预设在电机转子绕组1中,其中优选设置在电机转子绕组1的转轴内部,温度传感器2优选PT100,将温度传感器2集成在电机转子绕组1中,可提高温度检测的准确性,温度传感器2与动静转换装置5连接,动静转换装置5与监控装置4连接,温度传感器2用于将其检测到的温度信息通过动静转换装置5传送至监控装置4,监控装置4优选显示器,通过对电机转子绕组1的温度检测,可提高电机运行的稳定性,进而提高电机的使用寿命。另外将温度传感器2集成在电机转子绕组1中,可提高温度检测的准确性。
进一步地,电机转子绕组1的转轴内设有用于容纳温度传感器2的轴孔3,如图1所示,在转轴的右端设置一盲孔,温度传感器2设置在盲孔内,同时与动静转换装置5连接。
具体地,动静转换装置5为测温滑环,此外也可选用其它动静转换装置5。
为了进一步保证电机运行的稳定性,还包括用于检测电机转子绕组1转速的转速编码器6。转速编码器6与监控装置4连接,通过监控装置4可实时显示电机转子绕组1的转速信息和温度信息,转速信息和温度信息不符合预设阈值时,可停机进行检查或发出报警信号,进而保证电机运行的安全性。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

  1. 一种绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,包括:温度传感器、动静转换装置和监控装置,所述温度传感器预设在电机转子绕组中,所述温度传感器与所述动静转换装置连接,所述动静转换装置与所述监控装置连接,所述温度传感器用于将其检测到的温度信息通过所述动静转换装置传送至所述监控装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,所述电机转子绕组的转轴内设有用于容纳所述温度传感器的轴孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,所述动静转换装置为测温滑环。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,还包括用于检测所述电机转子绕组转速的转速编码器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,所述转速编码器与所述监控装置连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器为PT100。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的绕线式电机转子绕组温度在线检测系统,其特征在于,所述监控装置为显示器。
