Description

Disinfectant composition
The present invention relates to a disinfectant composition, and more particularly to a disinfectant composition capable of smoothly attaching and detaching a protective device when the protective device is used, that is, when the protective device is attached after being applied to the skin or the like.
In recent years, there are concerns about the spread of infectious diseases caused by pathogenic viruses and bacteria, and various infection control-related products are being developed. Among them, the disinfectant composition has an advantage that it can be sterilized and disinfected just by using it on the fingers, and is widely used.
In the disinfecting composition, in order to have a wide bactericidal spectrum and to enhance the bactericidal activity, measures have been taken such as blending a specific bactericidal component or adjusting the pH of the composition to a specific range. For example, there is disclosed a fungicide composition in which an alkaline agent is contained in a fungicide composition containing a polyalkylene biguanide compound and the pH of the composition is 12.5 or higher (Patent Document 1).
In addition, in the bactericidal composition containing a high content of lower alcohol such as ethanol for the purpose of maintaining the bactericidal activity and improving the usability such as quick-drying and non-stickiness, the type and composition of the thickener. Some measures have been taken to adjust the pH of the object to a specific range. For example, a gel-like hand sterilizer has been proposed in which a carboxyvinyl polymer is neutralized with an alkali metal hydroxide and polyethylene glycol having a specific molecular weight is used to prevent white turbidity of the composition (Patent Document 2).
However, since the above-mentioned disinfectant composition does not have a pH in the neutral region or contains a relatively large amount of lower alcohol, the disinfectant composition is frequently used like medical personnel. In some cases, there was a risk of rough hands.
Therefore, in order to impart the effect of preventing rough hands to the disinfectant composition, a moisturizer such as glycerin, propylene glycol or sorbitol is blended (Patent Document 3), or a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid triglyceride are blended (Patent). Further ingenuity has been made, such as Document 4).
The device proposed in the above patent document has made it possible to provide a disinfectant composition that is not sticky and can give a moist feeling.
However, if the ethanol content is increased in order to enhance the disinfecting power, there is a problem that the glossiness of the fingers is lost due to the high degreasing power and the appearance of the skin deteriorates. It was strongly requested.
In addition, when the disinfectant composition is frequently used, such as in medical personnel, and when protective equipment such as plastic or rubber gloves is attached to the fingers after use, it is highly moisturizing for disinfection. When the composition is used, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to put on and take off the protective equipment, and even when the protective equipment is put on the skin after being used on the skin by doctors and nurses working at medical institutions, the protective equipment can be put on and taken off smoothly. There has been a strong demand for a disinfectant composition that can be used in.

Although it can be produced, in the present invention, as a plant proteoglycan, a product commercially available as an aqueous solution having an effective content of about 1% by mass can also be used.
In the present invention, as the proteoglycan, any of the above-mentioned plant-derived proteoglycan and animal-derived proteoglycan can be used, and one type may be used alone or two or more types may be used in combination.
However, considering the production cost and the tendency of recent preference for plant-based raw materials, it is preferable to use plant-based proteoglycan.

The content of proteoglycan in the disinfectant composition of the present invention is 0.001% by mass to 10% by mass, and the smoothness of attachment / detachment when attaching the protective device after use on the skin (hereinafter referred to as the present specification). From the viewpoint of "smoothness of attachment / detachment"), it is preferably 0.005% by mass to 5% by mass.
If the content of proteoglycan is less than 0.001% by mass, it is not possible to impart sufficient smoothness of attachment / detachment to the disinfectant composition, and even if the content of proteoglycan exceeds 10% by mass, the effect commensurate with the content. May not be obtained.
The lower alcohol contained in the disinfectant composition of the present invention is usually an alcohol having 5 or less carbon atoms, can dissolve proteoglycans and anionic polymer surfactants, and can be used for the skin. Any alcohol can be used without particular limitation, but a monohydric alcohol having 3 or less carbon atoms is preferable, and a monohydric alcohol having 2 or 3 carbon atoms is more preferable.

In the present invention, one type of lower alcohol may be used alone, or two or more types may be used in combination.
As the lower alcohol, products commercially available from various companies for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc. can be used.
When the disinfectant composition of the present invention contains a lower alcohol, the interfacial tension of the disinfectant composition decreases, and the composition easily spreads to the uneven portion of the skin, so that the uniformity during film formation is improved. , It becomes easy to apply evenly to the skin and medical equipment, and the smoothness of putting on and taking off becomes good.
The content of the lower alcohol in the disinfectant composition of the present invention is 40% by mass to 90% by mass, preferably 50% by mass to 80% by mass, and more preferably 60% by mass to 80% by mass.
If the content of the lower alcohol is less than 40% by mass, the uniformity of the formed film may be lowered, and the smoothness of attachment / detachment may be inferior. On the other hand, even if the lower alcohol is contained in an amount of more than 90% by mass, the effect commensurate with the content may not be obtained, and the solubility of proteoglycan may be lowered.

In the disinfecting composition of the present invention, one type of anionic polymer surfactant may be selected and used alone, or two or more types may be used in combination.
For the purposes of the present invention, a maleic anhydride-based polymer surfactant is preferably used.
The maleic anhydride-based polymer surfactant may be a homopolymer of maleic anhydride or a copolymer, but both ethylene / maleic anhydride copolymer and methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride. A polymer such as a polymer is preferable, and a methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer is particularly preferable in terms of availability and the like.
Further, a free acid type in which the maleic anhydride group of the maleic anhydride copolymer is ring-opened with water or alcohol, or a copolymer in which a monoalkyl ester is used may be used.
