本申请中,在确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项,解析待处理事项,确定待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成用于指引目标用户进入目标网站页面推送消息。
通过应用本申请的技术方案,可以在检测到存在针对用户未处理完成的事件时,主动生成一个包含该事件的历史聊天记录以及可以连接到对应客服人员的推送消息并发送给用户,以使用户在接收到该推送消息之后可以通过点击该消息再次进入到之前的通信网页中。从而避免现有技术中存在的在网页通信过程中一旦用户掉线所导致的无法重新通信的问题。

下面结合图1-图3来描述根据本申请示例性实施方式的用于进行通信的方法。需要注意的是,下述应用场景仅是为了便于理解本申请的精神和原理而示出,本申请的实施方式在此方面不受任何限制。相反,本申请的实施方式可以应用于适用的任何场景。
图1示出了可以应用本申请实施例的通信的方法或通信的装置的示例性系统架构100的示意图。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103中的一种或多种,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。比如服务器105可以是多个服务器组成的服务器集群等。
用户可以使用终端设备101、102、103通过网络104与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103可以是具有显示屏的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、便携式计算机和台式计算机等等。
本申请中的终端设备101、102、103可以为提供各种服务的终端设备。例如用户通过终端设备103(也可以是终端设备101或102)确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项;解析待处理事项,确定待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录;根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,推送消息用于指引目标用户进入目标网站页面,目标网站页面包含针对待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
在此需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的通信的方法可以由终端设备101、102、103中的一个或多个,和/或,服务器105执行,相应地,本申请实施例所提供的通信的装置一般设置于对应终端设备中,和/或,服务器105中,但本申请不限于此。
本申请还提出一种通信的方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
图2示意性地示出了根据本申请实施方式的一种通信的方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法包括:
S101,确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对目标用户的未处理完成的事项。
首先需要说明的是,本申请中不对确定待处理事项的设备做具体限定,例如可以为智能设备,也可以为服务器。其中,智能设备可以是PC(Personal Computer,个人电脑),也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group AudioLayer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture ExpertsGroup Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备等等。
进一步的,随着移动互联网的发展和智能终端的普及,使得客户可以是通过网站、H5页面的渠道都能接入到客服中心。由于网站、H5页面是单向的、因此存在当用户和客服在沟通期间掉线时,客服人员由于无法主动与客户相连所导致的无法再次通信的问题。
针对上述存在的情况,本申请实施例中,可以首先检测当前是否存在有针对目标用户的在网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项。如果有,则代表该目标用户在历史时间段内,可能存在有未咨询完成或未处理完成的情况,因此即可以后续针对性的为用户与客服人员再次进行通信。
一种方式中,本申请不对待处理事项的数量做具体限定,例如可以为一个,也可以为多个。
另外一种方式中,本申请也不对待处理事项做具体限定,例如可以为用户与客服人员进行的业务咨询事项,也可以为用户与客服人员进行的业务办理事项等等。
又一种方式中,本申请也可以选择确定在预设的历史时间段内,是否存在有针对目标用户的待处理事项。其中,本申请不对历史时间段做具体限定,例如可以为一周,也可以为一个月等等。可以理解的,用户的待处理事项有可能因为时间较长的原因所导致失效或无法处理的情况。因此,选择在最近一段时间内确定是否有针对用户的待处理事项可以有 效避免为无用事项频繁打扰用户所带来的降低用户体验的弊端。
S102,解析待处理事项,确定待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录。
进一步的,本申请在确定针对目标用户的待处理事项之后,即可以进一步的对该事项进行解析,进而确定其对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录。其中,本申请不对解析事项的方式做具体限定,例如可以为根据获取到的该用户与客服人员的沟通文本,利用自然语言处理技术识别该文本,进而确定对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录等等。
S103,根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,推送消息用于指引目标用户进入目标网站页面,目标网站页面包含针对待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
进一步的,本申请为了避免现有技术中出现的,由于网站或H5页面等是单向信息的,因此存在当用户和客服在沟通期间掉线时,客服人员由于无法主动与客户相连所导致的无法再次通信的问题。本申请实施例中即可以生成一个用于指引目标用户进入目标网站页面的推送消息。其中,用户在接收到该推送消息后,即可以点击该消息以进入该消息对应的网址当中,以实现继续与客服人员完成未完成事项的目的。
其中一种方式中,本申请实施例不对推送消息做具体限定,例如推送消息可以为含有网页链接地址的短信,也可以为含有网页链接地址的网络聊天应用程序等。
举例说明,例如如图3所示,用户可以通过网站页面渠道咨询或处理问题,由于非工作时间或掉线等原因,导致存在未能及时为用户处理完成的情况。因此在系统发现该情况时,即可以根据待处理事项的具体信息,智能生成不同等级的任务分派对应坐席,客服通过离线发送推送消息以实现用户与客服继续处理未完成事项的目的。其中,系统可以通过应用程序A的公众号推送模板或者发送含有短连接的短信给用户,用户点击应用程序的公众号模板消息或者短信中的短链接,打开对应的网站页面,即可以查看到用户与客服的上下文信息并实现直接与对应客服聊天。
本申请中,在确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项,解析待处理事项,确定待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成用于指引目标用户进入目标网站页面推送消息。

可选的,在本申请一种可能的实施方式中,在S101(确定针对目标用户的待处理事项)中,可以通过下述两种方式的任意一种实现:
第一种方式:
检测当前是否存在目标用户在历史非工作时间段中,在网站页面发起的事项。
其中,本申请实施例中在确定当前是否存在有针对目标用户的在网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项的过程中,可以首先检测在非工作时间段中,是否存在有用户主动发起的事项。如果有,那么该事项由于客服人员的未在岗而导致其必然为针对目标用户的待处理事项。
需要说明的是,本申请不对非工作时间段进行具体限定,例如可以为节假日的时间段,也可以为早9:00至晚9:00的时间段等等。
一种方式中,本申请也可以选择检测在预设的历史时间段内,是否存在有非工作时间段针在网站页面发起的事项。同样的,本申请不对该历史时间段做具体限定,例如可以为一周,也可以为一个月等等。可以理解的,用户的待处理事项有可能因为时间较长的原因所导致失效或无法处理的情况。因此,选择在最近一段时间内确定是否有针对用户在非工 作时间段的待处理事项可以有效避免为无用事项频繁打扰用户所带来的的降低用户体验的弊端。
第二种方式:
检测当前是否存在目标用户在网站页面的历史工作时间段发起的,且未处理完成的事项。
进一步的,本申请实施例还可以检测当前是否存在有针对目标用户的在历史工作时间段网站网页中,针对目标用户存在的未处理完成的事项。如果有,则代表该目标用户在历史时间段内,可能存在有未咨询完成或未处理完成的情况,因此即可以后续针对性的为用户与客服人员再次进行通信。
可选的,在本申请一种可能的实施方式中,在S102(解析待处理事项,确定待处理事项对应的客服人员)中,可以通过下述步骤实现:
获取目标用户的历史通信数据,确定目标用户对应的通信位置参数;
基于目标用户的通信位置参数,选取通信位置参数对应地理位置的客服人员。
可以理解的,由于目标用户的地理位置不同,因此会存在一个问题,即当客服人员的所在地与目标用户的所在地相距过远时,则可能导致二者出现通信传输不畅,进而影响用户通信体验的问题。因此,本申请实施例中,可以基于该用户的通信地址或历史通信数据,确定其对应的通信位置,以使后续确定与该通信位置相匹配的客服人员。
例如,本申请可以首先获取目标用户的通信地址,并基于该地址,确定目标用户为中国地区的用户。进一步的,即可以从系统中选取位于中国地区通信的客服人员提供给该用户。又或,本申请也可以首先获取目标用户的历史通信数据,并基于该通信数据,确定目标用户在历史时间段中均是在中国南方城市进行通信的用户。进一步的,即可以从系统中选取位于中国南方地区通信的客服人员提供给该用户。
可以理解的,本申请实施例对选取客服人员进行了具体的限定,通过对用户所在地理位置的信息来针对性的为该用户选取同样地理位置的客服人员,这样可以提高用户的通信体验,避免出现延迟掉线等问题。
需要说明的是,本申请不对为目标用户确定待处理事项对应的客服人员数量做具体限定,例如可以为一个,也可以为多个。
可选的,在本申请一种可能的实施方式中,在S102(根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息)中,可以通过下述三种方式实现:
第一种方式:
确定待处理用户事项的时间标识,时间标识为待处理用户事项的处理时间;
根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息;
在时间标识对应的时间节点内向目标用户发送推送消息。
进一步的,本申请为了避免出现向用户发送推送消息时,用户由于繁忙,网络不畅等原因所导致的无法及时接收推送消息,进而也就无法实现客服与用户继续通信的问题。本申请在生成推送消息之后,在针对性的时间节点上再选择向用户发送该推送消息。
其中,本申请不对确定待处理用户事项的时间标识的方式做具体限定,例如可以为预先提示用户设置的自身位于空闲时段的时间节点。也可以首先获取到的该用户与客服人员的沟通文本,并利用自然语言处理技术识别该文本,进而确定对应的用户方便接收消息的时间节点。
例如,本申请可以在确定到针对目标用户的待处理事项时,首先检测该待处理是否包含对应的时间标识,并在当确定存在时间标识且该标识对应于工作日晚9:00时,即可以进一步的根据待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息。并在距离当前最近一个工作日的晚9:00时将该推送消息发送给目标用户。
可以理解的,本申请实施例对推送消息进行了具体的限定,通过对用户提前标注或文本识别而确定的时间标识,来在针对性的时间段内向用户发送该推送消息,这样可以提高客服人员与用户的沟通效率,避免出现用户忙而导致的无法接收推送消息的问题。
第二种方式:
获取目标用户的历史聊天数据文本,并基于预设的关键词字段与历史聊天数据文本的匹配结果,确定待处理事项对应的第一急切指数,关键词字段为用于表征急切程度的字段;
根据第一急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
基于响应时间和响应等级,生成推送消息。
进一步的,本申请为了避免出现向用户发送推送消息的时间晚于用户需要响应的时间段所导致的用户体验不佳的问题。本申请可以在生成推送消息的过程中,进一步的确定该待处理事项的急切指数,并根据该急切指数确定为该目标用户生成的响应时间和响应等级。可以理解的,该响应等级越高,则代表该待处理事项的急切程度越高,进而也就应该缩短响应该事项的时间。
其中,本申请在确定待处理事项对应的第一急切指数的过程中,可以基于预设的关键词字段与历史聊天数据文本的匹配结果来确定。例如,当该聊天文本中多次出现“立即处理”、“马上处理”、“限时回应”等等表征急切程度的字段时,本申请即可以确定该待处理事项对应的第一急切指数较高,进而也就会为其确定较短的响应时间以及较高的响应等级。
可以理解的,本申请实施例对生成推送消息进行了具体的限定,通过获取用户生成的聊天文本,根据预设的关键词字段来判断用户是否处于急切状态,从而确定不同的响应时间及等级。这样可以提高用户的通信体验,避免出现耽误用户处理事项的问题。
第三种方式:
获取目标用户的身份标识,确定待处理事项对应的第二急切指数;
根据第二急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
基于响应时间和响应等级,生成推送消息。
可选的,本申请在获取目标用户的身份标识,确定待处理事项对应的第二急切指数的过程中,可以通过下述步骤得到:
基于目标用户的身份标识,确定目标用户在目标场景下的所属业务等级,并基于目标用户的所属业务等级,确定待处理事项对应的第二急切指数;
或,
基于目标用户的身份标识,确定目标用户在历史时间段中生成待处理用户事项的次数,并基于目标用户生成待处理用户事项的次数,确定待处理事项对应的第二急切指数。
进一步的,本申请为了避免出现向用户发送推送消息的时间晚于用户需要响应的时间段所导致的用户体验不佳的问题。本申请可以在生成推送消息的过程中,进一步的确定该待处理事项的第二急切指数,并根据该第二急切指数确定为该目标用户生成的响应时间和响应等级。
其中,本申请在确定待处理事项对应的第二急切指数的过程中,可以基于用户的身份标识来确定。例如,当该用户的身份标识对应于在目标场景下的所属业务等级较高时,则可以确定该待处理事项对应的第二急切指数较高。又或,当该用户的身份标识对应于在目标用户在历史时间段中生成待处理用户事项的次数较高时,则同样可以确定该待处理事项对应的第二急切指数较高,进而也就会为该用户确定一个较短的响应时间以及较高的响应等级。
可以理解的,本申请实施例同样对生成推送消息进行了具体的限定,通过获取用户生成的身份标识,来确定该事项对应的急切程度,从而确定不同的响应时间及等级。这样可以提高用户的通信体验,避免出现耽误用户处理事项的问题。
通过应用本申请的技术方案,可以在检测到存在针对用户未处理完成的事件时,主动生成一个包含该事件的历史聊天记录以及可以连接到对应客服人员的推送消息并发送给用户,以使用户在接收到该推送消息之后可以通过点击该消息再次进入到之前的通信网页中。从而避免现有技术中存在的在网页通信过程中一旦用户掉线所导致的无法重新通信的问题。

所述计算机设备40集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种通信的方法,其中,包括:
    确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,所述待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对所述目标用户的未处理完成的事项;
    解析所述待处理事项,确定所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,所述推送消息用于指引所述目标用户进入目标网站页面,所述目标网站页面包含针对所述待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,包括:
    检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在历史非工作时间段中,在所述网站页面发起的事项;
    或,检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在所述网站页面的历史工作时间段发起的,且未处理完成的事项。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述解析所述待处理事项,确定所述待处理事项对应的客服人员,包括:
    获取所述目标用户的历史通信数据,确定所述目标用户所在的通信位置参数;
    基于所述目标用户的通信位置参数,选取所述通信位置参数对应的地理位置的客服人员。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,包括:
    确定所述待处理事项的时间标识,所述时间标识为所述待处理用户事项的处理时间;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成所述推送消息;
    在所述时间标识对应的时间节点内向所述目标用户发送所述推送消息。
  5. 如权利要求1或4所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,包括:
    获取所述目标用户的历史聊天数据文本,并基于预设的关键词字段与所述历史聊天数据文本的匹配结果,确定所述待处理事项对应的第一急切指数,所述关键词字段为用于表征急切程度的字段;
    根据所述第一急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
    基于所述响应时间和响应等级,生成所述推送消息。
  6. 如权利要求1或4所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,包括:
    获取所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述待处理事项对应的第二急切指数;
    根据所述第二急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
    基于所述响应时间和响应等级,生成所述推送消息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述待处理事项对应的第二急切指数,包括:
    基于所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述目标用户在目标场景下的所属业务等级,并基于所述目标用户的所属业务等级,确定所述待处理事项对应的所述第二急切指数;
    或,
    基于所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述目标用户在历史时间段中生成所述待处理用户事项的次数,并基于所述目标用户生成所述待处理用户事项的次数,确定所述待处理事项对应的所述第二急切指数。
  8. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,所述待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对所述目标用户的未处理完成的事项;
    解析所述待处理事项,确定所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,所述推送消息用于指引所述目标用户进入目标网站页面,所述目标网站页面包含针对所述待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在历史非工作时间段中,在所述网站页面发起的事项;
    或,检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在所述网站页面的历史工作时间段发起的,且未处理完成的事项。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标用户的历史通信数据,确定所述目标用户所在的通信位置参数;
    基于所述目标用户的通信位置参数,选取所述通信位置参数对应的地理位置的客服人员。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    确定所述待处理事项的时间标识,所述时间标识为所述待处理用户事项的处理时间;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成所述推送消息;
    在所述时间标识对应的时间节点内向所述目标用户发送所述推送消息。
  12. 根据权利要求8或11所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标用户的历史聊天数据文本,并基于预设的关键词字段与所述历史聊天数据文本的匹配结果,确定所述待处理事项对应的第一急切指数,所述关键词字段为用于表征急切程度的字段;
    根据所述第一急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
    基于所述响应时间和响应等级,生成所述推送消息。
  13. 根据权利要求8或11所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述待处理事项对应的第二急切指数;
    根据所述第二急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
    基于所述响应时间和响应等级,生成所述推送消息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    基于所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述目标用户在目标场景下的所属业务等级,并基于所述目标用户的所属业务等级,确定所述待处理事项对应的所述第二急切指数;
    或,
    基于所述目标用户的身份标识,确定所述目标用户在历史时间段中生成所述待处理用户事项的次数,并基于所述目标用户生成所述待处理用户事项的次数,确定所述待处理事项对应的所述第二急切指数。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如下步骤:
    确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,所述待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对所述目标用 户的未处理完成的事项;
    解析所述待处理事项,确定所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,所述推送消息用于指引所述目标用户进入目标网站页面,所述目标网站页面包含针对所述待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在历史非工作时间段中,在所述网站页面发起的事项;
    或,检测当前是否存在所述目标用户在所述网站页面的历史工作时间段发起的,且未处理完成的事项。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标用户的历史通信数据,确定所述目标用户所在的通信位置参数;
    基于所述目标用户的通信位置参数,选取所述通信位置参数对应的地理位置的客服人员。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    确定所述待处理事项的时间标识,所述时间标识为所述待处理用户事项的处理时间;
    根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成所述推送消息;
    在所述时间标识对应的时间节点内向所述目标用户发送所述推送消息。
  19. 根据权利要求15或18所述的计算机可读存储介质,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    获取所述目标用户的历史聊天数据文本,并基于预设的关键词字段与所述历史聊天数据文本的匹配结果,确定所述待处理事项对应的第一急切指数,所述关键词字段为用于表征急切程度的字段;
    根据所述第一急切指数,确定对应的响应时间和响应等级;
    基于所述响应时间和响应等级,生成所述推送消息。
  20. 一种通信的装置,其中,包括:
    获取模块,被设置为确定针对目标用户的待处理事项,所述待处理事项为在网站网页中,针对所述目标用户的未处理完成的事项;
    确定模块,被设置为解析所述待处理事项,确定所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录;
    生成模块,被设置为根据所述待处理事项对应的客服人员以及历史聊天记录,生成推送消息,所述推送消息用于指引所述目标用户进入目标网站页面,所述目标网站页面包含针对所述待处理用户事项的聊天窗口。
