以下将参照本申请实施例中的附图,通过实施方式描述本申请的技术方案,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
图1是本申请实施例一提供的网络数据质量确定方法的流程图。本实施例的技术方案适用于通过至少两种信令评价指标的评价数据确定网络数据质量的情况。该方法可以由本申请实施例提供的网络数据质量确定装置来执行,该装 置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并配置在处理器中应用。该方法包括如下步骤。
S101、获取评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据,评价集合包括在线用户率、信令匹配率、IP范围匹配率、IP+端口匹配率以及IP+端口+时间匹配率中的至少两个信令评价指标的评价数据。
本实施例的在线用户率可以包括接入在线用户率和计费在线用户率,其中,接入在线用户率为接入在线用户数与在线活跃用户数的比值,计费在线用户率为计费在线用户数与在线活跃用户数的比值。
由于同一用户的接入请求报文与接入成功回应报文所包含的用户名和认证者均相同,因此本实施例的接入在线用户数的确定方法包括:获取当前在线用户数;在检测到新增的接入请求报文以及该接入请求报文对应的接入成功回应报文时,则在线用户数加一;在检测到新增的接入拒绝回应报文,且该拒绝回应报文对应的用户在线时,则在线用户数减一,同时将该用户的在线状态修改为离线状态。
由于同一用户的接入请求报文与接入成功回应报文所包含的用户名和认证者均相同,因此本实施例的计费在线用户数的确定方法包括:在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与该计费请求报文对应的计费回应报文时,计费在线用户数加一。
在一个实施例中,在确定了接入在线用户数之后,即可计算接入在线用户数与在线活跃用户数的比值,以作为接入在线率的评价数据。
在一个实施例中,在确定了计费在线用户数之后,即可计算计费在线用户数与在线活跃用户数的比值,以作为计费在线率的评价数据。
从运营商的计费系统中可以获取到每天的家庭宽带的活跃用户数,基本上,一个地市的活跃用户数在一段时期内是比较恒定的,可以通过历史在线用户数据确定。例如,一个市的常住人口为200万,在线活跃用户数可达到N=100。
在一个实施例中,接入在线用户数为90万,那么接入在线用户率为90/100=0.9。在另一实施例中,计费在线用户数为80万,那么计费在线用户率为80/100=0.8。
本实施例的信令匹配率可以包括接入信令匹配率和计费信令匹配率。
其中,接入信令匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:在检测到新增的接入信令请求报文,以及与该接入信令请求报文对应的接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文时,接入信令匹配成功数加一;在仅检测到新增的接入信令请求报文、接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文时,接入信 令匹配失败数加一;计算接入信令匹配成功数与接入信令匹配失败数的和值,并将接入信令匹配成功数与该和值的比值作为接入信令匹配率的评价数据。
其中,计费信令匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与该计费请求报文对应的计费请求报文时,计费信令匹配成功数加一;在检测到新增的计费请求报文,且未检测到该计费请求报文对应的接入拒绝回应报文时,或者,在检测到接入拒绝回应报文,且未检测到该接入拒绝回应报文对应的计费请求报文时,计费信令匹配失败数加一;计算计费信令匹配成功数与计费信令匹配失败数的和值,并将计费信令匹配成功数与该和值的比值作为计费信令匹配率的评价数据。
所述计费信令匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与所述计费请求报文对应的计费请求回应报文的情况下,计费信令匹配成功数加一;在检测到新增的计费请求报文,且未检测到所述计费请求报文对应的接入拒绝回应报文的情况下,或者,在检测到接入拒绝回应报文,且未检测到所述接入拒绝回应报文对应的计费请求报文的情况下,计费信令匹配失败数加一;计算所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述计费信令匹配失败数的和值,并将所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述和值的比值作为当前的计费信令匹配率的评价数据。
本实施例的IP范围匹配率的确定方法包括:获取用户数据的IP集合以作为第一集合;获取信令数据携带的用户IP集合以作为第二集合;计算第一集合与第二集合的差值,以作为第三集合;将第三集合对应的IP总数与第一集合对应的IP总数的比值作为当前的IP范围匹配率的评价数据。其中,信令数据可以来自计费请求报文,计费请求报文的NAT-Public-Address携带有用户的IP地址。
本实施例的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:获取与用户数据IP报文包含相同的预设地址字段且该预设地址字段在预设地址范围内的计费请求报文,以作为第一匹配集合;将第一匹配集合与第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据。其中,预设地址字段可选为NAT-Public-Address。
本实施例的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合;将第二匹配集合与第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据。其中,预设条件为计费请求报文的预设地址字段与用户数据IP报文的预设地址字段相同,且该预设地址字段在预设地址范围内,同时所述计费请求报文和用户数据IP报文均出现在预设有效时间范围内。IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合;将第二匹配集合与第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据。
本实施例的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合,所述预设条件为计费请求报文的预设地址字段与所述用户数据IP报文的预设地址字段相同,所述预设地址字段在预设地址范围内,且所述计费请求报文和用户数据IP报文均出现在预设有效时间范围内;将所述第二匹配集合与所述第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据。
S102、确定评价集合中的所有信令评价指标的评分之和,其中,每个信令评价指标的评分为每个信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积。
评价集合中的每个信令评价指标的评价数据确定之后,计算每个信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积,并将该乘积作为每个信令评价指标的评分,将多个信令评价指标的评分之和作为总得分。
在一些实施例中,评价集合包括在线用户率P1、信令匹配率P2、IP范围匹配率P3、IP+端口匹配率P4以及IP+端口+时间匹配率P5,在线用户率的权重为K1、信令匹配率的权重为K2、IP范围匹配率的权重为K3、IP+端口匹配率的权重为K4以及IP+端口+时间匹配率的权重为K5。那么总得分为:
R=K1×P1+K2×P2+K3×P3+K4×P4+K5×P5
在一些实施例中,评价集合包括在线用户率P1、信令匹配率P2、IP范围匹配率P3、IP+端口匹配率P4以及IP+端口+时间匹配率P5,且在线用户率P1包括接入在线用户率P11和计费在线用户率P12,信令匹配率P2包括接入信令匹配率P21和计费信令匹配率P22,其中,接入在线用户率P11的权重为K11,计费在线用户率P12的权重为K12,接入信令匹配率P21的权重为K21,计费信令匹配率P22的权重为K22,IP范围匹配率P3的权重为K3、IP+端口匹配率P4的权重为K4以及IP+端口+时间匹配率P5的权重为K5。那么总得分为:
R=K11×P11+K12×P12+K21×P21+K22×P22+K3×P3+K4×P4+K5×P5
其中,K11与K12可以相同,也可以不同,K21与K22可以相同,也可以不同。评价集合中的多个评价指标对应的权重之和为1。在一个实施例中,K11、K12、K21、K22均为0.1,K3、K4均为0.05,K5为0.5。
S103、确定总得分所在的分值区间,并根据总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。
总得分确定之后,确定总得分所在的分值区间,根据总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定信令数据的质量等级,从而根据信令数据的质量等级确定网络数据的信令等级。
本实施例提供的网络数据质量确定方法的技术方案,通过评价集合中多个 信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积之和,确定当前网络的总得分,并根据总得分所在区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。由于评价集合包含信令数据多个方面的评价指标,因此该总得分可以全面地反映出信令数据的质量等级,从而反映出网络数据的质量等级。
实施例二
图2是本申请实施例二提供的网络数据质量确定装置的结构框图。该装置用于执行上述任意实施例所提供的网络数据质量确定方法,该装置可以通过软件或硬件实现。该装置包括以下模块。
获取模块11,设置为获取评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据,所述评价集合包括在线用户率、信令匹配率、IP范围匹配率、IP+端口匹配率以及IP+端口+时间匹配率中的至少两个信令评价指标的评价数据;
评分模块12,设置为确定评价集合中的所有信令评价指标的评分之和,以作为总得分,其中,每个信令评价指标的评分为每个信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积;
等级评定模块13,设置为确定总得分所在的分值区间,并根据总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。
其中,在线用户率包括接入在线用户率和计费在线用户率。
其中,信令匹配率包括接入信令匹配率和计费信令匹配率。
可选地,获取模块11设置为在检测到新增的接入信令请求报文,以及与该接入信令请求报文对应的接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文时,接入信令匹配成功数加一;在仅检测到新增的接入信令请求报文、接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文时,接入信令匹配失败数加一;计算接入信令匹配成功数与接入信令匹配失败数的和值,并将接入信令匹配成功数与该和值的比值作为当前的接入信令匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与该计费请求报文对应的计费请求报文时,计费信令匹配成功数加一;在检测到新增的计费请求报文,且未检测到该计费请求报文对应的接入拒绝回应报文时,或者,在检测到接入拒绝回应报文,且未检测到该接入拒绝回应报文对应的计费请求报文时,计费信令匹配失败数加一;计算计费信令匹配成功数与计费信令匹配失败数的和值,并将计费信令匹配成功数与该和值的比值作为当前的计费信令匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与所述计费请求报文对应的计费请求回应报文的情况下,计费信令匹配成功数加一;在检测到新增的计费请求报文,且未检测到所述计费请求报文对应的接入拒绝回应报文的情况下,或者,在检测到接入拒绝回应报文,且未检测到所述接入拒绝回应报文对应的计费请求报文的情况下,计费信令匹配失败数加一;计算所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述计费信令匹配失败数的和值,并将所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述和值的比值作为当前的计费信令匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为获取用户数据的IP集合以作为第一集合;获取信令数据携带的用户IP集合以作为第二集合;计算第一集合与第二集合的差值,以作为第三集合;将第三集合对应的IP总数与第一集合对应的IP总数的比值作为当前的IP范围匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为获取与用户数据IP报文包含相同的预设地址字段且该预设地址字段在预设地址范围内的计费请求报文,以作为第一匹配集合;将第一匹配集合与第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合,预设条件为计费请求报文的预设地址字段与用户数据IP报文的预设地址字段相同,该预设地址字段在预设地址范围内,同时计费请求报文出现在预设有效时间范围内;将第二匹配集合与第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据。
可选地,获取模块11设置为获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合,所述预设条件为计费请求报文的预设地址字段与所述用户数据IP报文的预设地址字段相同,所述预设地址字段在预设地址范围内,且所述计费请求报文和用户数据IP报文均出现在预设有效时间范围内;将所述第二匹配集合与所述第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据。
本申请实施例提供的网络数据质量确定装置的技术方案,通过评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积之和,确定当前网络的总得分,并根据总得分所在区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。由于评价集合包含信令数据多个方面的评价指标,因此该总得分可以全面地反映出信令数据的质量等级,从而反映出网络数据的质量等级。
本申请实施例所提供的网络数据质量确定装置可执行本申请任意实施例所提供的网络数据质量确定方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和效果。
实施例三
图3为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图,如图3所示,该设备包括处理器201、存储器202、输入装置203以及输出装置204;设备中处理器201的数量可以是一个或多个,图3中以一个处理器201为例;设备中的处理器201、存储器202、输入装置203以及输出装置204可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图3中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器202作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可设置为存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的网络数据质量确定方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,获取模块11、评分模块12以及等级评定模块13)。处理器201通过运行存储在存储器202中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行设备的多种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的网络数据质量确定方法。
存储器202可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器202可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器202可包括相对于处理器201远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至设备。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置203可设置为接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。
输出装置204可包括显示屏等显示设备,例如,用户终端的显示屏。
实施例四
本申请实施例还提供了一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行一种网络数据质量确定方法,该方法包括:
获取评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据,所述评价集合包括在线用户率、信令匹配率、IP范围匹配率、IP+端口匹配率以及IP+端口+时间匹配率中的至少两个信令评价指标的评价数据;
确定所述评价集合中的所有信令评价指标的评分之和,以作为总得分,其中,每个信令评价指标的评分为每个信令评价指标的评价数据与对应权重的乘积;
确定所述总得分所在的分值区间,并根据所述总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。
本申请实施例所提供的一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,计算机可执行指令不限于如上所述的方法操作,还可以执行本申请任意实施例所提供的网络数据质量确定方法中的相关操作。存储介质可以是非暂态(non-transitory)存储介质。
本申请可借助软件及通用硬件来实现。本申请可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如计算机的软盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、闪存(FLASH)、硬盘或光盘等,包括多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请多个实施例所述的网络数据质量确定方法。
上述网络数据质量确定装置的实施例中,所包括的多个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,多个功能单元的名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种网络数据质量确定方法,包括:
    获取评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据,所述评价集合包括在线用户率、信令匹配率、互联网协议IP范围匹配率、IP+端口匹配率以及IP+端口+时间匹配率中的至少两个信令评价指标的评价数据;
    确定所述评价集合中的所有信令评价指标的评分之和,以作为总得分,其中,每个信令评价指标的评分为每个信令评价指标的评价数据与所述每个信令评价指标的评价数据对应的权重的乘积;
    确定所述总得分所在的分值区间,并根据所述总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在线用户率包括接入在线用户率和计费在线用户率。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信令匹配率包括接入信令匹配率和计费信令匹配率。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述接入信令匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:
    在检测到新增的接入信令请求报文,以及与所述接入信令请求报文对应的接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文的情况下,接入信令匹配成功数加一;
    在仅检测到新增的接入信令请求报文、接入信令成功回应报文或者接入信令拒绝回应报文的情况下,接入信令匹配失败数加一;
    计算所述接入信令匹配成功数与所述接入信令匹配失败数的和值,并将所述接入信令匹配成功数与所述和值的比值作为当前的接入信令匹配率的评价数据。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述计费信令匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:
    在检测到新增的计费请求报文,以及与所述计费请求报文对应的计费请求报文的情况下,计费信令匹配成功数加一;
    在检测到新增的计费请求报文,且未检测到所述计费请求报文对应的接入拒绝回应报文的情况下,或者,在检测到接入拒绝回应报文,且未检测到所述接入拒绝回应报文对应的计费请求报文的情况下,计费信令匹配失败数加一;
    计算所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述计费信令匹配失败数的和值,并将所述计费信令匹配成功数与所述和值的比值作为当前的计费信令匹配率的评价数 据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述IP范围匹配率的确定方法包括:
    获取用户数据的IP集合以作为第一集合;
    获取信令数据携带的用户IP集合以作为第二集合;
    计算所述第一集合与所述第二集合的差值,以作为第三集合;
    将所述第三集合对应的IP总数与所述第一集合对应的IP总数的比值作为当前的IP范围匹配率的评价数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述IP+端口匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:
    获取与用户数据IP报文包含相同的预设地址字段且所述预设地址字段在预设地址范围内的计费请求报文,以作为第一匹配集合;
    将所述第一匹配集合与所述第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口匹配率的评价数据;
    所述IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据的确定方法包括:
    获取符合预设条件的计费请求报文以作为第二匹配集合,所述预设条件为计费请求报文的预设地址字段与所述用户数据IP报文的预设地址字段相同,所述预设地址字段在预设地址范围内,且所述计费请求报文出现在预设有效时间范围内;
    将所述第二匹配集合与所述第一集合的比值作为当前的IP+端口+时间匹配率的评价数据。
  8. 一种网络数据质量确定装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取评价集合中多个信令评价指标的评价数据,所述评价集合包括在线用户率、信令匹配率、互联网协议IP范围匹配率、IP+端口匹配率以及IP+端口+时间匹配率中的至少两个信令评价指标的评价数据;
    评分模块,设置为确定所述评价集合中的所有信令评价指标的评分之和,以作为总得分,其中,每个信令评价指标的评分为每个信令评价指标的评价数据与所述每个信令评价指标的评价数据对应的权重的乘积;
    等级评定模块,设置为确定所述总得分所在的分值区间,并根据所述总得分所在的分值区间对应的质量等级确定网络数据的质量等级。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的网络数据质量确定方法。
  10. 一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,其中,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的网络数据质量确定方法。
