Description

一种带驱动底座的升降火锅 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电器火锅,具体为一种升降火锅。
背景技术
火锅是目前广受人们欢迎的烹饪方式,通过搭配不同风味的汤底和食材实现各有特点的地方菜式。吃火锅时一般会将食材放入滚烫的汤汁中将食物烫熟,然后再通过人手使用筷子或漏勺将食物夹出或捞出,而在用餐过程中由人手将食物捞出往往十分不便:一是通过人手很难将食材彻底捞起,导致未捞出的食物最终沉底糊锅,二是不能及时捞起导致食物失去口感,三是容易被锅内滚烫的汤汁蒸发出来的水蒸气烫伤。
现有技术中出现一种带有锅篮并能自动升起实现汤汁与食物分离的升降火锅,其锅体内部在外锅周侧均匀围布有多根升降丝杆,锅篮设有与升降丝杆螺纹配合的螺母部,且锅体内置有多个驱动装置分别驱动多个升降丝杆,驱动装置驱动升降丝杆旋转从而带动锅篮上升或下降,但由于多个与丝杆配合的螺母部需要保证同步运动,才能实现锅篮稳定的升降活动,因此各螺母部与各丝杆的位置配合的一致性尤其重要,导致装配工艺要求很高,否则容易出现锅篮侧翻的危险;另外,当锅体外锅装满汤汁和食材后,加上升降丝杆、驱动装置以及各种内部元件后,导致整个升降火锅的重量过重,想端起火锅移动十分费力,容易出现脱手,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种带驱动底座的升降火锅。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带驱动底座的升降火锅,包括底座、放置在底座上的锅体,底座设有驱动装置,锅体包括锅体外壳、外锅、锅篮、发热体和电源部件;锅篮放置在外锅内,外锅与锅体外壳之间设有腔室,腔室内设有带动锅篮的升降装置,升降装置包括环形支架和多根独立活动的顶升杆,顶升杆穿出锅体外壳与锅篮锅檐底面抵接,环形支架包括位于外锅周侧的圆环架,圆环架上端面设有多个斜轨部对应多根所述顶升杆,斜轨部上表面为逐渐上升倾斜的斜面,所述顶升杆下端沿斜面相对行走进而实现顶升杆的升降;所述环形支架设有一整圈的从动齿外露于所述锅体底面,驱动装置包括电机及驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮外露于底座顶面并设置在环形支架圆周下方,锅体放置在底座上,驱动齿轮与从动齿啮合传动使电机带动环形支架转动。
所述锅体外壳包括周侧围罩和底板,周侧围罩具有底部敞口,底板安装在底部敞口内,底板外周侧壁与底部敞口之间形成供环形支架的从动齿外露于锅体底面的环槽。
所述底板边缘设有凸耳,凸耳越过圆环架的上端面与周侧围罩连接固定。
所述环形支架的圆环架侧部设有限位环台抵接在锅体外壳内的环槽端面上。
