在Rel-15以及之前版本的车联网(V2X,Vehicle to Everything)通信中,支持边链路(Sidelink)资源的两种分配方式:Mode 1和Mode 2。对于Mode 1,边链路资源由网络设备(例如基站)进行分配而获得;对于Mode 2,终端设备自主地选择发送资源,即发送资源通过感知(sensing)或检测-资源选择过程获得。

其中,基站可以包括但不限于:节点B(NodeB或NB)、演进节点B(eNodeB或eNB)以及5G基站(gNB),等等,此外还可包括远端无线头(RRH,Remote Radio Head)、远端无线单元(RRU,Remote Radio Unit)、中继(relay)或者低功率节点(例如femeto、pico等等)。并且术语“基站”可以包括它们的一些或所有功能,每个基站可以对特定的地理区域提供通信覆盖。术语“小区”可以指的是基站和/或其覆盖区域,这取决于使用该术语的上下文。
在本申请实施例中,术语“用户设备”(UE,User Equipment)或者“终端设备”(TE,Terminal Equipment或Terminal Device)例如是指通过网络设备接入通信网络并接收网络服务的设备。终端设备可以是固定的或移动的,并且也可以称为移动台(MS,Mobile Station)、终端、用户台(SS,Subscriber Station)、接入终端(AT,Access Terminal)、站,等等。
其中,终端设备可以包括但不限于如下设备:蜂窝电话(Cellular Phone)、个人数字助理(PDA,Personal Digital Assistant)、无线调制解调器、无线通信设备、手持设备、机器型通信设备、膝上型计算机、无绳电话、智能手机、智能手表、数字相机,等等。
再例如,在物联网(IoT,Internet of Things)等场景下,终端设备还可以是进行监控或测量的机器或装置,例如可以包括但不限于:机器类通信(MTC,Machine Type Communication)终端、车载通信终端、设备到设备(D2D,Device to Device)终端、 机器到机器(M2M,Machine to Machine)终端,等等。
此外,术语“网络侧”或“网络设备侧”是指网络的一侧,可以是某一基站,也可以包括如上的一个或多个网络设备。术语“用户侧”或“终端侧”或“终端设备侧”是指用户或终端的一侧,可以是某一UE,也可以包括如上的一个或多个终端设备。本文在没有特别指出的情况下,“设备”可以指网络设备,也可以指终端设备。
以下通过示例对本申请实施例的场景进行说明,但本申请不限于此。
图1是本申请实施例的通信系统的示意图,示意性说明了以终端设备和网络设备为例的情况,如图1所示,通信系统100可以包括网络设备101和终端设备102、103。为简单起见,图1仅以两个终端设备和一个网络设备为例进行说明,但本申请实施例不限于此。
在本申请实施例中,网络设备101和终端设备102、103之间可以进行现有的业务或者未来可实施的业务发送。例如,这些业务可以包括但不限于:增强的移动宽带(eMBB,enhanced Mobile Broadband)、大规模机器类型通信(mMTC,massive Machine Type Communication)和高可靠低时延通信(URLLC,Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Communication),等等。
值得注意的是,图1示出了两个终端设备102、103均处于网络设备101的覆盖范围内,但本申请不限于此。两个终端设备102、103可以均不在网络设备101的覆盖范围内,或者一个终端设备102在网络设备101的覆盖范围之内而另一个终端设备103在网络设备101的覆盖范围之外。
在本申请实施例中,两个终端设备102、103之间可以进行边链路发送。例如,两个终端设备102、103可以都在网络设备101的覆盖范围之内进行边链路发送以实现V2X通信,也可以都在网络设备101的覆盖范围之外进行边链路发送以实现V2X通信,还可以一个终端设备102在网络设备101的覆盖范围之内而另一个终端设备103在网络设备101的覆盖范围之外进行边链路发送以实现V2X通信。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备102和/或103可以自主选择边链路资源(即采用Mode 2),在这种情况下边链路发送可以与网络设备101无关,即网络设备101是可选的。当然,本申请实施例也可以将自主选择边链路资源(即采用Mode 2)和由网络设备分配边链路资源(即采用Mode 1)结合起来;本申请实施例不对此进行限制。
在LTE V2X中,终端设备能够通过感知检测+资源选择的过程来获得边链路发送 资源,其中可以持续不断地进行感知(sensing)来获得资源池内资源的占用情况。例如,终端设备可以根据前一段时间内(称为感知窗)的资源占用情况来估计后一段时间内(称为选择窗)的资源占用情况。
图2是终端设备进行边链路资源选择的一示意图,如图2所示,终端设备例如通过第(n-1000)至第(n-1)个子帧或时隙(即感知窗,sensing window)内的边链路控制信息(SCI,Sidelink Control Information)和对不同位置时频资源参考信号的检测,可以获得该感知窗的资源占用情况,进而可以估计出第(n+T1)至第(n+T2)个子帧或时隙(即选择窗,selection window)的资源占用情况。
例如,当有待发送的边链路数据时,终端设备的物理层从高层(例如介质访问控制(MAC,Media Access Control)层)获得资源选择的粒度R x,y;该粒度可以表示一个子帧内的一系列连续的子信道,每个子信道包括多于一个的连续物理资源块(PRB,Physical Resource Block),PRB个数可以由资源池决定,资源池由网络设备(例如基站)配置或预配置;整个选择窗中的所有子帧内R x,y大小的资源(以下简称为R x,y候选资源)的集合被初始化定义为Set A。
终端设备可以根据在待发送数据到达之前在该感知窗内进行检测的结果,排除Set A中的部分候选资源。例如,在Rel-16的NR V2X中,以下的R x,y候选资源需要被排除:

——对应的SCI format 1-A指示的资源以及其可能预留的下一个周期的资源(例如对于小于100ms的短周期,可能包括多个),与当前发送的候选集合Set A中的资 源

存在重叠(overlap),j=0,1,…,C resel-1。这里资源是指当前选择窗内的set A的候选资源,以及周期业务其后续周期可能预留的周期位置上的资源。
如果经过了上面的资源排除之后,Set A中所剩余的R x,y候选资源个数不足初始总数的X%(例如20%),则将该RSRP门限值增大3dB,从初始的Set A中重新进行排除,直到Set A中剩余的R x,y候选资源个数大于或等于初始总数的20%为止。
将Set A中的R x,y候选资源放入Set B,其中,Set B是一个初始为空的集合。
然后,终端设备的物理层可以将Set B上报给MAC层,MAC层在Set B中进行随机选择,选择一个候选资源进行数据发送。此外,在指示的资源中选择一个解调和编码方案(MCS,Modulation and Coding Scheme)进行数据发送。
值得注意的是,以上仅对NR V2X中感知检测+资源选择的过程进行了示意性说明。关于上述过程的具体内容,还可以参考3GPP TS 36.213 V15.2.0中第14.1.1.6等处的内容。
由于V2X UE具有半双工特性,在相同时间内收发不能同时进行。由于UE在进行发送的时隙内不能进行感知(sensing),会导致下述资源也需要从候选资源集合中排除:
——UE在感知窗内对时隙

图3是未监听时隙(unmonitored slot)对应的时隙被排除的一示意图,如图3所示,例如由于V2X UE的半双工特性,UE B在感知窗的时隙301没有进行监听(或称为检测或感知),则在该时隙301对应的选择窗中的时隙302和303中的全部候选资源(包括与P0和P1重叠的候选资源)均被排除。
由于NR V2X中支持了比LTE V2X更多的候选周期值,例如其中大多数为小于P(例如小于或等于100ms)的短周期Ps,相对于长周期每次只需要排除1个时隙的全部候选资源,短周期每次需要排除

个时隙内的全部候选资源。所以,由于未监听时隙引起的资源排除,在NR V2X中可能远多于LTE V2X,这有可能会导致资源过度排除而使终端设备不得不选择干扰较大的资源进行发送,增大了碰撞概率以及信 道拥塞情况产生的可能性,影响了系统性能。
在本申请实施例中,以V2X为例对边链路进行说明,但本申请不限于此,还可以适用于V2X以外的边链路发送场景。在以下的说明中,在不引起混淆的情况下,术语“边链路”和“V2X”可以互换,术语“PSFCH”和“边链路反馈信道”可以互换,术语“PSCCH”和“边链路控制信道”或“边链路控制信息”可以互换,术语“PSSCH”和“边链路数据信道”或“边链路数据”也可以互换。
另外,发送(transmitting)或接收(receiving)PSCCH可以理解为发送或接收由PSCCH承载的边链路控制信息;发送或接收PSSCH可以理解为发送或接收由PSSCH承载的边链路数据;发送或接收PSFCH可以理解为发送或接收由PSFCH承载的边链路反馈信息。边链路发送(Sidelink transmission,也可称为边链路传输)可以理解为PSCCH/PSSCH发送或者边链路数据/信息发送。
第一方面的实施例
本申请实施例提供一种资源选择方法,从第二终端设备进行说明。其中第二终端设备可以向第一终端设备发送边链路数据,因此第二终端设备需要进行资源选择以确定边链路数据的发送资源。从边链路数据发送的角度,本申请实施例的第二终端设备为发送设备,第一终端设备为接收设备。
此外,第一终端设备可以向第二终端设备发送资源集合(也可称为资源信息)。资源集合可以指示边链路资源本身,也可以指示与边链路资源相关的信息,例如优先级、RSRP测量结果等。在以下的说明中,在不引起混淆的情况下,术语“资源集合”和“辅助信息”或“资源信息”可以互换。
图4是本申请实施例的资源选择方法的一示意图,如图4所示,该方法包括:
401,第二终端设备确定第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度(RSRP);

值得注意的是,以上附图4仅对本申请实施例进行了示意性说明,但本申请不限 于此。例如可以适当地调整各个操作之间的执行顺序,此外还可以增加其他的一些操作或者减少其中的某些操作。本领域的技术人员可以根据上述内容进行适当地变型,而不仅限于上述附图4的记载。
在本申请实施例中,感知时间段(感知窗)中未监听的第一时隙(例如图3所示的时隙301)对应于选择时间段(选择窗)中的一个或多个第二时隙(例如图3所示的时隙302和303)。

在本申请实施例中,终端设备可以进行边链路资源选择或重选,称为(re-)selection。所述资源重选可以由终端设备进行资源重评估或抢占检测的结果触发,也可以将“资源选择或重选”称为“资源选择/资源重选/资源重评估/抢占检测”。关于资源 选择/资源重选/资源重评估/抢占检测的具体内容,可以参考相关技术,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备可以确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。以下先对如何确定距离或位置进行示意性说明。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备根据来自第一终端设备的边链路控制信息(SCI)中的位置信息或区域标识来确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
例如,第二终端设备解码该边链路控制信息(SCI)后,如果其中指示了第一终端设备的位置信息或区域标识;第二终端设备在自身位置与所述边链路控制信息中的位置信息或者区域标识(Zone_id)所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或者所述边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于第一门限值。
再例如,第二终端设备解码该边链路控制信息(SCI)后,如果其中指示了第一终端设备的位置信息,该位置信息为x,y坐标,则第二终端设备可以直接计算第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离。
再例如,第二终端设备解码该边链路控制信息(SCI)后,如果其中指示了第一终端设备的区域标识,第二终端设备可以将自身区域标识与所述边链路控制信息中的所述区域标识进行比较;在自身区域标识与所述边链路控制信息中的所述区域标识(例如区域索引或者Zone_id)所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备根据所述资源集合(辅助信息)中的位置信息或区域标识来确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
例如,所述第二终端设备在自身位置与所述资源集合中的位置信息或者区域标识(Zone_id)所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或者所述边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于第一门限值。
再例如,所述资源集合中指示了第一终端设备的位置信息,该位置信息为x,y 坐标,则第二终端设备可以直接计算第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离。
再例如,第二终端设备在自身区域标识与所述资源集合中的区域标识(例如区域索引或者Zone_id)所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
以上仅对如何确定距离或位置进行示意性说明,但本申请不限于此。以下再对如何确定第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除进行示意性说明。
在一些实施例中,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
例如,第二时隙对应的预留信息是预留了该第二时隙内的资源的指示信息,该指示信息例如由第一终端设备在第二终端设备感知窗中的第一时隙感知到的边链路控制信息(SCI)指示,该边链路控制信息由于第二终端的发送或者省电操作并没有被第二终端设备感知到。关于资源如何被指示以及如何被预留,还可以参考相关技术。
在一些实施例中,在第一终端设备和第二终端设备的距离小于或等于第一门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域,且所述资源集合(辅助信息)中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,第二终端设备不排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源(例如跳过排除第二时隙的全部候选资源的步骤),而根据所述资源集合(辅助信息)对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。
例如,如果UE A与UE B的距离较近,或者UE A与UE B在相同或相邻的区域之内,则UE A的实际感知结果可能与UE B完全相同。对应于UE B的未监听时隙,由于UE A可能进行了检测,这样如果UE A将这部分时隙的检测结果上报给UE B,相当于UE A代替了UE B进行检测,这样相当于对UE B的检测结果进行了补充,使得UE B的候选资源集合增大,有利于增大资源利用率和减小碰撞概率。
图5是本申请实施例的进行资源排除的一示例图,如图5所示,UE A和UE B处于同一区域,则UE B进行资源选择或重选时,对于未监听时隙301对应的时隙302和303,UE B并不排除这两个时隙302和303的全部候选资源,而是根据UE A上报的资源集合(辅助信息)考虑有些候选资源能够被使用。
例如,如图5所示,UE A上报的资源集合中包括时隙302中的资源501、502 以及时隙303中的资源503,UE B会考虑这些资源,例如不排除与资源501、502、503重叠的候选资源。
再例如,如图5所示,UE A上报的资源集合中包括时隙302中的资源501、502以及时隙303中的资源503,如果UE A上报的资源集合为推荐资源(例如默认为推荐资源或者标记为推荐资源),则UE B能够使用与资源501、502、503重叠的候选资源。
再例如,如图5所示,UE A上报的资源集合中包括时隙302中的资源501、502以及时隙303中的资源503,如果UE A上报的资源集合为不推荐资源(例如默认为不推荐资源或者标记为不推荐资源),则UE B可以排除与资源501、502、503重叠的候选资源,但仍然可以使用时隙302和303中剩余的候选资源。
进一步地,UE B在资源选择/重选/重评估/抢占检测过程对应的资源排除步骤中,对于UE A上报的资源集合,可以只考虑其中包含的UE B的一个或多个未监听时隙对应的时隙内资源或预留该对应时隙内资源的预留信息,而忽略其它时隙的资源或资源预留信息。
例如,对于图5中选择窗的候选资源,UE B只对于时隙302和303考虑根据来自UE A的资源集合进行资源排除。例如,如图5所示,UE A上报的资源集合中还包括其他时隙中的资源504,UE B不会考虑这些资源504。
即,如果UE A与UE B的距离较近,或者UE A与UE B在相同或相邻的区域之内,则对于其他时隙的候选资源,UE B仍然按照自身感知的结果进行资源排除。针对UE B未监听时隙对应的时隙,UE B使用或考虑UE A上报的资源集合(即相信UE A的感知结果)获得感知结果;针对UE B已检测时隙对应的时隙,UE B使用或考虑自身的感知结果。
在一些实施例中,在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离大于第一门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
例如,如果UE A与UE B的距离较远,或者UE A与UE B不在相同或相邻的区域之内,则UE A的实际感知结果可能与UE B不相同。对应于UE B的未监听时隙,即使UE A可能进行了检测,UE B也不相信UE A的感知结果。
图6是本申请实施例的进行资源排除的另一示例图,如图6所示,UE A和UE B 处于不同区域,则UE B进行资源选择或重选时,对于未监听时隙301对应的时隙302和303,UE B排除这两个时隙302和303的全部候选资源。
例如,如图6所示,如果UE A上报的资源集合为推荐资源(例如默认为推荐资源或者标记为推荐资源),即使UE A上报的资源集合中包括时隙302中的资源601、602以及时隙303中的资源603,UE B也不会考虑这些资源。
再例如,如果UE A上报的资源集合为不推荐资源(例如默认为不推荐资源或者标记为不推荐资源),UE A上报的资源集合中包括时隙302中的资源601、602以及时隙303中的资源603,UE B仍会排除这两个时隙302和303的全部候选资源。
进一步地,UE B在资源选择/重选/重评估/抢占检测过程对应的资源排除步骤中,对于UE A上报的资源集合,可以不考虑其中包含的UE B的一个或多个未监听时隙对应的时隙内资源或预留该对应时隙内资源的预留信息,而只考虑其它时隙的资源或资源预留信息。
例如,对于图6中选择窗的候选资源,UE B对于时隙302和303不考虑来自UE A的资源集合。例如,如图6所示,UE A上报的资源集合中还包括其他时隙中的资源604,UE B考虑这些资源604。
即,如果UE A与UE B的距离较远,或者UE A与UE B在不同区域,则对于其他时隙的候选资源,UE B按照UE A的感知结果进行资源排除。针对UE B未监听时隙对应的时隙,UE B不使用或不考虑UE A上报的资源集合(即不相信UE A的感知结果);针对UE B已检测时隙对应的时隙,UE B使用或考虑UE A上报的资源集合(即相信UE A的感知结果)。
以上示意性说明了根据距离或位置进行资源排除,以下再示意性说明根据信号强度或资源集合(辅助信息)进行资源排除。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备根据所述资源集合(辅助信息)或者来自第一终端设备的边链路控制信息或其他信号,确定第一终端设备的信号强度(RSRP)是否大于或等于第二门限值。
例如,UE B对UE A的RSRP测量结果是UE B感知到的UE A发送的PSCCH或PSSCH对应的DMRS的RSRP测量结果;再例如,还可以是UE B感知到的UE A发送资源集合的PSCCH或PSSCH对应的DMRS的测量结果。
在一些实施例中,在所述资源集合中包括第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的 情况下,根据所述信号强度(RSRP)是否大于或等于第二门限值来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
例如,在所述信号强度(RSRP)大于或等于第二门限值、且所述资源集合(辅助信息)中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,第二终端设备不排除第二时隙的全部候选资源,而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。再例如,在所述信号强度(RSRP)小于门限值的情况下,第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
即,与距离或位置类似地,可以将信号强度(RSRP)作为判断第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间关系的判断条件。关于第二终端设备具体如何进行资源排除,例如还可以参考图5、6所示的内容。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备确定自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合(辅助信息)是否相同或相近。
例如,第二终端设备在自身检测的资源中和来自第一终端设备的资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息均相同的情况下,确定自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合相同。
再例如,第二终端设备在自身检测的资源中和来自第一终端设备的资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息相同的资源个数比例大于第三门限值的情况下,确定自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合相近。
再例如,第二终端设备在自身检测的资源中和来自第一终端设备的资源集合中,对于同一边链路控制信息(SCI)所预留资源的信号强度(RSRP)的差值小于或等于第四门限值的情况下,确定自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合相近。
在一些实施例中,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,第二终端设备根据自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合是否相同或相近,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
例如,在自身检测的资源和来自第一终端设备的资源集合相同或相近、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,第二终端设备不排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源,而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。再例如,在自身检测的资源集合和来自第一终端设备的资源集合相同或相近的情况下,第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙中的全部候选资源。
即,与距离或位置类似地,可以将资源集合(辅助信息)作为判断第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间关系的判断条件。关于第二终端设备具体如何进行资源排除,例如还可以参考图5、6所示的内容。
以上以第一终端设备和第二终端设备为例进行了说明。本申请的各实施例可以扩展为多个终端设备上报资源集合的场景。例如,对于一个UE B未监听时隙的对应时隙,至少有一个A1,A2,A3…中的一个终端设备上报的资源集合中包含这个时隙内的资源或该时隙内资源的预留信息,且该终端设备与UE B之间满足上述条件之一或任意组合,则UE B的选择窗中的对应时隙就可以不被排除。
以下再对资源集合(辅助信息)中的资源进行进一步说明。
在一些实施例中,与第二终端设备在所述感知时间段中检测的第三时隙所对应的所述选择时间段中的第四时隙的资源重叠的候选资源为第一类资源,与所述资源集合中所包括的所述第二时隙的资源重叠的候选资源为第二类资源,与第二终端设备在所述感知时间段中检测的第三时隙所对应的所述选择时间段中的第四时隙的资源以及所述资源集合中所包括的所述第二时隙的资源均不重叠的候选资源为第三类资源;
第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,可优先选择第一类资源和/或第三类资源。
例如,对于除了未监听时隙对应的时隙内的资源或预留该对应时隙内资源的预留信息指示的资源之外的其它资源,如果对应的RSRP小于门限,则UE B可以优先把与这些其他资源重叠(overlap)的候选资源包含在候选资源集合中。再例如,UE B优先将第三类资源包含在候选资源集合中。
例如,如果当前选择窗内已经能够满足X%的要求,则不需要包含与未监听时隙对应的时隙内资源或预留该对应时隙内资源的预留信息指示的资源重叠的候选资源;否则,才可以包含与这些资源重叠的候选资源。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,在候选资源集合中的候选资源个数与选择窗内所有候选资源个数的比例没有达到要求的情况下,可以增加第一类资源的信号强度(RSRP)门限值并继续进行资源选择或重选。
在一些实施例中,第二终端设备在候选资源集合中的候选资源个数与选择窗内所有候选资源个数的比例仍没有达到要求的情况下,增加第二类资源的RSRP门限值并继续进行资源选择或重选。
图7是本申请实施例的候选资源的一示例图。如图7所示,例如如果不满足X%的需求,则UE B对于第一类资源,优先执行门限+3dB处理,如果满足了X%要求,则将候选资源集合上报给MAC层;否则,对第二类资源优先执行门限+3dB处理,以此类推,直到满足X%要求。
由此,UE B优先考虑其本身的感知结果,对于未监听时隙对应时隙内的资源,由于UE B未检测而是由UE A上报的,UE B出于结果不是其本身获得、需要谨慎使用的考虑,优先级低于其本身感知结果对应的资源。
以上各个实施例仅对本申请实施例进行了示例性说明,但本申请不限于此,还可以在以上各个实施例的基础上进行适当的变型。例如,可以单独使用上述各个实施例,也可以将以上各个实施例中的一种或多种结合起来。
由上述实施例可知,第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,根据与第一终端设备的距离或第一终端设备的位置、或者来自第一终端设备的信号的强度、或者来自第一终端设备的资源集合,来确定所述第二终端设备在感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。由此,能够在一定程度上避免资源过度排除,减小碰撞概率以及信道拥塞情况产生的可能性,从而提高系统性能。
第二方面的实施例
本申请实施例提供一种资源指示方法,从第一终端设备进行说明。其中第一终端设备可以向第二终端设备发送资源集合(参见第一方面实施例的说明),与第一方面的实施例相同的内容不再赘述。
图8是本申请实施例的资源指示方法的一示意图,如图8所示,该方法包括:
801,第一终端设备确定所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第二终端的位置、或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度(RSRP);以及
802,所述第一终端根据所述距离或位置或者所述信号强度向第二终端设备发送资源集合,所述资源集合至少被所述第二终端设备用于确定感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。

在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备向第二终端设备发送资源集合,该资源集合被第二终端设备用于进行资源选择/资源排除;此外,该资源集合还至少被所述第二终端设备用于确定感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
在一些实施例中,所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
例如,UE A通过感知可以知道UE B在哪些时隙进行边链路发送,可以将UE A自身感知到的对应时隙的感知结果发送给UE B。由于UE A和UE B距离比较近,对于UE A检测到的时隙,二者的感知结果很大概率相同,所以UE A可以只上报UE A已检测但UE B未监听时隙对应的资源预留情况,作为UE B感知结果的补充即可。这样可以减小进行资源上报带来的开销。
在一些实施例中,第一终端设备确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
在一些实施例中,第一终端设备在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于第一门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,在资源集合(辅助信息)中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
在一些实施例中,第一终端设备在第二终端设备的信号强度(RSRP)大于或等于门限值的情况下,在资源集合(辅助信息)中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
在一些实施例中,所述资源集合中不包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
例如,由于UE A和UE B距离比较远,二者的感知结果很大概率不同,所以UE A只上报UE B已检测时隙对应的资源预留情况,作为UE B感知结果的补充即可。这样可以减小进行资源上报带来的开销。
在一些实施例中,第一终端设备在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离大于 第一门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,在资源集合(辅助信息)中不包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
在一些实施例中,第一终端设备在第二终端设备的信号强度(RSRP)小于或等于第二门限值的情况下,在资源集合(辅助信息)中不包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
以上对于辅助信息的内容进行了示意性说明,以下再对辅助信息的触发进行说明。
在一些实施例中,在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于门限值、或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,第一终端设备被触发向第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。
在一些实施例中,在接收到第二终端设备发送的触发信令的情况下,第一终端设备被触发向第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。
在一些实施例中,在检测到所述第二时隙的资源预留信息的情况下,第一终端设备被触发向第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。

第三方面的实施例
本申请实施例提供一种资源选择装置。该装置例如可以是终端设备(例如前述的第二终端设备),也可以是配置于终端设备的某个或某些部件或者组件,与第一方面的实施例相同的内容不再赘述。

确定单元901,其确定第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一 终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度;

在一些实施例中,确定单元901根据来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息中的位置信息或区域标识来确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
例如,确定单元901在所述第二终端设备的位置与所述边链路控制信息中的所述位置信息所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或者所述边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于所述第一门限值。

再例如,选择单元903在所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离大于所述第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
在一些实施例中,确定单元901还用于根据所述资源集合或者来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息或其他信号,确定所述第一终端设备的信号强度是否大于或等于第二门限值。
在一些实施例中,选择单元903在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述信号强度是否大于或等于所述第二门限值,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
例如,选择单元903在所述信号强度大于或等于所述第二门限值、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。

在一些实施例中,确定单元901还用于确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近。
例如,确定单元901在所述第二终端设备检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息均相同的情况下,确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同。

在一些实施例中,选择单元903在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
例如,选择单元903在所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同或相近、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。
再例如,选择单元903在所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合不是相同或相近的情况下,排除所述第二时隙中的全部候选资源。

第四方面的实施例
本申请实施例提供一种资源指示装置。该装置例如可以是终端设备(例如前述的第一终端设备),也可以是配置于终端设备的某个或某些部件或者组件,与第二方面的实施例相同的内容不再赘述。
图10是本申请实施例的资源指示装置的一示意图。如图10所示,资源指示装置1000包括:
确定单元1001,其确定所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第二终端的位置、或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度;以及

图11是本申请实施例的网络设备的构成示意图。如图11所示,网络设备1100可以包括:处理器1110(例如中央处理器CPU)和存储器1120;存储器1120耦合到处理器1110。其中该存储器1120可存储各种数据;此外还存储信息处理的程序1130,并且在处理器1110的控制下执行该程序1130。
此外,如图11所示,网络设备1100还可以包括:收发机1140和天线1150等;其中,上述部件的功能与现有技术类似,此处不再赘述。值得注意的是,网络设备1100也并不是必须要包括图11中所示的所有部件;此外,网络设备1100还可以包括图11中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
本申请实施例还提供一种终端设备,但本申请不限于此,还可以是其他的设备。
图12是本申请实施例的终端设备的示意图。如图12所示,该终端设备1200可以包括处理器1210和存储器1220;存储器1220存储有数据和程序,并耦合到处理器1210。值得注意的是,该图是示例性的;还可以使用其他类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其他功能。

第二终端设备确定第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度(RSRP);
所述第二终端设备接收来自所述第一终端设备的资源集合;以及
所述第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,根据所述距离或位置、或者所述信号强度、或者所述资源集合确定所述第二终端设备在感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记2.根据附记1所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备根据来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息中的位置信息或区域标识来确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
附记3.根据附记2所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在自身位置与所述边链路控制信息中的所述位置信息所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或者所述边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于所述第一门限值。
附记4.根据附记2所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在自身区域标识与所述边链路控制信息中的所述区域标识所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
附记5.根据附记1所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备根据所述资源集合中的位置信息或区域标识来确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。

附记7.根据附记5所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在自身区域标识与所述资源集合中的所述区域标识所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
附记8.根据附记1至7任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。

附记10.根据附记8所述的方法,其中,在所述距离大于所述第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,所述第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
附记11.根据附记1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第二终端设备根据所述资源集合或者来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息或其他信号,确定所述第一终端设备的信号强度(RSRP)是否大于或等于第二门限值。
附记12.根据附记11所述的方法,其中,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述信号强度(RSRP)是否大于或等于 所述第二门限值,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记13.根据附记11所述的方法,其中,在所述信号强度(RSRP)大于或等于所述第二门限值、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,所述第二终端设备不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。
附记14.根据附记11所述的方法,其中,在所述信号强度(RSRP)小于所述第二门限值的情况下,所述第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
附记15.根据附记1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第二终端设备确定自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近。
附记16.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在所述自身检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息均相同的情况下,确定自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同。
附记17.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在所述自身检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息相同的资源个数比例大于第三门限值的情况下,确定自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相近。
附记18.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端设备在所述自身检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中,对于同一边链路信息所预留资源的信号强度(RSRP)的差值小于或等于第四门限值的情况下,确定自身检测的资源集合和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相近。
附记19.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记20.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,在自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同或相近、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,所述第二终端设备不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除。
附记21.根据附记15所述的方法,其中,在自身检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合不是相同或相近的情况下,所述第二终端设备排除所述第二时隙中的全部候选资源。
附记22.根据附记1至21任一项所述的方法,其中,与所述第二终端设备在所述感知时间段中监听的第三时隙所对应的所述选择时间段中的第四时隙的资源重叠的候选资源为第一类资源,与所述资源集合中所包括的所述第二时隙的资源重叠的候选资源为第二类资源;与第二终端设备在所述感知时间段中检测的第三时隙所对应的所述选择时间段中的第四时隙的资源以及所述资源集合中所包括的所述第二时隙的资源均不重叠的候选资源为第三类资源;
所述第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,优先选择所述第一类资源和/或第三类资源。
附记23.根据附记22所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第二终端设备在候选资源集合中的候选资源个数与选择窗内所有候选资源个数的比例没有达到要求的情况下,增加所述第一类资源的RSRP门限值并继续进行资源选择或重选。
附记24.根据附记23所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第二终端设备在候选资源集合中的候选资源个数与选择窗内所有候选资源个数的比例仍没有达到要求的情况下,增加所述第二类资源的RSRP门限值并继续进行资源选择或重选。
附记25.一种资源指示方法,包括:
第一终端设备确定所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第二终端的位置、或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度(RSRP);以及
所述第一终端根据所述距离或位置或者所述信号强度向第二终端设备发送资源集合,所述资源集合被所述第二终端设备用于确定感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记26.根据附记25所述的方法,其中,所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
附记27.根据附记25或26所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端设备确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否 小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
附记28.根据附记27所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:

附记33.根据附记25至32任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于第一门限值、或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,所述第一终端设备被触发向所述第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。
附记34.根据附记25至32任一项所述的方法,其中,在接收到所述第二终端设备发送的触发信令的情况下,所述第一终端设备被触发向所述第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。
附记35.根据附记25至32任一项所述的方法,其中,在检测到所述第二时隙 的资源预留信息的情况下,所述第一终端设备被触发向所述第二终端设备发送所述资源集合。
附记36.一种资源选择方法,包括:
第二终端设备接收第一终端设备发送的资源集合;以及
所述第二终端设备在进行资源选择或重选时,根据所述资源集合确定所述第二终端设备在感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记37.根据附记36所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
所述第二终端设备确定第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度(RSRP);以及
在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息,根据所述距离小于或等于第一门限值、或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域、或者所述信号强度大于或等于第二门限值、或者自身检测的资源集合和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同或相近,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记38.一种资源指示方法,包括:
第一终端设备进行资源感知并生成资源集合;以及
所述第一终端设备向所述第二终端设备发送资源集合,所述资源集合被所述第二终端设备用于确定感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
附记39.一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被配置为执行所述计算机程序而实现如附记25至35、38任一项所述的资源指示方法,或者被配置为执行所述计算机程序而实现如附记1至24、36至37任一项所述的资源选择方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种资源选择装置,配置于第二终端设备,所述装置包括:
    确定单元,其确定第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度;
    接收单元,其接收来自所述第一终端设备的资源集合;以及
    选择单元,其在进行资源选择或重选时,根据所述距离或位置、或者所述信号强度、或者所述资源集合确定所述第二终端设备在感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元根据来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息中的位置信息或区域标识来确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备的位置与所述边链路控制信息中的所述位置信息或区域标识所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或者所述边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于所述第一门限值;
    或者,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备的区域标识与所述边链路控制信息中的所述区域标识所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元根据所述资源集合中的位置信息或区域标识来确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值,或者确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备的位置与所述资源集合中的所述位置信息或区域标识所指示的最近区域的中心位置之间的距离小于或等于预定距离或边链路控制信息中的通信范围要求的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于所述第一门限值;
    或者,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备的区域标识与所述资源集合中的所述区域标识所指示的区域相同或相近的情况下,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离是否小于或等于第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备是否位于同一区域或相邻区域,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于所述第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除;
    在所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离大于所述第一门限值或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元还用于根据所述资源集合或者来自所述第一终端设备的边链路控制信息或其他信号,确定所述第一终端设备的信号强度是否大于或等于第二门限值。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述信号强度是否大于或等于所述第二门限值,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述信号强度大于或等于所述第二门限值、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除;
    在所述信号强度小于所述第二门限值的情况下,排除所述第二时隙的全部候选资源。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元还用于确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息均相同的情况下,确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同;
    或者,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中、除了所述第二时隙外的其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息相同的资源个数比例大于第三门限值的情况下,确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相近;
    或者,所述确定单元在所述第二终端设备检测的资源中和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合中,对于同一边链路信息所预留资源的信号强度的差值小于或等于第四门限值的情况下,确定所述第二终端设备检测的资源集合和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相近。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,根据所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合是否相同或相近,来确定所述第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述选择单元在所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合相同或相近、且所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息的情况下,不对所述第二时隙的全部候选资源进行排除、而根据所述资源集合对所述第二时隙的候选资源进行资源排除;
    在所述第二终端设备检测的资源和来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合不是相同或相近的情况下,排除所述第二时隙中的全部候选资源。
  15. 一种资源指示装置,配置于第一终端设备,所述装置包括:
    确定单元,其确定所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第二终端的位置、或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度;以及
    发送单元,其根据所述距离或位置或者所述信号强度向第二终端设备发送资源集合,所述资源集合至少被所述第二终端设备用于确定感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元在所述第一终端设备和 第二终端设备之间的距离小于或等于第一门限值、或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元在所述第二终端设备的信号强度大于或等于第二门限值的情况下,在所述资源集合中包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而不包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元在所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离大于第一门限值、或者所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备不位于同一区域或相邻区域的情况下,在所述资源集合中不包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元在所述第二终端设备的信号强度小于第二门限值的情况下,在所述资源集合中不包括所述第二时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息而包括其他时隙的资源或者对应的预留信息。
  20. 一种通信系统,包括:
    第一终端设备,其确定所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第二终端的位置、或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度;以及根据所述第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的距离或所述第二终端的位置或者所述第二终端设备的信号强度向所述第二终端设备发送资源集合;
    第二终端设备,确定所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离、或者所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度;接收来自所述第一终端设备的所述资源集合;以及在进行资源选择或重选时,根据所述第一终端设备和所述第二终端设备之间的距离或所述第一终端设备的位置、或者所述第一终端设备的信号强度、或者所述资源集合,确定所述第二终端设备在感知时间段中未监听的第一时隙所对应的选择时间段中的第二时隙的候选资源是否被排除。
