L'invention concerne un distributeur (1) dont l'actionnement de base (13) qui déplace le flacon (2) contenant le gel ou le liquide désinfectant, s'effectue dans le sens ascendant lors de l'actionnement de la pédale (9) qui, à son tour, soulève ledit flacon (2) et amène son embout (3) mobile à se déplacer contre la tête (18), exerçant une pression suffisante pour libérer le produit désinfectant dans les mains d'un utilisateur par le conduit de sortie (15).
