La structure de couplage de rétracteur de plaie est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : un rétracteur de plaie creux (100) dans lequel l'anneau supérieur (110) et un anneau inférieur (130) sont couplés aux deux extrémités d'une feuille intermédiaire (120) ; et un cadre anti-desserrage (200) comprenant une partie corps (210), qui a un trou central (211), une paroi de support (220), qui s'étend dans la direction vers le haut de la partie corps (210), et une partie repos d'anneau supérieur (230), qui est disposée sur l'intérieur ou l'extérieur de la paroi de support (220) de telle sorte que l'anneau supérieur (110) qui s'est déplacé à travers le trou central (211) repose sur celle-ci.
