在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种厨房空调器,所述厨房空调器包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够执行上述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在厨房空调器的室内机上设置杀菌装置,并将杀菌装置设置在外壳的出风口处,杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂,室内机的风机启动后,雾状的杀菌剂能够随着从出风口吹出的风流动到厨房的各个位置,以对厨房进行杀菌;并且,厨房空调器还能够获取从上次执行杀菌操作之后,用户进入厨房的累计次数以及厨房的湿度值,并根据这两个参数来综合判断是否需要对厨房进行杀菌,当判定需要对厨房进行杀菌时,则自动执行杀菌操作,以及时地对厨房进行杀菌,保证厨房环境的安全,并且,也使得用户无需亲自来判断何时对厨房进行杀菌,提升了用户的使用体验。

基于背景技术指出的厨房环境中容易滋生病菌,从而影响用户生命健康的问题,本发明提供了一种专门用于厨房的空调器,该厨房空调器具有杀菌功能,能够对厨房内的病菌进行消杀,以使厨房内的环境更加安全。
首先参照图1和图2,对本发明的厨房空调器进行介绍。其中,图1为本发明的厨房空调器的结构示意图;图2为图1中的局部放大图。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的厨房空调器的室内机包括外壳1,外壳1内设置有控制器(图中未示出)和风机(图中未示出),控制器与风机可以通讯,以使控制器可以对风机进行控制,外壳1具有出风口11和进风口(图中未示出)。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的厨房空调器还包括杀菌装置,控制器与杀菌装置可以通讯,以使控制器可以对杀菌装置进行控制,杀菌装置安装在外壳1上且靠近外壳1的出风口11设置,杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂,风机启动后,雾状的杀菌剂能够随着从出风口11吹出的风流动到厨房的各个位置,以对厨房进行杀菌。其中,杀菌装置的数量优选为两个,分别位于出风口11的左端和右端。
在厨房空调器执行杀菌操作时,只需要使风机和杀菌装置运行即可,从杀菌装置喷射出的雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动,溢散到厨房中的各个位置,以对厨房进行全面的杀菌。
用户可以给厨房空调器进行定时,使厨房空调器定时执行杀菌操作以对厨房进行杀菌,这样一来,在工作日时间,厨房空调器就可以按照用户设定的时间自动执行杀菌操作,对厨房进行杀菌;或者,用户也可以通过手机APP操控厨房空调器执行杀菌操作,无需用户自己向厨房内喷洒杀菌液了,极大地节省了用户的时间,例如,用户可以在早晨上班的路上或者到公司后,通过手机APP操控厨房空调器执行杀菌操作,仅使风机和杀菌装置运行,对厨房进行杀菌,等用户晚上下班回到家后,厨房内的病菌被杀死了,厨房内也没有了杀菌剂的味道。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的杀菌装置包括储液罐2和喷雾器3,其中,储液罐2其用于存储杀菌液,例如次氯酸钠等,喷雾器3与储液罐2连通,喷雾器3的喷嘴31设置在出风口11处。
杀菌装置运行时,储液罐2中的杀菌液进入喷雾器3内,然后经由喷雾器3的喷嘴31喷射出雾状的杀菌剂,雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动到厨房的各个位置,以对厨房进行全面的杀菌。
优选地,喷雾器3为气溶胶喷雾器。通过气溶胶喷雾器可以喷射气溶胶喷雾,气溶胶具有漂浮时间长、渗透力强的优点,因此采用气溶胶喷雾进行杀菌能够对空气和表面均进行有效杀菌,并且效率高、效果好。
基于上述的厨房空调器,本发明还提供了一种厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法。
下面结合图3至图5对本发明的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法进行详细地介绍。其中,图3为本发明的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法的流程图;图4为本发明的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法的实施例一的流程图;图5为本发明的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法的实施例二的流程图。
如图3所示,本发明的杀菌控制方法包括:获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,用户进入厨房的累计次数;获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后厨房的湿度值;根据累计次数和厨房的湿度值,选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
示例性地,在厨房空调器上安装摄像头,并使摄像头与厨房空调器的控制器进行通讯,控制器内设置有计数器,当通过摄像头拍摄到用户进入厨房一次,使计数器计数一次,直至厨房空调器开始执行杀菌操作,当厨房空调器开始执行杀菌操作后,使计数器清零开始重新计数;在厨房内最易滋生病菌的地方安装湿度检测传感器,并使湿度检测传感器与厨房空调器的控制器进行通讯,以便及时地将检测到的湿度数据传输给控制器。
控制器根据累计次数和厨房的湿度值这两个参数来共同判断是否满足杀菌条件,并根据判断结果来选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作,这样一来,当满足杀菌条件时,厨房空调器就会自动执行杀菌操作,及时地对厨房进行消杀,无需用户自己来判断何时对厨房进行消杀,提升了用户的使用体验。
下面结合两个具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案进行详细地介绍。
实施例一
下面参照图4对本发明的实施例一的技术方案进行详细地介绍。
如图4所示,本发明的杀菌控制方法包括:获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,用户进入厨房的累计次数;获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后厨房的湿度值;将累计次数与预设次数进行比较;计算超过预设湿度值的厨房的湿度值Pn与厨房的湿度值为Pn时的累计时间Tn的乘积Cn=Pn×Tn;计算总时间Z=C1+C2+C3+…+Cn;将总时间Z分别与第一预设时间和第二预设时间进行比较;根据比较结果,选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作;其中,第一预设时间小于第二预设时间,n为大于等于1的整数,C1、C2、C3…Cn分别为不同的厨房的湿度值与该湿度值的累计时间的乘积。
示例性地,预设湿度值为50%,例如,用户进入厨房一次,则计数一次;当厨房的湿度值为55%(记为P 1)且累计时间为60分钟(记为T 1),当厨房的湿度值为60%(记为P 2)且累计时间为100分钟(记为T 2),当厨房的湿度值为65%(记为P 3)且累计时间为160分钟(记为T 3),则C 1=P 1×T 1=55%×60;C 2=P 2×T 2=60%×100;C 3=P 3×T 3=65%×160,如此计算出超过50%的不同的厨房的湿度值与该厨房的湿度值的累计时间的乘积,然后计算总时间Z=C 1+C 2+C 3;最后将累计次数与预设次数进行比较,将总时间Z分别与第一预设时间和第二预设时间进行比较,根据二者的比较结果来选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
需要说明的是,当厨房空调器执行杀菌操作后,使累计次数和总时间Z均清零,然后重新开始累计。
优选地,如图4所示,“根据比较结果,选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:如果累计次数大于或者等于预设次数,并且总时间Z大于或者等于第一预设时间,则使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作以对厨房进行杀菌;如果总时间Z大于或者等于第二预设时间,则使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作以对厨房进行杀菌;如果累计次数小于预设次数,并且总时间Z小于第一预设时间,则不使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
当累计次数大于或者等于预设次数时,说明用户进入厨房的次数较多,给厨房带来病菌的风险较大,当总时间Z大于或者等于第一预 设时间时,说明厨房内的湿度也比较大且持续的时间较长,两种因素相互叠加,使得厨房内滋生病菌的可能性比较高,此时,需要使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作,以对厨房进行杀菌。
当总时间Z大于或者等于第二预设时间时,说明厨房内的湿度大且持续时间长,在这种情形下,即使用户进入厨房的次数不太多,厨房内滋生病菌的可能性也比较高,此时,需要使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作,以对厨房进行杀菌。
当累计次数小于预设次数时,说明用户进入厨房的次数较少,当总时间Z小于第一预设时间时,说明厨房内的湿度小或者湿度大的持续时间比较短,在这种情形下,厨房内滋生细菌的可能性比较低,因此,无需对厨房进行杀菌。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中,根据试验或者经验灵活地设定预设次数、第一预设时间以及第二预设时间的具体数值。
优选地,本实施例的杀菌控制方法还包括:在厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,使厨房空调器每隔第一设定时间向用户发送一次提示信息,以提醒用户对厨房内的用具进行清洗,直至用户确认或者直至提醒次数达到设定次数。
示例性地,第一设定时间为10分钟,设定次数为10次,在厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,厨房空调器每隔10分钟向用户发送一次提示信息,例如,可以向用户的手机发送短信提醒,或者使厨房空调器发出语音提醒,以提醒用户对厨房内的用具(例如厨具或者餐具等)进行清洗,当收到用户的确认后,停止提醒,或者当提醒次数达到10时自动停止提醒。
优选地,本实施例的杀菌控制方法还包括:在厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,使厨房内的吸油烟机启动运行;当吸油烟机的运行时间达到第二设定时间后,使吸油烟机停止运行。
示例性地,厨房内的吸油烟机与厨房空调器的控制器可以通讯,第二设定时间为15分钟,当厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,控制吸油烟机启动运行,以将厨房内的杀菌剂排放到室外,吸油烟机运行15分钟后,停止运行。
实施例二
下面结合图5对本发明的实施例二的技术方案进行详细地介绍。
如图5所示,本发明的杀菌控制方法包括:获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,用户进入厨房的累计次数;获取从厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后厨房的湿度值;将累计次数与预设次数进行比较;将厨房的湿度值超过预设湿度值的累计时间与预设时间进行比较;根据比较结果,选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
示例性地,预设湿度值为50%,例如,用户进入厨房一次,则计数一次;记录厨房的湿度值超过为50%的累计时间;然后将累计次数与预设次数进行比较,将累计时间与预设时间进行比较,根据二者的比较结果来选择性地使厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
需要说明的是,当厨房空调器执行杀菌操作后,使累计次数和累计时间Z均清零,然后重新开始累计。

  1. 一种厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法,所述厨房空调器包括室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机包括:
    外壳,其具有出风口;
    风机,其设置所述外壳内;以及
    杀菌装置,其安装在所述外壳上且靠近所述出风口设置,所述杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂;
    所述杀菌控制方法包括:
    获取从所述厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,用户进入厨房的累计次数;
    获取从所述厨房空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后所述厨房的湿度值;
    根据所述累计次数和所述厨房的湿度值,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述累计次数和所述厨房的湿度值,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    将所述累计次数与预设次数进行比较;
    计算超过预设湿度值的所述厨房的湿度值Pn与所述厨房的湿度值为Pn时的累计时间Tn的乘积Cn=Pn×Tn;
    计算总时间Z=C 1+C 2+C 3+…+Cn;
    将所述总时间Z分别与第一预设时间和第二预设时间进行比较;
    根据比较结果,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作;
    其中,所述第一预设时间小于所述第二预设时间,n为大于等于1的整数,C 1、C 2、C 3…Cn分别为不同的所述厨房的湿度值与该湿度值的累计时间的乘积。

    如果所述总时间Z大于或者等于所述第二预设时间,则使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作以对所述厨房进行杀菌。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“根据比较结果,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述累计次数小于所述预设次数,并且所述总时间Z小于所述第一预设时间,则不使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述累计次数和所述厨房的湿度值,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    将所述累计次数与预设次数进行比较;
    将所述厨房的湿度值超过预设湿度值的累计时间与预设时间进行比较;
    根据比较结果,选择性地使所述厨房空调器执行杀菌操作。

    在所述厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,使所述厨房空调器每隔第一设定时间向用户发送一次提示信息,以提醒用户对所述厨房内的用具进行清洗,直至用户确认或者直至提醒次数达到设定次数。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,所述杀菌控制方法还包括:
    在所述厨房空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,使所述厨房内的吸油烟机启动运行;
    当所述吸油烟机的运行时间达到第二设定时间后,使所述吸油烟机停止运行。
  10. 一种厨房空调器,其特征在于,所述厨房空调器包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述的厨房空调器的杀菌控制方法。
