背景技术
空调器是能够为室内制冷或者制热的设备。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康家电的关注也越来越多。
家庭环境是人类接触最密切的环境之一,其质量好坏与家庭成员的健康程度密切相关。然而,家庭环境中存在大量的病原微生物,可以通过多种途径传给人体,易引发相关疾病。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决家庭环境中存在大量的病原微生物,易导致家庭成员生病的问题,本发明提供了一种空调器的控制方法,所述空调器包括室内机,所述室内机包括:壳体,其具有出风口;风机,其设置在所述壳体内;杀菌装置,其安装在所述壳体上且靠近所述出风口设置,所述杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂;所述控制方法包括:使所述风机和所述杀菌装置运行以对房间进行杀菌;当满足预设条件后,使所述风机和所述杀菌装置停止运行,并使扫地机器人运行以对所述房间进行清扫;其中,所述预设条件为所述杀菌装置的运行时间达到第一预设时间,或者所述预设条件为所述房间内的杀菌剂的浓度达到预设浓度。
在上述空调器的控制方法的优选技术方案中,所述控制方法还包括:当所述风机和所述杀菌装置停止运行的时间达到第二预设时间时,使所述房间的智能窗打开,以对所述房间进行通风换气。
在上述空调器的控制方法的优选技术方案中,所述控制方法还包括:在对所述房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到所述房间的房门 的电子锁被解锁,则使所述杀菌装置停止运行,并根据杀菌进程或者所述房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,选择性地允许所述房门打开。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在空调器的室内机上设置杀菌装置,并将杀菌装置设置在壳体的出风口处,杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂,室内机的风机启动后,雾状的杀菌剂能够随着从出风口吹出的风流动到房间的各个位置,以对房间进行杀菌;此外,将扫地机器人与空调器相关联,在使风机和杀菌装置停止运行后,使扫地机器人运行以对房间进行清扫,通过这样的设置,即先使杀菌装置运行向房间内喷射雾状的杀菌剂对房间进行杀菌,然后再使扫地机器人对房间进行清扫,能够避免房间的地面上有杀菌剂 的残留,并且,相比于先使扫地人对房间完成清扫后再使杀菌装置运行,还能够减少整个过程(杀菌+清洁)的时间,提高效率。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:当风机和杀菌装置停止运行的时间达到第二预设时间时,使房间的智能窗打开,以对房间进行通风换气。通过这样的设置,即在完成对房间的杀菌后,使智能窗打开,对房间进行通风换气,能够消除房间内杀菌剂的味道,提升用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到房间的房门的电子锁被解锁,则使杀菌装置停止运行,并根据杀菌进程或者房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,选择性地允许房门打开。通过这样的设置,能够避免出现在杀菌过程中用户突然进入房间的情况,避免对用户的身体造成伤害,提高了安全性。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在不允许房门打开的情形下,使房间的智能窗打开对房间进行通风换气以降低房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,同时告知用户可以进入房间的时间。通过这样的设置,能够尽快地允许用户进入房间,并且通过告知用户可以进入房间的时间,更加智能和人性化,极大地提升了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在不允许房门打开的情形下,当电子锁被解锁的次数达到预设次数时,允许房门打开。通过这样的设置,使得用户在急需进入房间的情形下可以顺利地进入房间,更加智能和人性化,提升了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到房间内有人,则使杀菌装置停止执行运行。通过这样的设置,能够进一步提高安全性,避免或者减小对用户的伤害。
此外,本发明在上述技术方案的基础上进一步提供的空调器由于采用了上述的控制方法,进而具备了上述控制方法所具备的技术效果,并且相比于改进前的空调器,本发明的空调器能够对房间进行杀菌,将房间内的病原微生物杀死,使得家庭环境更加舒适安全,用户体验更加,此外,将扫地机器人与空调器相关联,先使杀菌装置运行向房间内喷射雾状的杀菌剂对房间进行杀菌,然后再使扫地机器人对房间进行清 扫,能够避免房间的地面上有杀菌剂的残留,还能够减少整个过程(杀菌+清洁)的时间,提高效率。

本发明的空调器包括室内机和室外机,如图1和图2所示,室内机包括壳体1以及设置壳体1内的风机(图中未示出)和换热器(图中未示出),壳体1具有出风口11和进风口(图中未示出),在空调器制冷运行时,风机启动,房间内的热空气从壳体1的进风口进入壳体1内,在经过换热器时进行热交换,热空气的热量被吸收后变成冷空气,然后从壳体1的出风口11重新排入房间,以使房间的温度下降;反之,在空调器制热运行时,风机启动,房间内的冷空气从壳体1的进风口进入壳体1内,在经过换热器时进行热交换,冷空气吸收热量后变成热空气,然后从壳体1的出风口11重新排入房间,以使房间的温度升高。
由背景技术可知,家庭环境中存在大量的病原微生物,可以通过多种途径传给人体,易引发相关疾病。为此,本发明的空调器的控制方法还包括杀菌装置,杀菌装置安装在壳体1上且靠近壳体1的出风口11设置,杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂,风机启动后,雾状的杀菌剂能够随着从出风口11吹出的风流动到房间的各个位置,以对房间进行杀菌。
杀菌装置的数量优选为两个,分别位于出风口11的左右两端。
在空调器执行杀菌模式时,只需要使风机和杀菌装置运行即可,从杀菌装置喷射出的雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动,溢散到房间中的各个位置,以对房间进行全面的杀菌。
用户可以给空调器进行定时,使空调器定时进入杀菌模式对房间进行杀菌,这样一来,在工作日时间,空调器就可以按照用户设定的时间自动执行杀菌模式,对房间进行杀菌,极大地提升了用户的使用体验。
或者,用户也可以通过手机APP操控空调器进入杀菌模式,无需用户自己向房间内喷洒杀菌液了,极大地节省了用户的时间,例如,用户可以在早晨上班的路上或者到公司后,通过手机APP操控空调器进入 杀菌模式,仅使风机和杀菌装置运行,对房间进行杀菌,等用户晚上下班回到家后,房间内的病原微生物被杀死了,房间内也没有了杀菌剂的味道。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的杀菌装置包括储液罐2和喷雾器3,其中,储液罐2其用于存储杀菌液,例如次氯酸钠等,喷雾器3与储液罐2连通,喷雾器3的喷嘴31设置在出风口11处。
杀菌装置运行时,储液罐2中的杀菌液进入喷雾器3内,然后经由喷雾器3的喷嘴31喷射出雾状的杀菌剂,雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动到房间的各个位置,以对房间进行全面的杀菌。
优选地,喷雾器3为气溶胶喷雾器。通过气溶胶喷雾器可以喷射气溶胶喷雾,气溶胶具有漂浮时间长、渗透力强的优点,因此采用气溶胶喷雾进行杀菌能够对空气和表面均进行有效杀菌,并且效率高、效果好。
继续参阅图1和图2,喷雾器3上设置有调节阀32,通过调节阀32能够调节喷雾器3的喷射量。通过在喷雾器3上设置调节阀32,用户可以根据具体情况来调节喷雾器3的喷射量。
例如,如果用户的时间比较紧,需要在短时间内完成对房间的杀菌,可以通过调节阀32将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至最大喷射量,以在最短的时间没完成对房间的消杀;如果用户的时间比较充裕,为了提高杀菌效果,可以通过调节阀32将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至最小喷射量,延长杀菌时间,提高杀菌效果。
其中,调节阀32优选为电子调节阀。
可以给空调器设置三种杀菌模式:快速杀菌模式、标准杀菌模式和慢速杀菌模式,当用户选择快速杀菌模式时,通过电子调节阀自动将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至最大喷射量;当用户选择标准杀菌模式时,通过电子调节阀自动将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至标准喷射量;当用户选择慢速杀菌模式时,通过电子调节阀自动将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至最小喷射量。
继续参阅图1和图2,杀菌装置还包括第一压力传感器4,第一压力传感器4位于储液罐2和壳体1之间,通过第一压力传感器4的数值能够反映储液罐2的安装状态。
示例性地,第一压力传感器4安装在壳体1上,储液罐2水平设置,在安装完成的情形下,储液罐2的前端(从图上看为储液罐2的左端)正好顶在第一压力传感器4上,将此时第一压力传感器4的数值作为预设值,当第一压力传感器4的数值大于或者等于预设值时,可以判断出储液罐2处于安装好的状态,在这种情形下,杀菌装置可以正常运行;反之,当第一压力传感器4的数值小于预设值时,可以判断出储液罐2没有安装好,在这种情形下,可以禁止杀菌装置运行,并向用户发送储液罐2没有安装好的信息,以提醒用户重新安装储液罐2。通过在储液罐2和壳体1之间设置第一压力传感器4来反映储液罐2的安装状态,使得空调器更加智能,用户体验更加。
继续参阅图1和图2,杀菌装置还包括第二压力传感器5,第二压力传感器5位于储液罐2和壳体1之间,通过第二压力传感器5的数值能够反映储液罐2中的杀菌液的数量。
通过在储液罐2和壳体1之间设置第二压力传感器5来反映储液罐2中的杀菌液的数量,在储液罐2缺液时,能够及时地提醒用户向储液罐2内添加杀菌液。
示例性地,第二压力传感器5安装在壳体1上,储液罐2水平设置,在安装完成的情形下,储液罐2正好压在第二压力传感器5上,将储液罐2中的杀菌液仅够一次杀菌时的第二压力传感器5的数值作为预设值,当第二压力传感器5的数值小于预设值时,说明储液罐2中的杀菌液不足,此时可以向用户发送缺液的提示信息,以使用户可以及时地向储液罐2内补充杀菌液,以避免影响下次杀菌。
基于上述的空调器,本发明还提供了一种空调器的控制方法。
下面结合图3和图4对本发明的空调器的控制方法进行详细地介绍。其中,图3为本发明的空调器的控制方法的流程图;图4为本发明的空调器的控制方法的实施例的流程图。
如图3所示,本发明的控制方法包括以下步骤:使风机和杀菌装置运行以对房间进行杀菌;当满足预设条件后,使风机和杀菌装置停止运行,并使扫地机器人运行以对房间进行清扫;其中,预设条件为 杀菌装置的运行时间达到第一预设时间,或者预设条件为房间内的杀菌剂的浓度达到预设浓度。
本发明将扫地机器人与空调器相关联,示例性地,使扫地机器人与空调器的控制器进行通讯。
以预设条件为杀菌装置的运行时间达到第一预设时间为例,当时间到达用户设定的杀菌时间或者接收到用户发送的杀菌指令后,使风机和杀菌装置运行,通过杀菌装置向房间内喷射雾状的杀菌剂,以对房间进行杀菌,当杀菌装置的运行时间达到第一预设时间(例如15分钟)时,说明杀菌装置喷射的杀菌剂已经满足杀菌要求,此时可以使风机和杀菌装置停止运行,同时使扫地机器人运行以对房间进行清扫。
风机和杀菌装置停止运行后,房间内的杀菌剂继续进行杀菌,随着时间的推移,部分杀菌剂会降落到房间的地面上,使扫地机器人对房间进行清扫,可以将降落到地面上的杀菌剂清理掉。
需要说明的是,与先使扫地机器人对房间进行清扫后再对房间进行杀菌相比,本发明在对房间进行捂杀的过程中,使扫地机人对房间进行清扫,能够减少整个过程(杀菌+清洁)的时间,提高效率。
还需要说明的是,本领域技术人员在实际应用中可以根据试验或者经验设定第一预设时间的具体数值,只要通过第一预设时间确定的临界点能够使杀菌装置喷射的杀菌剂的量满足杀菌要求即可。
如果将预设条件设定为房间内的杀菌剂的浓度达到预设浓度,可以在房间内设置杀菌剂浓度检测传感器,并使该传感器与空调器的控制器进行通讯,以便将检测的房间内的杀菌剂的浓度值及时地传输给控制器,当房间内的杀菌剂的浓度值达到预设浓度时,说明杀菌装置喷射的杀菌剂已经满足杀菌要求,此时可以使风机和杀菌装置停止运行,同时使扫地机器人运行以对房间进行清扫。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员在实际应用中可以根据试验或者经验设定预设浓度的具体数值,只要通过预设浓度确定的临界点能够使房间内的杀菌剂的量满足杀菌要求即可。
优选地,如图4所示,本发明的控制方法还包括:当风机和杀菌装置停止运行的时间达到第二预设时间时,使房间的智能窗打开,以对房间进行通风换气。
房间具有智能窗,并使智能窗与空调器的控制器进行通讯,当风机和杀菌装置停止运行的时间达到第二预设时间时,说明对房间的杀菌完成,此时,空调器控制智能窗打开,以对房间进行通风换气,消除杀菌剂的异味。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员可以根据试验或者经验灵活地设置第二预设时间的具体数值,只要通过第二预设时间确定的临界点能够保证对房间的杀菌时间足够即可。
优选地,如图4所示,本发明的控制方法还包括:当智能窗打开的时间达到第三预设时间时,使智能窗关闭。当智能窗打开的时间到达第三预设时间时,说明已将房间内杀菌剂的异味消除,使智能窗重新关闭即可。
优选地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到房间的房门的电子锁被解锁,则使杀菌装置停止运行,并根据杀菌进程,选择性地允许房门打开。
在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,需要向房间内喷射大量的杀菌剂,因此,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,用户是不适合待在房间内的,用户一般会选择在外出期间(例如上班期间)对房间进行杀菌,然而,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,用户可能会突然返回家中,如果允许用户贸然进入房间内,可能会对用户的身体造成一定的伤害。
因此,使房门的电子锁与空调器的控制器进行通讯,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果房门的电子锁被解锁,说明用户回来了,电子锁向控制器发送信号,控制器先控制杀菌装置停止运行,不再喷射杀菌剂,并根据杀菌进程来选择性地允许房门打开。
需要说明的是,可以给房门的电子锁设置两道解锁指令,用户可以通过指纹或者密码解锁第一道解锁指令,第二道解锁指令由空调器的控制器控制,在一般情况下,电子锁仅启动一道解锁指令,即第一道解锁指令,在这种情形下,只要用户输入正确的指纹或者密码就可以使电子锁解锁,并使房门打开;然而,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,电子锁启动两道解锁指令,在这种情形下,用户输入正确的指纹或者密码只能解锁第一道解锁指令,还不能使电子锁完全解锁,还需要空调器的控制器发送第二道解锁指令才能够使电子锁完全解锁,以将房门打开, 这样一来,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,空调器的控制器就能够根据杀菌进程来选择性地允许房门打开。
优选地,“根据杀菌进程,选择性地允许房门打开”的步骤具体包括:将杀菌装置的运行时间与预设时间进行比较;如果运行时间小于预设时间,则允许房门打开;如果运行时间大于或者等于预设时间,则不允许房门打开。
当杀菌装置的运行时间小于预设时间时,说明杀菌装置的运行时间较短,向房间喷射的杀菌剂还不是很多,在这种情形下,可以允许房门打开,使用户进入房间;反之,当杀菌装置的运行时间大于或者等于预设时间时,说明杀菌装置的运行时间比较长,向房间内喷射的杀菌剂比较多,在这种情形下,不允许房门打开,禁止用户进入房间内,以避免用户进入房间对其身体造成损害。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员在实际应用中,可以根据试验或者经验灵活地设置预设时间的具体数值,只要通过预设时间确定的临界点能够判断出杀菌装置喷射的杀菌剂不会对用户造成损伤即可。此外,在空调器设置有多种杀菌模式的情形下,可以根据每种杀菌模式下杀菌装置的喷射速度来设置与每种杀菌模式对应的预设时间的具体数值。
优选地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在不允许房门打开的情形下,使房间的智能窗打开,对房间进行通风换气,同时告知用户可以进入房间的时间。
房间具有智能窗,并将智能窗与空调器相关联,示例性地,使智能窗与空调器的控制器进行通信,在不允许房间打开的情形下,说明房间内的杀菌剂的浓度比较高,在这种情形下,可以使房间的智能窗打开,对房间进行通风换气,来降低房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,以允许用户可以尽快地进入到房间内,同时,还可以根据杀菌装置的运行时间来判断大概需要通风多长时间才能将房间内的杀菌剂的浓度降低到安全浓度,并将该时间告知用户。
需要说明的是,需要的通风时间可以通过试验获得,例如,杀菌装置的运行总时间为10分钟,杀菌装置运行3分钟后,就不允许房门打开,为了获取对应的通风时间,使杀菌装置运行3分钟后停止运行,然 后打开房间的智能窗通风,同时检测房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,当房间内的杀菌剂的浓度降低到安全浓度后,记录通风时间,如果通风时间为3至4分钟之间,则将杀菌装置运行3分钟对应的通风时间设定为4分钟,预留一定的安全余量,同理,使杀菌装置运行4分钟后停止运行,然后打开房间的智能窗通风,记录房间内的杀菌剂下降至安全浓度的通风时间,依次试验并记录杀菌装置运行3至10分钟对应的通风时间后,预存到空调器的控制器内,这样一来,空调器就可以根据杀菌装置的运行时间来获取通风时间,以便告知用户可以进入房间的时间。
优选地,本发明的控制方法还包括:在不允许房门打开的情形下,当电子锁被解锁的次数达到预设次数时,允许房门打开。示例性地,预设次数为3,在不允许房门打开的情形下,如果用户通过指纹或者密码将电子锁解锁3次,说明用户可能有紧急情况必须进入房间,在这种情形下,控制器向电子锁发送第二道解锁指令,允许房门打开。
需要说明的是,在允许用户进入房间后,可以使空调器发出语音提示,告知用户正在对房间进行杀菌,请用户尽快离开房间。
还需要说明的是,在对房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到房间的房门的电子锁被解锁,还可以根据房间内的杀菌剂的浓度来选择性地允许房门打开。
示例性地,“根据房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,选择性地允许房门打开”的步骤具体包括:获取房间内的杀菌剂的浓度值;将浓度值与预设值进行比较;如果浓度值小于预设值,则允许房门打开;如果浓度值大于或者等于预设值,则不允许房门打开。
可以在房间内设置杀菌剂浓度检测传感器,并使杀菌剂浓度检测传感器与空调器的控制器进行通讯,当控制器接收到电子锁发送的信号后,将房间内的杀菌剂的浓度值与预设值进行比较,当浓度值小于预设值时,说明房间内杀菌剂的浓度较低,在这种情形下,可以允许房门打开,使用户进入房间;反之,当浓度值大于或者等于预设值时,说明房间内杀菌剂的浓度较高,在这种情形下,不允许房门打开,禁止用户进入房间。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员在实际应用中,可以根据试验或者经验灵活地设置预设值的具体数值,只要通过预设值确定的临界点能够判断出房间内的杀菌剂不会对用户造成损伤即可。

至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器的控制方法,所述空调器包括室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机包括:
    壳体,其具有进风口和出风口;
    风机,其设置所述壳体内;以及
    杀菌装置,其安装在所述壳体上且靠近所述出风口设置,所述杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂;
    所述控制方法包括:
    使所述风机和所述杀菌装置运行以对房间进行杀菌;
    当满足预设条件后,使所述风机和所述杀菌装置停止运行,并使扫地机器人运行以对所述房间进行清扫;
    其中,所述预设条件为所述杀菌装置的运行时间达到第一预设时间,或者
    所述预设条件为所述房间内的杀菌剂的浓度达到预设浓度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    当所述风机和所述杀菌装置停止运行的时间达到第二预设时间时,使所述房间的智能窗打开,以对所述房间进行通风换气。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    在对所述房间进行杀菌的过程中,
    如果检测到所述房间的房门的电子锁被解锁,则使所述杀菌装置停止运行,
    并根据杀菌进程或者所述房间内的杀菌剂的浓度,选择性地允许所述房门打开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据杀菌进程,选择性地允许所述房门打开”的步骤具体包括:
    将所述杀菌装置的运行时间与预设时间进行比较;
    如果所述运行时间小于所述预设时间,则允许所述房门打开。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据杀菌进程,选择性地允许所述房门打开”的步骤还包括:
    如果所述运行时间大于或者等于所述预设时间,则不允许所述房门打开。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    在不允许所述房门打开的情形下,当所述电子锁被解锁的次数达到预设次数时,允许所述房门打开。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    在不允许所述房门打开的情形下,使所述房间的智能窗打开以对所述房间进行通风换气,同时告知用户可以进入所述房间的时间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    当所述智能窗打开的时间达到第三预设时间时,使所述智能窗关闭。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的空调器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    在对所述房间进行杀菌的过程中,如果检测到所述房间内有人,则使所述杀菌装置停止运行。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空调器的控制方法。
