一种螺母 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带手柄且手柄易折断的螺母。
背景技术
螺母是机械领域应用很广泛的紧固零件。螺母有很多种应用场景,可以在机械设备外部进行紧固,也可以在设备内部进行紧固。内部紧固时,需要先将螺母放置进设备的凹槽或内凹空间中内,然后用螺栓从凹槽或内凹空间外部旋进螺母完成紧固。
但多数机械设备上的凹槽或内凹空间开口比较小,或凹槽或内凹空间较深。现有技术螺母绝大部分都是光秃秃的独立整体,螺母上没安装其余部件,现有技术螺母放进去凹槽或内凹空间之后,不易用手或用其他辅助器件将螺母的位置固定住。螺母位置不固定的情况下将螺栓从外部旋进螺母,会导致紧固效果不理想,紧固完成后螺母螺栓都容易松动。
发明内容
为了克服了上述技术弊端,本实用新型提供了一种螺母,在螺母主体上设置了手柄,手柄与螺母主体连接并形成连接部,且该连接部容易被折断。
本实用新型的有益技术效果在于:在螺母主体上设置了手柄,在设备上进行内部紧固时,将螺母放进设备的凹槽或内凹空间后,可以用手扶住手柄或用其他辅助器件夹住手柄,从而将螺母的位置固定住,再配合螺栓进行紧固。本实用新型螺母紧固时不易松动,克服了螺母位置不固定导致的紧固不理想的 技术弊端。本实用新型螺母紧固完成后可以折断手柄,不占用设备上其他部件的安装位置,也不影响设备的美观。
为了更好地实现技术效果,本实用新型优选为塑料螺母,相比于金属螺母质量较轻。塑料螺母相比于金属螺母也具有更好的弹性,紧固时也会产生更好的紧固力。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实用新型的一种螺母,在螺母主体1上安装了手柄2,手柄2与螺母 主体1连接并形成连接部21,该连接部21容易被折断。在机械设备3上应用该种螺母时,可以用手扶住手柄2或用其他辅助器件夹住手柄2,从而将螺母的位置固定住,再配合螺栓11进行紧固。本实用新型螺母紧固时不易松动,紧固效果较为理想。本实用新型螺母紧固完成后可以折断手柄2,不占用设备上其他部件的安装位置,也不影响设备的美观。同时本实用新型优选为塑料螺母,相比于金属螺母质量较轻。塑料螺母相比于金属螺母也具有更好的弹性,紧固时也会产生更好的紧固力。
进一步地,手柄1还包括与连接部21一体成型的杆部22,在由杆部22到连接部21的方向上,连接部21的横截面积逐渐减小。连接部21与螺母主体1的接触面横截面积达到最小,以方便在螺母紧固完成后,按压杆部22,可以轻易将连接部21折断。
优选地,本实用新型连接部21可以设置为多种形状,连接部21与螺母主体1的接触面也相应地为多种形状。连接部21与螺母主体1的接触面可以是多边形面、封闭的弧形平面,也可以是多边形与封闭的弧形组合而成的封闭图形平面。只要满足“在由杆部22到连接部21的方向上,连接部21的横截面积逐渐减小”这一条件,任何形状的接触面均属于落入本实用新型的保护范围。
在进一步地实施例中,本实用新型优选地将连接部21与螺母主体1的接触面设置为矩形面或圆形平面。
当接触面为矩形面时,将矩形面的边长控制在在0.3毫米至1.5毫米之间。当接触面为为圆形平面时,将圆形平面的直径控制在0.3毫米至1.5毫米之间。
优选地,本实用新型将手柄2与螺母主体1一体成型设计,这样在制造时可以直接将手柄2与螺母主体1注塑为一体成型的结构,工艺简单方便。
优选地,本实用新型螺母上的手柄2设置为一个或两个,手柄2为一个时,可以安装在螺母主体1的任何一个面上。当手柄2为两个时,优选地将手柄对称安装在螺母主体1上,以方便螺母可以顺利装进设备的凹槽中,螺母装进凹槽后,可以两边同时扶住或夹住手柄2以更好地固定住螺母的位置,加强紧固效果。

  1. 一种螺母,包括螺母主体,其特征在于,还包括手柄,所述手柄与所述螺母主体连接并形成连接部,其特征在于,所述连接部容易被折断。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括与连接部一体成型的杆部,在由杆部到连接部的方向上,所述连接部的横截面积逐渐减小。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述连接部与螺母主体的接触面为多边形面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述连接部与螺母主体的接触面为矩形面,所述矩形面的边长在0.3毫米至1.5毫米之间。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述连接部与螺母主体的接触面为封闭的弧形平面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述连接部与螺母主体的接触面为圆形平面,所述圆形平面的直径在0.3毫米至1.5毫米之间。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述手柄与螺母主体一体成型。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述手柄为一个或两个,当手柄为两个时,所述手柄对称安装在螺母主体上。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的螺母,其特征在于,所述螺母由塑料制成。
