Description
本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
随着互联网时代的到来,移动终端设备的数量不断上升。而在移动设备中,手机无疑是最常见且最便携的移动终端设备。用于播放音乐等声音的扬声器箱被大量的运用到手机等移动终端设备中。
相关技术扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间且用于发声的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔为前声腔和与所述前声腔相对的后腔,所述发声单体包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架靠近所述后腔一侧的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭远离所述后腔一侧的磁钢单元组件。
然而,由于所述磁路系统占据所述后腔较大空间,使得所述扬声器箱的低频性能较差。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能更好的扬声器箱。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间且用于发声的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔为前声腔和与所述前声腔相对的后腔,所述发声单体包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,
所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架靠近所述后腔一侧的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭远离所述后腔一侧的磁钢单元组件,所述磁轭包括与所述壳体间隔设置的磁轭底板、由所述磁轭底板的周缘向靠近所述振动系统方向弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁以及由所述磁轭侧壁远离所述磁轭底板的一端弯折延伸的磁轭侧板,所述磁轭侧板远离所述磁轭侧壁的一端抵接于所述盆架,所述磁轭底板和所述磁轭侧壁共同围成收纳空间,所述磁钢单元组件收容于所述收纳空间;
所述磁轭侧板设有由其靠近所述后腔的一侧向靠近所述振动系统方向凹陷形成的避让部,所述磁轭、所述盆架以及所述壳体共同围成所述后腔,所述后腔用于填充吸音颗粒。
优选的,所述磁轭侧板包括由所述磁轭侧壁远离所述磁轭底板的一端弯折延伸的第一延伸壁、由所述第一延伸壁远离所述磁轭侧壁的一端向靠近所述振动系统方向弯折延伸的第二延伸壁以及由所述第二延伸壁远离所述第一延伸壁的一端弯折延伸的第三延伸壁,所述第三延伸壁远离所述第二延伸壁的一端抵接于所述盆架;所述避让部沿所述振动系统振动方向的正投影同时落入所述第一延伸壁和所述第二延伸壁之上。
优选的,所述避让部包括由所述第一延伸壁靠近所述避让部的部分沿所述振动系统的振动方向弯折延伸的第一壁、由所述第二延伸壁和所述第三延伸壁靠近所述避让部的部分沿所述振动系统的振动方向弯折延伸的第二壁、连接于所述第一壁和所述第二壁的第三壁。
优选的,所述避让部包括至少两个且相互对称设置。
优选的,所述第一延伸壁还包括贯穿其上且位于相邻两个所述避让部之间的泄露孔。
优选的,所述泄露孔包括至少四个且分别呈对称设置。

请参考图1-4所示,本实用新型提供一种扬声器箱100,其包括具有收容空间10的壳体1以及收容于所述收容空间10且用于发声的发声单体2,所述发声单体2将所述收容空间10分隔为前声腔101和与所述前声腔101相对的后腔102。
所述壳体1包括上壳11以及盖设于所述上壳11并与所述上壳围成收容空间10的下壳12,所述下壳12设有贯穿其上且用于灌吸音颗粒的的灌粉孔121,所述扬声器箱100还包括盖设于所述灌粉孔121的盖板3,所述上壳包括贯穿其上且用于发声的发声口1a。
所述发声单体2包括盆架21、分别固定于所述盆架21的振动系统22以及驱动所述振动系统22振动发声的磁路系统23。
所述磁路系统23包括固定于所述盆架21靠近所述后腔102一侧的磁轭231以及固定于所述磁轭231远离所述后腔102一侧的磁钢单元组件232。
所述磁轭231包括与所述壳体1间隔设置的磁轭底板2311、由所述磁轭底板2311的周缘向靠近所述振动系统22方向弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁2312以及由所述磁轭侧壁2312远离所述磁轭底板2311的一端弯折延伸的磁轭侧板2313。所述磁轭侧板2313远离所述磁轭侧壁2312的一端抵接于所述盆架21,所述磁轭底板2311和所述磁轭侧壁2312共同围成收纳空间2310,所述磁钢单元组件232收容于所述收纳空间2310。
所述磁轭侧板2313设有由其靠近所述后腔102的一侧向靠近所述振动系统22方向凹陷形成的避让部2314,所述磁轭231、所述盆架21以及所述壳体1共同围成所述后腔102,所述后腔102用于填充吸音颗粒以提升低频性能。由于所述避让部2314的设置,将更多空间留给所述后腔102,增大了所述后腔102的大小,进一步增加用于填充吸音颗粒的空间,提升扬声器箱100的低频性能,降低产品功耗,声学性能更好。
本实施例中,所述避让部2314包括至少两个且相互对称设置。
具体的,所述磁轭侧板2313包括由所述磁轭侧壁2312远离所述磁轭底板2311的一端弯折延伸的第一延伸壁23131、由所述第一延伸壁23131远离所述磁轭侧壁2312的一端向靠近所述振动系统22方向弯折延伸的第二延伸壁23132以及由所述第二延伸壁23132远离所述第一延伸壁23131的一端弯折延伸的第三延伸壁23133,所述第三延伸壁23133远离所述第二延伸壁23132的一端抵接于所述盆架21;所述避让部2314沿所述振动系统22振动方向的正投影同时落入所述第一延伸壁23131和所述第二延伸壁23132之上。即所述避让部2314未占据磁钢单元组件232的空间,空间利用率高。
所述第一延伸壁23131还包括贯穿其上且位于相邻两个所述避让部2314之间的泄露孔23130,所述泄露孔23130用于平衡气压。优选的,所述泄露孔23130包括至少四个且分别呈对称设置。
具体的,所述避让部2314包括由所述第一延伸壁23131靠近所述避让部2314的部分沿所述振动系统22的振动方向弯折延伸的第一壁23141、由所述第二延伸壁23132和所述第三延伸壁23133靠近所述避让部2314的部分沿所述振动系统22的振动方向弯折延伸的第二壁23142、连接于所述第一壁23141和所述第二壁23142的第三壁23143,第三壁23143远离第一壁23141的一侧抵接于所述盆架21。

- 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间且用于发声的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔为前声腔和与所述前声腔相对的后腔,所述发声单体包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架靠近所述后腔一侧的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭远离所述后腔一侧的磁钢单元组件,所述磁轭包括与所述壳体间隔设置的磁轭底板、由所述磁轭底板的周缘向靠近所述振动系统方向弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁以及由所述磁轭侧壁远离所述磁轭底板的一端弯折延伸的磁轭侧板,所述磁轭侧板远离所述磁轭侧壁的一端抵接于所述盆架,所述磁轭底板和所述磁轭侧壁共同围成收纳空间,所述磁钢单元组件收容于所述收纳空间;所述磁轭侧板设有由其靠近所述后腔的一侧向靠近所述振动系统方向凹陷形成的避让部,所述磁轭、所述盆架以及所述壳体共同围成所述后腔,所述后腔用于填充吸音颗粒。
