Description

现有的数据库管理系统设备在使用过程中,系统设备需要进行位置固定和安装,传统的固定通过螺栓等方式进行固定,拆卸时候不够便捷,同时传统的系统设备是依靠自身进行散热防尘,散热防尘效果一般,为此,我们提出了一种专利数据库管理系统设备。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有的数据库管理系统设备在使用过程中,系统设备需要进行位置固定和安装,传统的固定通过螺栓等方式进行固定,拆卸时候不够便捷,同时传统的系统设备是依靠自身进行散热防尘,散热防尘效果一般的缺点,而提出的一种专利数据 库管理系统设备。

一种专利数据库管理系统设备,包括基体,所述基体的顶端侧壁开设有第一凹槽,第一凹槽的底端侧壁滑动连接有调节板,调节板相互靠近的一侧侧壁之间固定有复位弹簧,所述基体的两侧侧壁开设有对称设置的第一通孔,第一通孔与第一凹槽内部连通,所述第一通孔的内部滑动套装有导向板,导向板的一端延伸至第一凹槽内部,所述导向板的另一端延伸至基体外部固定有第一连接板,第一连接板的底端侧壁固定有把手,且把手与第一连接板之间垂直设置,所述导向板的底端侧壁开设有三角结构的第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽的两侧内壁滑动连接有第二连接板,第二连接板的底端侧壁安装有与第一凹槽底端侧壁固定的回位弹簧,所述第二连接板的一端固定有第三连接板,第三连接板的两端均为斜面结构,所述基体的上方设置有设备本体,设备本体的两侧侧壁固定有限位板,限位板的一侧侧壁开设有限位槽。
优选的,所述调节板的两端为斜面结构,且调节板的一端位于第三连接板正下方,所述第三连接板的顶端位于第二凹槽正下方。
优选的,所述基体的两侧外壁开设有对称设置的第二通孔,所述基体的两侧外壁固定有对称设置的第一支撑板,第一支撑板之间固定有过滤板,过滤板上开设有多个对称设置的过滤孔。
优选的,所述过滤板的一侧侧壁转动连接有第一连接轴,第一连接轴远离过滤板的一端固定有对称设置的扇叶,所述基体的顶端侧壁固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定有第二连接轴。
优选的,所述第二连接轴远离驱动电机的一端延伸至第二通孔底端侧壁转动连接,所述第二连接轴的外侧壁紧配合套接有蜗轮,所述第一连接轴的外侧壁紧配合套接有蜗杆,且蜗杆与蜗轮之间啮合传动连接。
优选的,所述第二通孔的两侧侧壁之间滑动连接有清理板,清理板靠近过滤孔的一侧侧壁连接有毛刷,所述清理板的顶端侧壁沿竖直方向开设有螺纹孔,所述第二连接轴的外侧壁开设有螺纹,所述第二连接轴的一端穿过螺纹孔,且第二连接轴与清理板之间螺纹传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中通过调节板对第三连接板进行快速挤压,第三连接板对导向板底部开设的第二凹槽进行挤压,使导向板的一端对限位板侧壁开设的限位槽进行卡接设置,快速完成对系统设备的固定。
2、本实用新型中通过过滤板和过滤孔对外界的粉尘进行过滤处理,通过扇叶对系统设备进行快速散热,提高系统设备的散热效果,通过毛刷自动对过滤孔进行清理,提高了实用性。

工作原理:通过移动设备本体15,设备本体15带动限位板进入第一凹槽内部,设备本体15对调节板3的斜面进行挤压,调节板3的另一端斜面对第三连接板14的斜面进行挤压处理,第三连接板14的顶端斜面对第二凹槽9的斜面进行挤压,使导向板5朝向设备本体15进行移动,使导向板5与限位板的限位槽16进行卡接,对设备本 体15完成固定,当设备本体15进行工作时,通过两侧设置的过滤板18和过滤孔19,能够对外界空气中的粉尘进行过滤处理,然后启动驱动电机20,驱动电机20带动第二连接轴21进行旋转,第二连接轴21带动蜗轮27进行旋转,蜗轮27与蜗杆26之间啮合传动带动第一连接轴22进行旋转,第一连接轴22带动扇叶23进行旋转,对外界空气进行抽入,同时第二连接轴21通过螺纹传动带动清理板24进行移动,清理板24带动毛刷25进行移动,毛刷25对过滤孔19中的粉尘进行清理,提高了防尘散热效果,当对设备本体15进行拆卸时,只需要拉动把手11,把手11带动第一连接板10,第一连接板10带动导向板5进行移动,使导向板5的一端与限位槽16分离,然后取出设备本体15即可。
