一种纱线染整用除尘装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纱线印染领域,尤其是涉及一种纱线染整用除尘装置。
背景技术
纱线是纺织行业中的原材料,纱线在加工前需要做除尘处理,但是目前大部分手段都是手动拍打实现除尘,品质不高,导致纱线加工出的面料质量低下,因此,有必要提出一种自动化纱线除尘装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纱线染整用除尘装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种纱线染整用除尘装置,包括机架,所述的机架内部设置有除尘装置,所述的机架一侧开设有进纱口、另一侧开设有出纱口,所述的机架内靠所述的进纱口一侧设置有第一导纱装置,所述的第一导纱装置外侧套接有第一导纱滚筒,所述的第一导纱滚筒上方安装有第一压纱转轮,所述的机架内靠所述的出纱口一侧设置有第二导纱装置,所述的第二导纱装置外侧套接有第二导纱滚筒,所述的第二导纱滚筒上方安装有第二压纱转轮,所述的第一导纱装置靠所述的除尘装置一侧设置有第一导纱孔,所述的第二导纱装置靠所述的除尘装置一侧设置有第二导纱孔。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案,所述的除尘装置包括安装于内部的驱动电 机、与所述的驱动电机驱动连接的纱线滚轮、位于所述的驱动电机下方的集尘盒、位于所述的集尘盒下方的鼓风机、位于所述的鼓风机下方的集尘板,所述的集尘板通过拆卸卡扣安装与所述的除尘装置底部。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案,所述的除尘装置内部靠所述的第一导纱孔一侧安装有第一导纱轮,所述的除尘装置内部靠所述的第二导纱孔一侧安装有第二导纱轮。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案,所述的鼓风机下方安装有第一拉纱轮和第二拉纱轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过第一导纱装置将纱线带入所述的除尘装置内,启动所述的驱动电机,使所述的纱线滚轮转动,与纱线摩擦,将纱线上的尘打出,并集中于所述的集尘盒内,经过鼓风机对纱线吹起,将尘集于集尘板内,再通过第二导纱装置将处理后的纱线带出,实现纱线自动化除尘处理,提高纱线的品质,减少了人手操作。

请参阅图1结合所示,一种纱线染整用除尘装置,包括机架1,所述的机架1内部设置有除尘装置4,所述的机架1一侧开设有进纱口7、另一侧开设有出纱口8,所述的机架1内靠所述的进纱口7一侧设置有第一导纱装置14,所述的第一导纱装置14外侧套接有第一导纱滚筒13,所述的第一导纱滚筒13上方安装有第一压纱转轮9,所述的机架1内靠所述的出纱口8一侧设置有第二导纱装置16,所述的第二导纱装置16外侧套接有第二导纱滚筒15,所述的第二导纱滚筒15上方安装有第二压纱转轮10,所述的第一导纱装置14靠所述的除尘装置4一侧设置有第一导纱孔11,所述的第二导纱装置16靠所述的除尘装置4一侧设置有第二导纱孔12,所述的除尘装置4包括安装于内部的驱动电机5、与所述的驱动电机5驱动连接的纱线滚轮6、位于所述的驱动电机5下方的集尘盒3、位于所述的集尘盒3下方的鼓风机23、位于所述的鼓风机23下方的集尘板2,所述的集尘板2通过拆卸卡扣21安装与所述的除尘装置4底部,所述的除尘装置4内部靠所述的第一导纱孔11一侧安装有第一导纱轮17,所述的除尘装置4内部靠所述的第二导纱孔12一侧安装有第二导纱轮18,所述的鼓风机23下方安装有第一拉纱轮19和第二拉纱轮22,通过第一导纱装置14将纱线带入所述的除尘装置4内,启动所述的驱动电机5,使所述的纱线滚轮6转动,与纱线摩擦,将纱线上的尘打出,并集中于所述的集尘盒3内,经过鼓风机23对纱线吹起,将尘集于集尘板2内,再通过第二导纱装置16将处理后的纱线带出,实现纱线自动化除尘处理,提高纱线的品质,减少了人手操作。

  1. 一种纱线染整用除尘装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于,所述的机架(1)内部设置有除尘装置(4),所述的机架(1)一侧开设有进纱口(7)、另一侧开设有出纱口(8),所述的机架(1)内靠所述的进纱口(7)一侧设置有第一导纱装置(14),所述的第一导纱装置(14)外侧套接有第一导纱滚筒(13),所述的第一导纱滚筒(13)上方安装有第一压纱转轮(9),所述的机架(1)内靠所述的出纱口(8)一侧设置有第二导纱装置(16),所述的第二导纱装置(16)外侧套接有第二导纱滚筒(15),所述的第二导纱滚筒(15)上方安装有第二压纱转轮(10),所述的第一导纱装置(14)靠所述的除尘装置(4)一侧设置有第一导纱孔(11),所述的第二导纱装置(16)靠所述的除尘装置(4)一侧设置有第二导纱孔(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线染整用除尘装置,其特征在于,所述的除尘装置(4)包括安装于内部的驱动电机(5)、与所述的驱动电机(5)驱动连接的纱线滚轮(6)、位于所述的驱动电机(5)下方的集尘盒(3)、位于所述的集尘盒(3)下方的鼓风机(23)、位于所述的鼓风机(23)下方的集尘板(2),所述的集尘板(2)通过拆卸卡扣(21)安装与所述的除尘装置(4)底部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线染整用除尘装置,其特征在于,所述的除尘装置(4)内部靠所述的第一导纱孔(11)一侧安装有第一导纱轮(17),所述的除尘装置(4)内部靠所述的第二导纱孔(12)一侧安装有第二导纱轮(18)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纱线染整用除尘装置,其特征在于,所述的鼓风机(23)下方安装有第一拉纱轮(19)和第二拉纱轮(22)。
