Description

长期演进网络服务的获取方法、装置和计算机设备
本申请要求于2020年9月28日提交中国专利局,申请号为2020110413858,申请名称为“长期演进网络服务的获取方法、装置和计算机设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,特别是涉及一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
背景技术
在第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称3GPP)中,根据3GPP24.008以及3GPP 24.301协议,当终端在某一公共陆地移动网络中发起请求被拒绝时,终端中长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称LTE)网络的无线网络接入(Radio Access Technology,简称RAT)服务会被禁用,在SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡)重新插入另一个陆上公用移动网络之前,终端将无法获得LTE服务以及IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,因特网协议多媒体子系统)服务。传统方式中,当终端在某一公共陆地移动网络中发起请求被拒绝时,若终端切换到另一个陆上公用移动网络,在未重新插入SIM卡前,终端会注册到UTRAN(UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network,UMTS的陆地无线接入网络)或GERAN(GSM EDGE Radio Access Network GSM/EDGE无线通信网络)上,以获取电路交换(Circuit Switch,简称CS)服务。
然而传统方式无法重新获取LTE服务以及IMS服务,致使无法在LTE网络下提供数据服务。因此,如何在终端被公共陆地移动网络拒绝且未重新插入SIM卡时,重新获取LTE服务以及IMS服务成为目前需要解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种能够在终端被公共陆地移动网络拒绝且未重新插入SIM卡时,重新获取LTE服务以及IMS服务的长期演进网络服务的获取方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法,所述方法包括:
当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络;
在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务;
在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息;
根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务;
根据所述长期演进网络接入服务在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
在其中一个实施例中,所述在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务包括:
根据所述第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络;
通过所述第二公共陆地移动网络在所述第一注册网络上进行位置注册;
当在所述第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取所述第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的所述第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息;
当在所述第一注册网络上注册失败时,在所述2G网络上进行位置注册,获取所述2G网络的电路交换服务。
在其中一个实施例中,所述在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务还包括:
获取无线网络注册请求,将所述无线网络注册请求发送至所述第二公共陆地移动网络;
当接收到所述第二公共陆地移动网络根据所述无线网络注册请求返回的相应无线网络的位置区更新完成的信息时,获取相应无线网络的电路交换服务。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述重选信息重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务包括:
根据所述重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述重选信息重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务, 还包括:
根据所述重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率在当前界面显示刷新按钮;
当接收到所述刷新按钮的触发操作时,刷新SIM卡,重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务。
在其中一个实施例中,在所述根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务之前,还包括:
读取所述重选信息;
对所述重选信息中的长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查;
当检查得到所述长期演进网络频率为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
一种长期演进网络服务的获取装置,所述装置包括:
第一接收模块,用于当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络;
第一注册模块,用于在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务;
第二接收模块,用于在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息;
调用模块,用于根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务;
第二注册模块,用于根据所述长期演进网络接入服务在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一注册模块,还用于根据所述第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络;通过所述第二公共陆地移动网络在所述第一注册网络上进行位置注册;当在所述第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取所述第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的所述第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息;当在所述第一注册网络上注册失败时,在所述2G网络上进行位置注册,获取所述2G网络的电路交换服务。

上述长期演进网络服务的获取方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质,当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络,从而在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务。在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息,进而根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务,根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,重新获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。由于在接收到请求拒绝指令时,会根据重选信息来重新调用已被禁用的长期演进网络接入(LTE RAT)服务,以注册长期演进(LTE)网络,并不需要注册到UTRAN或GERAN上,从而实现了在未重新插入SIM卡之前,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务,以在LTE网络上进行数据业务处理。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的长期演进网络服务的获取方法,可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。终端102与第一基站104通过第一公共陆地移动网络进行通信。终端102与第二基站106通过第二公共陆地移动网络进行通信。可以将第一公共陆地移动网络简称为第一网络,将第二 公共陆地移动网络简称为第二网络。终端102在网络切换过程中,当在尝试注册到第一网络时,终端102在第一网络下向第一基站104发起网络请求。网络请求可以是附着(ATTACH)请求、跟踪区更新(Tracking Area Update,简称TAU)请求、路由区更新(Route Area Update,简称RAU)请求等多种请求中的任意一种。当终端104在第一网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二网络。终端102在第二网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务。在空闲状态下,终端102根据电路交换服务接收第二基站106通过第二网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息。终端102根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。终端102根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。其中,终端102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备。第一基站104和第二基站106可以但不限于是各种微基站、宏基站和直放站。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法,以该方法应用于图1中的终端为例进行说明,包括以下步骤:
步骤202,当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络。
当终端从某一公共陆地移动网络移动到无网络覆盖的无服务区域时,终端会尝试注册到其他不同的公共陆地移动网络,当终端在尝试注册到第一网络时,可以在第一网络下向第一基站发起请求。其中,请求可以是附着(ATTACH)请求、跟踪区更新(Tracking Area Update,简称TAU)请求、路由区更新(Route Area Update,简称RAU)请求等多种请求中的任意一种。当终端在第一网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二网络。例如,请求拒绝指令可以是#7(EPS services not allowed)。EPS(Evolved Packet System,演进的分组域系统)包括长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称LTE)即无线侧和系统结构演进(System Architecture Evolution,简称SAE)即网络侧。EPS服务用于提供数据通道,当EPS服务被禁用时,LTE服务会被禁用,LTE的RAT(Radio Access Technology,无线网络接入技术)服务也会被禁用,在SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡)重新插入之前,终端将无法在LTE RAT上注册EPS服务,也无法获得LTE服务以及IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,因特网协议多媒体子系统)服务,致使用户无法进行数据业务处理,因此,终端会切换到第二网络。第二网络与第一网络为两种不同的公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,简称PLMN)。LTE可以包括第一网路以及第二网络。公共陆地移动网络可以包括VPLMN(Visited PLMN,访问PLMN)、HPLMN(Home PLMN,归属 PLMN)、EHPLMN(Equivalent Home PLMN,等效本地PLMN)、EPLMN(Equivalent PLMN,等效PLMN)等。
步骤204,在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务。
步骤206,在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息。
当终端切换到第二网络之后,会尝试在第二网络上进行位置注册,以获取电路交换(Circuit Switch,简称CS)服务。第二网络可以支持多种无线网络。具体的,终端可以尝试在多种无线网络上进行注册以获取相应的CS服务。终端可以根据多个无线网络的优先级确定多种无线网络的注册顺序,当终端在上一个无线网络中注册失败时,则在下一个无线网络中进行位置注册以获取该无线网络的CS服务,直至获取到CS服务。
当终端获取到CS服务时,会在空闲状态下接收到CS服务对应的无线网络的长期演进网络的重选信息。空闲状态是指终端并未建立RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接。长期演进网络的重选信息是指无线网络下的系统信息。长期演进网络的重选信息用于调用长期演进网络接入服务。
步骤208,根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
步骤210,根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
由于第一网络与第二网络是两种不同的公共陆地移动网络,终端在接收到长期演进网络的重选信息时,可以进行内部SIM卡刷新,并重新调用被禁用的长期演进网络接入服务,即重新启动LTE RAT服务。
当终端重新启动LTE RAT服务后,可以在第二网络上注册长期演进网络,即LTE注册。具体的,终端发送LTE注册请求至第二网络,LTE注册请求可以称为LTE附着请求。当终端接收到第二网络返回的注册请求已被接收的消息时,表示LTE注册成功,终端可以重新获取到LTE服务以及IMS服务。IMS服务用于为用户提供基本语音业务以及基于语音业务的补充业务。当获取到LTE服务以及IMS服务后,终端可以进行数据业务处理。
在本实施例中,当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络,从而在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务。在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息,进而根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务,根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,重新获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体 服务。由于在接收到请求拒绝指令时,会根据重选信息来重新调用已被禁用的长期演进网络接入(LTE RAT)服务,以在长期演进(LTE)网络上进行位置注册,并不需要注册到UTRAN或GERAN上,从而实现了在未重新插入SIM卡之前,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务,以在LTE网络上进行数据业务处理。
在一个实施例中,终端根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册之后,还可以获取5G网络服务。例如,5G网络服务可以是NR(New Radio,新空口)网络。能够在调用长期演进网络接入(LTE RAT)服务,并进行长期演进网络注册之后,针对不同的网络需求提供相应的无线网络服务。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务的步骤包括:
步骤302,根据第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络。
步骤304,通过第二公共陆地移动网络在第一注册网络上进行位置注册。
步骤306,当在第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。
步骤308,当在第一注册网络上注册失败时,在2G网络上进行位置注册,获取2G网络的电路交换服务。
第二网络可以支持2G网络以及3G网络。电路交换服务为CS服务。终端在切换至第二网络之后,会识别2G网络以及3G网络的优先级,确定优先级高的无线网络,即3G网络为第一注册网络,2G网络为第二注册网络。终端在第一注册网络上进行位置注册。当注册成功时,终端可以获取3G CS服务,进而终端会在空闲状态下接收到第二网络发送的3G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。该重选信息是指3G网络下的系统信息,可以是SIB19。SIB19中包括最高优先级的LTE频率。当3G网络注册失败时,终端则在2G网络上进行注册,以获取2G CS服务,进而终端会在空闲状态下接收到第二网络发送的2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。该重选信息是指2G网络下的系统信息,可以是SI2Quarter。SI2Quarter中包括最高优先级的LTE频率。当终端在任一无线网络中注册成功时,即可获取到相应无线网络的CS服务。
在本实施例中,根据第二网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络,从而通过第二网络在第一注册网络上进行位置注册。当注册成功时,获取第一 注册网络的电路交换服务。并且可以在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。当注册失败时,则在2G网络上进行位置注册,以获取电路交换服务。能够在3G网络位置注册失败时,切换至2G网络进行位置注册以获取2G CS服务,能够提高CS服务获取的灵活性。
在一个实施例中,在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务包括:获取无线网络注册请求,将无线网络注册请求发送至第二公共陆地移动网络;当接收到第二公共陆地移动网络根据无线网络注册请求返回的相应无线网络的位置区更新完成的信息时,获取相应无线网络的电路交换服务。
当终端切换至第二网络后,尝试在第二网络上进行位置注册,以获取电路交换服务。终端获取到无线网络注册请求。无线网络注册请求可以是位置区更新请求。终端将无线网络注册请求发送至第二网络,第二网络则根据无线注册请求在3G或者2G网络中进行位置区更新,当3G或者2G网络完成位置区更新时,返回更新完成信息至终端。终端进而可以注册完成位置区更新的无线网络的CS服务,即获取到相应无线网络的CS服务。
在本实施例中,当接收到第二公共陆地移动网络返回的相应无线网络的位置区更新完成的信息时,获取相应无线网络的电路交换服务,能够在第二网络上选择合适的无线网络完成位置注册,获取电路交换服务以便于后续重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
在另一个实施例中,如图4所示,还提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤402,当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络。
步骤404,根据第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络,在第一注册网络上进行位置注册。
步骤406,判断是否在第一注册网络上注册成功。当第一注册网络上注册成功时,执行步骤408至410。当第一注册网络上注册失败时,执行步骤412至414。
步骤408,获取第一注册网络的电路交换服务。
步骤410,在空闲状态下,根据第一注册网络的电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。
步骤412,在2G网络上进行位置注册,获取2G网络的电路交换服务。
步骤414,在空闲状态下,根据2G网络的电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。
步骤416,根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
步骤418,根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
终端在空闲状态下,会接收到3G网络或者2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。3G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息是指3G网络下的系统信息,可以是SIB19。2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息是指2G网络下的系统信息,可以是SI2Quarter。SIB19或者SI2Quarter中包括有最高优先级的LTE频率。由于第一网络与第二网络为两种不同的公共陆地移动网络,终端的调制解调器可以根据最高优先级的LTE频率自动进行内部SIM卡刷新,从而可以重新调用长期演进网络接入服务(LTE RAT)。终端会发送LTE附着请求至第二网络,当第二网络接受该LTE附着请求,即完成LTE注册时,会返回注册完成消息至终端,终端会重新获取到LTE服务以及IMS服务,进而终端可以在LTE网络上进行数据业务处理。
在本实施例中,当在空闲状态下,接收到3G网络或者2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息时,根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。能够通过自动进行SIM卡刷新来重新调用长期演进网络接入服务,实现在用户未重新插入SIM卡时,重新获取LTE服务以及IMS服务,以提供数据业务。
在另一个实施例中,如图5所示,还提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤502,当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络。
步骤504,根据第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络。在第一注册网络上进行位置注册。
步骤506,判断是否在第一注册网络上注册成功。当第一注册网络上注册成功时,执行步骤508至510。当第一注册网络上注册失败时,执行步骤512至514。
步骤508,获取第一注册网络的电路交换服务。
步骤510,在空闲状态下,根据第一注册网络的电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。
步骤512,在2G网络上进行位置注册,获取2G网络的电路交换服务。
步骤514,在空闲状态下,根据2G网络的电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息。
步骤516,根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率在当前界面显示刷新按钮。
步骤518,当接收到刷新按钮的触发操作时,刷新SIM卡,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
3G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息是指3G网络下的系统信息,可以是SIB19。2G网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息是指2G网络下的系统信息,可以是SI2Quarter。SIB19或者SI2Quarter中包括有最高优先级的LTE频率。由于第一网络与第二网络为两种不同的公共陆地移动网络,终端的调制解调器可以根据最高优先级的LTE频率向用户界面发送提示指令,用户界面根据提示指令显示提示信息并在当前界面显示刷新按钮。例如,提示信息的内容可以是“由于网络故障,LTE服务已被屏蔽。请点击刷新按钮,启用LTE服务”。当用户点击刷新按钮时,终端的调制解调器中的用户识别单元会接收到刷新事件,从而重新调用长期演进网络接入服务(LTE RAT)。终端会发送LTE附着请求至第二网络,当第二网络接受该LTE附着请求,即完成LTE注册时,会返回注册完成消息至终端,注册完成消息也可以是请求已接受消息。终端会重新获取到LTE服务以及IMS服务,进而终端可以在LTE网络上进行数据业务处理。
在本实施例中,根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率在当前界面显示刷新按钮,当接收到刷新按钮的触发操作时,刷新SIM卡,来重新调用长期演进网络接入服务,无需用户重新插入SIM卡,只需通过触发刷新按钮,即可重新调用长期演进网络接入服务,以获取LTE服务以及IMS服务,能够更为灵活、便捷地为用户提供数据业务。
在一个实施例中,在根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务之前,还包括:读取重选信息;对重选信息中的长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查;当检查得到长期演进网络频率为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
终端读取长期演进网络的重选信息,确定长期演进网络频率的优先级,对该长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查,识别长期演进网络频率是否为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率,当长期演进网络频率是否为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则会根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。通过检查重选信息中的长期演进网络频率的优先级,能够确保长期演进网络接入服务的重新调用,提高长期演进网络接入服务服务调用的安全性。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,还提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法的时序图。
602:终端向第一公共陆地移动网络发起网络请求。
604:第一公共陆地移动网络返回请求拒绝指令。
606:终端切换至第二公共陆地移动网络,将获取到的无线网络注册请求发送至第二公共陆地移动网络。
608:第二公共陆地移动网络根据无线网络注册请求返回3G网络或者2G网络的位置区更新完成的信息至终端。
610:终端获取3G网络或者2G网络的电路交换服务。
612:第二公共陆地移动网络在空闲状态下,发送3G网络对应的SIB19或者2G网络对应的SI2Quarter至终端。
614:终端读取SIB19或者SI2Quarter,对SIB19或者SI2Quarter中的长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查,当检查得到长期演进网络频率为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则根据最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
616:终端根据长期演进网络接入服务向第二公共陆地移动网络发送长期演进网络注册请求。
618:第二公共陆地移动网络根据长期演进网络注册请求返回请求已接受消息至终端。
620:终端获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
在另一个实施例中,如图7所示,还提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法的流程交互图。
702:终端向第一公共陆地移动网络发起网络请求。
704:第一公共陆地移动网络返回请求拒绝指令。
706:终端切换至第二公共陆地移动网络,将获取到的无线网络注册请求发送至第二公共陆地移动网络。

应该理解的是,虽然图2至7的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2至7中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一个实施例中,如图8所示,提供了一种长期演进网络服务的获取装置,包括:第一接收模块802、第一注册模块804、第二接收模块806、调用模块808和第二注册模块810,其中:
第一接收模块802用于当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络。
第一注册模块804用于在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务。
第二接收模块806用于在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息。
调用模块808用于根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
第二注册模块810用于根据长期演进网络接入服务在第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
在一个实施例中,第一注册模块804还用于根据第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络;通过第二公共陆地移动网络在第一注册网络上进行位置注册;当在第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据电路交换服务接收第二公共陆地移动网络发送的第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息;当在第一注册网络上注册失败时,在2G网络上进行位置注册,获取2G网络的电路交换服务。
在一个实施例中,第一注册模块804还用于获取无线网络注册请求,将无线网络注册请求发送至第二公共陆地移动网络;当接收到第二公共陆地移动网络根据无线网络注册请求返回的相应无线网络的位置区更新完成的信息时,获取相应无线网络的电路交换服务。
在一个实施例中,调用模块808还用于根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
在一个实施例中,调用模块808还用于根据重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率在当前界面显示刷新按钮;当接收到刷新按钮的触发操作时,刷新SIM卡,重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
在一个实施例中,上述装置还包括:检查模块,用于读取重选信息;对重选信息中的长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查;当检查得到长期演进网络频率为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则根据重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
关于长期演进网络服务的获取装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于长期演进网络服务的获取方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述长期演进网络服务的获取装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是终端,其内部结构图可以如图9所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、显示屏和输入装置。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的基站通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法。该计算机设备的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或 者电子墨水显示屏,该计算机设备的输入装置可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是计算机设备外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,还可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图9中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器存储有计算机程序,该处理器执行计算机程序时实现上述各个实施例中的步骤。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述各个实施例中的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种长期演进网络服务的获取方法,包括:
    当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络;
    在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务;
    在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息;
    根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务;
    根据所述长期演进网络接入服务在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务包括:
    根据所述第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络;
    通过所述第二公共陆地移动网络在所述第一注册网络上进行位置注册;
    当在所述第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取所述第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的所述第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息;
    当在所述第一注册网络上注册失败时,在所述2G网络上进行位置注册,获取所述2G网络的电路交换服务。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务包括:
    获取无线网络注册请求,将所述无线网络注册请求发送至所述第二公共陆地移动网络;
    当接收到所述第二公共陆地移动网络根据所述无线网络注册请求返回的相应无线网络的位置区更新完成的信息时,获取相应无线网络的电路交换服务。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述重选信息重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务包括:
    根据所述重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率进行SIM卡刷新,重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述重选信息重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务包括:
    根据所述重选信息中最高优先级的长期演进网络频率在当前界面显示刷新按钮;
    当接收到所述刷新按钮的触发操作时,刷新SIM卡,重新调用所述长期演进网络接入服务。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的方法,还包括:在所述根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务之前,
    读取所述重选信息;
    对所述重选信息中的长期演进网络频率的优先级进行检查;
    当检查得到所述长期演进网络频率为最高优先级的长期演进网络频率时,则根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在所述根据所述长期演进网络接入服务在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册后,获取5G网络服务。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络包括:
    向所述第一公共陆地移动网络发起网络请求;
    所述第一公共陆地移动网络返回请求拒绝指令;
    切换至所述第二公共陆地移动网络,将获取到的无线网络注册请求发送至所述第二公共陆地移动网络。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务包括:
    所述第二公共陆地移动网络根据所述无线网络注册请求返回3G网络或者2G网络的位置区更新完成的信息;
    获取所述3G网络或者2G网络的电路交换服务。
  10. 一种长期演进网络服务的获取装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于当在第一公共陆地移动网络中接收到请求拒绝指令时,切换至第二公共陆地移动网络;
    第一注册模块,用于在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行位置注册,获取电路交换服务;
    第二接收模块,用于在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地 移动网络发送的长期演进网络的重选信息;
    调用模块,用于根据所述重选信息重新调用长期演进网络接入服务;
    第二注册模块,用于根据所述长期演进网络接入服务在所述第二公共陆地移动网络上进行长期演进网络注册,获取长期演进网络服务以及多媒体服务。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述第一注册模块还用于:根据所述第二公共陆地移动网络中3G网络以及2G网络的优先级确定3G网络为第一注册网络;通过所述第二公共陆地移动网络在所述第一注册网络上进行位置注册;当在所述第一注册网络上注册成功时,获取所述第一注册网络的电路交换服务,以及在空闲状态下,根据所述电路交换服务接收所述第二公共陆地移动网络发送的所述第一注册网络对应的长期演进网络的重选信息;当在所述第一注册网络上注册失败时,在所述2G网络上进行位置注册,获取所述2G网络的电路交换服务。
  12. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
