Abstract

Sont divulgués un procédé de gestion d'agent de traitement de linge et un système de gestion d'agent de traitement de linge. Le procédé consiste : à activer une fonction de commande automatique d'un agent de traitement de linge ; lorsque des informations indiquant qu'un agent de traitement de linge est insuffisant sont acquises, à générer automatiquement une commande pour acheter l'agent de traitement de linge correspondant et à payer automatiquement pour ce dernier, et à envoyer, à un serveur de commerçant, la commande qui a été réglée. Dans la présente invention, lorsque des informations indiquant qu'un agent de traitement de linge est insuffisant sont acquises, un système de gestion d'agent de traitement de linge génère automatiquement une commande d'achat de l'agent de traitement de linge, et effectue automatiquement le paiement, de telle sorte que des opérations automatisées et sans utilisateur sont effectuées, ce qui permet d'éviter l'étape d'un actionnement manuel par un utilisateur et d'améliorer l'expérience d'utilisation.
