本发明涉及洗衣机领域,具体而言,涉及一种衣物处理剂管理方法及衣物处理剂管理系统。
洗衣机是人们日常生活中的必备家用电器,因利用率高,耗用洗涤剂、洗衣粉频繁,相应就需要经常进行洗涤剂和柔顺剂或者其他衣物处理剂的选购,为了不影响到家庭洗衣,用户一般会在家庭衣物处理剂不足时购买新的衣物处理剂,以防衣物处理剂用尽。然而在高节奏的现代生活,人们的工作量大,家庭事务繁多,往往不清楚衣物处理剂的剩余量,容易发生需要洗衣时,才发现衣物处理剂不够,从而影响到正常的洗涤工作。
随着电子商务的发展,用户通过网络购买衣物处理剂的现象越来越普遍。在每次购买和支付过程中,都需要用户手动挑选衣物处理剂品牌、种类、数量后在下单,并需要用户手动输入支付密码,在输入正确支付密码后才能够完成订单,操作不便且耗时较长。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理剂管理系统及其管理方法,实现在衣物处理剂不足时,系统自动生成购买订单并完成支付的目的,在避免用户没有及时购买衣物处理剂,而影响洗衣机工作的同时,实现自动化、无人化操作。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

优选地,所述购买参数信息为用户预先设定的购买参数,或者根据历史订单信息确定的购买参数。
上述技术方案中,所述接收商家服务器的支付订单请求并自动支付,具体包括:
接收商家服务器的支付订单请求;
检测当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件;
若当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件,则自动完成支付;
优选地,所述预设免密支付条件包括支付数额低于预设数额。
上述技术方案中,在所述获取购买参数信息之前,具体包括:
查询用户是否具有预购买衣物处理剂订单;
若是,则查询所述预购买衣物处理剂订单是否具有剩余兑换次数;
若是,则生成兑换衣物处理剂的订单并发送至商家服务器。
上述任一技术方案中,衣物处理剂的自动下单功能未开启,当获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息时执行以下步骤:
生成并推送购买衣物处理剂的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括衣物处理剂不足提示信息和是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项;
获取是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项的选择结果;
响应于购买衣物处理剂的选择结果,生成购买衣物处理剂的订单,并将所述订单发送至商家服务器。
上述任一技术方案中,所述获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息之前,还包括:
当检测到洗衣机处于开机状态,获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数;
若所述工作次数达到预设次数,生成所述衣物处理剂不足的信息;
优选地,所述获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数,具体包括:

其中,考虑到网络购物的邮递时间,获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息时,洗衣机内应还留存有一定量的衣物处理剂,以满足用户在邮递期间的洗衣需求。
值得说明的是,管理系统可以为集成在洗衣机控制系统中,也可以为终端装置(例如计算机、手机等)中的APP。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,步骤S101具体包括:
S201:与商家服务器建立通信连接;
S202:获取购买参数信息,购买参数信息至少包括购买数量、邮寄地址信息;
S203:根据获取到的购买参数信息生成订单;
S204:将订单发送至商家服务器;
S205:接收商家服务器的支付订单请求并自动支付;
S206:将支付完成的订单发送至商家服务器。
在本实施例中,在用户选择了自动下单功能的选项后,通过与商家服务器建立通信连接,并根据获取到的购买参数信息自动下单,从而帮助用户及时购买衣物处理剂,保证洗衣机的正常使用,同时,也帮助用户省去了人工核查衣物处理用量及购买的麻烦,提升产品的使用体验。
优选地,购买参数信息为用户预先设定的购买参数,或者根据历史订单信息确定购买参 数信息。
进一步地,接收商家服务器的支付订单请求并自动支付,具体包括:
接收商家服务器的支付订单请求;
检测当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件;
若当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件,则自动完成支付。
否则,生成并推送确认支付请求;
响应于确认支付后,完成支付订单。
在本实施例中,在接收到商家服务器的支付订单请求后,先检测当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件,当满足预设免密支付条件后,才能够执行自动支付的织布,这样提高了支付环境的安全性,避免了误下单的风险。
优选地,预设免密支付条件包括支付数额低于预设数额。其中,预设数额为用户事先设定的任意数额,只有当支付的数额小于或等于该预设数额时,管理系统才能够在不经过用户确认的情况下自动完成支付功能。
在一些实施例中,在获取购买参数信息之前,具体包括:
查询用户是否具有预购买衣物处理剂订单;
若是,则查询预购买衣物处理剂订单是否具有剩余兑换次数;
若是,则生成兑换衣物处理剂的订单。
举例地,在获取购买参数信息之前,先查询用户是否具有提前购买衣物处理剂年卡、季卡、月卡等订单,衣物处理剂年卡、季卡、月卡内包含一定次数的兑换,若用户具有则优先兑换该预购买衣物处理剂订单。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,若衣物处理剂的自动下单功能未开启,当获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息时执行以下步骤:
S301:生成并推送购买衣物处理剂的提醒信息,提醒信息包括衣物处理剂不足提示信息和是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项;
S302:获取是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项的选择结果;
S303:响应于购买衣物处理剂的选择结果,生成购买衣物处理剂的订单,并将订单发送 至商家服务器。
本实施例中,由于用户事先没有开启自动下单的功能,所以设计在获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息后,衣物处理剂管理系统生成并推送购买衣物处理剂的提醒信息,提醒信息包括衣物处理剂不足提示信息和是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项,实现及时通知用户衣物处理剂不足的目的,同时还推送了是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项,以提醒用户及时购买衣物处理剂。若用户选择了不购买的选项,则表明用户家中还存有衣物处理剂,暂时无需购买,若用户选择了购买的选项,则生成购买衣物处理剂的订单,并将订单发送至商家服务器,从而实现了自动下单购买的目的。本实施例较前述实施例而言,有效的避免了用户家庭还存有衣物处理剂时,管理系统仍自动下单购买的情形,实现管理更加实用化、人性化。
其中,生成并推送购买衣物处理剂的提醒信息可以设计管理系统与用户的移动通信终端建立通信连接,并向移动通信终端发送短消息实现。或者,也可以设计管理系统与洗衣机的控制面板连接,并控制控制面板触发出文字、声音等提醒。
在一些实施例中,在获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息之前,还包括:
当检测到洗衣机处于开机状态,获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数;
若工作次数达到预设次数,生成衣物处理剂不足的信息。
本实施例较现有的管理系统检测家庭中衣物处理剂的消耗量以更新家庭衣物处理剂的库存量,并在库存量不足时,提示给用户的方案而言,本实施例仅需要获取工作次数即可,无需更新家庭衣物处理剂的库存量,也即无需用户手动输出购买的衣物处理剂的量或者控制管理系统与商家服务器建立通信连接以获取用户购买的衣物处理剂的量,这样既减少了管理系统需要存储的数据量,又省去了用户手动输入的操作步骤,且本实施例仅判断工作次数满足预设次数即可,运算简单,减少了管理系统的运算工作量。
值得说明的是,考虑到从自动下单购买衣物处理剂到衣物处理剂邮寄至用户家中的时间,预设次数为至少满足可供洗涤至少N次,举例地,次数N的取值范围为1~5次,优选地,次数N为3次。从而避免了在等待邮寄期间内,由于衣物处理剂耗尽而影响家庭洗涤的情形。
进一步地,如图4所示,获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数,具体包括:
S401:获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件;
S402:统计自获取的补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机消耗衣物处理剂的工作次数。
可以理解地,洗衣机的主要工作程序包括洗涤程序、单脱水程序、桶自洁程序、空气洗程序、漂洗程序等,其中,洗衣机在执行单脱水程序、桶自洁程序、空气洗程序、漂洗程序时并不消耗衣物处理剂。在本实施例中,仅统计自获取的补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机消耗衣物处理剂的工作次数,这样,减小了误差,提高了对存储盒内衣物处理剂存量监控的精准度。
举例地,管理系统记录并存储每次洗衣机的工作程序,在洗衣机每次开机时统计之前的工作次数。
优选地,洗衣机具有自动投放结构,自动投放结构用于在在每次洗衣过程中,将存储盒中的衣物处理剂自动投放洗涤筒中,实现自动化投放。
其中,统计自获取的补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机消耗衣物处理剂的工作次数,具体包括:统计自动投放结构在补入事件和本次开机期间执行自动投放的次数。进一步降低了统计的难度,减小了统计误差,提高了对存储盒内衣物处理剂存量监控的精准度。
举例地,自动投放结构设有用于传输信号的传输结构,自动投放结构每工作一次,传输结构向管理系统发送传输信号,管理系统根据接收的传输信号累计工作次数。
进一步地,管理系统定期将存储的数据做删除处理,或者定期将存储的数据转移至其他存储器中,例如,在每次开机后,将最近一次的补入事件之前的数据做删除处理,以进一步地减少管理系统的存储压力。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件,具体包括:
S501:接收并存储存储盒的存量状态信息,存量状态信息为存储盒中衣物处理剂的量达到预设量或衣物处理剂的量未达到预设量;
S502:在相邻两个接收到的存量状态信息中,当前一个存量状态信息为衣物处理剂的量未达到预设量,且后一个存量状态信息为存储盒中衣物处理剂的量达到预设量时,将后一个存量状态信息标记为补入事件。
在本实施例中,预设量为生产商或者用户预先设定的量,具体地,预设量为存储盒内满足可供洗涤至少N次的量,举例地,次数N的取值范围为1~5次,优选地,次数N为3次。
在一些实施例中,存储盒中衣物处理剂的量可以由存储盒的总容量减去每次洗涤过程中 的投放量获取。具体地,每一次向洗涤筒投入衣物处理剂,存储盒将上次更新的量减去本次洗涤过程中的投放量,从而得到当前衣物处理剂的量。
每次开机接收本次开机存储盒内的存量状态信息,若在相邻两个接收到的存量状态信息中,当前一个存量状态信息为衣物处理剂的量未达到预设量,且后一个存量状态信息为存储盒中衣物处理剂的量达到预设量时,则表明在此之前,用户向存储盒内补充了衣物处理剂,所以将后一个存量状态信息标记为补入事件。
在另一些实施例中,存储盒中衣物处理剂的量可以由存储盒的液位确定。具体地,在当检测到洗衣机处于开机状态之后,还包括:
检测存储盒中衣物处理剂的液位是否达到预设液位;
根据检测的结果生成并传输对应的存量状态信息。
举例地,如图6所示,在存储盒110内设有传感器120A,其中,传感器120A设置在存储盒110内满足可供洗涤至少N次的液位,举例地,次数N的取值范围为1~5次,优选地,次数N为3次,更优选地,预设液位为存储盒110内容量的1/5~1/4处。
当存储盒110内液体接触传感器120A,则发出第一传感信号,当液体未接触传感器120A,则发出第二传感信号,第一传感信号表明当前衣物处理剂适量状态,第二传感信号表明当前存储盒110处于不足状态,所以在相邻两个接收到的液位状态信息中,当前一个液位状态信息为衣物处理剂的液位未达到预设液位,且后一个液位状态信息为衣物处理剂的液位达到预设液位时,则表面在此之前,用户向存储盒110内补充了衣物处理剂,所以将后一个液位状态信息标记为补入事件。
或者,还可以设计在存储盒110的上部接近顶部的位置设有传感器,当液体接触传感器,则发出第一传感信号,当液体未接触传感器,则发出第二传感信号,第一传感信号表明当前存储盒110处于满液状态,第二传感信号表明当前存储盒110处于消耗状态,所以在相邻两个接收到的液位状态信息中,当前一个液位状态信息为衣物处理剂的液位未达到预设液位,且后一个液位状态信息为衣物处理剂的液位达到预设液位时,则表面在此之前,用户向存储盒110内补充了衣物处理剂,所以将后一个液位状态信息标记为补入事件。
通过传感器确定的存量状态更简单,无需进行运算,进一步降低处理器的工作量。
进一步地,如图6所示,还可以在存储盒110内设有传感器120B,其中,传感器120B设置在存储盒110的底部,当液位低于传感器120B时,发出警报,以提醒用户必须及时补充 衣物处理剂,否则将影响洗衣机的正常工作。
在一些实施例中,若检测到衣物处理剂的液位未达到预设液位,则生成并推送衣物处理剂不足提醒消息。
在本实施例中,每次开机后检测衣物处理剂的液位,若衣物处理剂的液位达到预设液位,则进行统计自获取的补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数,以提醒用户及时购买衣物处理剂,若衣物处理剂的液位未达到预设液位,则生成并推送衣物处理剂不足提醒消息,以提醒用户及时补充衣物处理剂。
在一些实施例中,预设次数根据存储盒的容量和预设液位对应的量之间的差值除以单次洗涤所消耗的衣物处理剂的量确定。
在本实施例中,预设液位表示在存储盒内满足可供洗涤至少N次的液位,当存储盒内液位低于预设液位,表明存储盒内衣物处理剂存量不足,需要用户进行补充,设定预设次数根据存储盒的容量和预设液位对应的量之间的差值除以单次洗涤所消耗的衣物处理剂的量确定,将衣物处理剂消耗的量转换成洗衣机的工作次数,这样更便于管理系统统计。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理剂管理方法还包括以下步骤:
获取历史订单的邮寄时间;
根据邮寄时间确定预设次数。
在本实施例中,设计根据邮寄时间确定预设次数,也即在估算存储盒中衣物处理剂的存量时,进一步加上快递配送的时长,从而给了用户储备的冗余时间,从而避免邮寄配送延时导致的衣物处理剂断供的问题出现,保证衣物处理剂的及时补给。
本发明还提供了一种衣物处理剂管理系统,包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,其中,处理器,用于运行计算机程序时,执行上述任一项实施例的衣物处理剂管理方法的步骤。
具体实施例一
如图7和图8所示,本实施例提供了一种衣物处理剂管理方法,通过大数据分析用户的使用习惯,记录上一次用户洗衣液不足的时间,根据用户在加满洗衣液后的洗涤次数及所用程序,智能推算用户洗衣液剩余量,比如还剩1/4时就给出提醒,并自动下单购买,使得用户在洗衣液用完前就能收到新买的洗衣液,做到无缝衔接,节约用户的时间和精力。
如图7所示,具体包括如下步骤:
S701:开机并检测洗衣液是否充足;
举例地,在一些实施例中,检测洗衣液是否充足可以由存储盒的总容量减去每次洗涤过程中的投放量确定。具体地,每一次向洗涤筒投入衣物处理剂,存储盒将上次更新的量减去本次洗涤过程中的投放量,从而得到当前衣物处理剂的量,在将当前衣物处理剂的量与预设量进行比较,从而确定洗衣液是否充足。
在另一些实施例中,存储盒中衣物处理剂的量可以由存储盒的液位确定,具体地,检测存储盒中衣物处理剂的液位是否达到预设液位。
如图6所示,洗衣机具有存储盒110,存储盒110的1/5或1/4处设有检测探针(请参看传感器120A),在存储盒110的底部设有传感器120B,其中,当存储盒110内液位低于传感器120A,则传感器120A发出警报信息以提醒用户当前液位低于预设液位,从而实现在洗衣液用完之前,比如还剩1/4时就给出提醒,并自动下单购买,使得用户在洗衣液用完前就能收到新买的洗衣液,做到无缝衔接,节约用户的时间和精力。当存储盒110内液位低于传感器120B,则传感器120B发出警报信息以提醒用户当前液位过低。
若洗衣液不足,则执行S702:给用户推送洗衣液不足的提示消息,若洗衣液充足,则执行S703:确定设备上次上报洗衣液是否充足;
若上次上报洗衣液不足,则执行S704:记录当前用户洗衣液由不足变为足的时间,并继续执行S705;若上次上报洗衣液充足,则执行S705:通过大数据获取从上次记录洗衣液变充足的时间到本次设备开机时间内用户使用消耗洗衣液的程序的工作次数;
S706:判断工作次数是否达到预设次数;
若是,则执行S707:进入自动下单购买洗衣液流程。
其中,自动下单购买洗衣液流程主要包括以下步骤:
S801:用户选择无感支付方式(例如:微信、支付宝);
S802:用户维护收货地址等信息;
S803:用户授权商家支付服务器(例如:微信、支付宝)开启小额免密支付;
S804:用户授权在洗衣机提示洗衣液不足时自动下单购买洗衣液。
详细地,如图9所示,自动下单购买洗衣液流程包括以下步骤:
S901:当洗衣机检测到洗衣液不足;
S902:判断用户是否打开自动购买选项;
若否,则执行S903:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户打开自动购买开关,若是,则执行S904:判断N天内是否已经帮用户自动购买过洗衣液;
若否,则执行S905:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息;若是,则执行S906:判断用户是否维护了收货地址等信息;
若否,则执行S907:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户维护收货地址,若是,则执行S908:判断用户是否开启了微信或支付宝的小额免密支付授权;
若否,则执行S909:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户授权微信或支付宝开启小额免密支付;若是,则执行S910:自动下单;
S911:推送已成功下单消息,用户点击消息即可看到订单详情。
本实施例通过大数据分析用户的使用习惯,记录上一次用户洗衣液不足的时间,根据用户在加满洗衣液后的洗涤次数及所用程序,智能推算用户洗衣液剩余量,比如还剩1/4时就给出提醒,并自动下单购买,使得用户在洗衣液用完前就能收到新买的洗衣液,做到无缝衔接,节约用户的时间和精力。
并且,洗衣机在检测到洗衣液不足时,服务器端根据用户授权情况进行自动下单,将下单结果推送给用户,用户只需要点击消息输入微信或支付宝支付密码即可完成购买,操作更简单。
具体实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例的不同之处在于,本实施例采用用户预先购买衣物处理剂卡,例如衣物处理剂年卡、季卡、月卡等订单。
如图10所示,具体包括如下步骤:
S1001:用户购买指定洗衣液卡;
S1002:用户维护收货地址等信息;
S1003:用户授权在洗衣机提示洗衣液不足时自动下单购买洗衣液。
详细地,如图11所示,自动下单购买洗衣液流程包括以下步骤:
S1101:当洗衣机检测到洗衣液不足;
S1102:判断用户是否打开自动购买选项;
若否,则执行S1103:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户打开自动购买开关,若是,则执行S1104:判断N天内是否已经帮用户自动购买过洗衣液;
若否,则执行S1105:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息;若是,则执行S1106:判断用户是否有洗衣液卡且有剩余兑换次数;
若否,则执行S1107:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户购买洗衣液卡,若是,则执行S1108:判断用户是否维护了收货地址等信息;
若否,则执行S1109:给用户推送洗衣液不足消息,并提示用户维护收货地址;若是,则执行S1110:自动下单;
S1111:推送已成功下单消息,用户点击消息即可看到订单详情。
本实施例用户需要提前购买洗衣液年卡,此年卡支持一定次数的兑换,用户可以手动兑换,也可以授权在洗衣机检测到洗衣液不足时自动下单兑换。
洗衣机在检测到洗衣液不足时,服务器端根据用户授权及洗衣液卡情况进行自动下单或者提醒用户等操作。
洗衣机在检测到洗衣液不足时,服务器端根据用户授权情况进行自动下单,将下单结果推送给用户,用户只需要点击消息输入微信或支付宝支付密码即可完成购买,操作更简单。

Claims (10)
- 一种衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,衣物处理剂的自动下单功能开启,当获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息时,自动生成购买对应衣物处理剂的订单并自动支付,将支付完成的订单发送至商家服务器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,所述自动生成购买对应衣物处理剂的订单并自动支付,将支付完成的订单发送至商家服务器,具体包括:与商家服务器建立通信连接;获取购买参数信息,所述购买参数信息至少包括购买数量、邮寄地址信息;根据获取到的所述购买参数信息生成订单;将所述订单发送至商家服务器;接收商家服务器的支付订单请求并自动支付;将支付完成的订单发送至商家服务器;优选地,所述购买参数信息为用户预先设定的购买参数,或者根据历史订单信息确定的购买参数。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,所述接收商家服务器的支付订单请求并自动支付,具体包括:接收商家服务器的支付订单请求;检测当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件;若当前支付条件是否符合预设免密支付条件,则自动完成支付;优选地,所述预设免密支付条件包括支付数额低于预设数额。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,在所述获取购买参数信息之前,具体包括:查询用户是否具有预购买衣物处理剂订单;若是,则查询所述预购买衣物处理剂订单是否具有剩余兑换次数;若是,则生成兑换衣物处理剂的订单并发送至商家服务器。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,衣物处理剂的自动下单功能未开启,当获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息时执行以下步骤:生成并推送购买衣物处理剂的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括衣物处理剂不足提示信息和是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项;获取是否购买衣物处理剂服务选项的选择结果;响应于购买衣物处理剂的选择结果,生成购买衣物处理剂的订单,并将所述订单发送至商家服务器。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取到衣物处理剂不足的信息之前,还包括:当检测到洗衣机处于开机状态,获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数;若所述工作次数达到预设次数,生成所述衣物处理剂不足的信息;优选地,所述获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件到本次开机期间洗衣机的工作次数,具体包括:获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件;统计自获取的所述补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机消耗衣物处理剂的工作次数;更优选地,洗衣机具有自动投放结构,所述统计自获取的所述补入事件和本次开机期间洗衣机消耗衣物处理剂的工作次数,具体包括:统计自动投放结构在所述补入事件和本次开机期间执行自动投放的次数。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取最近一次向存储盒补充衣物处理剂的补入事件,具体包括:接收并存储存储盒的存量状态信息,所述存量状态信息为存储盒中衣物处理剂的量达到预设量或衣物处理剂的量未达到预设量;在相邻两个接收到的存量状态信息中,当前一个存量状态信息为衣物处理剂的量未达到预设量,且后一个存量状态信息为存储盒中衣物处理剂的量达到预设量时,将后一个存量状态信息标记为所述补入事件。
- 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,在所述当检测到洗衣机处于开机状态之后,还包括:检测存储盒中衣物处理剂的液位是否达到预设液位;根据检测的结果生成并传输对应的存量状态信息;优选地,若检测到衣物处理剂的液位未达到预设液位,则生成并推送衣物处理剂不足提醒消息;优选地,所述预设次数根据所述存储盒的容量和所述预设液位对应的量之间的差值除以单次洗涤所消耗的衣物处理剂的量确定。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理剂管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取历史订单的邮寄时间;根据所述邮寄时间确定所述预设次数。
- 一种衣物处理剂管理系统,其特征在于,包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,其中,所述处理器,用于运行计算机程序时,执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述衣物处理剂管理方法的步骤。
