技术问题
由于智能手表的底部的面积一定大小,同时安装传感器和SIM卡时,传感器不能放置在智能手表底部的中间,导致传感器的性能变差,致使相关技术中的智能手表结构设计不合理。
技术解决方案
鉴于以上问题,本申请提供一种用于手表的智能基底及智能手表,结构合理,智能手表的整体结构更小。

参照图1-图5,本申请一实施例提供了一种智能手表,本实施例中的智能手表包括主机壳100以及安装在主机壳100上的用于手表的智能基底200,智能基底200安装在所述主机壳100上。
优选地,当智能手表戴在手腕上时,智能基底200安装在主机壳100的壳靠近手腕的一侧上的中心部分。
具体地,主机壳100包括与手腕接触的底部110以及连接在底部110上的侧部120,智能基底200安装在底部110的中心位置处。进一步具体地,底部110的中心处形成有一安装腔111,智能基底200安装在安装腔111内。
相关技术中的智能手表,由于底部110的安装面积大小受限,当SIM卡270安装在底部110上时,就很难将传感器组件230放置在底部110的中心位置处,传感器组件230放置在智能手表的边缘时,尤其是在表带宽松时,传感器组件230常会出现漏光,还容易偏离至手腕之外,导致传感器组件230的性能受影响,检测不准确。
为解决上述传感器组件230测试不准确的问题,参照图2,在一实施例中,智能基底200包括用于安装SIM卡270的卡座组件210、盖设在卡座组件210上的卡盖220以及设在卡盖220上的传感器组件230,传感器组件230与SIM卡270大致重叠设置。通过将传感器组件230与SIM卡270大致重叠设置,进而在智能手表底部面积不变的情况下,可以将传感器组件230安装在智能手表的中间,使本实施例中的智能手表的结构更为合理。当智能基底200安装在底部110的中心处时,传感器组件230位于底部110的正中心位置,传感器组件230几乎不会出现漏光现象,而且几乎不会偏离手腕,进而,传感器组件230的性能不会因为位置的不佳而受到影响,从而使传感器组件230测试结果更为准确。

参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,传感器组件230包括传感器232以及用于控制传感器232的第一PCB板231,传感器232与SIM卡270大致重叠设置。
优选地,第一PCB板231固设于卡盖220上且与SIM卡270平行设置,传感器232夹设于第一PCB板231与卡盖220之间。第一PCB板231与传感器232电性连接,第一PCB板231用于控制并接收传感器232所检测的信息。另外,由于第一PCB板固定在卡盖上,因此在拆卸卡盖时,第一PCB板以及传感器随着卡盖拆离,然后可进行更换SIM卡,SIM卡更换方便。
进一步优选地,传感器232固设在第一PCB板231上。通过第一PCB板231可承载传感器232,使传感器232的固定更为稳定,另外使传感器232与第一PCB板231的电性连接更为方便。
需要说明的是,第一PCB板也可通过导线与传感器232连接,进而第一PCB板231的位置设置会更为灵活,结构设计更为多样化。
参照图1以及图2,优选地,卡盖220朝向所述第一PCB板231的一侧上凹陷形成有避让槽221,第一PCB板231盖设在避让槽221上,传感器232设在避让槽221内,进而可以避免在安装或拆卸卡盖220时将传感器232触碰到,可防止传感器232的损坏。
优选地,传感器232为人体健康传感器,以用于监测人的健康水平。需要说明的是,本实施例中的传感器232可以为多个,既可以是多个同类型的传感器232,还可以是多个多种类型的传感器232。
参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,卡座组件210包括用于安装SIM卡270的卡座211、与卡座211电性连接的第二PCB板212以及电信号连接件213,当SIM卡270安装在卡座211上时,卡座211与SIM卡270电性连接,第二PCB板212用于控制并接收SIM卡270反馈的信息,电信号连接件213的两端分别与第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212电性连接。通过电信号连接件213将第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212电性连接,进而,第一PCB板231可与第二PCB板212信息互通。
参照图1以及图2,优选地,第二PCB板212固定于卡座211背离SIM卡270的一侧上,且第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212相对平行且间隔设置,电信号连接件213夹设在第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212之间。通过将第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212平行放置,能够使智能手表的厚度更小。
优选地,电信号连接件213为连接弹针。
参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,智能基底200还包括用于保护电信号连接件213的保护件240,保护件240的两端分别抵接在第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212上,通过保护件240的支撑作用,进而,可以避免电信号连接件213被压弯或损坏。
在一实施例中,电信号连接件213集成设置在保护件240上,进而在能够保护电信号连接件213的同时,拆装时更为便捷。
参照图1-图4,在一实施例中,卡座组件210还包括抵接在卡座211边缘的限位件250,限位件250至少部分延伸超出卡座211用于放置SIM卡270的端面。
在一实施例中,限位件250与卡座211一体成型,当然,在另一些实施例中,限位件250与卡座211非一体成型,限位件250与卡座211还可以是通过其它的连接方式连接在一起。
参照图3以及图4,在一实施例中,限位件250抵接在卡座211的周缘并与卡座211围合形成卡槽251,SIM卡270安装在卡槽251内。本实施例中,限位件250呈环形,限位件250与卡座211围合形成的卡槽251的形状与SIM卡270的形状相同,进而使SIM卡270能够稳定的放置在卡槽251内。
需要说明的是,在另一实施例中,限位件250也可以是由多个限位柱组成,多个限位组沿卡座211的周缘间隔设置,SIM放置在卡座211上时,SIM卡270的周缘抵接在限位柱上。
参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,限位件250的两端分别抵接在第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212上。本实施例中的限位板不仅能够限制SIM卡270的位置,还能够起到支撑第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212的作用,能够用于保护电信号连接件213。
在另一实施例中,本实施例中的智能基底200不设置保护件240,通过限位件250对电信号连接件213进行保护,优选地,参照图4,电信号连接件213集成设置在限位件250上。
参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,卡座组件210还包括支板260,第二PCB板212固设在支板260上,第二PCB板212夹设于支板260与卡座211之间。
参照图1以及图2,具体地,支板260固设在主机壳100上,卡盖220固设在主机壳100上并覆盖在安装腔111上,所述支板260、卡盖220以及底部110围合形成收容腔,所座、第一PCB板231、第二PCB板212、SIM卡270以及传感器232收容于收容腔内。
参照图1以及图2,在一实施例中,卡盖220朝向卡座211的方向延伸形成安装部222,安装部222贴设在安装腔111的内壁上,智能手表还包括防水硅胶300,防水硅胶300夹设于安装部222与安装腔111的内壁之间。通过将防水硅胶300夹设于安装部222与安装腔111的内壁之间,能够使本实施例中的智能手表的防水效果更佳。
在一实施例中,卡盖220可拆卸地安装在卡座组件210上,进而能够方便的拆卸或安装SIM卡270。具体地,本实施例中的SIM卡270拆卸或安装时,需要打开卡盖220,在打开卡盖220的同时,第一PCB板231以及传感器232随着卡盖220脱离安装腔111,进而,拆卸或安装SIM卡270的时候,可以防止接触到传感器232,本实施例中的智能手表,既可以满足传感器232的性能需求,还能方便的安装或拆卸SIM卡270。
参照图1、图3以及图4,在一实施例中,智能手表还包括电池400、第三PCB板500、显示屏模组600、显示屏盖板700、充电口800以及摄像头900,电池400、第三PCB板500以及显示屏模组600设置在主机壳100内,且电池400、第三PCB板500以及显示屏模组600叠加设置,显示屏盖板700固设在主机壳100上且覆盖在显示模组上,充电口800与电池400电性连接,充电口800设置在主机壳100上,用于向电池400充电,摄像头900设置在主机壳100上,用于拍摄照片或视频,第三PCB板500为本实施例中智能手表的主控制板,第三PCB板500与显示屏模组600以及摄像头900分别电性连接,第三PCB板500用于控制显示屏模组600以及摄像头900的运作,第一PCB板231以及第二PCB板212分别与第三PCB板500电性连接,具体地,第三PCB板500与第二PCB板212电性连接,由于第一PCB板231与第二PCB板212电性连接,故而,第一PCB板231与第三PCB板500间接电性连接,第三PCB板500用于控制并接收第一PCB板231和第二PCB板212所反馈的信息,并将运算后的结果显示在显示屏模组600上。本实施例中的智能手表结构合理,各部件安装紧凑,传感器232检测精准,整体结构更小巧。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,包括用于安装SIM卡的卡座组件、盖设在所述卡座组件上的卡盖以及设在所述卡盖上的传感器组件,所述传感器组件与所述SIM卡大致重叠设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述传感器组件包括传感器以及用于控制所述传感器的第一PCB板,所述传感器与所述SIM卡大致重叠设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述第一PCB板固设于所述卡盖上且与所述SIM卡平行设置,所述传感器夹设于所述第一PCB板与所述卡盖之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述传感器固设在所述第一PCB板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述卡盖朝向所述第一PCB板的一侧上凹陷形成有避让槽,所述第一PCB板盖设在所述避让槽上,所述传感器设在所述避让槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述卡座组件包括用于安装SIM卡的卡座以及用于控制所述SIM卡并与所述卡座电性连接的第二PCB板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述第二PCB板固定于所述卡座背离所述SIM卡的一侧上且与所述第一PCB板平行且间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述卡座组件还包括电信号连接件,所述电信号连接件夹设在所述第一PCB板和所述第二PCB板之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述卡座组件还包括抵接在所述卡座周缘的限位件,所述限位件与所述卡座围合形成卡槽,所述SIM卡安装在所述卡槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述限位件的两端分别抵接在所述第一PCB板和所述第二PCB板上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述电信号连接件集成设置在所述限位件上。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的用于手表的智能基底,其特征在于,所述卡座组件还包括支板,所述第二PCB板固设在所述支板上,且所述第二PCB板夹设于所述支板与所述卡座之间。
  13. 一种智能手表,其特征在于,包括主机壳和如上权利要求1-12中任一项所述的用于手表的智能基底,所述智能基底安装在所述主机壳上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述主机壳包括与手腕接触的底部以及连接在所述底部上的侧部,所述底部的中心处形成有用于安装所述智能基底的安装腔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括防水硅胶,所述防水硅胶夹设于所述智能基底与所述安装腔的内壁之间。
