如本文所使用的那样,“约”、“大致”或“近似”包括所阐述的值以及处于特定值的可接受偏差范围内的平均值,其中所述可接受偏差范围如由本领域普通技术人员考虑到正在讨论的测量以及与特定量的测量相关的误差(即,测量系统的局限性)所确定。
风冷冰箱利用风循环实现快速降温,但风循环容易带走冰箱内冷藏物的水分,导致冰箱内冷藏物容易被风干,不利于冷藏物的保鲜。
在相关技术中,为了提高对果蔬等冷藏物的冷藏效果,风冷无霜冰箱通常会配置专门的果菜抽屉。容易理解的是,果菜抽屉较难实现完全封闭,放置在其中的冷藏物的水分依然会随着放置时间的延长而不断流失。而且,果菜抽屉一般设于冰箱中冷藏室的最下层,当冷空气下沉到果菜抽屉时,其温度已经有一定程度的上升,这导致果菜抽屉中的冷藏物难于获得较好的保鲜效果。
基于此,本公开一些实施例提供了一种冰箱。请参见图1,该冰箱包括箱体10。该箱体10例如为具有一侧开口的长方体结构,当然,该箱体10的形状可为具有开口的其他形状,例如具有一侧开口的正方体结构、或多边形结构。该箱体10内至少限定有冷藏室R。相应地,冷藏室R也为具有一侧开口的腔室。冷藏室R例如包括内底壁R1和相互连接的多个内侧壁R2。
请继续参阅图1,该冰箱还包括设置于冷藏室R内的至少一个保鲜层架20。保鲜层架20配置为承载冷藏物,其可以通过例如焊接、铆接等固定连接的方式,或者以例如卡扣连接、铰链连接等可拆卸连接的方式安装在冷藏室R的内侧壁R2上,其连接方式根据实际情况选择,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
请参阅图1-图8,在一些实施例中,该保鲜层架20包括置物层架21、保鲜仓22和保鲜仓盖23。
在一些示例中,请参阅图3,该置物层架21为具有第一开口24的平板结构,其材料例如为玻璃或塑料等,本公开实施例对此不作限定。第一开口24在置物层架21中的位置可以灵活设置。在一示例中,第一开口24设置在置物层架21的中心位置。在另一示例中,第一开口24设置在置物层架21中的靠近边缘的位置。
在一些示例中,请参阅图1-图7,该保鲜仓22包括一侧具有第二开口220的仓体22A,且其配置为允许果蔬等冷藏物放置在其内。仓体22A的位于第二开口220处的边缘连接至置物层架21的位于第一开口24处的边缘,使得仓体22A的第二开口220与第一开口24相对。在这种情况下,仓体22A的位于第二开口220处的边缘与置物层架21大致位于同一平面上。该仓体22A位于该置物层架21与冷藏室R的内底壁R1之间。
在一些示例中,请参阅图2,该至少一个保鲜层架20包括多个保鲜 层架20,所述多个保鲜层架20包括相邻的第一保鲜层架20A和第二保鲜层架20B,第一保鲜层架20A比第二保鲜层架20B更远离冷藏室R的内底壁R1,第一保鲜层架20A的仓体22A位于第一保鲜层架20A的置物层架21与第二保鲜层架20B的置物层架21之间,且第一保鲜层架20A的仓体22A的外底面与第二保鲜层架20B的置物层架21之间具有距离。也即,仓体22A位于层架间隔内。此处,所述层架间隔是指相邻两层置物层架21限定出的空间。
通常将冷藏物直接放置在在置物层架21上,而且在放置好冷藏物后,相邻两层置物层架21之间的层架间隔中的上部空间都是空置的。因此,本公开实施例中,通过将保鲜仓22的腔体悬置于上述层架间隔中空置的上部空间内,可以有效地利用该空置空间存储更多的冷藏物,并且置物层架21上仍可以放置冷藏物,这样,冰箱的存储空间利用率可以得到大幅提升,从而冰箱的存储容量可以得到大幅提升。
并且,请继续参阅图2,在一些示例中,保鲜仓22的仓体22A的外周面与冷藏室R的内侧壁R2之间均具有间隙。例如,箱体10内冷空气的循环方向如图2中箭头所示。显然,保鲜仓22可以被循环的冷空气均匀包裹,这样可以利于提高保鲜仓22的冷藏物与冷空气之间的换热效率,使得保鲜仓22内的冷藏物更快地达到适宜保鲜的温度,从而进一步地提升保鲜效果。
上述保鲜仓22的结构可以有多种,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图4-图6,保鲜仓22的仓体22A包括周向设置的侧壁S。该侧壁S的截面形状可具有多种,例如圆环状、矩形环状、或多边形环状等环状。所述侧壁S的截面为沿与第二开口220所在平面平行的平面所做的截面。
在一些示例中,在垂直于第二开口220所在平面的方向上,该侧壁S包括多个第一侧壁223和至少一个第二侧壁225,第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225均呈环状,第二侧壁225可弯折,即具有柔性。
在一些示例中,所述多个第一侧壁223的截面尺寸沿保鲜仓22的顶部至底部减小或者增大,且所述多个第一侧壁223的截面和所述至少一个第二侧壁225的截面的形状相同。所述第一侧壁223的截面为沿与第二开口220所在平面平行的一平面所做的截面。所述第二侧壁225的截面为沿与第二开口220所在平面平行的平面所做的截面。
这样,由于第二侧壁225具有柔性,因此当保鲜仓22的侧壁S受到 垂直于第二开口220所在平面、且指向第二开口220的力时,第二侧壁225因受力发生形变,使得多个第一侧壁223可以相互接近,从而侧壁S可以被收缩起来,冷藏室R中被保鲜仓22占据的空间得以释放。
容易理解的是,在需要使用保鲜仓22时,则对仓体22A的侧壁S施加垂直于第二开口220所在平面、且背离第二开口220的方向的力,如此,收缩的保鲜仓22即可重新展开。这样的设计可以更加灵活地使用冰箱内的存储空间,为用户提供更多的、可选择的使用方式。
上述侧壁S中第一侧壁223的厚度和第二侧壁225的厚度可以根据实际需要确定。在一些示例中,第二侧壁225的厚度小于第一侧壁223的厚度。这样可以使得第二侧壁225更容易变形,降低变形难度。
上述至少一个第二侧壁225的个数可以根据实际需要确定,本公开实施例对此不作限定。在一些示例中,仓体22A包括至少两个第二侧壁225。示例地,请参阅图4,仓体22A包括三个第一侧壁223和两个第二侧壁225,且第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225沿垂直于第二开口220所在平面的方向交替设置。这样,相邻的两个第二侧壁225之间具有一定距离,可以实现侧壁S的多层折叠功能,从而将保鲜仓22尽可能地折叠至更小的体积。
在一些示例中,仓体22A的截面尺寸沿保鲜仓22的顶部至底部减小或者增大,例如仓体22A的形状可以为倒棱台形状,这样,相邻的第一侧壁223或者相邻的第二侧壁225之间具有尺寸梯度,可以使折叠过程更容易,提升保鲜仓22折叠的便捷性。仓体22A的截面尺寸是指沿垂直于第二开口220所在平面的方向获取的截面中,该截面的边缘上最远的两点之间的距离值。该截面为沿与第二开口220所在平面平行的平面所做的截面。
需要说明的是,上述第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225的材料可以相同或者不同。
在一些示例中,第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225的材料不同。示例地,第二侧壁225的材料为例如橡胶、柔性有机树脂等柔性材料。上述第一侧壁223的材料为例如不锈钢等金属材料、或者亚克力板等硬塑料类的硬性材料。
在另一些示例中,保鲜仓22的侧壁S为柔性侧壁,即第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225均具有柔性。例如,第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225的材料为相同的柔性材料。示例地,第一侧壁223和第二侧壁225的材料均 为例如橡胶、柔性有机树脂等柔性材料。以这种方式,可以降低保鲜仓22的生产难度和生产成本。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图4-图7,仓体22A还包括底座224,侧壁S的远离第二开口220的一端连接底座224。侧壁S与底座224之间例如套设连接。这样,保鲜仓22可以稳定地悬置在对应两层置物层架21之间的层架空间中。
为了更清楚的说明本公开实施例中保鲜仓22的使用方法,下面通过示例进行详细描述。
请参阅图7,保鲜仓22的仓体22A的形状为倒棱台形状,在需要折叠保鲜仓22时,用户拖住底座224沿垂直于、且朝向第二开口220所在平面的方向,向底座224施加外力F。该外力F可分解为两个相互垂直的方向上的分力,即垂直于侧壁S的第一分力F1、以及平行于侧壁S的第二分力F2。其中,第一分力F1使侧壁S向保鲜仓22的仓体22A内部收缩,第二分力F2使侧壁S向第二开口220的方向移动,这样,在第一分力F1以及第二分力F2的共同作用下,侧壁S中柔性的第二侧壁225发生形变,保鲜仓22的侧壁S折叠起来。如图8所示,折叠后的保鲜仓22所占空间非常小,这样,当用户不需要使用保鲜仓22时将其折叠收起即可。
需要说明的是,保鲜仓22与置物层架21的连接方式可以有多种。在一些示例中,保鲜仓22与置物层架21一体成型设置。在一些示例中,保鲜仓22的位于第二开口220处的边缘为全包边结构,且第二开口220的尺寸大于第一开口24的尺寸,保鲜仓22与置物层架21之间卡装连接。此处,第二开口220的尺寸是指其边缘中相隔最远的连点之间的距离值;第一开口24的尺寸是指其边缘中相隔最远的连点之间的距离值。例如,第一开口24与第二开口220的形状一致,尺寸均匹配。需要说明的是,上述全包边结构是指结构(例如上述第二开口220的边缘)外露的部分被与该结构的材料不同的另一种材料完全包覆。该执行包覆功能的材料例如为橡胶等。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图4-图6,保鲜仓22还包括卡环222。示例地,请参阅图4,卡环222包括第一卡扣O1和与第一卡扣O1连接的第二卡扣O2。置物层架21中位于第一开口24处的边缘卡合在第一卡扣O1中,侧壁S的位于第二开口220处的边缘卡合在第二卡扣O2中。第一卡扣O1和第二卡扣O2例如一体成型。
在一些示例中,请继续参阅图6,第一卡扣O1的远离仓体22A的一端沿远离第一开口24的方向在置物层架21上延伸。这样,第一卡扣O1可以阻挡冰箱内置物层架21上的凝露水或者水汽流入到保鲜仓22内,也就是卡环222可以兼具防水台的功能,进一步保证保鲜仓22内空间的密闭性,同时利于在保证相同功能的情况下,简化结构,节省空间。
请参阅图1-图7,上述保鲜仓盖23配置为与保鲜仓22配合形成密闭空间。
示例的,保鲜仓盖23配置为封闭保鲜仓22的开口220A,与保鲜仓22一起形成密闭空间。这样,存放在保鲜仓22内的冷藏物中的水分可被很好地保持住,从而进一步提高对保鲜仓22内存放的冷藏物的保鲜效果,进而提升冰箱的整体保鲜性能。
在一些示例中,保鲜仓盖23与保鲜仓22可以分别独立设置,这样可以在需要保鲜仓22提供密封空间时,将保鲜仓盖23装配到保鲜仓22上,在需要保鲜仓22提供开放空间时将保鲜仓盖23拿离即可,从而提供更多选择。
在另一些示例中,保鲜仓盖23与保鲜仓22活动连接设置。例如,保鲜仓盖23的一侧铰接至卡扣。这样,可以方便的打开保鲜仓22放入冷藏物,并在放置完毕后方便地关闭保鲜仓22。
上述保鲜仓盖23的结构可以有多种,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图7,保鲜仓盖23包括仓盖主体230和设置于仓盖主体230一侧上的边缘上的弹性翻边231。其中,弹性翻边231呈环形,且其外边缘在舒展状态下的尺寸大于保鲜仓22的开口220A的尺寸,且例如小于仓盖主体230的外边缘的尺寸。当保鲜仓盖23与保鲜仓22装配在一起时,弹性翻边231位于保鲜仓22内。这样,弹性翻边231在装配过程中因受挤压,与保鲜仓22的开口220A的边缘紧密贴合,以进一步保证保鲜仓22内的存储空间的密闭性,减缓保鲜仓22内物品的水分流失,从而提高保湿保鲜效果。
此处,弹性翻边231的外边缘在舒展状态下的尺寸是指,环形的弹性翻边231在不受外力作用的情况下,其外边缘上相隔最远的两点之间的距离值。仓盖主体230的外边缘的尺寸是指,所述外边缘上相隔最远的两点之间的距离值。
上述弹性翻边231由例如硅胶、塑料等柔性材料制作形成。
请继续参阅图1,在一些实施例中,该冰箱还包括设置于箱体10内 的多个安装部30。保鲜层架20安装在安装部30上。在一些示例中,该多个安装部30通过例如粘接、螺钉连接、卡装连接等方式固定在冷藏室R的内侧壁R2上。例如,安装部30成对设置,每对安装部30固定在冷藏室R的相对的两个内侧壁R2上,且该对安装部30相对于冷藏室R的内底壁R1的高度相同。这样,可以使后续安装的保鲜层架20被固定在平行于冷藏室R的内底壁R1的平面内,提高保鲜层架20的平稳性。
在一些示例中,在置物层架21和对应的安装部30采用可拆卸连接的方式安装在一起的情况下,置物层架21在冷藏室R中的位置可以根据实际需要灵活调整,从而,可以便于用于取放冷藏物。
在一些示例中,如图7所示,安装部30具有与置物层架21相对的凹槽,置物层架21的一端插入凹槽内,从而得到固定。此外,该凹槽的槽底的尺寸大于凹槽的中部的尺寸,且置物层架21的端部具有固定件,该固定件卡和在该凹槽的槽底,从而进一步提高固定性。
还需要说明的是,本公开实施例中的冰箱还可以包括例如压缩机、风机、保鲜抽屉、冷冻室等冰箱中的常规部件,以使得冰箱具有完整的结构和功能,本公开实施例对此不再详述。
另外,本公开实施例中的冰箱可以是风冷式冰箱,也可以是直冷式冰箱,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制。尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内具有冷藏室;和
    设置于所述冷藏室内的至少一个保鲜层架,包括:
    置物层架,所述置物层架具有第一开口;
    保鲜仓,包括仓体,其中,所述仓体连接至所述置物层架且位于所述置物层架与所述冷藏室的内底壁之间,所述仓体的第二开口与所述第一开口相对;以及
    保鲜仓盖,配置为与所述保鲜仓配合形成密闭空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,所述仓体包括周向设置的侧壁,在垂直于所述第二开口所在平面的方向上,所述侧壁包括交替排布的多个第一侧壁和至少一个第二侧壁,所述多个第一侧壁和所述至少一个第二侧壁中的每个呈环状,所述多个第一侧壁的截面尺寸沿保鲜仓的顶部至底部减小或者增大,所述至少一个第二侧壁可弯折。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,每个第二侧壁的厚度小于每个第一侧壁的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的冰箱,其中,所述多个第一侧壁和所述至少一个第二侧壁的材料相同。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述仓体还包括底座,所述侧壁的远离所述第二开口的一端套设连接至所述底座。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述仓体的截面尺寸沿所述保鲜仓的顶部至底部减小或者增大。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述仓体的形状为倒棱台形状。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述保鲜仓还包括卡环,所述卡环包括第一卡扣和与所述第一卡扣连接的第二卡扣,所述置物层架的位于所述第一开口处的边缘卡合在所述第一卡扣中,所述仓体的位于所述第二开口处的边缘卡合在所述第二卡扣中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一卡扣的远离所述仓体的一端沿远离所述第一开口的方向在所述置物层架上延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述保鲜仓盖包括仓盖主体和设置于所述仓盖主体一侧上边缘上的弹性翻边,所述弹性翻边的外边缘在舒展状态下的尺寸大于保鲜仓的开口的尺寸。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述保鲜仓盖与所述保鲜仓活动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述至少一个保鲜层架包括相邻的第一保鲜层架和第二保鲜层架,所述第一保鲜层架比所述第二保鲜层间更远离所述冷藏室的内底壁,所述第一保鲜层架的仓体位于所述第一保鲜层架的置物层架与所述第二保鲜层架的置物层架之间,且所述第一保鲜层架的仓体的外底面与所述第二保鲜层架的置物层架具有距离。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的冰箱,其中,所述仓体的外周面与所述冷藏是的内侧壁之间具有间隙。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的冰箱,还包括固定在所述冷藏室的内侧壁上的多个层架安装部,所述至少一个保鲜层架可拆卸地安装在所述多个层架安装部上。
