- 一种大直径超长HDPE管道合龙方法,包括合龙管段、已安装管段,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:在施工平台焊接合龙管段和伸缩节,在合龙管段端头设置有盲板装置;S2:调节所述伸缩节至最短状态,合龙管段下水后,将两个管口调节至相同高度,拆卸盲板装置,对接法兰盘对称穿入螺纹钢杆;S3:使用吊带和手拉葫芦将合龙管段伸缩节法兰盘与已安装管段对拉,伸缩节逐渐拉长至管口贴合;S4:法兰盘继续穿入螺杆,持续拉合并紧固螺杆,紧固伸缩节密封圈限位螺栓,完成管道对接;S5:完成管道沉放24小时后,潜水员水下紧固螺杆,直至验收合格;S6:潜水员水下安装模板,将伸缩节密封圈限位螺栓混凝土包封。
