一种聚合物生产用混料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及聚合物生产技术领域,具体涉及一种聚合物生产用混料装置。
背景技术
聚合物又称加聚物。由一种单体经聚合(加聚)反应而成的产物。分子具有重复的结构单位。分子量低的称低聚物,如三聚甲醛等。分子量高的,达几千甚至几百万的称高聚物或高分子化合物。其中在聚合物生产过程中,常需要对聚合物进行混料处理。
然而现有的聚合物混料装置在混料时多是通过人工手动添加物料,由于装置上的投料斗多设置在装置顶端,导致物料投放较为不便,降低物料投放效率,其次,现有的聚合物混料装置在使用时多只是通过单根搅拌轴来对物料进行混合,导致搅拌部件与物料接触面积小,物料在单位时间内的翻转频率也较低,降低了物料混合质量,因此急需一种新型的聚合物生产用混料装置来解决现有问题。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种聚合物生产用混料装置,解决了现有的聚合物混料装置在混料时多是通过人工手动添加物料,由于装置上的投料斗多设置在装置顶端,导致物料投放较为不便,降低物料投放效率,以及现有的聚合物混料装置在使用时多只是通过单根搅拌轴来对物料进行混合,导致搅拌部件与物料接触面积小,物料在单位时间内的翻转频率也较低,降低了物料混合质量的问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:本发明提出了一种聚合物生产用混料装置,包括混料罐、输送管架、螺旋输送轴和投料斗,所述混料罐一侧壁上焊接有所述输送管架,所述输送管架底端一侧焊接有所述投料斗,所述输送管架顶端设置有电机一,所述电机一的传送输出端设置有所述螺旋输送轴,所述输送管架与所述混料罐内部连通。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过所述投料斗、所述输送管架、所述电机一以及所述螺旋输送轴的设计,使得装置能够实现自动上料操作,极大的降低了物料在投放时的抬升高度,提高了物料的投放效率。
进一步的,所述螺旋输送轴与所述电机一键连接,所述螺旋输送轴与所述输送管架转动连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,能够实现所述螺旋输送轴的可靠安装。
进一步的,所述混料罐上端中部通过螺栓连接有电机二,所述电机二的传动输出端通过键连接有传动轴,所述传动轴底端设置有齿轮一,所述齿轮一外围啮合有齿轮二,所述齿轮二底端中部焊接有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴外围侧壁上设置有搅拌板。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过所述电机二、所述传动轴、所述齿轮一、所述搅拌板、两个所述齿轮二以及两个所述搅拌轴的设计,极大的增加了物料与搅拌部件的接触面积,提高了物料在单位时间内的翻转频率,确保了混料的质量,实用性好。
进一步的,所述传动轴与所述齿轮一焊接,所述齿轮二以及所述搅拌轴均有两个,所述搅拌轴与所述混料罐转动连接,所述搅拌板与所述搅拌轴焊接。

1、为解决现有的聚合物混料装置在混料时多是通过人工手动添加物料,由于装置上的投料斗多设置在装置顶端,导致物料投放较为不便,降低物料投放效率的问题,本发明通过投料斗、输送管架、电机一以及螺旋输送轴的设计,使得装置能够实现自动上料操作,极大的降低了物料在投放时的抬升高度,提高了物料的投放效率;
2、为解决现有的聚合物混料装置在使用时多只是通过单根搅拌轴来对物料进行混合,导致搅拌部件与物料接触面积小,物料在单位时间内的翻转频率也较低,降低了物料混合质量的问题,本发明通过电机二、传动轴、齿轮一、搅拌板、两个齿轮二以及两个搅拌轴的设计,极大的增加了物料与搅拌部件的接触面积,提高了物料在单位时间内的翻转频率,确保了混料的质量,实用性好。

本实施例的具体实施过程如下:使用时首先将装置与外部电源接通,并通过操作面板7使电机一1以及电机二9启动,与此同时将待混合的物料依次投入到投料斗3中,电机一1启动后可带动螺旋输送轴10转动,螺旋输送轴10转动后可将由投料斗3所投入的物料输送到混料罐8内,电机一1启动后可通过传动轴11带动齿轮一12转动,齿轮一12转动后可通过齿轮二13带动搅拌轴14转动,搅拌轴14转动后可通过搅拌板15对由输送管架2所输送来的物料进行混合,物料混合完成后,可将管盖4打开,以便使得混合好的聚合物从排料管5处排出,通过投料斗3、输送管架2、电机一1以及螺旋输送轴10的设计,使得装置能够实现自动上料操作,极大的降低了物料在投放时的抬升高度,提高了物料的投放效率,通过电机二9、传动轴11、齿轮一12、搅拌板15、两个齿轮二13以及两个搅拌轴14的设计,极大的增加了物料与搅拌部件的接触面积,提高了物料在单位时间内的翻转频率,确保了混料的质量,实用性好。
