L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque polarisante, le procédé comprenant : une première étape de liaison d'un film protecteur sur une surface d'un film polarisant par l'intermédiaire d'une couche adhésive à base d'eau et la stratification d'un film antiadhésif sur l'autre surface du film polarisant par l'intermédiaire d'un liquide volatil ; et une seconde étape consistant à sécher la couche adhésive à base d'eau par chauffage, et l'évaporation du liquide volatil, la hauteur maximale Rz du film de libération spécifiée par JIS B0601-2001 sur la surface côté film polarisant étant de 70 nm ou moins.
