Abstract
L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque polarisante protégée d'un côté dans laquelle les défauts d'apparence sont supprimés. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque polarisante, le procédé comprenant : une première étape de liaison d'un film protecteur sur une surface d'un film polarisant par l'intermédiaire d'une couche adhésive à base d'eau et la stratification d'un film antiadhésif sur l'autre surface du film polarisant par l'intermédiaire d'un liquide volatil ; et une seconde étape consistant à sécher la couche adhésive à base d'eau par chauffage, et l'évaporation du liquide volatil, la hauteur maximale Rz du film de libération spécifiée par JIS B0601-2001 sur la surface côté film polarisant étant de 70 nm ou moins.
