本公开实施例提供了一种信息通知方法、信息接收方法、装置、设备及存储介质,网络设备发送通知信息,第一终端相应通过接收通知信息得知参考信号是否发送。所述技术方案如下:

具体实施方式
为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本公开实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
首先,在对本公开实施例提供的信息接收方法、通知方法进行详细介绍之前,先对本公开实施例涉及的名词和实施环境进行简单介绍。
1、无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)状态
通信系统中的终端可以处于三种RRC状态中的任意一种。下面,对三种RRC状态进行简单介绍。
RRC_IDLE态(即空闲态):移动性为基于终端的小区选择重选,寻呼由核心网(Core Network,CN)发起,寻呼区域由CN配置。网络设备侧不存在UE接入上下文。不存在RRC连接。
RRC_CONNECTED态(即连接态):存在RRC连接,网络设备和终端存在UE接入上下文。网络设备侧知道终端的位置是具体小区级别的。移动性是网络设备侧控制的移动性。终端和网络设备之间可以传输单播数据。
RRC_INACTIVE态(即非激活态):5G网络环境中为了降低空口信令和快速恢复无线连接,快速恢复数据业务的目的,定义的一个新的RRC状态。移动性为基于终端的小区选择重选,存在CN-NR之间的连接,UE接入上下文存在 某个网络设备上,寻呼由无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)触发,基于RAN的寻呼区域由RAN管理,网络设备侧知道终端的位置是基于RAN的寻呼区域级别的。
本公开实施例中针对的第一终端是处于空闲态或非激活态的终端。
空闲态或非激活态的第一终端的同步行为可以分为两种情况:
1)在小区信道质量较好的情况下,第一终端只需要在离寻呼时机(Paging Occasion,PO)最近的同步信号块(Synchronization Signal Block,SSB)前醒来,通过一个SSB的同步信号(如主同步信号、辅同步信号)进行时间校准,然后收寻呼。
2)在小区信道质量不好的情况下,第一终端可能需要通过多个SSB来同步,第一终端需要提前多个SSB醒来,通过多个SSB的同步信号(如主同步信号、辅同步信号)进行时间校准,然后收寻呼,造成功耗提高。
此外,在小区信道质量不好的情况下,可能会引入重复发送PO的机制,尤其是对于增强型特性的终端,如缩减能力(Reduced Capabilities,RedCap)终端。而且,在小区信道质量不好的情况下,还要求进行本小区的信号测量,要求在一定时间内测量一定次数的本小区SSB的参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Received Power,RSRP)强度。
由上述对第一终端的行为的介绍可知,在小区信道质量不好的情况下,第一终端功耗较高,存在较大的优化空间。
2、参考信号(reference signal)
通信系统中存在多种参考信号,通常也可以称之为导频,这些参考信号分别有着各自的功能。
本公开实施例针对的参考信号具有时频同步、自动增益控制(Automatic Gain Control,AGC)调整等功能。其中,参考信号包括但不限于:下行状态信息参考信号(Channel State Information Reference Signal,CSI-RS)和跟踪参考信号(Tracking Reference Signal,TRS)。
CSI-RS是通信标准中较早引入的信道状态参考信号,可以用于信道解调。TRS是新空口(New Radio,NR)中引入的一种用于定时跟踪的特殊的参考信号。
3、寻呼
在通信系统中,当网络设备需要寻呼终端时,可以在物理下行控制信道(Physical Downlink Control Channel,PDCCH)发送寻呼下行控制信息(Paging Downlink Control Information,Paging DCI)。终端检测到PDCCH信道中的Paging DCI后,可以检测物理下行共享信道(Physical Downlink Shared Channel,PDSCH)中的寻呼消息(Paging message),若寻呼消息中包括终端的UE标识(identity,ID),则确定自身被寻呼;若寻呼消息中不包括终端的UE标识,则确定自身未被寻呼。
图1示出了本公开一个示例性实施例提供的通信系统的框图,该通信系统可以包括:接入网12、第一终端14和第二终端16。
接入网12中包括若干个网络设备120。网络设备120可以是基站,所述基站是一种部署在接入网中用以为终端提供无线通信功能的装置。基站可以包括各种形式的宏基站,微基站,中继站,接入点等等。在采用不同的无线接入技术的系统中,具备基站功能的设备的名称可能会有所不同,例如在LTE系统中,称为eNodeB或者eNB;在5G NR-U系统中,称为gNodeB或者gNB。随着通信技术的演进,“基站”这一描述可能会变化。为方便,本公开实施例中,上述为第一终端14(或第二终端16)提供无线通信功能的装置统称为网络设备。
第一终端14和第二终端16可以包括各种具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备,以及各种形式的用户设备,移动台(Mobile Station,MS),终端(terminal device)等等。为方便描述,上面提到的设备统称为终端。网络设备120与第一终端14(或第二终端16)之间通过某种空口技术互相通信,例如Uu接口。
其中,第二终端16处于连接态,第一终端14处于空闲态或非激活态。第二终端16是处于连接态的至少一个终端,网络设备120将参考信号配置给处于连接态的第二终端16使用。在本公开实施例中,处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端14也可以共享参考信号。
本公开实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile Communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple  Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(Frequency Division Duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)系统、先进的长期演进(Advanced Long Term Evolution,LTE-A)系统、新无线(New Radio,NR)系统、NR系统的演进系统、非授权频段上的LTE(LTE-based access to Unlicensed spectrum,LTE-U)系统、NR-U系统、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,WiMAX)通信系统、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks,WLAN)、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)、下一代通信系统或其他通信系统等。
通常来说,传统的通信系统支持的连接数有限,也易于实现,然而,随着通信技术的发展,移动通信系统将不仅支持传统的通信,还将支持例如,设备到设备(Device to Device,D2D)通信,机器到机器(Machine to Machine,M2M)通信,机器类型通信(Machine Type Communication,MTC),车辆间(Vehicle to Vehicle,V2V)通信以及车联网(Vehicle to Everything,V2X)系统等。本公开实施例也可以应用于这些通信系统。
图2示出了本公开一个示例性实施例提供的信息接收方法的流程图。该方法可以应用于图1所示的第一终端和网络设备中,第一终端共享有第二终端的参考信号,第二终端是处于连接态的终端,该方法包括:
步骤210,网络设备发送通知信息,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知参考信号的发送状态。
第一终端是通信系统中处于空闲态或非激活态的终端。即,第一终端的RRC状态是RRC_IDLE态或RRC_INACTIVE态。
参考信号是通信系统中具备进行一定功能的物理信号。本公开实施例针对的参考信号具有时频同步、AGC调整等功能。参考信号一般可以分为:上行参考信号和下行参考信号。上行参考信号指的是由第一终端向网络设备发送的参考信号,下行参考信号指的是由网络设备向第一终端发送的参考信号。本公开实施例中涉及的参考信号是一种下行参考信号。
第一终端共享有第二终端的参考信号,指的是:第一终端支持使用参考信号。第二终端是处于连接态的一类终端,参考信号一般被配置给连接态的终端, 在本公开实施例中,处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端通过共享有处于连接态的第二终端的参考信号,也可以使用参考信号。
在通信系统中,网络设备具有一定的灵活度,网络设备针对参考信号的发送情况可以发生变化。如:网络设备可以在发送一段时间的参考信号之后,停止发送参考信号;也可以在停止发送参考信号后,重新开始发送参考信号。
网络设备支持在针对参考信号的发送情况发生变化时,向第一终端发送通知信息。在一种实现方式中,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,第一终端可以根据通知信息,确定自身的发送状态发生变化。在另一种实现方式中,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态,如:发送状态是网络设备发送参考信号;发送状态是网络设备不发送参考信号,第一终端可以根据本次的发送状态和上次的发送状态,确定参考信号的发送状态变化。
步骤220,第一终端接收通知信息。
网络设备向第一终端发送通知信息,第一终端相应接收通知信息,从而得知参考信号发送与否的变化。
可选的,在第一终端接收通知信息之后,第一终端根据通知信息的内容,明确自己后续是否能够使用参考信号。示例性的,在第一终端接收通知信息,得知网络设备不发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端将无法使用参考信号进行时频同步、AGC调整等。示例性的,在第一终端接收通知信息,得知网络设备发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端将可以使用参考信号进行时频同步、AGC调整等。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端共享有连接态的第二终端的参考信号,网络设备发送通知信息,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知参考信号的发送状态,第一终端相应通过接收通知信息得知参考信号发送与否的变化,提高通信系统中信息交互的准确性。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,发送状态变化包括:停止发送参考信号;或,重新开始发送参考信号。
示例性的,网络设备在发送一段时间的参考信号后,停止发送参考信号。网络设备可以向第一终端发送通知信息,通知信息用于指示参考信号的发送状态变化,且在第一终端接收通知信息前,参考信号的发送状态是网络设备发送 参考信号,则第一终端确定发送状态变化是网络设备停止发送参考信号;或者,通知信息通知参考信号的发送状态是网络设备不发送参考信号,且在第一终端上一次接收通知信息时,通知信息通知参考信号的发送状态是网络设备发送参考信号,则第一终端确定发送状态变化是网络设备停止发送参考信号。
示例性的,网络设备在停止发送参考信号后,重新开始发送参考信号。网络设备向第一终端发送通知信息,通知信息用于指示参考信号的发送状态变化,且在第一终端接收通知信息前,参考信号的发送状态是网络设备不发送参考信号,则第一终端确定发送状态变化是网络设备重新开始发送参考信号;或者,通知信息通知参考信号的发送状态是网络设备发送参考信号,且在第一终端上一次接收通知信息时,通知信息通知参考信号的发送状态是网络设备不发送参考信号,则第一终端确定发送状态变化是网络设备重新开始发送参考信号。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,图3示出了本公开一个示例性实施例提供的信息接收方法的流程图。该方法可以应用于图1所示的第一终端和网络设备中。在本实施例中,还包括步骤231或步骤232。该方法包括:
步骤210,网络设备发送通知信息,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知参考信号的发送状态。
其中,第一终端共享有第二终端的参考信号,第一终端是通信系统中处于空闲态或非激活态的终端,第二终端是处于连接态的终端。
步骤220,第一终端接收通知信息。
第一终端接收网络设备发送的通知信息。
步骤231,第一终端根据通知信息,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。
第一终端根据通知信息的内容,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。时频同步行为包括:时间同步行为、频率同步行为中的至少一种。
其中,寻呼时机是第一终端用于检测是否存在寻呼消息的时间段。
为了监听寻呼时机,第一终端需要进行时频同步,以保障在正确的时频位置上与网络设备进行交互。可选的,第一终端可以在寻呼时机之前,执行本次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为;第一终端也可以在寻呼时机的进程中,执行本次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。
相关方案中,第一终端使用SSB进行时频同步。示例性的,在小区信道质 量较好的情况下,第一终端在离寻呼时机最近的SSB前醒来,使用一个SSB进行时频同步;在小区信道质量不好的情况下(如:第一终端处于小区边缘),第一终端提前多个SSB前醒来,使用多个SSB进行时频同步。在本公开实施例中,在参考信号可用的情况下,第一终端也可以使用参考信号进行时频同步,无需提前多个SSB前醒来,从而降低终端的功耗。
在一种可能的实现方式中,步骤231包括:在根据通知信息确定网络设备不发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端确定在本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB进行时频同步。
由于网络设备不发送参考信号,则第一终端针对本次或下次寻呼时机,无法使用参考信号进行时频同步,第一终端只能使用SSB进行同步。可以理解的是,第一终端也可以使用除参考信号和SSB之外的其他信号进行时频同步,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,步骤231包括:在根据通知信息确定网络设备发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端确定在本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB和参考信号进行时频同步。
由于网络设备发送参考信号,则第一终端针对本次或下次寻呼时机能够使用参考信号进行时频同步。第一终端使用参考信号和SSB进行时频同步。可以理解的是,第一终端也可以使用除参考信号和SSB之外的其他信号进行时频同步,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。
步骤232,第一终端根据通知信息和第一终端的小区信道质量情况,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。
第一终端根据通知信息确定参考信号可用后,还将根据第一终端的小区信道质量情况,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。时频同步行为包括:时间同步行为、频率同步行为中的至少一种。
在一种可能的实现方式中,步骤232包括:在根据通知信息确定网络设备不发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端确定在本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB进行时频同步。
由于网络设备不发送参考信号,则第一终端针对本次或下次寻呼时机,无法使用参考信号进行时频同步,第一终端只能使用SSB进行同步。可以理解的是,第一终端也可以使用除参考信号和SSB之外的其他信号进行时频同步,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,步骤232包括:在根据通知信息确定网络设备发送参考信号且小区信道质量不差于阈值的情况下,第一终端确定在本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB进行时频同步。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,步骤232包括:在根据通知信息确定网络设备发送参考信号且小区信道质量差于阈值的情况下,第一终端确定在本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB和参考信号进行时频同步。
由于网络设备发送参考信号,则第一终端针对本次或下次寻呼时机能够使用参考信号进行时频同步。第一终端还将对小区信道质量进行判断,在小区信道质量较差的情况下,第一终端将会使用参考信号和SSB进行时频同步;在小区信道质量较好的情况下,第一终端依旧只使用SSB进行时频同步。由于在小区信道质量较好的情况下,第一终端只需提前1个SSB醒来,第一终端的功耗较小,所以在这种情况下,第一终端可以只使用SSB进行时频同步。可以理解的是,第一终端也可以使用除参考信号和SSB之外的其他信号进行时频同步,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。
示例性的,小区信道质量不好,且第一终端根据接收到的通知信息确定网络设备不发送参考信号,则针对本次或下次寻呼时机,第一终端使用3个SSB进行时频同步。
示例性的,小区信号质量不好,且第一终端接收到的通知信息确定网络设备发送参考信号,则针对本次或下次寻呼时机,第一终端使用1个SSB和参考信号进行时频同步。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端共享有连接态的第二终端的参考信号,网络设备发送通知信息,通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知参考信号的发送状态,第一终端相应通过接收通知信息得知参考信号发送与否的变化,提高通信系统中信息交互的准确性。
本实施例提供的方法,在通知信息指示网络设备发送参考信号的情况下,第一终端可以使用参考信号进行时频同步,从而无需接收多个SSB,只根据SSB进行时频同步,降低第一终端的功耗。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,通知信息可以通过不同的消息或信号进行指示。示例性的,关于通知信息的指示方式,本公开实施例至少提供了如下四种 方案:
方案一、网络设备向第一终端发送paging DCI,paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示参考信号的发送状态。
相应的,第一终端接收paging DCI,paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示参考信号的发送状态。

如表一所示,短信(Short Messages)信息域对应有8个比特:1是系统信息更新位,如果该位设置为1,用于指示除系统信息块(System Information Block,SIB)6、SIB7和SIB8之外的广播控制信道(Broadcast Control Channel,BCCH)修改;2是系统信息更新位,如果该位设置为1,用于表示一个地震海啸警报系统主通知;和/或一个地震海啸警报系统次要通知;和/或一个商用移动警报服务通知;3-8是保留比特位。在paging DCI中携带短信信息域的情况下,指示比特位可以是3-8位中的一个比特或多个比特(即保留比特位),也可以是1-2位中的一个比特或多个比特(即自定义比特位)。
可选的,在paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示参考信号的发送状态的情况下,第一终端还将接收paging DCI对应的寻呼消息,寻呼消息中携带有UE标识。其中,UE标识是被寻呼的终端所对应的标识信息。示例性的,若寻呼消息中携带的UE标识包括第一终端的UE标识,则第一终端将会发起RRC连接,若寻呼消息中携带的UE标识不包括第一终端的UE标识,则第一终端将会继续睡眠。
可选的,在paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示参考信号的发送状态的情况下,第一终端将根据通知信息,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。
示例性的,paging DCI中的指示比特位指示网络设备发送参考信号,记第一终端接收paging DCI的时刻为T0,第一终端接收paging DCI所对应的寻呼消息的时刻为T1,T0与T1之间存在可用的参考信号,则第一终端针对本次寻呼时机,使用SSB和参考信号进行时频同步。

在寻呼消息携带有指示信息的情况下,则说明网络设备针对参考信号的发送情况未发生变化;在寻呼消息未携带有指示信息的情况下,则说明网络设备针对参考信号的发送情况发生了变化,如:网络设备停止发送参考信号,或者,网络设备重新开始发送参考信号。
可选的,在未携带有指示信息的第三寻呼消息用于指示参考信号的发送状态变化的情况下,第一终端将根据通知信息,确定下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。

本实施例提供的方法,网络设备可以通过发送paging DCI、寻呼消息和补充参考信号中的任意一种,通知第一终端参考信号的发送状态变化,或,通知第一终端参考信号的发送状态,提高了通知信息的实现方式的灵活性。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,参考信号包括但不限于:CSI-RS和TRS中的至少一种。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种信息通知方法,其特征在于,应用于网络设备,所述方法包括:
    向第一终端发送通知信息,所述通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态;
    其中,所述第一终端处于空闲态或非激活态,所述第一终端共享有第二终端的所述参考信号,所述第二终端是处于连接态的至少一个终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述发送状态变化包括:停止发送所述参考信号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述发送状态变化包括:重新开始发送所述参考信号。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向第一终端发送通知信息,包括:
    向所述第一终端发送寻呼下行控制信息paging DCI,所述paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    发送所述paging DCI对应的寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息中携带有UE标识。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述指示比特位包括n个比特,所述n为不小于1的整数。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述指示比特位是所述paging DCI中的保留比特位;
    或,所述指示比特位是所述paging DCI中的自定义比特位。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向第一终端发送通知信息,包括:
    向所述第一终端发送携带有指示信息的第一寻呼消息;
    或,向所述第一终端发送未携带有所述指示信息的第二寻呼消息;
    其中,所述第一寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的第一发送状态,所述第二寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的第二发送状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向第一终端发送通知信息,包括:
    向所述第一终端发送未携带有指示信息的第三寻呼消息,所述第三寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态变化。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息包括:UE标识。
  11. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向第一终端发送通知信息,包括:
    向所述第一终端发送补充参考信号,所述补充参考信号中的信息用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态,所述补充参考信号是不同于所述参考信号的信号。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述参考信号包括:下行状态信息参考信号CSI-RS和跟踪参考信号TRS中的至少一种。
  13. 一种信息接收方法,其特征在于,应用于处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端,所述第一终端共享有第二终端的参考信号,所述第二终端是处于连接态的至少一个终端,所述方法包括:
    接收通知信息,所述通知信息用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述发送状态变化包括:停止发送所述参考信号。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述发送状态变化包括:重新开始发送所述参考信号。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述通知信息,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为;
    或,根据所述通知信息和所述第一终端的小区信道质量情况,确定所述本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述通知信息,确定本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为,包括:
    在根据所述通知信息确定网络设备不发送所述参考信号的情况下,确定在所述本次或下次寻呼时机使用同步信号块SSB进行时频同步;
    在根据所述通知信息确定所述网络设备发送所述参考信号的情况下,确定在所述本次或下次寻呼时机使用所述SSB和所述参考信号进行时频同步;
    其中,所述时频同步包括:时间同步和频率同步中的至少一种。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述通知信息和所述第一终端的小区信道质量情况,确定所述本次或下次寻呼时机对应的时频同步行为,包括:
    在根据所述通知信息确定网络设备不发送所述参考信号的情况下,确定在所述本次或下次寻呼时机使用SSB进行时频同步;
    在根据所述通知信息确定所述网络设备发送所述参考信号且小区信道质量不差于所述阈值的情况下,确定在所述本次或下次寻呼时机使用所述SSB进行时频同步;
    在根据所述通知信息确定所述网络设备发送所述参考信号且小区信道质量差于所述阈值的情况下,确定在所述本次或下次寻呼时机使用所述SSB和所述参考信号进行时频同步;
    其中,所述时频同步包括:时间同步和频率同步中的至少一种。
  19. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通知信息,包括:
    接收寻呼下行控制信息paging DCI,所述paging DCI中的指示比特位用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述paging DCI对应的寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息中携带有UE标识。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述指示比特位包括n个比特,所述n为不小于1的整数。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述指示比特位是所述paging DCI中的保留比特位;
    或,所述指示比特位是所述paging DCI中的自定义比特位。
  23. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通知信息,包括:
    接收携带有指示信息的第一寻呼消息;
    或,接收未携带有所述指示信息的第二寻呼消息;
    其中,所述第一寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的第一发送状态,所述第二寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的第二发送状态。
  24. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通知信息,包括:
    接收未携带有指示信息的第三寻呼消息,所述第三寻呼消息用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态变化。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息包括:UE标识。
  26. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收通知信息,包括:
    接收补充参考信号,所述补充参考信号中的信息用于指示所述参考信号的发送状态,所述补充参考信号是不同于所述参考信号的信号。
  27. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述参考信号包括:下行状态信息参考信号CSI-RS和跟踪参考信号TRS中的至少一种。
  28. 一种信息通知装置,其特征在于,应用于网络设备中,所述装置包括:发送模块;
    所述发送模块,用于向第一终端发送通知信息,所述通知信息用于通知参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态;
    其中,所述第一终端处于空闲态或非激活态,所述第一终端共享有第二终端的所述参考信号,所述第二终端是处于连接态的至少一个终端。
  29. 一种信息接收装置,其特征在于,应用于处于空闲态或非激活态的第一终端,所述第一终端共享有第二终端的参考信号,所述第二终端是处于连接态的至少一个终端,所述装置包括:接收模块;
    所述接收模块,用于接收通知信息,所述通知信息用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态变化,或,用于通知所述参考信号的发送状态。
  30. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连的收发器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为加载并执行所述可执行指令以实现如权利要求1至12任一所述的信息通知方法。
  31. 一种第一终端,其特征在于,所述第一终端包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连的收发器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为加载并执行所述可执行指令以实现如权利要求13至27任一所述的信息接收方法。
  32. 一种芯片,其特征在于,所述芯片包括可编程逻辑电路和/或程序指令,当所述芯片运行时用于实现如上权利要求1至12任一所述的信息通知方法,或,如上权利要求13至27任一所述的信息接收方法。
  33. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述可读存储介质中存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令由处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至12任一所述的信息通知方法,或,如上权利要求13至27任一所述的信息接收方法。
