揿动直液式笔芯组件及书写笔 技术领域
本发明涉及文具技术领域,尤其涉及一种揿动直液式笔芯组件及书写笔。
背景技术
传统的直液式水性圆珠笔,与中性笔相比较,存在书写长度长(普通中性笔的3-5倍)、下墨均匀、手感流畅等优点。但是由于采用的是水性墨水,易挥发干涸,所以传统的直液式水性圆珠笔均采用拔帽式密封设计。笔帽存在容易丢失的问题,而且一旦笔帽有密封漏气时,产品极易干墨、漏墨。而揿动式直液式水性圆珠笔,由于是揿动式结构,不需要笔帽,可以解决上述隐患和问题。
中国专利CN200780033045.7公开了一种书写工具,其也是一种揿动直液式书写笔,其内部墨水引导芯为分体式结构,内置弹簧作用于墨水引导芯,墨水引导芯再顶住笔尖的书写球,通过书写球与笔尖的内缘之间形成的密封来解决墨水挥发或漏墨的问题。其缺点是,一旦组装不良或引水芯加工不良,弹簧作用力就会有损失,造成书写球密封力不足。换言之,一旦墨水引导芯磨损、或加工偏一点、或装配偏一点,墨水引导芯在弹簧的作用下就会顶住书写球的侧面,书写球与笔尖内缘之间形成的密封力就会歪斜,导致密封失效,进而出现墨水挥发或漏墨的问题。

弹性件,其套设于所述引墨芯的外周并位于所述流墨通道内,所述弹性件与所述球珠部抵靠以施加使所述球珠部紧靠所述出墨端的内壁的作用力。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖”、“横”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
实施例一
参照图1至图3,本实施例中的揿动直液式笔芯组件主要包括墨水筒组件100、笔头200以及弹性件300等部分。
墨水筒组件100内设有引墨芯150,墨水筒组件100用于储墨和引墨,将墨水引至笔头200处以供书写。
笔头200设于墨水筒组件100的一端,笔头200的内部形成有贯通的流墨通道210,流墨通道210的出墨端设有球珠部230,引墨芯150具有部分贯穿流墨通道210,引墨芯150的一端与球珠部230抵靠。墨水筒组件100将墨水引至流墨通道210内并到达球珠部230,利用球珠部230对墨水的剪切滚动,实现流畅的出墨效果。
再结合图4,弹性件300套设于引墨芯150的外周并位于流墨通道210内,弹性件300与球珠部230抵靠以施加使球珠部230紧靠出墨端211的内壁的作用力。
弹性件300直接向球珠部230施加作用力,使球珠部230能够紧靠出墨端211的内壁,球珠部230与出墨端211的内壁之间将形成接触式密封,进而避免墨水挥发和漏墨。
弹性件300直接作用于球珠部230,球珠部230的密封效果不受引墨芯等其他部件的加工或装配偏差的影响,密封效果更佳可靠。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图2,弹性件300为锥形弹簧310,锥形弹簧310的一端朝靠近球珠部230的方向,直径逐渐减小,也即,锥形弹簧310为锥形的锥形弹簧。锥形的锥形弹簧310,上部的大直径段部分便于与引墨芯150之间的套设连接,下部的小直径段部分又便于与球珠部230之间的抵靠,避免锥形弹簧310的端部直径过大而影响与球珠部230之间的抵靠可靠性。
本申请一些实施例中,引墨芯150包括一体结构的引墨芯上段151和引墨芯下段152,引墨芯上段151的直径大于引墨芯下段152的直径,引墨芯上段151与引墨芯下段152之间形成有台阶部153。锥形弹簧310的一端与球珠部230抵靠,锥形弹簧310的另一端与台阶部153抵靠。
引墨芯150的一体式结构结构简单、便于组装,台阶部153对锥形弹簧310起到限位的作用,将锥形弹簧310限位于流墨通道210内,提高锥形弹簧310对球珠部230的抵靠作用。
引墨芯150的材质包括但不限于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、POM微孔结构以及上述几种纤维的复合体等。
本实施例中,球珠部230为一个球珠,参照图4,锥形弹簧310的一端与球珠抵靠,引墨芯150的一端与球珠抵靠。
锥形弹簧310的端部形状为环形,环形端部结构作用于球珠,使得球珠周向受力均匀,球珠与流墨通道210的内壁之间的接触密封更加可靠。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图1至图3,墨水筒组件100包括墨水筒110、调节器120、第一连接件30以及第二连接件140。
墨水筒110为中空筒状结构,用于储墨,墨水筒110的一端为开口状,以便于安装其他部件。
调节器120设于墨水筒110内,调节器120具有引墨、疏墨以及挂墨等作用,调节器120的具体结构不作为本申请的重点,不做详述。调节器120的内部形成有第一通孔121。
参照图6,第一连接件130包括中空的直筒部131,直筒部131的外侧沿其圆周方向设有第一凸环部132。墨水筒110套设于直筒部131的外周,墨水筒110的一端与第一凸环部132抵靠,调节器120的一端插设于第一连接件130的内部。
参照图7和图8,第二连接件140的内部形成有第二通孔141,第二连接件140的外侧沿其圆周方向设有第二凸环部142和第三凸环部143。第二连接件140的一端插设于第一通孔121内,调节器120的一端与第二凸环部142抵靠,第一连接件130的一端与第三凸环部144抵靠
笔头200的一端插设于第二通孔141内。
从图3可以看出,本实施例中墨水筒组件100的组成部件较少,并且各部件结构非常简单,成本较低,组装不易出错,利于生产组装。墨水筒110、调节器120、第一连接件130、第二连接件140以及笔头200组装为一体后,通过彼此之间的插接配合、抵靠限位等结构,形成较为可靠、稳固的一体结构。
第一通孔121、第二通孔141、以及流墨通道210同轴且连通,引墨芯150贯穿第一通孔121、第二通孔141、以及流墨通道210。引墨芯150的一体结构,直接穿设即可完成安装。
本申请一些实施例中,对引墨芯150的固定进行了改进。
具体的,参照图3和图9,流墨通道210的内周壁上设有至少一个第一凸出部220,第一凸出部220靠近笔头200的上端设置,第一凸出部220与引墨芯150抵靠,实现对引墨芯150的夹持固定。
参照图8,第二连接件140中,第二通孔141的内周壁上设有至少一个第二凸出部144,第二凸出部144与引墨芯150抵靠,进一步提高对引墨芯150的夹持固定。
本实施例对第一凸出部220、第二凸出部144的数量、布置形式、以及加工形式等不做具体限制。
比如,在一些实施例中,笔头200注塑加工完成后,在流墨通道210的内周壁上打点形成第一凸出部220,第一凸出部220可沿周向均匀设置3个。
对于第二连接件140而言,一部分第二凸出部144设于第二通孔141靠上的位置并沿周向间隔布置,另一部分第二凸出部144设于第二通孔141靠中间的位置并沿周向间隔布置。靠上设置的第二凸出部144为在第二连接件140注塑加工完成后打点形成。靠中设置的第二凸出部144为与第二连接件140一起注塑成型。
在其他实施例中,第一凸出部220和第二凸出部144也可以为卡筋结构,同样能够实现对引墨芯150的夹持固定作用。
引墨芯150的上端与第一通孔121过盈配合,进一步对引墨芯150起到固定。
本实施例通过第一凸出部220、第二凸出部144以及第一通孔121的过盈配合,形成引墨芯150的上、中、下三重固定作用,大大提高引墨芯150的稳固性,保证引墨芯150在各种破坏环境中都不会移动位置,不会造成引墨芯150与球珠部230的接触不良,不会影响引墨芯150的供墨效果。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图1和图6,第一连接件130上设有通气口133,其主要作用是保证内外压力平衡,保证出墨效果,避免干墨、露墨等。如果通气太顺畅,会造成墨水容易挥发,造成干墨;通气太小,不能保证内部调节器引墨的顺畅,会造成墨水供墨不足,或内部外压力不平衡,造成漏墨。
在其他一些实施例中,通气口133也可以设置在第二连接件140上(未图示),能够达到上述同样的效果。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图6,第一连接件130的直筒部131的外周壁上,沿其周向方向上设有通气槽134,通气槽134有助于减轻墨水挥发,延缓干墨。
本实施例对通气槽134的具体结构形式不做限制,比如,通气槽134可以为间隔设置的多个环形槽,相邻的环形槽之间通过缺口连通;通气槽134也可以为螺旋状槽体结构。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于球珠部230的设置,其他结构相同,所以下文仅对球珠部230进行详述。
实施例二中,参照图5,球珠部230为双球珠结构,包括上球珠231和下球珠232,上球珠231与下球珠232抵靠,锥形弹簧310与上球珠231抵靠,引墨芯150与上球珠231抵靠。
锥形弹簧310直接作用于上球珠231,上球珠231又直接作用于下球珠232,形成力的传导,使下球珠232与流墨通道210的内壁之间形成接触密封,避免墨水挥发和漏墨。
锥形弹簧310顶住上球珠231,不管锥形弹簧310与上球珠231之间配合的好坏,上球珠231永远都是中心顶住下球珠232,有助于提高密封效果。
双球珠结构的摩擦力非常小,书写手感非常顺滑。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种书写笔,该书写笔包括实施例一和实施例二所公开的揿动直液式笔芯组件。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,包括:
    墨水筒组件,其内设有引墨芯;
    笔头,其设于所述墨水筒组件的一端,所述笔头的内部形成有贯通的流墨通道,所述流墨通道的出墨端设有球珠部,所述引墨芯具有部分贯穿所述流墨通道,所述引墨芯的一端与所述球珠部抵靠;
    弹性件,其套设于所述引墨芯的外周并位于所述流墨通道内,所述弹性件与所述球珠部抵靠以施加使所述球珠部紧靠所述出墨端的内壁的作用力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述弹性件为锥形弹簧,所述锥形弹簧的一端朝靠近所述球珠部的方向,直径逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述引墨芯包括一体结构的引墨芯上段和引墨芯下段,所述引墨芯上段的直径大于所述引墨芯下段的直径,所述引墨芯上段与所述引墨芯下段之间形成有台阶部,所述锥形弹簧的一端与所述球珠部抵靠,所述锥形弹簧的另一端与所述台阶部抵靠。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述球珠部包括一个球珠,所述锥形弹簧的一端与所述球珠抵靠,所述引墨芯的一端与所述球珠抵靠。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述球珠部包括上球珠和下球珠,所述上球珠与所述下球珠抵靠,所述锥形弹簧与所述上球珠抵靠,所述引墨芯的一端与所述上球珠抵靠。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述墨水筒组件包括墨水筒、调节器、第一连接件以及第二连接件;
    所述调节器设于所述墨水筒内,所述调节器的内部形成有第一通孔;
    所述第一连接件包括中空的直筒部,所述直筒部的外侧沿其圆周方向设有第一凸环部,所述墨水筒套设于所述直筒部的外周,所述墨水筒的一端与所述第一凸环部抵靠,所述调节器的一端插设于所述第一连接件的内部;
    所述第二连接件的内部形成有第二通孔,所述第二连接件的外侧沿其圆周方向设有第二凸环部和第三凸环部,所述第二连接件的一端插设于所述第一通孔内,所述调节器的一端与所述第二凸环部抵靠,所述第一连接件的一端与所述第三凸环部抵靠;
    所述笔头的一端插设于所述第二通孔内;
    所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔、以及所述流墨通道同轴且连通,所述引墨芯贯穿所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔、以及所述流墨通道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件上设有通气口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述直筒部沿其周向方向上设有通气槽。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件,其特征在于,
    所述流墨通道的内周壁上设有至少一个第一凸出部,所述第一凸出部与所述引墨芯抵靠;
    所述第二通孔的内周壁上设有至少一个第二凸出部,所述第二凸出部与所述引墨芯抵靠;
    所述引墨芯的上端与所述第一通孔过盈配合。
  10. 一种书写笔,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的揿动直液式笔芯组件。
