一种自封条及防儿童开启的包装袋
本申请是以申请号为202021990715.3、申请日为2020年9月11日的中国专利申请为基础，并主张其优先权，该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及包装产品，更具体地说是一种自封条及防儿童开启的包装袋。
背景技术
目前，自封条在包装袋中的应用比较广泛，采用自封条的包装袋的优点是密封性能好，而且在开口之后还能合上，使用比较方便。
但是现有的大多数采用自封条的包装袋由于自封条的设计缺陷儿童可以轻松开启，这容易造成儿童误食包装袋中的食品或者容易被看到包装袋中儿童不宜的物品，也有少数的可以防儿童开启的包装袋，但是这种包装袋的自封条是采用过盈配合的方式进行卡合的，儿童稍微大一些力量仍然可以打开，因此仍然不能有效的防止儿童开启。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种自封条及防儿童开启的包装袋。
为实现上述目的，本申请采用以下技术方案：
一方面，一种自封条，包括第一封条，及与第一封条卡合连接的第二封条；所述第一封条和第二封条均包括卡条；所述卡条分为公卡条和母卡条；所述公卡条包括凸条部，及与凸条部连接的内钩部，所述内钩部与凸条部之间的夹角为锐角；所述母卡条包括左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部，所述左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部之间的间隙构成与所述内钩部卡接的凹槽；所述左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部的内角的角度均为锐角；所述第一封条或第二封条的卡条上至少设有一个容易将第一封条和第二封条分离开来的弱化段，所述弱化段由多个连续的斜切口组成。

其进一步技术方案为：所述第一封条通过其上连接边部与第一袋面片的内侧连接，所述第二封条通过其下连接边部与第二袋面片的内侧连接。

本申请与现有技术相比的有益效果是：本申请的公卡条上带有内钩部，母卡条上带有左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部，左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部之间的间隙构成与内钩部卡接的凹槽，通过内钩部和凹槽卡接配合的方式，使得卡合之后更加牢固，另外，由多个连续的斜切口组成的弱化段作为易开启处，但弱化段的设计独特，不容易被儿童注意到，因此，从整体而言有效的防止了儿童易开启的问题。

在本说明书的描述中，参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、“或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中，对上述术语的示意性表述不应理解为必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且，描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外，本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例进行结合和组合。
本申请提供了一种自封条，请参考图1-3，该自封条包括第一封条1，及与第一封条1卡合连接的第二封条2；第一封条1和第二封条2均包括卡条；卡条分为公卡条3和母卡条4；公卡条3包括凸条部31，及与凸条部31连接的内钩部32，内钩部32与凸条部31之间的夹角为锐角；母卡条4包括左钩状骨条部41和右钩状骨条部42，左钩状骨条部41和右钩状骨条部42之间的间隙构成与内钩部32卡接的凹槽43；左钩状骨条部41和右钩状骨条部42的内角的角度均为锐角；第一封条1或第二封条2的卡条上至少设有一个容易将第一封条1和第二封条2分离开来的弱化段7，弱化段7由多个连续的斜切口组成。
具体的，内钩部32与凸条部31之间的夹角以及左钩状骨条部41和右钩状骨条部42的内角的角度设置成锐角的目的是能够使内钩部32牢牢的卡接在凹槽43中，使得卡接牢固，第一封条1和第二封条2卡合后不易被分开。请参考图3，优选地，左钩状骨条部41和右钩状骨条部42的内角的角度∠β均为30°～70°，内钩部32与凸条部31之间的夹角均为∠α45°～80°。为了方便从某处容易将第一封条1和第二封条2卡合后分开，因此设置了弱化段7，弱化段7可以设置在第一封条1的卡条上，也可以设置在第二封条2的卡条上，而且可以根据自封条设计的长度设置多个弱化段7。弱化段7是由多个连续的斜切口组成，采用斜切口的形式具有一定的隐蔽性，而且不会影响自封条整体的美观性，为了能够从弱化段7将第一封条1和第二封条2分开，斜切口的角度为30°-65°，优选地角度为45°。
为了保证第一封条1和第二封条2卡合后的牢固性，同时要保证从弱化段7能够较为方便的将第一封条1和第二封条2分离，请参考图1、图2，优选地，在第一封条1设置两个卡条，一个为公卡条3，一个为母卡条4，并且在第二封条2也设置两个卡条，一个为公卡条3，一个为母卡条4。当然在其它的实施例中，可以根据实际情况来设置，比如可以在第一封条1上设置一个公卡条3，在第二封条2上设置一个母卡条4；又比如可以在第一封条1上设置两个公卡条3，在第二封条2上设置两个母卡条4。
进一步的，第一封条1和第二封条2还均包括连接边部；连接边部分为上连接边部5和下连接边部6；上连接边部5连接于卡条的上侧，下连接边部6连接于卡条的下侧。第一封条1、第二封条2上的连接边部的设置情况多种设置的形式，比如有以下的设置形式，在第一封条1上有上连接边部5，第二封条2上有下连接边部6，或者，第一封条1上有下连接边部6，第二封条2上有上连接边部5，或者，第一封条1上有上连接边部5和下连接边部6，第二封条2上有上连接边部5和下连接边部6；或者，第一封条1上有上连接边部5和下连接边部6，第二封条2上有上连接边部5或下连接边部6，或者第一封条1上有上连接边部5或下连接边部6，第二封条2上有上连接边部5和下连接边部6。
进一步的，由于设置的弱化段7具有一定的隐秘性，因此为了开启时容易找到弱化段7，可以在第一封条1和/或第二封条2于连接边部上近于弱化段7的位置提示缺口51，通过查找到提示缺口51，便可以知道弱化段7的位置。另外，为了更加快速的找到提示缺口51，请参考图1，在连接边部上还设有彩色标记线52，彩色标记线52的颜色需要跟上连接边部5和/或下连接边部6的颜色有所区分，一般上连接边部5和/或下连接边部6为无色，那么彩色标记线52可以为红色或者黄色等颜色。
本申请还提供了一种防儿童开启的包装袋，请参考图4-6，该包装袋包括袋体，及设于袋体封口处的自封条；袋体包括第一袋面片8，与第一袋面片8连接的第二袋面片9；第一封条1固定于第一袋面片8的内侧，第二封条2固定于第二袋面片9的内侧。由于本申请的包装袋采用了上述的自封条结构，因此除了在自封条的弱化段7能够将包装袋打开之外，在自封条的其余位置无法打开包装袋，并且弱化段7较为隐蔽，不易被发现，即使设置有提示缺口51对儿童而言也不能使其理解它的真正的用意，因此，本申请的包装袋可以有效的防止儿童误开启。
为了更进一步的提高第一封条1和第二封条2卡合后的牢固性，请参考图4，可将第一封条1的下连接边部6与第一袋面片8的内侧连接，将第二封条2的上连接边部5和下连接边部6与第二袋面片9的内侧连接。当然在其它实施例中，可将第一封条1的上连接边部5与第一袋面片8的内侧连接，第二封条2的下连接边部6与第二袋面片9的内侧连接。还可以是第一封条1的上连接边部5和下连接边部6与第一袋面片8的内侧连接，第二封条2的上连接边部5和下连接边部6与第二袋面片9的内侧连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自封条，其特征在于，包括第一封条，及与第一封条卡合连接的第二封条；所述第一封条和第二封条均包括卡条；所述卡条分为公卡条和母卡条；所述公卡条包括凸条部，及与凸条部连接的内钩部，所述内钩部与凸条部之间的夹角为锐角；所述母卡条包括左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部，所述左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部之间的间隙构成与所述内钩部卡接的凹槽；所述左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部的内角的角度均为锐角；所述第一封条或第二封条的卡条上至少设有一个容易将第一封条和第二封条分离开来的弱化段，所述弱化段由多个连续的斜切口组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述斜切口的角度为30°-65°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述第一封条上至少有一个公卡条，所述第二封条上至少有一个母卡条，或者，所述第一封条上至少有一个公卡条和一个母卡条，所述第二封条上至少有一个母卡条和一个公卡条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述第一封条和第二封条还均包括连接边部；所述连接边部分为上连接边部和下连接边部；所述上连接边部连接于卡条的上侧，所述下连接边部连接于卡条的下侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述第一封条上有上连接边部，所述第二封条上有下连接边部，或者，所述第一封条上有下连接边部，所述第二封条上有上连接边部，或者，所述第一封条上有上连接边部和下连接边部，所述第二封条上有上连接边部和下连接边部；或者，所述第一封条上有上连接边部和下连接边部，所述第二封条上有上连接边部或下连接边部，或者所述第一封条上有上连接边部或下连接边部，所述第二封条上有上连接边部和下连接边部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述第一封条和/或第二封条于连接边部上近于弱化段的位置设有用于提示此处为易开启处的提示缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自封条，其特征在于，所述左钩状骨条部和右钩状骨条部的内角的角度均为30度～75度。
  8. 一种防儿童开启的包装袋，其特征在于，包括袋体，及设于袋体封口处的自封条；所述自封条为权利要求4所述的自封条；所述袋体包括第一袋面片，与第一袋面片连接的第二袋面片；所述第一封条固定于所述第一袋面片的内侧，所述第二封条固定于所述第二袋面片的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防儿童开启的包装袋，其特征在于，所述第一封条通过其上连接边部与第一袋面片的内侧连接，所述第二封条通过其下连接边部与第二袋面片的内侧连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防儿童开启的包装袋，其特征在于，所述第一封条通过其上连接边部和下连接边部与第一袋面片的内侧连接，所述第二封条通过其上连接边部和下连接边部与第二袋面片的内侧连接。
