Abstract

一种易撕断胶带,包括胶带基材(1)、黏胶层(2),所述黏胶层(2)位于胶带基材(1)的一侧,所述胶带基材(1)至少一边设有易撕断结构(11),所述易撕断结构(11)由若干个V型切口(12)组成。现有胶带本身不易撕断,因此在使用完成,需要配合锋利的器材才能将胶带断开,导致胶带无法单独使用,造成胶带的使用受限。通过采用由若干个V型切口(12)组成的易撕断结构(11),在不影响胶带正常使用的同时,使胶带易撕断,避免了剪刀等锋利器材的使用,解决了现有胶带本身不易撕断,在使用完成后需要配合锋利的器材才能将胶带断开,导致胶带无法单独使用,造成胶带的使用受限的技术问题。

Description

易撕断胶带 技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,特别是涉及一种免工具的易撕断胶带。
背景技术
随着以薄膜为基材的塑胶带的出现,因其便利、粘结牢靠成为人们日常生产生活的必须品,现有的胶带因其采用有机薄膜结构,导致胶带本身耐撕拉。这一方面提高了胶带的包裹能力,但同时也限制了胶带的使用,由于胶带本身不易撕断,因此在使用完成,需要配合锋利的器材才能将胶带断开,导致胶带无法单独使用,造成胶带的使用受限。
发明内容
本发明提供了易撕断胶带,在不影响胶带正常使用的同时,确保胶带易于撕断,方便使用。
本发明提供了易撕断胶带,包括胶带基材、黏胶层,所述黏胶层位于胶带基材的一侧,所述胶带基材至少一边设有易撕断结构,所述易撕断结构由若干个V型切口组成。
进一步地,各个所述V型切口依次相接,组成锯齿型结构。
进一步地,所述V型切口包括第一切边、第二切边,所述第一切边一端与第二切边一端直接或间接相接。
更进一步地,所述第一切边、第二切边之间具有夹角,所述夹角为2-179度,所述夹角优选为30-150度。
更进一步地,所述第一切边与第二切边之间具有圆滑过渡边,所述第一切边、圆滑过渡边、第二切边组成圆滑的V型曲线。
进一步地,所述胶带基材具黏胶层的一侧设有引拔撕开结构,所述引拔撕开结构在所述胶带基材具黏胶层的一侧形成一个或多个不粘区。
更进一步地,所述一个或多个不粘区具有不粘区长度与不粘区宽度,一个不粘区宽度或多个不粘区宽度之和小于所述基材宽度,所述不粘区长度平行于所述基材长度。
更进一步地,所述易撕断结构位于引拔撕开结构处。
进一步地,所述胶带基材至少一边设有若干个易撕断结构,各个所述易撕断结构之间间隔。
进一步地,所述易撕断胶带还包括离型层,所述离型层与黏胶层粘合。
更进一步地,所述离型层上设有易撕断结构,所述离型层的易撕断结构与所述胶带基材的易撕断结构重合。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过采用由若干个V型切口组成的易撕断结构,在不影响胶带正常使用的同时,使胶带易撕断,避免了剪刀等锋利器材的使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
本发明提供了易撕断胶带,如图1-4所示,包括胶带基材1、黏胶层2,所述黏胶层2位于胶带基材1的一侧,所述胶带基材1至少一边设有易撕断结构11,所述易撕断结构11由若干个V型切口12组成。
可选的,如图1-4所示,各个所述V型切口12依次相接,组成锯齿型结构。
可选的,如图1-4所示,所述V型切口12包括第一切边121、第二切边122,所述第一切边121一端与第二切边122一端直接或间接相接。
其中,第一切边121、第二切边122均为直线段。
特别的,如图1-4所示,所述第一切边121、第二切边122之间具有夹角,所述夹角为2-179度。
其中,如图1-4所示,第一切边121、第二切边122之间的夹角优选为30-150度(图中为150度),且第一切边121、第二切边122直接相接。如图6所示,胶带基材1粘贴在纸箱上时,被直接拉扯变形但仍保持不断。使用者在撕断胶带时,只需通过将拉扯胶带的一端进行扭转,便可以将胶带直接拉断,如图7所示,胶带基材1的拉断处从第一切边121、第二切边122相交位置延伸到胶带基材1的另一边。
本发明实施例通过采用由若干个V型切口组成的易撕断结构,在不影响胶带正常使用的同时,使胶带易撕断,避免了剪刀等锋利器材的使用。
特别的,如图8所示,所述第一切边121与第二切边122之间具有圆滑过渡边123,所述第一切边121、圆滑过渡边123、第二切边122组成圆滑的V型曲线。
其中,如图8所示,多个圆滑的V型曲线组成波浪型结构。
可选的,所述胶带基材1具黏胶层2的一侧设有引拔撕开结构13,所述引拔撕开结构13在所述胶带基材1具黏胶层2的一侧形成一个或多个不粘区。
其中,本发明的不粘区不具有黏性,具体不粘区的制备方法可采用在胶带的黏胶层上进一步涂覆涂料,以形成不具有粘性的柔性涂层,实现不粘效果。也可在生产胶带时,在不粘区不涂覆黏胶来实现不粘区的不粘效果。
如图2所示,引拔撕开结构13位于胶带基材1不具有易撕断结构11的一边。
本发明实施例通过采用引拔撕开结构,方便使用者进行拉扯,并除去胶带。
特别的,如图3、图4所示,所述易撕断结构11位于引拔撕开结构13处。
其中,如图3、图4所示,易撕断结构11位于引拔撕开结构13的一边。
本发明实施例通过将易撕断结构设置在引拔撕开结构处,方便使用者拉开胶带及撕断胶带。
可选的,如图5所示,所述胶带基材1至少一边设有若干个易撕断结构11,各个所述易撕断结构11之间间隔。
其中,胶带基材1的两边均设有若干个易撕断结构11,且胶带基材1两边的易撕断结构11依次交错排列。
可选的,所述易撕断胶带还包括离型层,所述离型层与黏胶层2粘合。
特别的,所述离型层上设有易撕断结构,所述离型层的易撕断结构与所述胶带基材1的易撕断结构11重合。
其中,如图8所示,当第一切边121、第二切边122通过圆滑过渡边123相连时,导致易撕断结构11无法轻松撕断,进而提高了胶带基材1的耐拉扯性。图9中胶带为离型层易撕断结构与胶带基材1易撕断结构11重合的胶带结构,由于离型层易撕断结构的配合,导致胶带极易撕断,如图10所示。
本发明实施例通过采用具有易撕断结构的离型层,方便胶带的扯断,消费者在使用胶带时,只需在易撕断结构处拉扯,便可在离型层的配合下快速将胶带撕断,避免了剪刀等设备的使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述易撕断胶带包括胶带基材、黏胶层,所述黏胶层位于胶带基材的一侧,所述胶带基材至少一边设有易撕断结构,所述易撕断结构由若干个V型切口组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,各个所述V型切口依次相接,组成锯齿型结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述V型切口包括第一切边、第二切边,所述第一切边一端与第二切边一端直接或间接相接,所述第一切边、第二切边之间具有夹角,所述夹角为2-179度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述夹角为30-150度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述第一切边与第二切边之间具有圆滑过渡边,所述第一切边、圆滑过渡边、第二切边组成圆滑的V型曲线。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带基材具黏胶层的一侧设有引拔撕开结构,所述引拔撕开结构在所述胶带基材具黏胶层的一侧形成一个或多个不粘区。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述易撕断结构位于引拔撕开结构处。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带基材至少一边设有若干个易撕断结构,各个所述易撕断结构之间间隔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述易撕断胶带还包括离型层,所述离型层与黏胶层粘合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述易撕断胶带,其特征在于,所述离型层上设有易撕断结构,所述离型层的易撕断结构与所述胶带基材的易撕断结构重合。
