一种医疗康复装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗康复装置。
背景技术
人们的脚过度的强烈内翻或外翻活动时,如行走在不平路面,高处跌下或跑跳时落地不稳,均可引起外侧或内侧韧带损伤,部分撕裂或完全断裂或撕脱骨折。如早期治疗不当,韧带过度松弛,可造成踝关节不稳,易引发反复扭伤,甚至关节软骨损伤,发生创伤性关节炎,严重影响行走功能。
技术问题
现有的用于踝关节康复的康复装置结构复杂,造价成本高,结构不可调节,适用性窄。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种医疗康复装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种医疗康复装置,包括电动滑轨、支撑杆、铰接柱、第一支撑架、第二支撑架、连接板、安装架、脚踏板、推杆和电动丝杠,所述电动滑轨与连接板相铰接,安装架与连接板固定连接,支撑杆的一端与电动滑轨的自由端固定连接,另一端与铰接柱相铰接;第一支撑架的一端与铰接柱相铰接,另一端与第二支撑架的顶端相铰接,第二支撑架的底端安装架相铰接,所述脚踏板铰接在安装架上,推杆的一端与脚踏板相铰接,另一端电动丝杠的自由端固定连接,电动丝杠固定连接在安装架上。
进一步地,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架均固定有拉带。
进一步地,所述安装架为U形状结构,由三根直角钢焊接而成,两个电动丝杠对称固定于安装架的两个侧边的内侧。
进一步地,所述电动丝杠的自由端固定有安装座,推杆铰接在安装座上。
进一步地,所述安装座上设有直角固定板,在电动丝杠的自由端固定有连接块,所述连接块与固定板固定连接。
进一步地,在电动丝杠外侧且位于安装座运动路径上设有两个接近开关。
进一步地,所述铰接柱为圆柱结构,在铰接柱的每端侧面上均设有两个铰接孔,所述支撑杆和第一支撑架对应铰接在两个铰接孔内。
进一步地,所述脚踏板的底端设有支撑台。

本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型结构简单,便于实现,造价成本低,在使用时,第一支撑架和第二支撑架的角度均可以调节,其通过电动滑轨伸缩来调节,调节方便,便于后期维护,实际使用时,根据患者的不同身高来调整最佳使用位置,使用效果好。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图6,本实用新型一种医疗康复装置,包括电动滑轨1、支撑杆2、铰接柱3、第一支撑架41、第二支撑架42、连接板43、安装架5、脚踏板6、推杆7和电动丝杠8。
电动滑轨1与连接板43相铰接,安装架5与连接板43固定连接,支撑杆2的一端与电动滑轨1的自由端固定连接,另一端与铰接柱3相铰接。第一支撑架41的一端与铰接柱3相铰接,另一端与第二支撑架42的顶端相铰接,第二支撑架42的底端安装架5相铰接。脚踏板6铰接在安装架5上,推杆7的一端与脚踏板6相铰接,另一端电动丝杠8的自由端固定连接,电动丝杠8固定连接在安装架5上。
为方便支撑腿部,在第一支撑架41和第二支撑架42均固定有拉带40。拉带40对应在第一支撑架41和第二支撑架42上均为可调节结构,其两端固定连接在具有螺栓的调节块上,调节块滑动连接在第一支撑架41或第二支撑架42上。
本实用新型中的安装架5为U形状结构,由三根直角钢焊接而成,两个电动丝杠8对称固定于安装架5的两个侧边的内侧。
为便于铰接安装推杆7,在电动丝杠8的自由端固定有安装座81,推杆7铰接在安装座81上。
在安装座81上设有直角固定板82,在电动丝杠8的自由端固定有连接块80,连接块80与固定板82固定连接。
在电动丝杠8外侧且位于安装座81运动路径上设有两个接近开关83。在使用时,安装座81经过其中一个接近开关83时,则电动丝杠8转换运动方向,两个接近开关83实现电动丝杠8在一定行程范围内的正转与反转的往复运动。
本实用新型中的铰接柱3为圆柱结构,在铰接柱3的每端侧面上均设有两个铰接孔,支撑杆2和第一支撑架41对应铰接在两个铰接孔内。
在使用时,为方便支撑脚后跟,在脚踏板6的底端设有支撑台61。
本实用新型在使用时,将腿部支撑在在第一支撑架41和第二支撑架42的拉带40上,将脚支撑在脚踏板6上,通过电动丝杠8正转与反转实现脚踏板的往复运动,实现对脚踝的主动康复。
本实用新型在使用时,第一支撑架41和第二支撑架42的角度均可以调节,其通过电动滑轨1伸缩来调节,调节方便,结构简单,便于后期维护,实际使用时,根据患者的不同身高来调整最佳使用位置,使用效果好。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种医疗康复装置,其特征在于:包括电动滑轨(1)、支撑杆(2)、铰接柱(3)、第一支撑架(41)、第二支撑架(42)、连接板(43)、安装架(5)、脚踏板(6)、推杆(7)和电动丝杠(8),所述电动滑轨(1)与连接板(43)相铰接,安装架(5)与连接板(43)固定连接,支撑杆(2)的一端与电动滑轨(1)的自由端固定连接,另一端与铰接柱(3)相铰接;第一支撑架(41)的一端与铰接柱(3)相铰接,另一端与第二支撑架(42)的顶端相铰接,第二支撑架(42)的底端安装架(5)相铰接,所述脚踏板(6)铰接在安装架(5)上,推杆(7)的一端与脚踏板(6)相铰接,另一端电动丝杠(8)的自由端固定连接,电动丝杠(8)固定连接在安装架(5)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述第一支撑架(41)和第二支撑架(42)均固定有拉带(40)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述安装架(5)为U形状结构,由三根直角钢焊接而成,两个电动丝杠(8)对称固定于安装架(5)的两个侧边的内侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述电动丝杠(8)的自由端固定有安装座(81),推杆(7)铰接在安装座(81)上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述安装座(81)上设有直角固定板(82),在电动丝杠(8)的自由端固定有连接块(80),所述连接块(80)与固定板(82)固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:在电动丝杠(8)外侧且位于安装座(81)运动路径上设有两个接近开关(83)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述铰接柱(3)为圆柱结构,在铰接柱(3)的每端侧面上均设有两个铰接孔,所述支撑杆(2)和第一支撑架(41)对应铰接在两个铰接孔内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的医疗康复装置,其特征在于:所述脚踏板(6)的底端设有支撑台(61)。
