本实用新型涉及一种涡轮的转运工装。
背景技术:
图3为一种磁悬浮鼓风机的涡轮结构,该涡轮在转运时,需要避免涡轮的叶片受到磨损撞击伤害,现有的转运方式为,直接将涡轮置于转运载体上,涡轮的轴心不是竖直向下的,涡轮的叶片与转运载体相接触,因此在转运途中,会叶片损坏的隐患,因此需要一种将图3结构的涡轮结构竖直转运的工装。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种涡轮的转运工装。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种涡轮的转运工装,所述涡轮为伞形状,在涡轮的底面上设有轴套,用于搬运所述涡轮的工装包括支撑板、螺杆、垫块、固定板、缓冲块、底座、支撑柱和锁紧板,所述支撑板的中心位置处设有通孔,在通孔的两侧并列设有若干个固定孔,四根螺杆两两为一组分别固定连接在通孔两侧的固定孔内,在每根螺杆上套设一个垫块,每组两根螺杆的顶端固定一块固定板,在每个固定板的内侧插接一个缓冲块;涡轮的轴套插接在所述通孔内,两个缓冲块抵触在涡轮的外壁上;
两个底座设置在支撑板的下方,两根支撑柱固定连接在支撑板的底面上,且支撑柱伸于底座内,在每个底座上固定一个锁紧板,锁紧板将支撑柱固定于底座内。
进一步地,所述固定板上设有限位槽,在缓冲块上设有与所述限位槽相适配的限位筋。
进一步地,所述限位槽和限位筋均为矩形状。
进一步地,所述缓冲块上设有圆弧槽,圆弧槽抵触在涡轮的外壁上。
进一步地,所述底座上设有V形槽,支撑柱伸于V形槽内。
进一步地,所述锁紧板上设有与所述V形槽相适配的V形凸起,V形凸起将支撑柱抵触于V形槽内。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型用于固定涡轮,使得涡轮以轴向竖直的方向固定在工装上,避免涡轮的叶片斜放而受到磨损,本实用新型结构简单,固定方便,使用效果好,便于在转运途中更好地保护涡轮。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本实用新型一种涡轮的转运工装,涡轮为伞形状,在涡轮的底面上设有轴套11,用于搬运涡轮的工装包括支撑板21、螺杆22、垫块23、固定板24、缓冲块25、底座31、支撑柱32和锁紧板33,支撑板21的中心位置处设有通孔210,在通孔210的两侧并列设有若干个固定孔211,四根螺杆22两两为一组分别插接在通孔210两侧的固定孔211内,在螺杆22上螺纹连接螺母,通过螺母将螺杆22固定在固定孔211内。
在每根螺杆22上套设一个垫块23,每组两根螺杆22的顶端固定一块固定板24,在每个固定板24的内侧插接一个缓冲块25,涡轮的轴套11插接在所述通孔210内,两个缓冲块25抵触在涡轮的外壁上。
两个底座31设置在支撑板21的下方,两根支撑柱32固定连接在支撑板21的底面上,且支撑柱32伸于底座31内,在每个底座31上固定一个锁紧板33,锁紧板33将支撑柱32固定于底座31内。
为使得固定板24和缓冲块25之间配合更加稳定,在固定板24上设有限位槽241,在缓冲块25上设有与限位槽241相适配的限位筋251,限位槽241和限位筋251均为矩形状。
在缓冲块25上设有圆弧槽252,圆弧槽252抵触在涡轮的外壁上。
为便于更好地将支撑柱32锁紧在底座31和锁紧板33之间,在底座31上设有V形槽311,支撑柱32伸于V形槽311内。在锁紧板33上设有与V形槽311相适配的V形凸起321,V形凸起321将支撑柱32抵触于V形槽311内。
在使用时,将底座31固定在转运载体上(例如车厢、转运车等),将支撑板21固定在底座31上,并使得支撑板21悬空,将涡轮的轴套11插接在所述通孔210内,根据涡轮的外径选择合适位置的固定孔211固定螺杆22和固定板24,然后将缓冲块25插接在固定板24内,并使得缓冲块25抵触在涡轮的外壁上。缓冲块25采用橡胶材料制成,便于变形,具有缓冲的作用。
本实用新型只是避免在转运涡轮时,避免涡轮在转运载体上发生串位移动,在使用时,为避免涡轮竖直方向的跳动,本实用新型配合绳索,即在涡轮上缠绕绳子,通过绳子将涡轮绑在本实用新型工装上,由此避免涡轮在转运载体上竖直方向的运动。
本实用新型用于固定涡轮,使得涡轮以轴向竖直的方向固定在工装上,避免涡轮的叶片斜放而受到磨损,本实用新型结构简单,固定方便,使用效果好,便于在转运途中更好地保护涡轮。

  1. 一种涡轮的转运工装,所述涡轮为伞形状,在涡轮的底面上设有轴套(11),其特征在于:用于搬运所述涡轮的工装包括支撑板(21)、螺杆(22)、垫块(23)、固定板(24)、缓冲块(25)、底座(31)、支撑柱(32)和锁紧板(33),所述支撑板(21)的中心位置处设有通孔(210),在通孔(210)的两侧并列设有若干个固定孔(211),四根螺杆(22)两两为一组分别固定连接在通孔(210)两侧的固定孔(211)内,在每根螺杆(22)上套设一个垫块(23),每组两根螺杆(22)的顶端固定一块固定板(24),在每个固定板(24)的内侧插接一个缓冲块(25);涡轮的轴套(11)插接在所述通孔(210)内,两个缓冲块(25)抵触在涡轮的外壁上;
    两个底座(31)设置在支撑板(21)的下方,两根支撑柱(32)固定连接在支撑板(21)的底面上,且支撑柱(32)伸于底座(31)内,在每个底座(31)上固定一个锁紧板(33),锁紧板(33)将支撑柱(32)固定于底座(31)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的涡轮的转运工装,其特征在于:所述固定板(24)上设有限位槽(241),在缓冲块(25)上设有与所述限位槽(241)相适配的限位筋(251)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的涡轮的转运工装,其特征在于:所述限位槽(241)和限位筋(251)均为矩形状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的涡轮的转运工装,其特征在于:所述缓冲块(25)上设有圆弧槽(252),圆弧槽(252)抵触在涡轮的外壁上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的涡轮的转运工装,其特征在于:所述底座(31)上设有V形槽(311),支撑柱(32)伸于V形槽(311)内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的涡轮的转运工装,其特征在于:所述锁紧板(33)上设有与所述V形槽(311)相适配的V形凸起(321),V形凸起(321)将支撑柱(32)抵触于V形槽(311)内。
