本发明一种清洁机,尤其涉及一种旋转式清洁机。
背景技术
清洁机是对于玻璃、瓷砖表面等进行清洁的产品。现有的清洁机包括:工作头、机身等结构,使用者通过握住机身上的把手可操作清洁机进行表面清洁。然而,现有的清洁机的工作头与机身之间是固定连接的,工作头无法现对于机身进行角度的调节,如此导致使用者无法方便地对不同空间位置的玻璃、瓷砖表面等进行清洁。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步地解决方案。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种旋转式清洁机,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种旋转式清洁机,其包括:工作头、机身以及负压机构;
所述工作头一端安装有柔性刮擦元件,另一端与所述机身枢转连接,所述工作头内部中空设置,且所述工作头另一端与所述机身相连通,所述负压机构内置于所述机身中,所述负压机构所在的装配空间具有抽风口,所述负压机构包括:风叶以及驱动所述风叶枢转的动力单元,所述风叶背向所述抽风口设置。
作为本发明的旋转式清洁机的改进,所述柔性刮擦元件为边缘自工作头端部伸出的海绵条或者橡胶条。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明一实施例提供一种旋转式清洁机,其包括:工作头1、机身2、液体收集机构3、负压机构4以及供电线路5。
工作头1用于实现表面清洁,为了便于对不同空间方位的表明进行灵活清洁,该工作头1被设计为能够360°进行旋转,以根据需要调整清洁角度,方便清洁时的操作。
具体地,工作头1一端安装有柔性刮擦元件11,另一端与机身2枢转连接。其中,柔性刮擦元件11为边缘自工作头1端部伸出的海绵条或者橡胶条等结构,通过与被清洁的表面相互刮擦以起到清洁的作用。
机身2上设置有便于工作头1另一端枢转连接的装配腔21,工作头1另一端过盈地插接于该装配腔21中,如此在保证能够360°进行旋转的同时,还具有一定的枢转保持作用力,以维持该工作头1停留在需求的角度位置。 相应的,该工作头1另一端与装配腔21之间设置有胶圈12,该胶圈12套装于工作头1的另一端,并在一定压力下发生形变。一个实施方式中,胶圈12套装于工作头1收容于装配腔21中的部分的两端,且胶圈12之间工作头1的部分不与装配腔21的内部接触,以避免阻尼力过大不利于工作头1的转动。
由于对表面清洁时,通常需要配合清洁液进行表面刮擦,为了避免清洁液外流,工作头1还具有吸水功能。
具体地,工作头1内部中空设置,其另一端机身2枢转连接的同时,还与机身2保持连通,如此通过负压机构4在机身2内形成的负压环境,能够将外部的清洁液回收至一特定空间中进行存放。相应的,工作头1上安装有柔性刮擦元件11的一端形成有进液口,另一端形成有出液口,装配腔21的底部具有与内部相连通的开口。外部的清洁液通过进液口,流经工作头1的内部空间,通过出液口流入到上述特定空间中。
上述特定空间可以为形成于机身2中的独立空间,也可以为与机身2分体设置的收集瓶。
当该特定空间为机身2中的独立空间时,该独立空间与机身2的其余空间保持隔离,装配腔21底部的开口直接与该独立空间相连通。此时,工作头1另一端可通过液体收集机构3与上述独立空间相连通,该液体收集机构3可伸入或者不伸入至上述独立空间中。同时,该独立空间还具有一排水孔。
当该特定空间为与机身2分体设置的收集瓶6时,该收集瓶6拆卸地安装于安装于机身2上,此时,工作头1另一端可通过液体收集机构3与上述收集瓶6相连通,该液体收集机构3可伸入或者不伸入至上述收集瓶6中。当需要排水时,可将收集瓶6拆下,并将其中的清洁液倒出。
负压机构4用于使得机身2内部形成负压环境,以便于工作头1在清洁时能够同步吸入回收清洁液。
具体地,负压机构4包括:风叶41以及驱动该风叶41的动力单元42。该负压机构4安装于机身2中另一独立的装配空间22中,该装配空间22具有一抽风口221,该风叶41靠近且背向上述抽风口221设置。如此,动力单元42带动风叶41旋转时,风叶41通过抽风口221持续抽入空气,使得上述存水的特定空间形成负压环境。一个实施方式中,该动力单元42为一马达。
液体收集机构3用于将分离吸入的清洁液和空气,以便于清洁液独立地回收以及通过负压机构4独立地抽吸空气。
其原理在于,任何物质都有悬浮速度,所以在预设的吸水截面下,能够使界面内的空气速度达到悬浮速度,从而把水吸起来。同时,在预设的位置加大截面积,能够降低空气速度,使其速度远低于水等液体的悬浮速度,并且液体保有惯性初速度,不容易改变,从而能够实现液体和气体的自然分离,倾斜、倒立都可以吸水。
具体地,液体收集机构3包括:分离本体31、贯通分离本体31设置的气液通道32和气体抽吸通道33,气液通道32相对气体抽吸通道33独立设置。气液通道32一端经抽吸通道连通至装配腔21底部的开口处,另一端与存水的特定空间相连通。气体抽吸通道33进气端延伸至气液通道32的另一端,出气端延伸至抽风口221处。如此,气液混合物通过气液通道32进入后,清洁液由于重力作用进入到存水的特定空间中,而空气由于负压的作用,通过气体抽吸通道33与清洁液分离。
供电线路5用于为负压机构4供电。具体地,该供电线路5包括:电池 51、导线52以及控制开关53。电池51可以内置于上述装配空间22中,并通过导线52与马达电连接。控制开关53串联于马达和电池51之间的导线52上,且控制开关53自装配空间22中伸出,以便于使用者通过控制开关53控制马达的工作和停止。
综上所述,本发明的旋转式清洁机的工作头相对机身能够自由旋转,如此可根据实际的需求,调节工作头的工作角度,以方便使用者能够对不同空间位置的表面进行清洁。同时,本发明的旋转式清洁机还可在清洁的同时回收清洁液,以避免清洁液的外流。此外,通过采用液体收集机构,可把水自更低的位置吸入,并可以实现倒立清洁吸水的效果。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式清洁机,其特征在于,所述机身中形成有一独立空间,所述工作头另一端与所述独立空间保持连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式清洁机,其特征在于,所述旋转式清洁机还包括收集瓶,所述收集瓶拆卸地安装于机身上,所述工作头另一端与所述收集瓶保持连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式清洁机,其特征在于,所述动力单元为一马达,所述马达与所述风叶的枢轴传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式清洁机,其特征在于,所述旋转式清洁机还包括供电线路,所述供电线路包括:电池、导线以及控制开关;
    所述电池通过导线与所述动力单元电连接,所述控制开关串联于所述马达和电池之间的导线上。
