技术领域
本申请涉及一种园林工具,例如涉及一种链锯。
背景技术
链锯作为一种园林工具,可供用户操作以切割工件。对于链锯而言,通过电机驱动链条转动以切割木材等工件。为了满足动力输出,链锯一般包括能输出较高功率的电机,传动机构、油壶、电源等元器件,上述元器件安装至机壳中时,会使得链锯占据较大空间,且整机较为笨重,给长期操作的用户带来较大的疲劳感。当用户在操作链锯时,会不断的处于调整位置,此时需要将链锯收纳或连接至背带或其他连接器上。且由于链锯悬挂或收纳在用户身上时,较大的体积会对用户的运动产生较大影响。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种结构紧凑、方便收纳的链锯,能够方便悬挂或收纳。
一种链锯,包括:机壳,基本沿前后方向延伸并形成有容纳空间;电机,至少部分设置在容纳空间内;传动系统,连接电机并能输出一个驱动力;控制系统,包括在一个平面内延伸的电路板组件;电源组件,设置在机壳后侧并用于给电机供电;电路板组件与沿前后方向延伸的第一直线倾斜相交;在一个垂直于第一直线方向且沿上下方向延伸的第二直线方向上,电机沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的投影面,电路板组件沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的投影面;电机沿第二直线方向上的投影面与电路板组件沿第二直线方向的投影面至少部分重合;电源组件沿第一直线方向具有一个垂直于第一直线方向的投影面,电路板组件沿第一直线方向具有一个垂直于第一直线方向的投影面;电源组件沿第一直线方向上的投影面与电路板组件沿第一直线方向的投影面至少部分重合。
在一实施例中,传动系统沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的 投影面,电路板组件沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的投影面;传动系统沿第二直线方向上的投影面与电路板组件沿第二直线方向的投影面至少部分重合。
在一实施例中,电机为外转子电机,电机与链锯的质量之比大于等于0.07且小于等于0.4。
在一实施例中,还包括泵油系统,泵油系统包括油壶;机壳形成有同时沿前后方向和左右方向与外界连通的开口,油壶设置在容纳空间中并封闭至少部分的开口。
在一实施例中,沿前后方向上,泵油系统、传动系统、控制系统、电机和电源组件依次排布。
在一实施例中,机壳还包括进风口和出风口,链锯运行时,能形成从进风口流入并从出风口流出的散热风路,散热风路能同时流经传动系统和控制系统。
在一实施例中,出风口设置为具有能向前侧吹风的第一吹风方向和能向后侧吹风的第二吹风方向。
在一实施例中,还包括连接至机壳的导板和围绕导板分布的链条;传动系统包括一个能驱动链条转动的驱动轴;链锯还包括能封闭至少部分导板和链条的盖板,盖板与机壳连接并形成有一个排屑空间,驱动轴至少部分设置在排屑空间内;电机包括电机轴,电机轴远离排屑空间设置。
在一实施例中,传动系统包括沿前后方向分布的齿轮箱,电机和输出轴设置在齿轮箱的同一侧。
在一实施例中,链锯在前后方向的长度小于等于330mm,链锯在左右方向上的宽度小于等于150mm。
一实施例提供了一种链锯,包括:机壳,基本沿前后方向延伸并形成有容纳空间;电机,至少部分设置在容纳空间内;传动系统,连接电机并能输出一个驱动力;控制系统,包括在一个平面内延伸的电路板组件;电源组件,设置在机壳后侧并用于给电机供电;电路板组件与沿前后方向延伸的第一直线倾斜相交;在一个垂直于第一直线方向且沿上下方向延伸的第二直线方向上,电机沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的投影面,电路板组件沿第二直线方向具有一个垂直于第二直线方向的投影面;电机沿第二直线方向上的投影面与电路板组件沿第二直线方向的投影面至少部分重合;电源组件沿第一直线方向具有一个垂直于第一直线方向的投影面,电路板组件沿第一直线方向具有 一个垂直于第一直线方向的投影面;电源组件沿第一直线方向上的投影面与电路板组件沿第一直线方向的投影面至少部分重合;机壳还包括一个垂直于上下方向的下底面,下底面基本在一个平面内延伸,机壳还向远离下底面的一侧凹陷以形成挂钩,挂钩设置在下底面和机壳之间的空间范围内。
在一实施例中,机壳还形成有凹陷部,挂钩至少部分位于凹陷部内。
在一实施例中,链锯还包括:导板,安装至机壳;链条,安装至导板并被设置为围绕导板转动;挂钩朝向链条所在的前端设置。
在一实施例中,机壳形成有结合部,电源组件安装至结合部;机壳还形成有引导电源组件安装至结合部的导向槽。
在一实施例中,导向槽沿一个垂直于前后方向的左右方向延伸,电源组件从机壳的左侧或后侧安装至结合部。
在一实施例中,机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,导向槽设置在第一壳体或第二壳体上。
在一实施例中,机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,导向槽同时设置在第一壳体和第二壳体上。
在一实施例中,机壳连接或形成有大于等于2且小于等于6个保护面板,保护面板形成有用于保护电源组件的容纳腔。
在一实施例中,机壳形成有连接有主把手,链锯整机的重心在前后方向上基本位于主把手附近。
在一实施例中,机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,第一壳体和第二壳体基本对称且连接形成机壳,链锯的重心位于第一壳体和第二壳体的连接处。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示的链锯100包括:机壳11、链条12、导板13、锁紧机构14和电源组件15。其中,导板13设置为导向链条12,链条12围绕导板13转动。锁紧装置安装至导板13和机壳11的连接处,可并拆卸结合至机壳11。锁紧装置设置为固定导板13并张紧链条12。电源组件15连接至壳体上,给链锯100供电。在一实施例中,机壳11形成有连接链锯100的结合部11d,电源组件15安装至结合部11d。机壳11还形成或连接有主把手11a,主把手11a的前侧还形成或者连接有辅助把手11b。主把手11a包括供用户握持的主握持部,辅助把手11b设置有供用户握持的辅助握持部。主把手11a连接有控制系统19,用户控制链锯100的功率输出。辅助把手11b供用户提拎以配合主把手11a操作链锯100。
图1所示中定义了上侧、下侧、前侧、后侧、左侧和右侧方向。导板13基本沿前后方向分布。主把手11a设置在壳体的后侧,辅助把手11b设置在主把手11a的前侧,并同时位于壳体的上侧。辅助把手11b的前侧还设置有护罩,护罩用于保护用户,避免操作链锯100时,在反冲作用下被链条12切伤。
如图3至图6所示,链锯100还包括泵油系统16、刹车系统、传动系统17和动力系统18。其中,泵油系统16、刹车系统、传动系统17、控制系统19、动力系统18和电源组件15在前后方向上依次设置。事实上,机壳11形成有第一容纳空间111,泵油系统16、刹车系统、传动系统17、控制系统19和动力系统18至少部分设置在该第一容纳空间111内。在一实施例中,泵油系统16设置在机壳11部分的前侧,电源组件15设置在机壳11的后侧,传动系统17和动力系统18设置在泵油系统16和电源组件15之间。通过这样的设计,使得链锯100整机在左右方向上的宽度能被设置为小于等于150mm;在其他实施方式中,链锯100整机在左右方向上的宽度能被设置为小于等于127mm。此外,通过上述方式的排布,链锯100整机在前后方向上的长度能被设置为小于等于330mm;在一实施方式中,链锯100整机在前后方向上的长度能被设置为小于等于305mm。这使得链锯100整机非常紧凑,且结构更加轻盈,便于操作和使用。
如图7所示,泵油系统16包括油壶161和油泵,油泵被设置为连接传动系统17和油壶161,并能将油壶161中的油泵送至链锯100的导板13或者链条12上。在一实施例中,机壳11在前侧位置与右侧位置连接的部分设置有一个开口112,油壶161设置在机壳11内并至少封闭该开口112。开口112被设置为在机壳11的前后 方向和左右方向分别与外界连通,从而使得设置在其中的油壶161能被从前后方向或左右方向均能被观察到。事实上,在一个位于前后方向和左右方向相交的直角坐标系内,该坐标系包括四个象限,开口112被设置在其中一个象限中,且开口112所在的象限内的90°范围内可被观察到。此外,在上下方向上,油壶161也被暴露在开口112所在象限的90°范围内。这使得油壶161内的油量在前侧和右侧暴露在可被观察到的视野范围内,从而使得油壶161具备更佳的可视效果。事实上,无论是在操作链锯100时或者链锯100被放置时,油壶161中的油量可被轻易的观察到,从而极大的优化了链锯100的操作体验,且用户不需要停机或者刻意的寻找一个可视角度去观察油壶161中的油量。通过这样的设置,使得油壶161的视窗变大,用户更容易观察油壶161中的油面位置。
如图1至图3所示,机壳11还连接或形成有挂钩113,被设置为可供链锯100被挂起。在一实施例中,机壳11包括在垂直于上下方向的平面内延伸的下底面。在上下方向上,机壳11还包括自下底面向上凹陷的凹陷部114,凹陷部114在远离下底面的位置还向后凹陷,从而使得机壳11本身形成挂钩113。此外,挂钩113还朝向链条12所述的前侧设置,从而使得链锯100在被悬挂时,使得链条12向下,机壳11向上。从而能使得由于误操作等原因,链锯100跌落时,机壳11处于远离地面的一侧,避免机壳11损坏。在本实施方式中,挂钩113一方面由壳体自身形成,避免了额外设置安装口或设置安装附件;另一方面,挂钩113被设置在下底面所在的平面以上,使得挂钩113不凸出于链锯100整机的下底面,避免增大链锯100整机在上下方向上的尺寸,使得链锯100整机更加紧凑。
如图3至图6所示,在本实施方式中,动力系统18包括电机181,电机181具体设置为外转子电机181。该外转子电机181采用小体积、高能功率密度电机181,其转速被设置为大于等于18000r/min且小于等于45000r/min。在一实施例中,外转子电机181的转速被设置为大于等于26000r/min且小于等于35000r/min。在本实施方式中,外转子电机181被设置为大于等于0.16KG且小于等于0.65KG,链锯100整机未包含电源组件15的质量被设置为大于等于2.0KG且小于等于4KG。外转子电机181的质量与链锯100整机的质量之比大于等于0.07且小于等于0.4。通过设置这样的电机181,一方面能够有效减小电机181在第一容纳空间111中所占据的空间,减小链锯100的整机尺寸;另一方面还能保证链锯100具备较高的功率输出,确保链锯100具备较高的切割效率。在一实施例中,传动系统17包括输出轴171和三级齿轮172进行传动。三级齿轮172包括第一级齿轮172a、第二级 齿轮172b和第三级齿轮172c。其中,输出轴171连接第一级齿轮172a,电机轴181a连接第三级齿轮172c,第二级齿轮172b连接第一级齿轮172a和第三级齿轮172c。通过设置三级齿轮172传动,能有效的增加电机轴181a和设置为驱动链条12转动的驱动轴之间的距离,从而使得电机轴181a远离链锯100的排屑空间142。传动系统17还可以设置二级齿轮传动或多级齿轮传动。在一实施例中,锁紧装置还包括封闭至少部分链条12和导板13的盖板141。驱动轴从机壳11的第一容纳空间111内伸出,驱动轴上设置有驱动轮,链条12卡接在驱动轮上并能被驱动轮驱动以围绕导板13转动。链条12在切割工件的过程中,会产生较多的碎屑,部分碎屑跟随链条12转动至驱动轮附近,并在驱动轮附近掉落。盖板141在封闭至少部分的链条12和导板13时,会与机壳11配合形成一个排屑空间142,该排屑空间142在前后方向上占据了盖板141的大部分空间,排屑空间142还向下形成有排屑口143,从而使跟随链条12转动至驱动轮附近的碎屑掉落出排屑空间142。为了使得排屑空间142更大、排屑口143更开阔,使得排屑效果更好,避免链锯100堵转,电机轴181a在前后方向上被设置在远离排屑空间142的后侧。此外,通过三级齿轮172传动,也减少了传动系统17占据机壳11沿左右方向上的空间,从而也能有效避免传动系统17在左右方向上占据排屑空间142的空间,从而使得在同样体积的链锯100、且链锯100具备较佳输出功率的前提下,排屑空间142能被设置的较大,排屑效果更佳。在一实施例中,传动系统17包括设置为容纳至少部分三级齿轮172的齿轮箱173,齿轮箱173基本沿前后方向分布。在左右方向上,电机181和输出轴171同时设置在齿轮箱173的同一侧。在本实施方式中,电机181和输出轴171被同时设置在齿轮箱173的右侧。在一个经过上下方向的预设直线方向上,输出轴171在上下方向上的最下侧包括一个垂直于预设直线方向的第一平面,电机轴181a在上下方向上的最上侧包括一个垂直于预设直线方向的第二平面。其中,第一平面位于第二平面的上侧,即电机轴181a与输出轴171在上下方向上也交错布置,且位于两个平面内,从而使得电机181能进一步远离排屑空间142。
机壳11的后侧向右凸出形成第二容纳空间115,电机181设置在第二容纳空间115内。第一容纳空间111和第二容纳空间115至少部分连通。在一实施例中,电机181的右端面设置为位于链条12导板13的右侧。通过这样设置,一方面能够使得电机181在左侧位置占据较少的第二容纳空间,且当盖板141安装至机壳时,能保证在前后方向上,盖板141与机壳11基本处于同一齐平位置。
如图2所示,机壳11形成第二容纳空间115的部分还包括可活动的出风口116。 出风口116设置在机壳11的外表面,出风口116被设置为能按照预设方向旋转或伸缩,从而调节电机181冷却风的吹风方向。在一实施例中,出风口116包括第一吹风方向和第二吹风方向。当出风口116调节至第一吹风方向时,出风口116能向前吹风,从而能将排屑口143中排出的碎屑吹向前方,避免碎屑落至用户身上。当出风口116调节至第二吹风方向时,出风口116能向后吹风,从而能对设置在机壳11后侧的电源组件15吹风以冷却电源组件15。
如图3至图5所示,在本实施方式中,控制系统19包括一个设置在第一容纳空间111内的电路板组件191,电路板组件191在一个平面内延伸。电路板组件191在第一容纳空间111内倾斜设置。在一实施例中,电路板组件191与一个在前后方向上延伸的第一直线101倾斜相交并具有一个预设夹角。由于传动系统17由前至后逐渐占据了较小的空间,即传动系统17与机壳11之间的间隙呈倾斜分布,电路板组件191充分利用该倾斜空间。在一实施例中,电路板组件191被设置为在上下方向上与电机181和齿轮箱173重叠,在前后方向上与电源组件15重叠。即在垂直于第一直线101方向且沿上下方向延伸的第二直线102方向上,电机181沿第二直线102方向具有一个垂直于第二直线102方向的投影面,电路板组件191沿第二直线102方向具有一个垂直于第二直线102方向的投影面;电机181沿第二直线102方向上的投影面与电路板组件191沿第二直线102方向的投影面至少部分重合;传动系统17沿第二直线102方向具有一个垂直于第二直线102方向的投影面,电路板组件191沿第二直线102方向具有一个垂直于第二直线102方向的投影面;传动系统17沿第二直线102方向上的投影面与电路板组件191沿第二直线102方向的投影面至少部分重合;电源组件15沿第一直线101方向具有一个垂直于第一直线101方向的投影面,电路板组件191沿第一直线101方向具有一个垂直于第一直线101方向的投影面;电源组件15沿第一直线101方向上的投影面与电路板组件191沿第一直线101方向的投影面至少部分重合。
为了保证对机壳11内部空间的元器件进行有效的散热,机壳11上还设置有进风口117。在一实施例中,进风口117设置在机壳11的左侧,并基本位于传动系统17所在的位置。当链锯100在被操作时,电机181转动带动连接在电机轴181a上的散热风扇同步转动,从而在机壳11内部形成负压,此时气流从进风口117流入至机壳11内部,并分别流经齿轮箱173、电路板组件191和电机181,最终从出风口116流出。在此过程中,由于电路板组件191倾斜设置在机壳11内部,且电路板组件191和电机181、齿轮箱173存在重叠部分,从而使得散热气流能同时流 经电路板组件191和齿轮箱173,并能充分的流经电路板组件191,使得电路板组件191上的热量能被最大限度的带走,从而有效的增加了电路板组件191的散热效率。
在本实施方式中,刹车系统被设置为电子刹车,电子刹车的控制回路设置在电路板组件191中,通过开关控制电机181停转时通过电机181运转过程中产生的反电动势对电机181进行制动。通过设置电子刹车,避免了使用机械刹车所占据的容纳空间,从而使得机壳11不需要形成容纳机械刹车组件的部分,使得链锯100的整机更加紧凑。
在本实施方式中,机壳11包括两个基本对称设置的第一壳体118和第二壳体119,第一壳体118和第二壳体119连接构成完整的机壳11,并形成第一容纳空间111和第二容纳空间115。通过上述设置,使得本申请中的链锯100的重心能基本位于第一壳体118和第二壳体119的连接处,即链锯100的重心能基本位于整机的左右方向的对称中心处,且位于链锯100整机的前后方向的中心线处。需要解释的是,这里的链锯100整机是指去除了导板13和链锯100后的整体。通过上述设置,链锯100整机的重心基本位于主把手11a附近,当链锯100在被操作或被处于放置状态下时,链锯100不会倾覆或歪斜,操作体验感极好。此外,由于链锯100整机的重心被设置在主把手11a附近,当链锯100在被操作时,用户的腕部不需要额外输出用以平衡链锯100整机的作用力,用户操作链锯100时非常省力。此外,当安装上导板13和链条12之后,链锯100整机的重心会向前移动,从而使得链锯100的链条12所在的部分能自动向下下垂以贴近工件,从而使得用户在操作链锯100时,能有效抵消工件对链条12产生的反作用力,使得用户在切割过程中不要输出较大的力以压迫链锯100切割工件。
如图8所示,在本实施方式中,机壳11还包括设置为将导向电源组件15安装至结合部11d的导向槽11c,导向槽11c被设置在电源组件15连接至结合部11d的连接路径上。导向槽11c可以单独设置在第一壳体118或第二壳体119上,也可以同时设置在第一壳体118和第二壳体119上。此外,导向槽11c可以与机壳11一体成型,也可以单独设置在机壳11上。导向槽11c还沿左右方向分布,从而可供电源组件15从侧面横插至结合部11d,从而能够充分利用机壳11上位于把手下侧的空间,且通过横向插拔电池包,也能便于用户操作。此外,由于机壳11基本沿前后方向延伸,通过设置电源组件15从侧面安装至结合部11d,在一定程度上也能减小链锯100整机在长度方向上的尺寸。当电源组件15连接至结合部11d之后, 结合部11d所在的部分以及机壳11后侧的部分对电源组件15构成至少两个面的包裹,从而能有效保护电池包。在其他实施方式中,机壳11还可以形成多个保护面板,多个保护面板设置为安装和保护电源组件15。机壳11可以连接或形成有2至6个保护面板,从而从形成可供电源组件15容纳其中的容纳腔。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种链锯,包括:
    机壳,基本沿前后方向延伸并形成有容纳空间;
    电机,至少部分设置在所述容纳空间内;
    传动系统,连接所述电机并能输出一个驱动力;
    控制系统,包括在一个平面内延伸的电路板组件;及
    电源组件,设置在所述机壳后侧并用于给所述电机供电;
    其中,所述电路板组件与沿前后方向延伸的第一直线倾斜相交;在一个垂直于所述第一直线方向且沿上下方向延伸的第二直线方向上,所述电机沿所述第二直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第二直线方向的投影面,所述电路板组件沿所述第二直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第二直线方向的投影面;所述电机沿所述第二直线方向上的投影面与所述电路板组件沿所述第二直线方向的投影面至少部分重合;
    所述电源组件沿所述第一直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第一直线方向的投影面,所述电路板组件沿所述第一直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第一直线方向的投影面;所述电源组件沿所述第一直线方向上的投影面与所述电路板组件沿所述第一直线方向的投影面至少部分重合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,其中,所述传动系统沿所述第二直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第二直线方向的投影面,所述电路板组件沿所述第二直线方向具有一个垂直于所述第二直线方向的投影面;所述传动系统沿所述第二直线方向上的投影面与所述电路板组件沿所述第二直线方向的投影面至少部分重合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,其中,所述电机为外转子电机,所述电机与所述链锯的质量之比大于等于0.07且小于等于0.4。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,还包括泵油系统,所述泵油系统包括油壶;所述机壳形成有同时沿前后方向和左右方向与外界连通的开口,所述油壶设置在所述容纳空间中并封闭至少部分所述的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的链锯,其中,沿所述前后方向上,所述泵油系统、所述传动系统、所述控制系统、所述电机和所述电源组件依次排布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳还包括进风口和出风口,所述链锯运行时,能形成从所述进风口流入并从所述出风口流出的散热风路,所述散热风路能同时流经所述传动系统和所述控制系统。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的链锯,其中,所述出风口设置为具有能向前侧吹风的第一吹风方向和能向后侧吹风的第二吹风方向。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,还包括连接至所述机壳的导板和围绕所述导板分布的链条;
    所述传动系统包括一个能驱动所述链条转动的驱动轴;
    所述链锯还包括能封闭至少部分所述导板和所述链条的盖板,所述盖板与所述机壳连接并形成有一个排屑空间,所述驱动轴至少部分设置在所述排屑空间内;
    所述电机包括电机轴,所述电机轴远离所述排屑空间设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,其中,所述传动系统包括沿前后方向分布的齿轮箱,所述电机和所述输出轴设置在所述齿轮箱的同一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的链锯,其中,所述链锯在前后方向的长度小于等于330mm,所述链锯在左右方向上的宽度小于等于150mm。
  11. 一种链锯,包括:
    机壳,基本沿前后方向延伸并形成有容纳空间;
    电机,至少部分设置在所述容纳空间内;
    传动系统,连接所述电机并能输出一个驱动力;
    控制系统,包括在一个平面内延伸的电路板组件;及
    电源组件,设置在所述机壳后侧并用于给所述电机供电;

    所述机壳还包括一个垂直于上下方向的下底面,所述下底面基本在一个平面内延伸,所述机壳还向远离所述下底面的一侧凹陷以形成挂钩,所述挂钩设 置在所述下底面和所述机壳之间的空间范围内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳还形成有凹陷部,所述挂钩至少部分位于所述凹陷部内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,还包括:
    导板,安装至所述机壳;及
    链条,安装至所述导板并被设置为围绕所述导板转动;
    所述挂钩朝向所述链条所在的前端设置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳形成有结合部,所述电源组件安装至所述结合部;所述机壳还形成有引导所述电源组件安装至所述结合部的导向槽。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的链锯,其中,所述导向槽沿一个垂直于所述前后方向的左右方向延伸,所述电源组件从所述机壳的左侧或后侧安装至所述结合部。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述导向槽设置在所述第一壳体或第二壳体上。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述导向槽同时设置在所述第一壳体和第二壳体上。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳连接或形成有大于等于2且小于等于6个保护面板,所述保护面板形成有用于保护所述电源组件的容纳腔。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳形成有连接有主把手,所述链锯整机的重心在前后方向上基本位于所述主把手附近。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的链锯,其中,所述机壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体和第二壳体基本对称且连接形成所述机壳,所述链锯的重心位于所述第一壳体和第二壳体的连接处。
