在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

本发明实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机注水盒,所述注水盒安装于洗衣机上,洗衣机进水管流入的进水水流流入注水盒,注水盒流经的水经出水口注入洗衣机的桶内,对桶内盛放的负载进行浸湿、洗涤等处理。同时,注水盒上一般安 装有可抽拉的投放盒,投放盒内具有供洗衣粉、洗涤剂、增香剂、消毒剂等投放的投放腔,流经注水盒的洗衣机进水水流中的至少部分流经投放腔,将投放腔内的待添加物随水流一并冲入洗衣机桶内、对桶内负载进行处理。
本发明实施例中,所述的洗衣机优选的为波轮式洗衣机,波轮式洗衣机的外壳上部设有控制盘座,外壳内安装有顶部开设筒口的外桶,外桶内安装有可受电机驱动旋转的内桶,内桶中还可以安装有可独立旋转、可与内桶共同旋转的波轮。所述的注水盒安装于波轮式洗衣机的控制盘座上,控制盘座的中部设有与桶口对应开设的衣物投放口,注水盒的前端与衣物投放口相对应连通,注水盒的出水口朝向下方,使得注水盒出水口流出的水流可直接经内桶桶口喷射至内桶内部,进而实现洗衣机经注水盒向桶内进水的目的。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,注水盒包括壳体1,壳体1内部中空构成供洗衣机进水水流流经的腔室;壳体1上设有出水口2,壳体1内部流入的洗衣机进水水流经出水口2流出、流向洗衣机桶内。注水盒的壳体1底部设有引导壳体内水流向出水口2、增大出水水压的引流增压结构。
通过在注水盒底部设置引流增压结构,使得注水盒出水口处的水压增大,实现自出水口流出水流向左右两侧发散,令水盒流入桶内的水流形成瀑布形,进而实现经注水盒流入洗衣机桶内的进水水流覆盖面积增大、使桶内盛放的大部分负载可有效浸湿,进而可大大提升洗衣机的洗涤效果。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,引流增压结构包括:壳体1的底部设有向下凹陷的引水槽3,引水槽3的最低处与注水盒的出水口2相连通。通过在壳体1底部设置引水槽3,使得壳体1内部的水在引水槽3的引导作用下向注水盒的出水口2处汇聚,以使得注水盒出水口2处的水压增大,进而提升出水发散效果,使注水盒流入桶内的水流形成瀑布形、增大洗衣机进水水流的覆盖 面积;同时,通过上述引水槽3的设置,使得注水盒内水流可全部经出水口2外排,有效避免注水盒内水的残留。
本发明实施例中,出水口2设于引水槽3前侧的壳体底壁11上,出水口2为沿注水盒左右方向延伸的、朝向下方开设的条形开口。引水槽3的底壁为沿注水盒的前后方向、向出水口2侧逐渐下倾的斜面。引水槽3的前端敞口设置、与出水口2直接相通。通过上述设置,在引水槽3倾斜底壁的引流作用下,使得引水槽3内的水可在重力作用下加速向出水口2方向流动,并在流动过程中因自身重力作用而增大流速,使得出水口2处水压进一步增大、令出水水流形成的瀑布水形更为稳定。
本发明实施例中,引水槽3的底壁为自注水盒的左右两侧向中心逐渐下降的曲面,使得引水槽3与注水盒相连处的底壁为左右两端高、中间低的弯曲部,以使得自引水槽3左右不同位置流向出水口2的水流流速不同,进而实现注水盒出水口2流出水流向两侧发散、形成瀑布状出水水形的效果。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,引流增压结构还包括:注水盒的前端设有前后间隔排布的防水板4和挡水板5,防水板4和挡水板5之间的间隙构成出水腔6;出水腔6下侧所对应的壳体1底部镂空设置、构成注水盒的出水口2;挡水板5的中部开设豁口,豁口与引水槽3的前端敞口相对开设,引水槽3经豁口直接与出水腔6相连通。在注水盒的前端设置由挡水板5和防水板4、及水盒左侧壁12、右侧壁13共同围成的出水腔6,出水腔6下端的注水盒底壁11全部镂空设置以构成注水盒的出水口2,使得注水盒的出水口2设置于独立的出水腔6处,在保证出水水流可全部引导至出水口2实现顺畅外排的前提下、还可有效阻挡出水水流自注液盒前端溢流。
尤其是,在水盒内安装有可自前侧向外抽出的投放盒时,注水盒的出水水流容易溅射至投放盒前端面板情况的发生,就会使用户在下次抽拉投放盒进行洗衣粉、洗衣液等添加物投放时造成沾染,影响用户体验。而通过在出水口2的前后两端分别设置防水板4和挡水板5,就可对出水水流进行有效遮挡,进而避免出水水流向上方的投放盒处进行溅射情况的发生。
同时,本发明实施例中,注水盒底部所设的防水板4和挡水板5的下端均低于注水盒壳体1的底壁11;优选的,防水板4和挡水板5的下端均低于引水槽3的最低点。同时,挡水板5和防水板4的上端均高于注水盒壳体1的底壁11;优选的,挡水板5和防水板4的上端均高于注水盒底壁所设凸出部7的顶面,以实现对注水盒进水的有效遮挡。
还有,本发明实施例中,如图1和图2所示,引水槽3与出水口2相连的敞口端与注水盒的左、右侧壁12、13分别相间隔一定距离,在引水槽3敞口端的左右两侧的注水盒的底壁11上分别设有一段挡水板5,两段挡水板5与注水盒的左、右侧壁12、13分别一一相对的密封相连,以有效阻挡注水盒内水流自非引水槽3处流至出水口2、进而提升注水盒的出水水形稳定性。
此外,由于引水槽3的敞口端的左右宽度小于出水口2的左右宽度,使得由引水槽3流至出水口2的水流可具有一定的左右发散空间,进而保证出水口2处的出水水流不会被注水盒的左、右侧壁12、13阻挡,进一步保证出水水流的瀑布形水形结构的稳定性。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,防水板4为自左右两端向中部、逐渐向注水盒内弯曲的曲面构成;优选的,出水口2各处在注水盒前后方向上的宽度均保持一致。从而,使得出水口处的水流在上述孔形结构的作用下,向出水口左右两侧发散,进而使得注水盒的出水水流形成瀑布型水形的效果。
本发明实施例中,所述的挡水板5和防水板4均与注水盒的壳体1一体设置。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,引流增压结构还包括:注水盒的壳体1的底壁11设有向上凸出的、处于左右两侧的凸出部7,两凸出部7之间间隔设置、间隔处构成供注水盒内水流流动的流道8,流道8的一端经注水盒的后侧壁14封堵,使得靠近封堵端的流道8部分构成聚水部10;流道8的另一端与引水槽3相接,以引导流道8中的水向引水槽3方向流动。通过在注水盒的壳体1底部设置上述凸出部7,令注水盒底壁11上形成一向下凹陷的流道结构,使得注水盒内进水水流可在流道8的引导作用下流向注水盒的出水口2处,进而保证注水盒中的水流顺畅性。
同时,本发明实施例中,为了进一步提升水流顺畅性,进行如下设置:
如图1至图3所示,左右两侧的凸出部7相对注水盒的前后轴线对称排布,使得两凸出部7之间间隙形成的流道8沿注水盒的轴线前后方向延伸,流道8的前端与引水槽3的后端、最高处相通,流道8的后部构成供注水盒进水流入的聚水部10。还有,流入注水盒内部腔室中的水流自注水盒后端流入,使得流入水流可直接流至聚水部10处,进而保证注水盒内水流可沿流道进行顺畅流动、实现注水盒进水水流沿壳体1底部所设流道8向出水口2方向流动的效果。
本发明实施例中,聚水部10的左右宽度大于引水槽3左右方向最宽处的宽度,以使得流道8可自大口端进水、小口端出水,实现注水盒内水流经流道8进行加压处理、进一步提升注水盒出水口2处出水水压的目的。
本发明实施例中,为了进一步提升注水盒出水口2处的出水压力,进行如下设置:
如图1至图3所示,流道8的至少部分为向引水槽3方向逐渐收窄径向宽度的缩口段9,以在流道8上设置沿水流方向收窄的缩口段9,使得流道可对流经水流进行加压处理,可有效提升注水盒出水口2处的出水水压,进而保证注水盒出水口2处可形成稳定的瀑布状出水水形的效果。
优选的,本发明实施例中,流道8的缩口段9的左右侧壁均为沿注水盒前后方向、逐渐向中心倾斜的斜面,使得缩口段9由沿注水盒轴向对称设置的锥形流道构成。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中,引水槽3的至少部分处于流道8的前端部内,引水槽3的后端、最高处处于流道缩口段9的小口处。从而,使得自流道8流出的水流可全部流入引水槽3中;还有,流道8中经缩口段9进行加压处理的水流直接流向引水槽3,以最大化的提升注水盒出水口2处的出水水压。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机注水盒,其包括内部中空的壳体,其特征在于:壳体底部设有出水口,注水盒的壳体底部设有引导壳体内水流向出水口、增大出水水压的引流增压结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,壳体底部设有向下凹陷的引水槽,引水槽的最低处与注水盒的出水口相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,出水口设于引水槽前侧的壳体底部,引水槽的底壁为沿注水盒的前后方向、向出水口侧逐渐下倾的斜面,引水槽的前端敞口设置、与出水口直接相通;
    优选的,引水槽的底壁为自注水盒的左右两侧向中心逐渐下降的曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,注水盒的前端设有前后间隔排布的防水板和挡水板,防水板和挡水板之间的间隙构成出水腔;出水腔下侧所对应的壳体底部镂空设置、构成注水盒的出水口;挡水板的中部开设豁口,豁口与引水槽的前端敞口相对开设,引水槽经豁口直接与出水腔相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,防水板为自左右两端向中部、逐渐向注水盒内弯曲的曲面。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,注水盒的底部设有向上凸出的、处于左右两侧的凸出部,两凸出部之间间隔设置、间隔处构成流道,流道的一端构成聚水部、另一端与引水槽相接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,流道的至少部分为向引水槽方向逐渐收窄径向宽度的缩口段。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,引水槽的至少部分处于流道的前端部内,引水槽的后端、最高处处于流道缩口段的小口处。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机注水盒,其特征在于,流道沿注水盒的轴线前后延伸,流道的前端与引水槽的后端、最高处相通,流道的后部构成供注水盒进水流入的聚水部。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:安装有上述权利要求1至9任一所述的注水盒。
