可选的,企业对应的评价结果可以包括企业对应的对标评价结果,且企业对应的对标评价结果表示企业对应的目标商品承诺数据与至少一个国家的标准数据的比较结果,例如:该比较结果可以是目标商品承诺数据优于至少一个国家的标准数据的百分比,又如该比较结果可以是“条件满足”或“条件不满足”等,本发明实施例不做限定。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述待验证信息可以包括企业的工商相关信息、企业的当前知识产权信息、企业的商品检测报告信息以及企业的认证证书信息中的其中一种信息或至少两种信息的组合信息,需要说明的是,组合信息具体表示上述待验证信息包括至少两种类型的信息,例如,若上述待验证信息同时包括企业的工商相关信息、企业的当前知识产权信息,则上述待验证信息即为组合信息。可见,该可选的实施例能够对企业多样性的信息进行验证,进而能够提高后续生成的商品相关信息的真实性、准确性与可靠性。
进一步可选的,当上述待验证信息为组合信息时,信息生成平台对上述待验证信息验证通过具体为:
组合信息包括的目标类型的所有信息均验证通过,举例来说,若目标类型为工商信息类型、检测报告类型和认证证书类型,则企业的工商相关信息、企业的商品检测报告信息以及企业的认证证书信息都需要验证通过,才表示对上述待验证信息验证通过;或者,

信息生成平台根据企业的工商相关信息确定企业的当前企业状态;
当该当前企业状态表示企业的当前登记状态为非存续状态、表示企业的经营状态为异常经营状态或者表示企业的信用状态为违法失信状态时,信息生成平台确定对工商相关信息验证不通过;

(2)列入经营异常名录信息,若为暂无列入经营异常名录信息,则经营状态验证通过,可进一步截图留存,若为列入经营异常名录信息,则经营状态验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交;
(3)列入严重违法失信企业名单(黑名单)信息,若为暂无列入严重违法失信企业名单(黑名单)信息,则信用状态验证通过,可进一步截图留存,若为列入严重违法失信企业名单(黑名单)信息,则信用状态验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交。
作为一种可选的实施方式,当上述待验证信息包括企业的当前知识产权信息时,信息生成平台对待验证信息进行验证,包括:
信息生成平台比对当前知识产权信息与预先获取到的相同类型的目标知识产权信息是否一致;
当比对出当前知识产权信息与目标知识产权信息一致时,信息生成平台确定对当前知识产权信息验证通过;
当比对出当前知识产权信息与目标知识产权信息不一致时,信息生成平台确定对当前知识产权信息验证不通过。
其中,预先获取到的相同类型的目标知识产权信息可以是信息生成平台通过其验证模块或验证模块包括的“知识产权识别验证子模块”链接相应的第三方API数据接口获取得到的。
可选的,企业的当前知识产权信息包括企业当前已申请的专利信息、企业当前已注册的商标信息、企业当前已登记的作品版权信息以及企业当前已登记的软件著作权信息中的一种或多种的组合。

作为又一种可选的实施方式,当待验证信息包括企业的认证证书信息,信息生成平台对待验证信息进行验证,包括:
信息生成平台根据企业的认证证书信息所指示的证书类型,从企业的认证证书信息中获取与证书类型相匹配的证书信息;
当证书信息包括证书状态且证书状态表示企业的证书无效时,信息生成平台确定对企业的认证证书信息验证不通过;

(4)企业名称,若与企业提交的企业名称一致,则企业名称验证通过,可进一步截图留存,若与企业提交的企业名称不一致,则企业名称验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交。
作为又一种可选的实施方式,当待验证信息包括企业的商品检测报告信息时,信息生成平台对待验证信息进行验证,包括:
信息生成平台比对企业的商品检测报告信息与预先获取到的企业的正确检测报告信息是否一致,预先获取到的企业的正确检测报告信息是信息生成平台通过相应检测机构的API接口获取到的或者是在相应检测机构的官网查询得到的或者是通过扫描企业的商品检测报告信息包括的二维码对接相应检测机构的网站数据库得到的;
当比对出一致时,信息生成平台确定对企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过;
当比对不一致时,信息生成平台确定对企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;或者,
信息生成平台向确定出的检测机构发送企业的商品检测报告信息,并获取检测机构的反馈结果,当反馈结果为空或反馈结果表示企业的商品检测报告信息不正确时,确定对企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;当反馈结果表示企业的商品检测报告信息正确时,确定对企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过。
在该可选的实施方式中,若检测机构向信息生成平台开放API接口时,信息生成平台可以直接采用编号相符的检测机构的检测报告中的数据;若企业提交的检测报告对接的检测机构无API接口或者未向信息生成平台开放API接口时,则通过以下三种方式对检测报告信息进行验证:
(1)由信息生成平台后端将检测报告和检测报告验证表通过邮件发至检测机构,检测机构填写回复邮件中的验证表,并通过验证模块或验证模块包括的“检测报告识别验证子模块”确定通过(正确)或不通过(不正确),若通过(正确),则验证通过,可进一步截图留存,若不通过(不正确),则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交;
(2)信息生成平台后端采用企业提供的检测报告编号等相关信息在检测机 构的官网进行查询,若信息一致,验证通过并采用检测机构数据,可进一步截图留存,若信息不一致,则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交;
(3)通过信息生成平台后端扫描检测报告二维码,对接检测机构网站数据库,并采用编号相符的检测机构的检测报告中的数据,若信息一致,验证通过并采用检测机构数据,可进一步截图留存,若信息不一致,则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交。

请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的另一种基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法的流程示意图。其中,图2所描述的方法可以应用于信息生成平台中,该信息生成平台可以是服务器或信息生成设备,且该服务器可以是本地服务器,也可以是远端服务器,还可以是云端服务器,本发明实施例不做限定。如图2所示,该基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法可以包括以下操作:
201、信息生成平台获取某一企业触发的验证请求,该验证请求包括企业对应的待验证信息。

信息生成平台判断企业对应的当前检测数据中的所有检测数据或目标检测数据是否均达到预先设定的第一数据标准,当判断结果为是时,确定企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;或者,

需要说明的是,当企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件时,即可认定企业对应的当前检测数据为已通过验证或者已通过鉴定的检测数据。
其中,某一数据优于第一数据标准表示该数据优于第一数据标准对应数据的预设倍数,其中,该预设倍数可以根据实际情况进行适应性调整,如可以根据行业的实际标准水平进行适应性调整。可选的,第一数据标准可以为当前检测数据对应的国家数据标准,可以默认为中国国家标准,也可以根据企业的类型选择合适的国家标准,本发明实施例不做限定。
举例来说,当某一企业的待验证信息验证通过之后,信息生成平台可以先判断企业的产品质量和环境指标是否全部达到国家标准并至少有一项主要环境指标或质量指标的检测数据优于国家标准30%及以上,若是,则可以进行后续的流程,若否,则提示企业不符合要求。
204、当上述当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件时,信息生成平台向企业展示目标操作界面,检测操作人员从目标操作界面选择的目标商品类别,并 确定目标商品类别对应的目标比对项目。
其中,该目标操作界面也可以理解为“标准比对自我声明界面”。可选的,目标操作界面用于显示供企业选择的多个商品类别、每个商品类别分别对应的多个比对项目、确定出的至少一个标准标识、商品检测数据标识以及商品承诺数据标识。进一步可选的,可供企业选择的多个商品类别可以为一级类别,也可以为多级类别,当为多级类别时,可以包括:一级类别、每个一级类别下的至少一个二级类别以及每个二级类别下的至少一个三级类别,依次类推,且商品类别的级数可以根据实际情况进行适应性选择或调整。可选的,确定出的至少一个标准标识可以包括至少一个国家标准标识,例如中国标准、欧盟标准、美国标准等。
举例来说,一级类别可以包括家具、食品,当一级类别为家具时,一级类别对应的二级类别可以为原材料,二级类别原材料对应的三级类别可以为板材、热熔胶、油漆等。
其中,该操作人员可以是企业对应的操作人员,也可以是信息生成平台对应的操作人员,当为后者时,该操作人员选择目标商品类别是依据企业的实际需求进行选择的。需要说明的是,信息生成平台中可以预先设定好不同商品类别对应的比对项目,当操作人员选择目标商品类别之后,信息生成平台可以自动确定出目标比对项目,或者,当操作人员选择目标商品类别之后,信息生成平台也可以先提供目标商品类别对应的多个比对项目供操作人员进一步选择,操作人员选择之后,可以将操作人员所选择的比对项目确定为目标商品类别对应的目标比对项目。
205、信息生成平台获取企业的与目标商品类别及目标比对项目相匹配的目标商品检测数据和与目标商品类别及目标比对项目相匹配且与至少一个标准标识对应的目标标准数据,并分别显示在对应的显示区域。
其中,获取到的目标商品检测数据是已经通过验证或者已经通过鉴定的真实且有效的数据,且可以是由信息生成平台授权的操作人员自动填写的,也可以是信息生成平台自动从已经通过验证的检测报告信息中分析并提取的,本发明实施例不做限定。

本发明实施例中,可选的,商品承诺数据集合包括多个商品承诺数据。
可选的,信息生成平台可以直接建立商品承诺数据可选的最大数据范围列表,以反向比对有害物质释放量为例,即当商品检测数据为0时,商品承诺数据的可选数据最多。具体的,信息生成平台将列表的第一个商品承诺数据设为企业可以承诺的最大值,其中,无论商品检测数据是多少,可选的商品承诺数据最大值是直接根据确定出的国标确定出的,由于国标是固定的,因此,商品承诺数据最大值也是固定值,这一商品承诺数据最大值不放在列表的最下面,否则当商品检测数据大于0时,商品承诺数据最大值就可能会出现在数据列表中比它大的数据后面,不方便操作人员选择,且不利于提高操作人员的选择效率。列表的第二个数据利用公式(检测指标值+国标*第一预设数值)来计算,第三个数据利用公式(检测指标值+国标*第二预设数值)或者利用公式(第二个数据+国标*第一预设数值)实现,依次类推,这样数据列表的数值就和检测指标值挂钩,数据列表就会根据输入的不同的检测指标值出现不同的数据列表。在建立好列表之后,信息生成平台可以直接在相应位置显示下拉列表。其中,国标是根据具体的国家确定的,第一预设值、第二预设值可以根据实际情况适应性调整,且依次增加。需要特别说明的是,检测指标值也即商品检测数据。
举例来说,以家具甲醛释放量小于等于0.124mg/m 3的国家标准为例,商品承诺数据集合包括的商品承诺数据以国标的10%递增,其最小值是“商品检测数据+国标的10%”,最大值是“优于国标的20%”,也即最大值为0.0992mg/m 3。需要说明的是,具体的递增标准、计算时所使用的百分比可以根据实际情况进行适应性调整。其中,商品承诺数据集合可以以数据列表的形式显示在相应的显示区域。
进一步可选的,在显示商品承诺数据集合时可以只显示可供选择的商品承 诺数据,如显示不超过最大值的商品承诺数据,也可以显示计算出的所有商品承诺数据,当操作人员选择出不符合要求的商品承诺数据时,提示选择有误需重新选择。又进一步的,在显示计算出的所有商品承诺数据时,可以将可选择的商品承诺数据显示在前面并将不可选择的商品承诺数据显示在后面,也可以通过不同的颜色区别可选择的商品承诺数据和不可选择的商品承诺数据,例如用黑色显示可选择的商品承诺数据,用灰色显示不可选择的商品承诺数据,有利于提高操作人员选择商品承诺数据的效率与准确率。

其中,商品相关信息满足预定的信息条件可以包括目标商品检测数据以及目标商品承诺数据需要符合信息生成平台对标门槛的标准,进一步的,还可以包括对标评价结果表示目标商品承诺指标优于国标与预设百分比的乘积。

可选的,该保险承保信息内容可以具体包括当企业实际的商品承诺数据与实际不符时需要进行相关赔偿的内容。
可选的,当对反馈信息校验不通过时,信息生成平台可以向企业提示校验不通过的原因,也可进一步提示企业返回自我声明界面重新进行自我声明。
可选的,上述目标信息可以包括声明承诺信息(如自我声明承诺书)、委托验证信息(如委托验证声明合同)以及保险承保信息中的至少一种。进一步可选的,声明承诺信息可以具体是企业向消费采购商的自我声明承诺书。

在又一个可选的实施例中,上述目标比对项目为正向比对项目或反向比对项目,本发明设置比对项目的目的之一在于向消费者披露,由于正向比对项目为优质指标且反向比对项目为有害指标,消费者根据比对项目的具体数值选择优质指标最大化、有害指标最小化的商品,进而促使企业实现优质指标最大化、有害指标最小化。

其中,若检测机构向信息生成平台开放API接口时,信息生成平台可以直接采用编号相符的检测机构的检测报告中的数据;若企业提交的检测报告验证对接的检测机构无API接口或者未向信息生成平台开放API接口时,则通过以下三种方式对检测报告信息进行验证:
(1)由信息生成平台后端将检测报告和检测报告验证表通过邮件发至检测机构,检测机构填写回复邮件中的验证表,并通过验证模块或验证模块包括的“检测报告识别验证子模块”确定通过或不通过,若通过,则验证通过,可进一步截图留存,若不通过,则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交;
(2)信息生成平台后端采用企业提供的检测报告编号等相关信息在检测机构的官网进行查询,若信息一致,验证通过并采用检测机构数据,可进一步截 图留存,若信息不一致,则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交;
(3)通过信息生成平台后端扫描检测报告二维码,对接检测机构网站数据库,并采用编号相符的检测机构的检测报告中的数据,若信息一致,验证通过并采用检测机构数据,可进一步截图留存,若信息不一致,则验证不通过,信息生成平台做出提示,以提示企业重新进入验证界面重新提交。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于信息生成平台中,所述方法包括:
    所述信息生成平台获取某一企业触发的验证请求,所述验证请求包括所述企业对应的待验证信息,且所述验证请求用于请求所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,所述企业为需要生成商品相关信息的任一企业或需要生成商品相关信息且在所述信息生成平台注册的任一企业;
    所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,当对所述待验证信息验证通过时,获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据,并获取所述企业对应的目标商品检测数据;
    所述信息生成平台根据所述目标商品检测数据以及所述目标商品承诺数据,生成与所述企业相匹配的商品相关信息;
    其中,所述商品相关信息包括:所述企业对应的评价结果,和/或,所述企业对应的码图标识,和/或,所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合,所述企业对应的码图标识用于访问所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,在对所述待验证信息验证通过之后,所述信息生成平台获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息生成平台判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据是否满足预先设定的数据条件;
    当判断出所述当前检测数据满足所述数据条件时,触发执行所述的获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据的操作;
    其中,所述信息生成平台获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据,包括:
    所述信息生成平台向所述企业展示目标操作界面;
    所述信息生成平台从所述目标操作界面采集所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述信息生成平台判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据是否满足预先设定的数据条件,包括:
    所述信息生成平台判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据中的所有检测数据或目标检测数据是否均达到预先设定的第一数据标准,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;或者,
    所述信息生成平台判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据中的所有检测数据是否均达到预先确定出的第一数据标准且所述企业对应的当前检测数据的所有目标数据中优于所述第一数据标准的目标数据的数量是否大于等于预设数量阈值,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;或者,
    所述信息生成平台判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据的所有目标数据中优于预先确定出的第一数据标准的目标数据的数量是否大于等于预设数量阈值,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;
    其中,某一数据优于所述第一数据标准表示该数据优于所述第一数据标准对应数据的预设倍数。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述目标操作界面用于显示供所述企业选择的多个商品类别、每个所述商品类别分别对应的多个比对项目、确定出的至少一个标准标识、商品检测数据标识以及商品承诺数据标识;
    其中,所述信息生成平台从所述目标操作界面采集所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息生成平台检测操作人员从所述目标操作界面选择的目标商品类别,并确定所述目标商品类别对应的目标比对项目;
    所述信息生成平台获取所述企业的与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配的目标商品检测数据和与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹 配且与至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据,并将所述目标商品检测数据显示在所述目标操作界面中与所述商品检测数据标识对应的显示区域以及将至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据显示在所述目标操作界面中与该标准标识对应的显示区域;
    所述信息生成平台根据所述目标商品检测数据计算供所述企业选择的商品承诺数据集合,并根据采集到的承诺数据选择操作将所述商品承诺数据集合显示在所述目标操作界面中与所述商品承诺数据标识对应的显示区域;
    以及,所述信息生成平台从所述目标操作界面采集所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据,包括:
    所述信息生成平台从所述目标操作界面中采集所述企业从所述商品承诺数据集合中选择出的其中一个商品承诺数据,作为所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述信息生成平台获取所述企业的与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配的目标商品检测数据和与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配且与至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息生成平台根据预先确定出的数据展示形式生成相匹配的数据展示图,所述数据展示图用于按照所述数据展示形式展示所述目标商品检测数据、至少一个所述标准标识对应的标准数据以及所述目标商品承诺数据中的至少一种;
    所述信息生成平台在所述目标操作界面显示所述数据展示图。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述数据展示图为试管模型图,且所述试管模型图用于展示以下内容:
    数据刻度以及在所述数据刻度上用于指示所展示数据的大小的指示标识,和/或,所述企业对应的评价结果;
    其中,所述企业对应的评价结果包括所述企业对应的对标评价结果,且所述企业对应的对标评价结果表示所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据与至少一个 所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据的比较结果。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在生成所述商品相关信息之后,或者,在生成所述商品相关信息且所述商品相关信息满足预定的信息条件之后,所述信息生成平台生成需要所述企业确认的目标信息并发送至所述企业供所述企业确认并反馈;
    当接收到所述企业针对所述目标信息的反馈信息时,所述信息生成平台对所述反馈信息进行校验,当校验通过时,生成所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合的链接信息,并向所述企业发送所述链接信息,其中,所述链接信息用于供所述企业访问并预览相关信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息包括声明承诺信息、委托验证信息以及保险承保信息中的至少一种;所述目标比对项目为正向比对项目或反向比对项目;
    其中,在对所述反馈信息校验通过之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息生成平台计算所述企业需要支付的目标费用,供所述企业支付;
    所述信息生成平台检测所述目标费用是否支付成功,当检测结果为是时,触发执行所述的生成所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合的链接信息的操作;
    其中,所述信息生成平台向所述企业发送所述链接信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述信息生成平台接收所述企业针对其通过所述链接信息预览的相关信息的确认信息;
    所述信息生成平台判断所述确认信息是否满足预先设定的条件,当判断结果为是时,发布所述企业已确认的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,所述待验证信息包括所述企业的工商相关信息、所述企业的当前知识产权信息、所述企业的商品检测报告信息以及所述企业的认证证书信息中的其中一种信息或至少两种信息的组合信息;
    其中,当所述待验证信息包括所述组合信息时,所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息验证通过具体为:
    所述组合信息包括的目标类型的所有信息均验证通过;或者,
    所述组合信息中验证通过的所有信息的数量大于或等于预先设定的第一数量阈值;或者,
    所述组合信息包括的目标类型的所有信息中验证通过的目标信息的数量大于或等于预先设定的第二数量阈值。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的工商相关信息时,所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,包括:
    所述信息生成平台根据所述企业的工商相关信息确定所述企业的当前企业状态;
    当所述当前企业状态表示所述企业的当前登记状态为非存续状态、表示所述企业的经营状态为异常经营状态或者表示所述企业的信用状态为违法失信状态时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述工商相关信息验证不通过;
    当所述当前企业状态表示所述企业的当前登记状态为存续状态、表示所述企业的经营状态为正常经营状态且表示所述企业的信用状态为未失信状态时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述工商相关信息验证通过。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的当前知识产权信息时,所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,包括:
    所述信息生成平台比对所述当前知识产权信息与预先获取到的相同类型的目标知识产权信息是否一致;
    当比对出所述当前知识产权信息与所述目标知识产权信息一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述当前知识产权信息验证通过;
    当比对出所述当前知识产权信息与所述目标知识产权信息不一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述当前知识产权信息验证不通过;
    其中,所述企业的当前知识产权信息包括所述企业当前已申请的专利信息、所述企业当前已注册的商标信息、所述企业当前已登记的作品版权信息以及所述企业当前已登记的软件著作权信息中的一种或多种的组合。
  12. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的认证证书信息,所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,包括:
    所述信息生成平台根据所述企业的认证证书信息所指示的证书类型,从所述企业的认证证书信息中获取与所述证书类型相匹配的证书信息;
    当所述证书信息包括证书状态且所述证书状态表示所述企业的证书无效时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证不通过;
    当所述证书信息包括固有证书信息且所述固有证书信息与预先获取到的正确固有证书信息不一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证不通过;
    当所述证书信息包括的证书状态表示所述企业的证书有效且所述证书信息包括的固有证书信息与预先获取到的正确固有证书信息一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证通过;
    其中,所述固有证书信息包括所述企业的证书编号、所述企业的企业名称以及所述企业的统一社会信用代码中的至少一种。
  13. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成方法,其特征在于,当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的商品检测报告信息时,所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,包括:
    所述信息生成平台比对所述企业的商品检测报告信息与预先获取到的所述企业的正确检测报告信息是否一致,预先获取到的所述企业的正确检测报告信 息是所述信息生成平台通过相应检测机构的API接口获取到的或者是在相应检测机构的官网查询得到的或者是通过扫描所述企业的商品检测报告信息包括的二维码对接相应检测机构的网站数据库得到的;
    当比对出一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过;
    当比对不一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;或者,
    所述信息生成平台向确定出的检测机构发送所述企业的商品检测报告信息,并获取所述检测机构的反馈结果,当所述反馈结果为空或所述反馈结果表示所述企业的商品检测报告信息不正确时,确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;当所述反馈结果表示所述企业的商品检测报告信息正确时,确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过。
  14. 一种基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于信息生成平台中,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取某一企业触发的验证请求,所述验证请求包括所述企业对应的待验证信息,且所述验证请求用于请求所述信息生成平台对所述待验证信息进行验证,所述企业为需要生成商品相关信息的任一企业或需要生成商品相关信息且在所述信息生成平台注册的任一企业;
    验证模块,用于对所述待验证信息进行验证;
    第二获取模块,用于当所述验证模块对所述待验证信息验证通过时,获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据;
    第三获取模块,用于当所述验证模块对所述待验证信息验证通过时,获取所述企业对应的目标商品检测数据;
    信息生成模块,用于根据所述目标商品检测数据以及所述目标商品承诺数据,生成与所述企业相匹配的商品相关信息;
    其中,所述商品相关信息包括:所述企业对应的评价结果,和/或,所述企业对应的码图标识,和/或,所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合,所述企业对应的码图标识用于访问 所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于在所述验证模块对所述待验证信息验证通过之后,判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据是否满足预先设定的数据条件;当判断出所述当前检测数据满足所述数据条件时,触发所述第二获取模块执行所述的获取所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据的操作;
    其中,所述第二获取模块,包括:
    展示子模块,用于当所述判断模块判断出所述当前检测数据满足所述数据条件时,向所述企业展示目标操作界面;
    采集子模块,用于从所述目标操作界面采集所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据是否满足预先设定的数据条件的具体方式为:
    判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据中的所有检测数据或目标检测数据是否均达到预先设定的第一数据标准,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;或者,
    判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据中的所有检测数据是否均达到预先确定出的第一数据标准且所述企业对应的当前检测数据的所有目标数据中优于所述第一数据标准的目标数据的数量是否大于等于预设数量阈值,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;或者,
    判断所述企业对应的当前检测数据的所有目标数据中优于预先确定出的第一数据标准的目标数据的数量是否大于等于预设数量阈值,当判断结果为是时,确定所述企业对应的当前检测数据满足预先设定的数据条件;
    其中,某一数据优于所述第一数据标准表示该数据优于所述第一数据标准 对应数据的预设倍数。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述目标操作界面用于显示供所述企业选择的多个商品类别、每个所述商品类别分别对应的多个比对项目、确定出的至少一个标准标识、商品检测数据标识以及商品承诺数据标识;
    其中,所述第二获取模块还包括:
    检测子模块,用于在所述采集子模块从所述目标操作界面采集所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据之前,检测操作人员从所述目标操作界面选择的目标商品类别,并确定所述目标商品类别对应的目标比对项目;
    获取子模块,用于获取所述企业的与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配的目标商品检测数据和与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配且与至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据;
    所述展示子模块,还用于将所述目标商品检测数据显示在所述目标操作界面中与所述商品检测数据标识对应的显示区域以及将至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据显示在所述目标操作界面中与该标准标识对应的显示区域;
    计算子模块,用于根据所述目标商品检测数据计算供所述企业选择的商品承诺数据集合;
    所述展示子模块,还用于根据采集到的承诺数据选择操作将所述商品承诺数据集合显示在所述目标操作界面中与所述商品承诺数据标识对应的显示区域;
    其中,所述采集子模块从目标操作界面采集企业对应的目标商品承诺数据的具体方式为:
    从所述目标操作界面中采集所述企业从所述商品承诺数据集合中选择出的其中一个商品承诺数据,作为所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块还包括:
    生成子模块,用于在所述获取子模块获取所述企业的与所述目标商品类别 及所述目标比对项目相匹配的目标商品检测数据和与所述目标商品类别及所述目标比对项目相匹配且与至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据之后,根据预先确定出的数据展示形式生成相匹配的数据展示图,所述数据展示图用于按照所述数据展示形式展示所述目标商品检测数据、至少一个所述标准标识对应的标准数据以及所述目标商品承诺数据中的至少一种;
    所述展示子模块,还用于在所述目标操作界面显示所述数据展示图。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述数据展示图为试管模型图,且所述试管模型图用于展示以下内容:
    数据刻度以及在所述数据刻度上用于指示所展示数据的大小的指示标识,和/或,所述企业对应的评价结果;
    其中,所述企业对应的评价结果包括所述企业对应的对标评价结果,且所述企业对应的对标评价结果表示所述企业对应的目标商品承诺数据与至少一个所述标准标识对应的目标标准数据的比较结果。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述信息生成模块,还用于在生成所述商品相关信息之后,或者,在生成所述商品相关信息且所述商品相关信息满足预定的信息条件之后,生成需要所述企业确认的目标信息并发送至所述企业供所述企业确认并反馈;
    其中,所述装置还包括:
    校验模块,用于当接收到所述企业针对所述目标信息的反馈信息时,对所述反馈信息进行校验;
    所述信息生成模块,还用于当校验通过时,生成所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合的链接信息;
    通信模块,用于向所述企业发送所述链接信息,其中,所述链接信息用于供所述企业访问并预览相关信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征 在于,所述目标信息包括声明承诺信息、委托验证信息以及保险承保信息中的至少一种;所述目标比对项目为正向比对项目或反向比对项目;
    其中,所述装置还包括:
    计算模块,用于在所述校验模块对所述反馈信息校验通过之后,计算所述企业需要支付的目标费用,供所述企业支付;
    检测模块,用于检测所述目标费用是否支付成功,当检测结果为是时,触发所述信息生成模块执行所述的生成所述企业对应的评价结果、所述企业的比对证书信息、所述企业的承诺信息、所述企业的验证信息中一种或多种的组合的链接信息的操作;
    所述通信模块,还用于向所述企业发送所述链接信息之后,接收所述企业针对其通过所述链接信息预览的相关信息的确认信息;
    所述判断模块,还用于判断所述确认信息是否满足预先设定的条件;
    发布模块,用于当所述判断模块判断出所述确认信息满足预先设定的条件时,发布所述企业已确认的信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述待验证信息包括所述企业的工商相关信息、所述企业的当前知识产权信息、所述企业的商品检测报告信息以及所述企业的认证证书信息中的其中一种信息或至少两种信息的组合信息;
    其中,当所述待验证信息包括所述组合信息时,所述验证模块对所述待验证信息验证通过具体为:
    所述组合信息包括的目标类型的所有信息均验证通过;或者,
    所述组合信息中验证通过的所有信息的数量大于或等于预先设定的第一数量阈值;或者,
    所述组合信息包括的目标类型的所有信息中验证通过的目标信息的数量大于或等于预先设定的第二数量阈值。
  23. 根据权利要求14-22任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述验证模块包括工商信息识别验证子模块,其中:
    所述工商信息识别验证子模块,用于当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的工商相关信息时,根据所述企业的工商相关信息确定所述企业的当前企业状态;当所述当前企业状态表示所述企业的当前登记状态为非存续状态、表示所述企业的经营状态为异常经营状态或者表示所述企业的信用状态为违法失信状态时,确定对所述工商相关信息验证不通过;当所述当前企业状态表示所述企业的当前登记状态为存续状态、表示所述企业的经营状态为正常经营状态且表示所述企业的信用状态为未失信状态时,确定对所述工商相关信息验证通过。
  24. 根据权利要求14-22任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述验证模块包括知识产权识别验证子模块,其中:
    所述知识产权识别验证子模块,用于当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的当前知识产权信息时,比对所述当前知识产权信息与预先获取到的相同类型的目标知识产权信息是否一致;当比对出所述当前知识产权信息与所述目标知识产权信息一致时,确定对所述当前知识产权信息验证通过;当比对出所述当前知识产权信息与所述目标知识产权信息不一致时,确定对所述当前知识产权信息验证不通过;
    其中,所述企业的当前知识产权信息包括所述企业当前已申请的专利信息、所述企业当前已注册的商标信息、所述企业当前已登记的作品版权信息以及所述企业当前已登记的软件著作权信息中的一种或多种的组合。
  25. 根据权利要求14-22任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述验证模块包括认证证书识别验证子模块,其中:
    所述认证证书识别验证子模块,用于当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的认证证书信息,根据所述企业的认证证书信息所指示的证书类型,从所述企业的认证证书信息中获取与所述证书类型相匹配的证书信息;当所述证书信息包括证书状态且所述证书状态表示所述企业的证书无效时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证不通过;当所述证书信息包括固有证书信息且所述固有证书信息与预先获取到的正确固有证书信息不一致时,确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证不通过;当所述证书信息包括的证书状态表示所述企业 的证书有效且所述证书信息包括的固有证书信息与预先获取到的正确固有证书信息一致时,确定对所述企业的认证证书信息验证通过;
    其中,所述固有证书信息包括所述企业的证书编号、所述企业的企业名称以及所述企业的统一社会信用代码中的至少一种。
  26. 根据权利要求14-22任一项所述的基于互联网的商品相关信息生成装置,其特征在于,所述验证模块包括检测报告识别验证子模块,其中:
    所述检测报告识别验证子模块,用于当所述待验证信息包括所述企业的商品检测报告信息时,比对所述企业的商品检测报告信息与预先获取到的所述企业的正确检测报告信息是否一致,预先获取到的所述企业的正确检测报告信息是所述信息生成平台通过相应检测机构的API接口获取到的或者是在相应检测机构的官网查询得到的或者是通过扫描所述企业的商品检测报告信息包括的二维码对接相应检测机构的网站数据库得到的;当比对出一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过;当比对不一致时,所述信息生成平台确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;或者,用于向确定出的检测机构发送所述企业的商品检测报告信息,并获取所述检测机构的反馈结果,当所述反馈结果为空或所述反馈结果表示所述企业的商品检测报告信息不正确时,确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证不通过;当所述反馈结果表示所述企业的商品检测报告信息正确时,确定对所述企业的商品检测报告信息验证通过。
