Abstract

一种手表壳体(1)和手表,将手表壳体(1)分为两部分设置,即设置外壳(12)和内壳(11),并通过可拆卸连接外壳(12)和内壳(11),内壳(11)接触并保护手表本体。当需要改变手表外形时,只需要拆卸外壳(12),不需操作手表本体和手表内壳(11)。相对于整体更换手表壳体(1)由于涉及到与手表表芯的精密连接导致操作难度很高而言,普通用户可以使用工具自己完成拆卸更换外壳(12),而不需由专业技术人员或厂家维修人员操作,减少了改变手表外形的操作难度,降低了改变手表外形的时间成本和经济成本。

本实用新型涉及手表技术领域,具体涉及手表壳体和手表。
背景技术
随着社会发展,人们对于产品的个性化需求日益增长。而常规手表的外形一般都是固定的,想改变外形只有重新更换一个壳体,更换壳体需要专业维修人员操作,个人用户很难自己完成,因此改变手表外形的经济成本和时间成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出了手表壳体和手表,用以解决目前手表改变外形经济成本和时间成本较高的问题。
第一方面,本实用新型提供了一种手表壳体,该手表壳体包括:内壳;外壳;所述内壳的外表面匹配所述外壳的内表面,所述内壳和所述外壳之间可拆卸连接。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述手表壳体还包括:N个弹簧,每个弹簧两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通,其中N为大于等于3的整数;2N个螺丝;所述内壳和所述外壳分别设置有N个螺纹孔,所述内壳通过N个螺丝与所述N个弹簧的一端固定连接,所述外壳通过N个螺丝与所述N个弹簧的另一端固定连接。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述内壳中设置的各螺纹孔位置与所述外壳中设置的各螺纹孔位置一一对应设置。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述内壳和所述外壳分别为正方形内壳和正方形外壳,所述正方形内壳中设置有分别位于所述正方形内壳顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔,所述正方形外壳中设置有分别位于所述正方形外壳顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔,以及所述手表壳体包括四个两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通的弹簧。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述内壳和所述外壳分别为圆形内壳和圆形外壳,所述圆形内壳设置的N个螺纹孔均匀分布于所述圆形内壳,以及所述圆形外壳设置的N个螺纹孔均匀分布于所述圆形外壳。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述外壳设置有调节按钮和/或表带孔。
第二方面,本实用新型提供了一种手表,其特征在于,该手表包括如第一方面中任一实现方式描述的手表壳体。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述手表为以下任意一种:机械表、石英表、光波表、电子手表、晶体管摆轮表。
本实用新型提供的手表壳体和手表,通过将手表壳体分为两部分设置,即设置外壳和内壳,并通过可拆卸连接外壳和内壳,内壳接触并保护手表本体。当需要改变手表外形时,只需要拆卸外壳,不需操作手表本体和手表内壳。相对于整体更换手表壳体由于涉及到与手表表芯的精密连接导致操作难度很高而言,普通用户可以使用工具自己完成拆卸更换外壳,而不需由专业技术人员或厂家维修人员操作,减少了改变手表外形的操作难度,降低了改变手表外形的时间成本和经济成本。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关实用新型,而非对该实用新型的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关实用新型相关的部分。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不 是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本实用新型中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

如图1到图7所示,手表壳体1可以包括内壳11和外壳12,其中,内壳11的外表面匹配外壳12的内表面,内壳11和外壳12之间可拆卸连接。例如,内壳11和外壳12可以通过各种可拆卸连接方式连接,例如包括但不限于以下可拆卸连接方式:螺纹连接、卡扣连接、花键连接、铰链连接等。可以理解的是,作为与手表壳体1匹配的手表主体的外表面可以匹配内壳11的内表面以实现对手表主体的保护。
在一些可选的实施方式中,内壳11和外壳12之间可以采用螺纹连接。其中,手表壳体1还可以包括:N个弹簧13和2N个螺丝14。其中,每个弹簧13两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通13a,其中,N为大于等于3的整数。内壳11中设置有N个螺纹孔11a,外壳12中设置有N个螺纹孔12a,内壳11通过N个螺丝14与N个弹 簧13的一端固定连接,外壳12通过N个螺丝14与N个弹簧13的另一端固定连接。进而内壳11和外壳12可以实现可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,螺丝14可以为螺丝钉或螺丝杆,螺丝14的螺纹可以为三角螺纹、梯形螺纹、方形螺纹或内六角螺纹。螺丝14的材质可以为碳钢(包括低碳钢、中碳钢、高碳钢和合金钢)、不锈钢、铝合金、黄铜、青铜、锑铜等。
在一些可选的实施方式中,内壳11中设置的各螺纹孔11a与外壳12中设置的各螺纹孔12a一一对应设置。
在一些可选的实施方式中,内壳11和外壳12分别为正方形内壳11和正方形外壳12,正方形内壳11中可以设置有分别位于正方形内壳11顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔11a,正方形外壳12中设置有分别位于正方形外壳12顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔12a,以及手表壳体1可以包括四个两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通的弹簧13。
在一些可选的实施方式中,内壳11和外壳12可以分别为圆形内壳和圆形外壳(未示出),圆形内壳设置的N个螺纹孔可以均匀分布于圆形内壳,以及圆形外壳设置的N个螺纹孔可以均匀分布于圆形外壳。
在一些可选的实施方式中,外壳12可以设置有调节按钮15和/或表带孔16。其中,调节按钮15可以用于调节手表主体的日期设置、周几设置、时间设置、闹表时间及日期设置、秒表或计时器设置等等。表带孔16用于实现将手表表带固定到手表主体。
在一些可选的实施方式中,调节按钮和/或表带孔还可以设置于内壳11中。
为了实现将外壳12装配到内壳11上,可以先将内壳11和弹 簧13一端的圆通13a用螺丝14拧紧实现内壳11和弹簧13的一端进行固定,然后将外壳12套在内壳11的外面,再将外壳12和弹簧13另一端的圆通13a用螺丝14拧紧实现外壳12和弹簧13的另一端进行固定,进而实现了外壳12和内壳11之间的固定。
本实施例中,将内壳和外壳通过螺丝和弹簧连接在一起,为了改变手表的外形,只需将外壳上的螺丝拧开,就可快速更换外壳。同时,在手表壳体受力时,比如手表被重力撞击时,由于弹簧的存在可以减少手表主体机芯因震动而损坏的可能性。另外,在手表壳体受力时,在弹簧的作用下,内壳可以上下弹动,增加了手表及手表壳体的可玩性和趣味性。
作为另一方面,本实用新型还提供了一种手表,该手表包括如图1到图7及图1到图7中任一可选实施方式示出的手表表壳。
在一些可选的实施方式中,该手表可以为以下任意一种:机械表、石英表、光波表、电子手表、晶体管摆轮表。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种手表壳体,其特征在于,所述手表壳体包括:
    内壳;
    外壳;
    所述内壳的外表面匹配所述外壳的内表面,所述内壳和所述外壳之间可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手表壳体,其特征在于,所述手表壳体还包括:
    N个弹簧,每个弹簧两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通,其中N为大于等于3的整数;
    2N个螺丝;
    所述内壳和所述外壳分别设置有N个螺纹孔,所述内壳通过N个螺丝与所述N个弹簧的一端固定连接,所述外壳通过N个螺丝与所述N个弹簧的另一端固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手表壳体,其特征在于,所述内壳中设置的各螺纹孔位置与所述外壳中设置的各螺纹孔位置一一对应设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手表壳体,其特征在于,所述内壳和所述外壳分别为正方形内壳和正方形外壳,所述正方形内壳中设置有分别位于所述正方形内壳顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔,所述正方形外壳中设置有分别位于所述正方形外壳顶点所在位置的四个螺纹孔,以及所述手表壳体包括四个两端焊接有带螺纹的圆通的弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的手表壳体,其特征在于,所述内壳和所述外壳分别为圆形内壳和圆形外壳,所述圆形内壳设置的N 个螺纹孔均匀分布于所述圆形内壳,以及所述圆形外壳设置的N个螺纹孔均匀分布于所述圆形外壳。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的手表壳体,其特征在于,所述外壳设置有调节按钮和/或表带孔。
  7. 一种手表,其特征在于,所述手表包括如权利要求1-6中任一所述的手表壳体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手表,其特征在于,所述手表为以下任意一种:机械表、石英表、光波表、电子手表、晶体管摆轮表。
