본 발명은, 속눈썹 펌 시술방법 및 그에 적용되는 속눈썹 펌 시술세트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 종래보다 효율적이면서 확실한 방법으로 속눈썹의 모발에 힘을 부여할 수 있어서 다소 정상적이지 않은 다양한 모발에도 펌 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 속눈썹을 통해 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들에게 선호될 수 있는, 속눈썹 펌 시술방법 및 그에 적용되는 속눈썹 펌 시술세트에 관한 것이다.
속눈썹(eyelash)은 아래위의 눈꺼풀 가장자리에 나 있는 길이 10mm 정도의 경모(terminal hair, 硬毛)로 위쪽 눈꺼풀에 약 100∼150개, 아래쪽 눈꺼풀에 약 70∼80개가 군생하고 있다.
속눈썹은 지각이 매우 예민하여 먼지 등의 이물에 접하면 곧 아래위의 눈꺼풀을 닫아서 안구를 보호하는 기능을 한다.
이처럼 속눈썹은 본래 안구로 이물질이나 분진 혹은 빗물 등이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 하기 때문에 그대로 두는 것이 일반적이지만, 최근에는 이러한 속눈썹에 다양한 미용기법을 적용해서 눈이 좀 더 아름답게 유지될 수 있도록 하는 추세이다.
예컨대, 속눈썹을 상측 외방향으로 말아 올린 컬(curls)을 형성하여 눈이 좀 더 커 보이게 하면서도 선명하고 뚜렷한 눈 모양을 만드는 방법에 대해서는 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들이 선호하고 있다.
전술한 것처럼 속눈썹의 컬을 형성하기 위해 보통 도 1 및 도 2와 같은 형태의 속눈썹 성형기구(1a,1b)가 사용된다. 이들은 집게 형태의 작동 구조를 갖는다. 즉 집게 형태로 사용자의 악력을 이용하여 속눈썹을 가압하여 속눈썹을 올려주는 작업을 수행한다.
다만, 이러한 방법으로 속눈썹에 컬을 형성하려면 속눈썹을 이루는 모발(모근 포함)이 강해야만 한다. 그렇지만, 속눈썹이 짧은 경우, 모발이 강하지 않은 경우, 안구가 튀어나온 경우, 눈두덩에 살이 많은 경우 등과 같이 다소 정상적이지 않으면 속눈썹에 컬을 형성하기가 쉽지 않기 때문에, 모발에 힘을 주는 시술, 즉 펌 시술이 선행되어야 한다.
다만, 현존하는 속눈썹 펌 시술방법 대부분은 글루나 테이프 등을 선택적으로 사용하는 방식이라서 시술이 쉽지 않으며, 또한 펌액이 잘 침투하지 못하는 그 구조적 혹은 방법적인 한계로 인해 시술효과 역시 떨어진다는 점을 두루 고려해볼 때, 기존에 알려지지 않은 신개념의 속눈썹 펌 시술방법에 관한 필요성이 대두된다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술문야의 선행기술문헌에는 대한민국특허청 출원번호 제10-2013-0085507호, 출원번호 제10-2019-0028700호, 출원번호 제20-2006-0003915호, 출원번호 제20-2007-0011566호 등이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은, 종래보다 효율적이면서 확실한 방법으로 속눈썹의 모발에 힘을 부여할 수 있어서 다소 정상적이지 않은 다양한 모발에도 펌 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 속눈썹을 통해 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들에게 선호될 수 있는, 속눈썹 펌 시술방법 및 그에 적용되는 속눈썹 펌 시술세트를 제공하는 것이다.

한편, 상기 목적은, 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 마그네틱 롯드; 및 눈매에 맞는 속눈썹의 컬(curls)을 지속해서 유지시키는 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 포함하며, 상기 마그네틱 롯드는, 모발의 하부에 배치되는 메탈판; 및 상기 모발을 사이에 두고 상기 메탈판의 상부에 자력으로 부착 가능한 자석판을 포함하며, 상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드는, 제1 조립부가 일측에 형성되는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드; 및 상기 제1 조립부와 조립 또는 분해 가능한 제2 조립부가 일측에 형성되며, 상기 제1 합성수지 단위롯드와 조립식으로 탈부착 가능한 제2 합성수지 단위롯드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 펌 시술방법에 적용되는 속눈썹 펌 시술세트에 의해서도 달성된다.
본 발명에 따르면, 종래보다 효율적이면서 확실한 방법으로 속눈썹의 모발에 힘을 부여할 수 있어서 다소 정상적이지 않은 다양한 모발에도 펌 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 속눈썹을 통해 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들에게 선호될 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한다.

이들 도면을 참조하면, 본 발명은 종래보다 효율적이면서 확실한 방법으로 속눈썹의 모발(도 7 및 도 8 참조)에 힘을 부여할 수 있어서 다소 정상적이지 않은 다양한 모발에도 펌 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 속눈썹을 통해 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들에게 선호될 수 있도록 한다.
이러한 효과를 제공할 수 있는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 속눈썹 펌 시술방법은 도 9에 도시된 것처럼 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계(S100)와 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계(S200)를 포함할 수 있다.
이들 단계가 진행되려면 우선, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 속눈썹 펌 시술세트가 필요한데, 이에 대해 먼저 설명한다.
도 3 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 속눈썹 펌 시술세트는 마그네틱 롯드(110)와 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 포함할 수 있다.
마그네틱 롯드(110)는 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 역할을 하고, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)는 눈매에 맞는 속눈썹의 컬(curls)을 지속해서 유지시키는 역할을 한다. 도 7처럼 마그네틱 롯드(110)가 먼저 사용되고, 뒤이어 도 8처럼 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)가 사용될 수 있다.
도 3 및 도 4를 먼저 참조하면, 마그네틱 롯드(110)는 모발의 하부에 배치되는 메탈판(111)과, 모발을 사이에 두고 메탈판(111)의 상부에 자력으로 부착 가능한 자석판(112)을 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 자석판(112)은 2분할 구조로 이루어질 수 있지만 반드시 그러할 필요는 없다. 즉 자석판(112)의 사이즈와 메탈판(111)의 사이즈가 동일해도 무방하다.
물론, 자석판(112)의 형태는 달라질 수도 있다. 즉 마그네틱 롯드(210)의 변형 실시예를 도시한 도 12처럼 자석판(212)은 메탈판(111)의 사이즈보다 작을 수 있고, 그 일측에 손잡이(212a)가 형성될 수 있다.
어떠한 형태로 마그네틱 롯드(110.210)가 적용되더라도 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 역할을 할 수만 있다는 그 형상은 큰 의미가 없다. 이하, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 기본으로 해서 설명한다.
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)는 제1 조립부(141)가 일측에 형성되는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)와, 제1 조립부(141)와 조립 또는 분해 가능한 제2 조립부(151)가 일측에 형성되며, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)와 조립식으로 탈부착 가능한 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 조립부(141)가 홈의 형태이고 제2 조립부(151)가 돌기의 형태이지만, 반대의 경우도 가능하다. 또한, 본 실시예의 경우, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)보다 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)의 크기가 크게 제작되지만, 반대의 경우도 가능하다. 그뿐만 아니라 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)와 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)의 크기가 같을 수도 있을 것인데, 이러한 사항 모두가 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다고 하여야 할 것이다.
한편, 앞서 잠시 언급한 것처럼 본 실시예에 따른 속눈썹 펌 시술방법은 도 7 및 도 9에 도시된 것처럼 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계(S100)와, 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 것처럼 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계(S200)를 포함할 수 있다.
우선, 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계(S100)는 도 7처럼 메탈판(111)과 상기 메탈판(111)에 자력으로 접하는 자석판(112)을 구비하는 소정의 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 이용해서 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 과정이다.
이러한 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계(S100)는 메탈판(111)이 속눈썹 모발의 하부에 배치되게 하고, 자석판(112)이 모발의 상부에 배치되면서 메탈판(111)에 자력으로 접하게 하여 모발을 자력으로 파지하는 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 모발 자력 파지단계(S101)와, 마그네틱 롯드(110)의 자력으로 속눈썹 모발을 1차로 업(up)시켜 소정의 텐션을 모발에 가하는 속눈썹 모발 1차 텐션단계(S102)와, 속눈썹 모발의 모근에 근접하게 소정의 1차 펌액을 모발에 도포하는 1차 펌액 모발 도포단계(S103)와, 도포된 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 제1 시간동안 대기하는 1차 건조 대기단계(S104)와, 눈두덩이를 받쳐주는 힘이 생길 수 있도록 마그네틱 롯드(110)의 자력으로 속눈썹 모발을 2차로 더 업(up)시켜 추가적인 텐션을 모발에 가하는 속눈썹 모발 2차 텐션단계(S105)와, 모발의 모근에 근접하게 1차 펌액을 모발에 재도포하는 1차 펌액 재도포단계(S106)와, 재도포된 상기 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 제1 시간보다 긴 제2 시간동안 대기하는 2차 건조 대기단계(S107)와, 소정의 세척기구와 물을 이용해서 1차 펌액을 닦고 세척하는 1차 펌액 세척단계(S108)와, 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 제거하는 마그네틱 롯드 제거단계(S109)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 시간과 제2 시간의 합산 총 시간이 10분을 넘지 않게 신속하게 처리할 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1 시간은 3분, 그리고 제2 시간은 7분 이내로 진행할 수 있다.
그리고, 속눈썹이 많이 정상적이지 않은 경우에는 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계(S100)가 필요에 따라 복수 회 반복적으로 진행될 수도 있을 것인데, 이러한 사항 모두가 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다고 하여야 할 것이다.
다음으로, 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계(S200)는 도 8처럼 상호 분해 조립 가능한 제1 및 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(140,150)를 포함하는 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)로 체인지(change)한 후, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 이용해서 눈매에 맞는 속눈썹의 컬(curls)을 지속해서 유지시키는 과정이다.
이러한 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계(S200)는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치하는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드 배치단계(S201)와, 소정의 약액을 사용하되 브러시를 이용해서 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)의 상면에 모발을 점착시키는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드 상의 모발 점착단계(S202)와, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)에 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 조립하면서 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치하는 제2 합성수지 단위롯드 조립단계(S203)와, 소정의 약액을 사용하되 브러시를 이용해서 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)의 상면에 모발을 점착시키는 제2 합성수지 단위롯드 상의 모발 점착단계(S204)와, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130) 상의 모발에 소정의 2차 펌액을 도포하는 2차 펌액 도포단계(S205)와, 도포된 2차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하는 건조 대기단계(S206)와, 소정의 세척기구와 물을 이용해서 2차 펌액을 닦고 세척하는 2차 펌액 세척단계(S207)와, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 제거하는 조립식 합성수지 롯드 제거단계(S208)와, 소정의 화장품으로 속눈썹을 관리하는 속눈썹 관리단계(S209)를 포함할 수 있다.
이하, 속눈썹 펌 시술방법에 대해 순차적으로 간략하게 설명한다.
우선, 메탈판(111)이 속눈썹 모발의 하부에 배치되게 하고, 자석판(112)이 모발의 상부에 배치되면서 메탈판(111)에 자력으로 접하게 하여 모발을 자력으로 파지한다. 그리고는 마그네틱 롯드(110)의 자력으로 속눈썹 모발을 1차로 업(up)시켜 소정의 텐션을 모발에 가한다.
다음, 속눈썹 모발의 모근에 근접하게 즉 모근에 아주 가깝게 소정의 1차 펌액을 모발에 도포한다. 도포된 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 제1 시간, 예컨대 3분동안 대기한다.
다음, 눈두덩이를 받쳐주는 힘이 생길 수 있도록 마그네틱 롯드(110)의 자력으로 속눈썹 모발을 2차로 더 업(up)시켜 추가적인 텐션을 모발에 가한다. 그런 다음에, 모발의 모근에 근접하게 1차 펌액을 모발에 재도포한다.
다음, 재도포된 상기 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 제1 시간보다 긴 제2 시간동안, 즉 7분정도 대기한다. 모발은 모근부터 굵고 모발 끝으로 갈수록 얇고 펌액을 흡수하는 시차에 따라 손상이 오기 때문에 시차별로 굵기에 따라 모발의 흡수율을 줄여 손상도를 줄이는 게 바람직하다.
다음, 소정의 세척기구와 물을 이용해서 1차 펌액을 닦고 세척한다. 그리고는 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 제거한다.
다음, 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 제거한 자리에 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 사용한다. 다양한 형태와 사이즈를 갖는 조립식 합성수지 롯드들(미도시) 중에서 눈매에 맞는 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 선택하고 이를 이용해서 모발의 컬을 올려준다.
이때, 마그네틱 롯드(110)를 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)로 체인지하는 이유는 눈두덩이에 닿지 않고 예쁜 컬을 지속해서 구현하기 위함이다.
안구가 튀어나온 경우, 눈두덩에 살이 많은 경우 등과 같이 다소 정상적이지 않으면, 롯드 전체를 눈 주위에 한 번에 장착하기가 쉽지 않다. 때문에, 본 실시예에서는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)를 먼저 사용한 후, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)에 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 조립하면서 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 사용하고 있는 것이다.
우선, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치한다. 그리고는, 소정의 약액, 예컨대 아로마밤과 비즈왁스 등을 사용해서 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)의 상면에 모발을 점착시킨다.
다음, 제1 합성수지 단위롯드(140)에 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 조립하면서 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치한다. 그리고는 역시, 소정의 약액, 예컨대 아로마밤과 비즈왁스 등을 사용해서 제2 합성수지 단위롯드(150)의 상면에 모발을 점착시킨다.
다음, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130) 상의 모발에 소정의 2차 펌액을 도포한다. 그리고는 도포된 2차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 한다. 이 시간이 대략 10분 정도 걸릴 수 있다.
다음, 소정의 세척기구와 물을 이용해서 2차 펌액을 닦고 세척한 후, 조립식 합성수지 롯드(130)를 제거한다. 그런 다음, 속눈썹 건강에 좋은 소정의 화장품으로 속눈썹을 관리하면 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같은 구조를 기반으로 작용을 하는 본 실시예에 따르면, 종래보다 효율적이면서 확실한 방법으로 속눈썹의 모발에 힘을 부여할 수 있어서 다소 정상적이지 않은 다양한 모발에도 펌 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 속눈썹을 통해 아름다움을 추구하는 여성들에게 선호될 수 있게 된다.
이처럼 본 발명은 기재된 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정예 또는 변형예들은 본 발명의 청구범위에 속한다고 하여야 할 것이다.

  1. 메탈판과 상기 메탈판에 자력으로 접하는 자석판을 구비하는 소정의 마그네틱 롯드를 이용해서 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계; 및
    상호 분해 조립 가능한 제1 및 제2 합성수지 단위롯드를 포함하는 조립식 합성수지 롯드로 체인지(change)한 후, 상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용해서 눈매에 맞는 속눈썹의 컬(curls)을 지속해서 유지시키는 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 펌 시술방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계는,
    상기 메탈판이 속눈썹 모발의 하부에 배치되게 하고, 상기 자석판이 모발의 상부에 배치되면서 상기 메탈판에 자력으로 접하게 하여 모발을 자력으로 파지하는 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 모발 자력 파지단계;
    상기 마그네틱 롯드의 자력으로 속눈썹 모발을 1차로 업(up)시켜 소정의 텐션을 모발에 가하는 속눈썹 모발 1차 텐션단계;
    속눈썹 모발의 모근에 근접하게 소정의 1차 펌액을 모발에 도포하는 1차 펌액 모발 도포단계;
    도포된 상기 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 제1 시간동안 대기하는 1차 건조 대기단계;
    눈두덩이를 받쳐주는 힘이 생길 수 있도록 상기 마그네틱 롯드의 자력으로 상기 속눈썹 모발을 2차로 더 업(up)시켜 추가적인 텐션을 모발에 가하는 속눈썹 모발 2차 텐션단계;
    모발의 모근에 근접하게 상기 1차 펌액을 모발에 재도포하는 1차 펌액 재도포단계;
    재도포된 상기 1차 펌액이 자연 건조되게 하면서 상기 제1 시간보다 긴 제2 시간동안 대기하는 2차 건조 대기단계;

  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 시간과 상기 제2 시간의 합산 총 시간이 10분을 넘지 않으며,
    상기 마그네틱 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 모근 강화단계가 필요에 따라 복수 회 반복적으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 펌 시술방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계는,
    상기 제1 합성수지 단위롯드를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치하는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드 배치단계;
    소정의 약액을 사용하되 브러시를 이용해서 상기 제1 합성수지 단위롯드의 상면에 모발을 점착시키는 제1 합성수지 단위롯드 상의 모발 점착단계;
    상기 제1 합성수지 단위롯드에 상기 제2 합성수지 단위롯드를 조립하면서 상기 제2 합성수지 단위롯드를 속눈썹 모발의 아래에 배치하는 제2 합성수지 단위롯드 조립단계;
    상기 소정의 약액을 사용하되 브러시를 이용해서 상기 제2 합성수지 단위롯드의 상면에 모발을 점착시키는 제2 합성수지 단위롯드 상의 모발 점착단계;
    상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드 상의 모발에 소정의 2차 펌액을 도포하는 2차 펌액 도포단계;

    상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 이용한 속눈썹 컬 지속 유지단계는,
    상기 조립식 합성수지 롯드 제거단계의 수행 이후에 소정의 화장품으로 속눈썹을 관리하는 속눈썹 관리단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 펌 시술방법.
  6. 속눈썹을 이루는 모발의 모근을 강화시키는 마그네틱 롯드; 및
    눈매에 맞는 속눈썹의 컬(curls)을 지속해서 유지시키는 조립식 합성수지 롯드를 포함하며,
