7、对吸入到尘气分离组价内的尘气分离的效率不高,使得流出的气体不能满足要求;
8、用以分离尘气的旋风锥的外周套设的筛网用以初步对尘气分离,但现有的筛网对尘气的分离的效率不高,使得流出的气体不能满足要求;
9、手持吸尘器使用时,操作者常需用手握持手柄对整机进行移动、抬举等操作,由于手持吸尘器是将电机、尘气分离装置等部件都集成在人手操作的地方,如果手持吸尘器整机的布局不当,会导致操作者在使用时费力、操作不便、同时也会导致吸尘器自身的性能受到影响,故对于手持吸尘器来说,整机的布局相当重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够牢固连接在抽吸管上且耐用,具有高效率以清洁尘土、布局合理且吸尘效率高的清洁头,以及操作简单、方便且可同时将尘气分离机构取下,电池包可快速拆卸或安装,能够防止误触碰,提高尘气分离效率,结构布局合理的手持吸尘器。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种清洁头,包括:
限定有抽吸口的清洁头壳体;
与所述清洁头壳体转动连接的转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一旋转组件及设置于所述清洁头壳体和所述第一旋转组件之间的第二旋转组件,
其中,所述第一旋转组件包括具有连接功能的连接件及设置在所述连接件靠近所述清洁头壳体一端的转轴,所述第二旋转组件的内壁限定有用于容纳所述转轴的容置腔,以在所述转轴位于所述容置腔时所述第一旋转组件可相对于所述第二旋转组件旋转。
进一步地,所述第二旋转组件包括第一转动件和第二转动件,其中,所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件之间形成有用于容纳所述转轴的所述容置腔。
进一步地,所述第二转动件设置于所述第一转动件的内侧。
进一步地,所述转轴具有裙边,所述裙边与所述连接件之间形成有滑动槽,所述第二旋转组件通过所述滑动槽与所述转轴实现转动连接。
进一步地,所述第一转动件具有伸入至所述滑动槽内的弯折端,所述弯折端自所述第一转动件远离所述清洁头壳体的一端朝向所述连接件弯折形成,所 述弯折端与所述第一转动件之间形成有与所述裙边滑动配合的第一槽口。

其中,所述尘气分离机构可拆卸地安装于所述主体部限定的收容空间内,其包括罩壳、设置于所述罩壳内的旋风分离组件、设置于所述罩壳的开口处的固定架和出风海帕,所述旋风分离组件和所述出风海帕均安装于所述固定架,以使所述旋风分离组件和所述出风海帕在所述固定架与所述罩壳分离后均保持在所述固定架上。
进一步地,所述旋风分离组件与所述固定架可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述固定架的至少部分外表面形成部分所述手持吸尘器的外表面。

进一步地,所述握持部铺设有与信号灯电连的信号线和与所述驱动机构电连接的电源线,其中,部分所述信号线铺设于所述支撑件内,部分所述电源线铺设于所述手柄内。

所述握持部包括握持壳体和可相对于所述握持壳体运动的开关,其中,所述开关从起始位置至最终位置具有第一行程和第二行程,所述第一行程和第二行程均具有相对应的预设距离,且在所述开关仅位于所述第二行程时,所述电源部为所述驱动机构供电。
进一步地,所述第一行程的距离和所述第二行程的距离之间的比值为0.5-1.5之间的任意值。
进一步地,所述第一行程和所述第二行程的距离基本相同。

其中,所述尘气分离机构包括具有旋风锥的旋风分离组件,所述旋风锥包括若干个锥体,每个所述锥体具有用以使得尘气流入至所述锥体内的入口及对尘气分离后使得气流流出的出口,所述出口的长度为所述入口的长度的1.3-1.5倍。
进一步地,所述入口具有相对设置的第一侧边、及相对设置且与所述第一侧边连接的第二侧边,所述第一侧边的长度与所述第二侧边的长度比值范围为1.4-1.7。
进一步地,所述锥体的长度为所述入口的长度的3-5倍。
进一步地,所述锥体的长度为所述入口的长度的4倍。

1、本申请所示的清洁头通过转动机构与抽吸管连接,且转动机构的结构结实牢固,不易损坏,从而提高手持吸尘器的使用寿命;
2、本申请所示的清洁头通过设置有第一刷毛组件和第二刷毛组件,第一刷毛组件的硬度大于第二刷毛组件的硬度,以使得刷毛机构能够全面对目标物进行清洁,并带动气流呈螺旋状,进而提高吸尘效率,方便快捷;
3、本申请所示的清洁头中至少部分轮组和转轴之间的连线与转轴的垂直线基本重叠,布局合理且在吸尘过程中,清洁头始终保持贴附在地面,提高了吸尘效率;
4、本申请所示的手持吸尘器通过设置有固定架,固定架用以连接旋风分离组件和出风海帕,可直接通过将固定架取出以同时将旋风分离组件和出风海帕取出,方便快捷;
5、本申请所示的手持吸尘器通过设置有第一刷毛组件和第二刷毛组件,第一刷毛组件的硬度大于第二刷毛组件的硬度,以使得刷毛机构能够全面对目标物进行清洁,并带动气流呈螺旋状,进而提高吸尘效率,方便快捷;
6、本申请所示的手持吸尘器通过使得开关具有从其实位置至最终位置时具有预设距离的第一行程和第二行程,且当开关位于第二行程时,电源部为驱动 机构供电,防止在误触的情况下启动手持吸尘器,提高使用体验,同时也达到提高手持吸尘器清洁的准确性的效果;
7、本申请所示的手持吸尘器通过设置有包括若干个锥体的旋风锥,每个锥体的出口长度为入口长度的1.3-1.5倍,入口长度短可使得尘气充分进入至锥体内进行分离,出口长度长可增长灰尘的向上运动的途径,使其最终在自身重力作用下掉落而不随气流自出口流出,以达到提高清洁效率的目的;
8、本申请所示的手持吸尘器具有用以将尘气过滤的筛网,筛网在远离进风口的一端与设置在其上的网孔之间的间距至少为网孔沿尘气分离机构的轴向方向所占长度的五分之一,以此避免因远离进风口的一端的尘气速率太小,而导致尘气分离困难,从而提高手持吸尘器对尘气的分离效率;
9、本申请所示的手持吸尘器的握持部的握持部的轴线延伸穿过驱动机构和尘气分离机构之间的区域,使得吸尘器的整机重心落在握持部上、结构紧凑合理、使用轻便,从而减轻用户负担,提高了手持吸尘器的的安全性和可操作性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
请参见图1,本实用新型一实施例所示的手持吸尘器100,包括用以将外界尘气过滤的主体部1、与主体部1连接且用以握持的握持部2、及与握持部2可拆卸连接且用以给主体部1供电的电源部5,该电源部5可以包括用以供电的电池包51。在本实施例中,为了提高手持吸尘器100的整体美观性,电源部5和主体部1分别设置在握持部2的两侧,电源部5位于握持部2的下方。诚然,在其他实施例中,电源部5的位置也可为其他,例如与主体部1连接等,此时电源部5和握持部2分别位于主体部1的两侧,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
请结合图1至图3,主体部1包括外壳11、设置在外壳11内的驱动机构12、及在驱动机构12的驱动下用以将尘气分离的尘气分离机构13,外壳11内形成有用以连通尘气分离机构13和外界的抽吸管道6,驱动机构12启动,尘气自外界通过抽吸管道6进入至尘气分离机构13内,在尘气分离机构13的作用下,灰尘与空气分离。其中,电源部5与驱动机构12电性连接以给驱动机构12供电,在本实施例中,驱动机构12为电机。诚然,在其他实施例中,该驱动机构12也可为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
为了使得手持吸尘器100的结构更为紧凑,在本实施例中,尘气分离机构 13横向设置在外壳11上,同时达到提高手持吸尘器100整体的美观性。并且,在使用手持吸尘器100的过程中,尘气分离机构13从横向变成纵向,更利于尘气的分离,以提高除尘效率。诚然,在其他实施例中,尘气分离机构13也可纵向设置在外壳11上,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
请结合图2和图4,尘气分离机构13可拆卸地安装于主体1限定的收容空间内,手持吸尘器100还包括锁定机构3,尘气分离机构13通过锁定机构3与主体部1的外壳11可拆卸设置,进而方便对尘气分离机构13进行清理。锁定机构3包括设置在尘气分离机构13上的第一卡持件31、及设置在外壳11上且与第一卡持件31配合的第二卡持件32,第一卡持件31和第二卡持件32配合以将尘气分离机构13与外壳11锁定或释放。第一卡持件31和第二卡持件32的其中之一为凹槽,第一卡持件31和第二卡持件32的另一个为与凹槽卡持的凸起。锁定机构3还包括与凸起连接的按压件33,施加外力于按压件33以带动凸起相较于凹槽移动,继而使得凸起与凹槽卡合或脱离。在本实施例中,第一卡持件31为凸起,第二卡持件32为凹槽,按压件33设置在尘气分离机构13上,按压件33与凸起为一体成型设置且按压件33与凸起同步移动。当尘气分离机构13与外壳11安装时,按压件33位于外壳11之上以暴露,方便按压拆卸。当需要对尘气分离机构13进行拆卸清理时,只需要按压该按压件33,按压件33带动凸起相对凹槽脱离,从而将尘气分离机构13从手持吸尘器100的外壳11上取下,操作简单。该按压件33和凸起在尘气分离机构13的连接方式为现有技术,例如一体成型等,或分体安装后进行固定连接等,在此不做赘述。
尘气分离机构13与外壳11的其中之一上设置有第一对接件34,尘气分离机构13与外壳11的另一个上设置有与第一对接件34对接以确定安装位置的第二对接件35。通过第一对接件34和第二对接件35的配合,以使得尘气分离机构13在与外壳11安装对接时能够快速定位,方便快捷。本实施例中,尘气分离机构13上设置有第一对接件34,第一对接件34为设置在尘气分离机构13上的卡槽,外壳11上设置有第二对接件35,第二对接件35为与卡槽配合的卡条。当将尘气分离机构13安装到外壳11上时,可先将卡条插入到卡槽内,实 现尘气分离机构13与外壳11的精准定位,然后施加外力于尘气分离机构13,以使得尘气分离机构13朝向外壳11移动,进而使得凸起滑动到凹槽内并与凹槽卡合即可完成。
主体部1上开设有靠近驱动机构12设置的进风口111,具体的,进风口111设置在外壳11上,进风口111位于握持部2的上方,且位于尘气分离机构13的下方。同时,为了使得尘气能够在过滤后自外壳11内流向至外壳11外,外壳11上还设置有与进风口111连通设置的出风口112。请参见图1,在本实施例中,该出风口112设置在位于驱动机构12外侧的外壳11上,诚然,在其他实施例中,该出风口112也可直接设置在其他位置,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
请结合图4和图6,尘气分离机构13包括具有通孔1311的罩壳131、设置于罩壳131内且通过通孔1311与进风口111连通的旋风分离组件、设置在罩壳131内的尘杯134、及设置于罩壳131的开口(未图示)处的固定架137和出风海帕135。出风海帕135设置在旋风分离组件靠近驱动机构12的一侧,这样设置的目的在于:防止过滤后的气流仍然存在尘土,继而将尘土带入至驱动机构12附近,长期使用后尘土会在驱动机构12处堆积,影响驱动机构12的运行,同时也减少手持吸尘器100的使用寿命。
请结合图3,驱动机构12的旋转轴线和尘气分离机构13的纵向轴线基本重合,且握持部2的轴线延伸穿过驱动机构12和尘气分离机构13之间的区域,此设计便于在握持部2上施力和掌握整个手持吸尘器100的平衡。握持部2的轴线延伸穿过出风海帕135从而使得手持吸尘器100的整机的布局更加合理,手持更加轻松。电池包51位于握持部2远离驱动机构12的一端,从而降低手持吸尘器100整机的重心,提升操作者的舒适度。
请参见图4,罩壳131为中空圆柱形结构,罩壳131靠近驱动机构13的一侧具有开口,罩壳131远离驱动机构12的一侧还设置有用以封堵罩壳131的罩盖130,罩壳131和罩盖130围设形成用以收容的空间,罩壳131靠近驱动机构12一端与固定架137对接,固定架137同样为中空圆柱形结构且与罩壳131直 径尺寸相同。固定架137的至少部分外表面形成部分手持吸尘器100的外表面,即,罩壳131和固定架137固定连接且安装在手持吸尘器100上后,至少部分罩壳131和固定架137的表面暴露在外。上述的按压件33和凸起设置在罩盖130上。呈上述,罩壳131与罩盖130之间形成的空间以放置尘土,为了需要对该空间内的尘土进行清理,因此罩壳131与罩盖130之间可拆卸连接。罩壳131与罩盖130之间的连接方式同上述锁定机构3,也可为常规(按钮和按孔的配合),在此不做赘述。并且,在本实施例中,为了使得手持吸尘器100的结构更为紧凑,驱动机构12外侧的外壳11的直径小于罩壳131的直径。
请结合图5和图6,旋风分离组件用于对从进风口111进入罩壳131内的尘气进行处理,以实现尘气分离。旋风分离组件包括旋风锥133及与旋风锥133连接的筛网132,筛网132套设在旋风锥133的外侧且与旋风锥133之间存在间隙。旋风锥133设置于筛网132和固定架137之间,旋风锥133通过筛网132可拆卸安装于固定架137。其中,旋风锥133靠近进风口111设置,筛网132设置在旋风锥133远离进风口111的一侧。
筛网132大体为筒状结构,筛网132上开设有若干个用以进气流的网孔,网孔均匀设置在筛网132上,且筛网132具有靠近进风口111设置的第二端和远离进风口111设置的第一端。网孔的尺寸较小,尘气经过网孔进入筛网132内时,尘气中较大的颗粒的灰尘或碎屑被阻挡在外,相对网孔尺寸小的灰尘或碎屑随着气流进入到筛网132内,故,筛网132用以对尘气进行初步分离。
第一端设置有远离筛网132且向外延伸的裙部1321;其中,裙部1321的起始端与靠近第一端设置的网孔之间的间距为第一间距,沿尘气分离机构13的轴向方向,若干个网孔所占长度为第二间距,第二端与靠近第二端设置的网孔之间的间距为第三间距。
在尘气从进风口111进入到罩壳131内时,气流速度较大,即位于第二端的气流速度较大,压强较小,相对来说,筛网132内的压强较大,在压差的作用下灰尘或碎屑进入到筛网132内比较困难,故,第三间距至少为第二间距的五分之一,即,筛网132靠近第二端的位置处不设置网孔,具体的,第二端与 靠近第二端设置的网孔之间的间距大于等于5mm,从而提高筛网132对尘气的分离效率。
在尘气吹到筛网132的第一端位置处,气流的速度下降,因气流速度下降,尘气中的灰尘或碎屑同样很难进入到筛网132内,故,筛网132靠近第一端的位置也不设置网孔,第一间距至少为第二间距的五分之一,即,筛网132靠近第一端的位置处也不设置网孔,具体的,第一端与靠近第一端设置的网孔之间的间距大于等于5mm,从而提高筛网132对尘气的分离效率。
请结合图5,为了使从进风口111进来的尘气气流流向筛网132,尘气分离机构13还包括与筛网132连接的导流件136,导流件136用以将气流导向至筛网132。导流件136设置在筛网132的第二端,且导流件136设置在旋风锥133的外侧,以提高旋风分离组件整体的紧凑性。导流件136具有导流面,导流面靠近网孔设置。本实施例中,导流面为斜面,斜面自靠近第二端向远离第二端的方向自上而下倾斜。为了既节省空间又能起到明显的导流效果,导流件136包括第一导流件1361及与第一导流件1361连接的第二导流件1362,第一导流件1361沿筛网132的外圆周面设置且靠近旋风锥133设置,第二导流件1362自第二端向第一端延伸且靠近进风口111设置,且沿尘气分离机构13的轴向方向上,导流件136末端的长度基本上与进风口111的长度相同,从而能更好地将靠近进风口111的气流导向筛网132。
为了避免气流从筛网132内流出,以使得尘气全部进入至旋风锥133内,进而提高除尘效率,筛网132在远离驱动机构12的一端与旋风锥133远离驱动机构12的一端密封连接,且筛网132在靠近驱动机构12的一端与罩壳131之间设置有用以加强密封性的第二密封件138。本实施例中,第二密封件138为密封圈。可选地,旋风锥133与筛网132可拆卸地相连。例如,旋风锥133与筛网132可以通过卡扣结构等连接。由此,可以简化旋风分离组件的加工工艺,且方便旋风锥133的拆装,从而可以方便地将旋风锥133拆卸下来进行更换、清洗等操作,有利于提高旋风分离组件的装配效率。
请结合图6和图7,旋风锥133为外径向靠近罩盖130方向变窄的中空圆锥体,且旋风锥133包括若干个锥体1331,锥体1331靠近驱动机构12设置,若干个锥体1331呈圆形阵列分布,锥体1331远离旋风分离组件的纵向轴线的部分外壁与纵向轴线呈预设角度,锥体1331靠近旋风分离组件的纵向轴线的部分外壁与纵向轴线基本平行,即,位于外侧的锥体1331倾斜设置。具体的,旋风分离组件具有中心轴,位于外侧的锥体1331朝向中心轴倾斜设置。并且,每个锥体1331具有用以使得尘气流入至锥体1331内的入口1332及对尘气分离后使得尘气流出的出口1333,值得注意的是,该入口1332为尘气进入至锥体1331内部的入口,而该出口1333为尘气在锥体1331内分离后的气流流向至出风海帕135的出口。
其中,入口1332靠近进风口111设置且入口1332与筛网132和旋风锥133之间的间隙相通。出口1333的长度为入口1332的长度的1.3-1.5倍,具有该比例范围内的出口1333和入口1332的锥体1331对尘气分离的效率高,对尘气中灰尘或固体颗粒的效果更佳。
入口1332具有相对设置的第一侧边、及相对设置且与第一侧边连接的第二侧边,其中,第一侧边为相对较长边,第二侧边为相对较短的一边,第一侧边的长度与第二侧边的长度比值范围为1.4-1.7,该设置更有利于尘气流向旋风锥133内。为了锥体1331的结构更加合理,锥体1331的长度为入口1332的长度的3-5倍,优选的,锥体1331的长度为入口1332的长度的4倍。
请参见图3和图6,出风海帕135设置在旋风分离组件靠近驱动机构12的一侧,使得从旋风分离组件流出的气流经过再次过滤。可选的,出风海帕135可拆卸地设置在旋风分离组件与驱动机构12之间。
其中,旋风分离组件和出风海帕135均安装于固定架137上,以使得旋风分离组件和出风海帕135在固定架137与罩壳131分离后均保持固定在固定架137上,达到同时将出风海帕135和旋风分离组件取出的效果,方便快捷。其中,旋风分离组件与固定架137可拆卸连接。具体的,固定架137靠近驱动机构12的一端限定有一个用于容纳出风海帕135的容置腔(未图示),容置腔远离旋 风分离组件的一侧具有一共出风海帕135拆装的腔口(未图示)。固定架137安装到罩壳131的开口处,其中,当用户取下尘气分离机构时,由于固定架安装到罩壳131上,固定架及固定架内的出风海帕会被同时取出,如果用户需要更换出风海帕135,不需要将固定架137从罩壳131拿下,只需要将出风海帕135从容置腔中取出更换即可;如果用户需要冲洗旋风分离组件,则直接将固定架137旋转一定角度并向外拉出或直接向外拉出即可,不需要拆除出风海帕135,因为出风海帕135和旋风分离组件分别设置在固定架137的两端。这样设置,可方便用户操作,同时增加密封性。
出风海帕135与驱动机构12之间还设置有用以加强密封性的第一密封件139。这样设置的目的在于:避免带有灰尘的气流自出风海帕135与驱动机构12的缝隙处流向驱动机构12,以使得灰尘在驱动机构12处堆积,以影响驱动机构12的运行。同上述,该第一密封件139为密封圈,避免气流从出风海帕135和驱动机构12之间流出。诚然,在其他实施例中,出风海帕135也可以可拆卸地设置在驱动机构12内,出风海帕135也可以是其他将尘气中的灰尘杂质进一步分离的过滤结构。
尘气经过进风口111进入罩壳131内,经过筛网132进行一次分离,尘气进入到筛网132和旋风锥133之间的间隙,然后从锥体1331的入口1332进入到锥体1331内进行二次旋风分离,分离的尘气从锥体1331的出口1333流出经过出风海帕135进入到驱动机构12并从出风口112流向外界。
尘杯134包括第一集尘器1341和第二集尘器1342,罩盖130与罩壳131形成的用以收容的空间即为第一集尘器1341,旋风锥133在远离锥体1331的一端与罩盖130形成第二集尘器1342。尘气经过筛网132过滤时,尘气中较大体积的尘灰或碎屑被初步分离出来,该较大体积的尘灰或碎屑落入到第一集尘器1341中。由进风口111进入罩壳131内的尘气经筛网132分离后的灰尘掉落并容积于第一集尘器1341内。尘气进入旋风锥133内,在旋风锥133内进行二次旋风分离,此时,在离心力作用下,尘气中较细,较小的灰尘或碎屑可以被分离出来并落入到第二集尘器1342中。由此,可以通过旋风分离组件对尘气进行 多次分离,有效地提高了分离效果。在其他实施例中,旋风锥133可以为多级旋风结构,不仅限于此,即在尘气的流动方向上,用于旋风分离的旋风腔包括多级依次连通的旋风腔,从而提高除尘效果。
请参见图1和图9,主体部1还包括与外壳11对接的清洁头4,清洁头4可直接与外壳11连接,也可通过其他部件与外壳11连接。在本实施例中,清洁头4通过抽吸管道6与外壳11连接,抽吸管道6为中空设置,驱动机构12驱动尘气分离机构13通过抽吸管道6将外界尘气吸入并分离,抽吸管道6与进风口111连通设置,抽吸管道6的气流方向与尘气分离机构13的轴向方向基本平行。抽吸管道6的长度在此不做具体限定,根据实际需求而定。
请参见图8及图10,清洁头4在驱动机构12的驱动下将尘气吸入至尘气分离机构13内分离。该清洁头4包括限定有容置空间的清洁头壳体41、及设置在清洁头壳体41的容置空间内且用以对目标物进行清洁的清洁部件42,该清洁部件42可以为滚筒42。清洁头壳体41限定有用以将尘气吸入的抽吸口46,该抽吸口46与抽吸管道6连通设置。具体的,该抽吸口46靠近清洁部件42设置,以使得清洁部件42在对目标物进行清洁的时候,直接将尘气带向至抽吸口46,避免尘气乱窜,提高清洁效率的同时也提高了用户使用的舒适度。
请参见图10和图11,滚筒42的周向外表面设置有刷毛机构43,为了提高清洁头4的清洁效率,刷毛机构43呈螺旋状设置在滚筒42上,螺旋状的刷毛机构43可以对尘土产生离心力,使得尘土更好的自抽吸口46进入至抽吸管道6内。
其中,刷毛机构43包括设置于滚筒42的周向外边面的基底(未图示)、间隔固定于基底的的第一刷毛组件431及第二刷毛组件432,从而提高清洁效率。具体的,第一刷毛组件431在滚筒42上呈螺旋状分布,更好的将尘土吸入至抽吸管道6内。第一刷毛组件431和第二刷毛组件432通过粘接等方式固定设置在基底上,在此不做赘述。其中,第一刷毛组件431的长度大于第二刷毛组件432的长度,第一刷毛组件431的硬度大于第二刷毛组件432的硬度。以对不同的尘土进行清洁。在本实施例中,第一刷毛组件431为硬毛组件,第二刷毛组 件432为软毛组件。诚然,在其他实施例中,第一刷毛组件431也可为软毛组件,第二刷毛组件432也可为硬毛组件,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
第一刷毛组件431的宽度值为4-10mm中的任一数值,第二刷毛组件432的宽度值为30-50mm中的任一数值。优选的,第一刷毛组件431的宽度值为7-9mm中的任一数值,第二刷毛组件432的宽度值为38-42mm中的任一数值。关于第一刷毛组件431和第二刷毛组件432的具体宽度在此不做具体限定。呈上述,在本实施例中,第一刷毛组件431的宽度范围为4-10mm,第二刷毛组件432的宽度范围为30-50mm。
同时,第一刷毛组件431和第二刷毛组件432之间具有高度差,高度差的范围为0.1-1.5mm,优选的,高度差的范围为0.6-1mm。设置有高度差的目的在于:第一刷毛组件431和第二刷毛组件432先后对同一目标进行清洁,同样达到提高清洁效率的效果。其中,第一刷毛组件431包括若干个第一刷毛,第一刷毛为硬毛,第一刷毛的直径大于等于0.1mm且小于等于0.5mm,优选的,第一刷毛的直径大于等于0.3mm且小于等于0.4mm。第二刷毛组件432包括若干个第二刷毛,第二刷毛为软毛,第二刷毛的直径小于等于0.05mm。为了增加刷毛机构43对灰尘或碎屑的吸入能力,第一刷毛和第二刷毛中的一个的直径小于等于0.05mm,另一个的直径大于等于0.1mm且小于等于0.5mm,以此提高手持吸尘器100的清洁效率。关于第一刷毛和第二刷毛的具体材质在此不做具体限定。
刷毛机构43与滚筒42可拆卸连接以方便对刷毛机构43进行更换,节省成本。具体的,刷毛机构43和滚筒42的其中之一上设置有卡槽(未图示),刷毛机构43和滚筒42的另一个上设置有与卡槽卡合的卡块(未图示)。呈上述,因为刷毛机构43呈螺旋状的设置在滚筒42上,因此卡槽或卡块呈螺旋状设置在滚筒42上。本实施例中,滚筒42上设置有卡槽,刷毛机构43上设置有卡块,具体的,卡块设置在基底上且与第一刷毛组件431、第二刷毛组件432相背设置。诚然,在其他实施例中,刷毛机构43与滚筒42可固定连接,具体的,刷毛机 构43还包括粘接层,刷毛机构43通过粘接层与滚筒42粘接以实现固定连接,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
请参见图8和图9,清洁头4还包括设置在清洁头壳体41上的毛条组件44。当清洁头4与目标物接触以清洁时,毛条组件44与滚筒42之间形成有用以防止气流外泄的密闭腔体。具体的,毛条组件44包括沿清洁头壳体41径向分布且相对设置的第一毛条441、及用以连接第一毛条441的第二毛条442,当滚筒42与地面接触时,第一毛条441和第二毛条442也刚好与地面接触,进而能形成密闭腔体。其中,第一毛条441远离第二毛条442的一端与清洁头壳体41前端的距离小于滚筒42轴线与清洁头壳体41前端的距离,从而防止第一毛条441与滚筒42之间产生空隙,以提高密闭腔体的封闭性。第一毛条441远离第二毛条442的一端还向上倾斜设置,避免在滚筒42工作过程中,对滚筒42造成干扰,降低清洁效率。
清洁头壳体41上还设置有梳齿45,梳齿45的一端与滚筒42抵持以对滚筒42进行清理。于清洁头4的高度方向上,梳齿45设置在抽吸口46的上方。这样设置的目的在于:既不影响尘气的进入,也能够对滚筒42进行清洁,一举两得。
请参见图13和图14,清洁头4还包括与清洁头壳体41转动连接的转动机构7,清洁头4与抽吸管道6通过转动机构7实现转动连接。转动机构7包括与抽吸管道6连接的第一旋转组件71、及设置于清洁头壳体41和第一旋转组件71之间的第二旋转组件72,第二旋转组件72靠近清洁头壳体71的一端与清洁头壳体41转动连接。其中,第一旋转组件71包括具有连接功能的连接件711及设置在连接件711靠近清洁头壳体41一端的转轴712,第二旋转组件72的内壁限定有用于容纳转轴712的容置腔(未标号),以在转轴712位于容置腔时第一旋转组件71可相对于第二旋转组件72旋转。具体的,第一旋转组件71与第二旋转组件72沿第一方向转动,第二旋转组件72可相对于清洁头壳体41绕自身轴线旋转,清洁头壳体41轴线所在方向为第二方向,第一方向与第二方向垂直设置。在本实施例中,第一方向为垂直于抽吸管道6轴线的方向,第二方 向为抽吸管道6所在轴线。诚然,在其他实施例中,第一方向和第二方向也可为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
连接件711套接在抽吸管道6上,连接件711可以抽吸管道6固定连接或可拆卸连接,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。在本实施例中,连接件711至少部分套设在抽吸管道6的一端,连接件711和抽吸管道6可拆卸连接,具体的,连接件711和抽吸管道6之间设置有类似上述的锁定机构3,在此不再赘述。
转轴712具有裙边713,裙边713与连接件711之间形成有滑动槽714,为了使第一旋转组件71和第二旋转组件72能够连接牢固,转轴712设置的数量为两个,且两个转轴712相对设置在连接件711的两侧。
第二旋转组件72包括第一转动件721和第二转动件724,其中,第一转动件721和第二转动件724之间形成有用于容纳转轴712的容置腔且第二转动件724设置于第一转动件721的内侧。第二旋转组件72通过滑动槽714与转轴712实现转动连接。具体的,第一转动件721靠近清洁头壳体41的一端与清洁头壳体41转动连接,第一转动件721远离清洁头壳体41的一端插入至滑动槽714内与转轴712转动连接。第一转动件721具有伸入至滑动槽714内的弯折端722,弯折端722自第一转动件721远离清洁头壳体41的一端朝向连接件711弯折形成,且该弯折端722设置在转轴712远离清洁头壳体41的一侧。这样设置的目的在于:使得第一转动件721与连接件711之间形成有间距,进而方便第二转动件724的安装,以提高第一旋转组件71和第二旋转组件72之间的连接紧固性,同时还提高第二旋转组件72和清洁头壳体41之间连接的紧固性。并且,弯折端722与第一转动件721之间形成有与裙边713滑动配合的第一槽口723,双向滑动更为灵活,提高用户体验。
至少部分第二转动件724设置在间距内,在本实施例中,第二转动件724一端设置在间距内,第二转动件724靠近清洁头壳体41的一端与清洁头壳体41转动连接,第二转动件724远离清洁头壳体41的一端插入至滑动槽714内与转轴712转动连接。第一转动件721和第二转动件724靠近清洁头壳体41的一端 固定连接,以使得第一转动件721和第二转动件724运动同步。第二转动件724具有伸入至滑动槽714内的突出端725,突出端725自第二转动件724远离清洁头壳体41的一端向外突伸形成。突出端725与连接件711之间形成有与裙边713滑动配合的第二槽口726,同样实现第二转动件724和转轴712的双向滑动配合,提高用户体验。故,转轴712在第一槽口723和第二槽口726内在转轴712的轴线所在方向转动,轴线的轴线所在方向为第一方向。转轴712的转动带动连接件711转动、以带动抽吸管道6沿第一方向转动。
请参见图9和图12,清洁头4还具有用以行走的轮组8,轮组8与清洁头壳体41转动连接。为了防止在使用手持吸尘器100的过程中,清洁头4的前端翘起继而影响吸尘效率,至少部分轮组8和转轴712之间的连线与转轴712的垂直线重叠设置。轮组8包括靠近转轴712设置的后轮82和远离转轴712设置的前轮81,在本实施例中,后轮82的垂直线与转轴712的垂直线基本重叠(直线a所示方向),以此避免手持吸尘器100在工作过程中,清洁头4的前端翘起而影响吸尘效率。而前轮81和转轴712之间的连线与转轴712的垂直线存在夹角(直线b所示方向),夹角大于20°,使得清洁头4的重心更接近于前端,同样避免前端翘起。
请参见图1、图15和图16,握持部2包括与外壳11连接且位于进风口111下方的手柄21、设置于手柄21前方的支撑件20、可相对于手柄21运动的开关25、设置在手柄21内且与电池包51和主体部1电性连接的导流器26。需要说明的是,手柄21由握持壳体围设形成,开关25可相对握持壳体运动。其中,导流器26导通电源部5和主体部1,导流器26由开关25驱动以导通,因此,导流器26靠近开关25设置。施加外力于开关25,以使得开关25相对于手柄21运动继而与导流器26抵持,以驱动导流器26导通,主体部1工作。此外,握持部2铺设有与信号灯50电连接的信号线(未图示)和与驱动机构12电连接的电源线(未图示),其中,部分信号线铺设于支撑件20内,部分电源线铺设于手柄21内。需要说明的是,信号灯50用以显示手持吸尘器100是否处于工作状态。
握持部2为中空结构,部分开关25和导流器26设置在该中空结构内,连接电池包51与开关25的控制连接线(未图示)均收纳在握持部2的内部。通过将电池包51以及开关25设置在握持部2附近,方便走线,使得手持吸尘器100的整体结构紧凑。
开关25从起始位置至最终位置具有预设距离的第一行程和第二行程,且在开关25仅位于第二行程时,电源部5为驱动机构12供电。第一行程的距离和第二行程的距离之间的比值为0.5-1.5之间的任意值,关于第一行程和第二行程的具体距离和之间的比值在此不做具体限定,可根据实际进行选择。在一实施例中,第一行程和第二行程的距离可基本相同,以此可轻松启动手持吸尘器100。
握持外壳上开设有开口211,开关25包括设置在开口211内且至少部分突伸出开口211的第一开关件251、及与第一开关件251连接的第二开关件252,导流器26靠近第二开关件252设置。本实施例中,第一开关件251和第二开关件252一体成型设置。第一开关件251具有按压面2511,按压面2511与开口211所在平面具有夹角,以使得开关25在运动到第二行程结束时,按压面2511与开口211所在平面基本平行。按压该按压面2511直至按压面2511与开口211齐平,开关25与导流器26抵持以使得导流器26导通,即第二开关件252与导流器26抵持,导流器26闭合,驱动机构12工作以使得尘气分离机构13将尘气分离。具体的,开关25通过转动轴27与手柄21转动连接,第一开关件251和第二开关件252设置在转动轴27的两侧。这样设置的目的在于:以清洁头4为前方,当施力于第一开关件251以驱动第一开关件251朝向后方移动时,在转动轴27的作用下,第二开关件252朝向前方移动,以改变第二开关件252和导流器26之间的间距,进而实现第二开关件252和导流件136抵持。于握持部2的高度方向上,导流器26倾斜设置在手柄21内且位于第二开关件252的下方,第二开关件252的直径沿朝向导流器26的方向逐渐减小,且第二开关件252靠近导流器26的一端圆滑过渡,从而使得第二开关件252能相对导流器26顺利转动。导流器26上方设置有导通板261,导通板261一端固定在导流器26上,另一端设置在导流器26上方且与导流器26不接触。第二开关件252位于导通 板261的上方,按压第一开关件251以带动第二开关件252转动,继而使得在开关25位于第二行程时,第二开关件252与导流器26抵持,抵压导通板261向下移动并与导流器26接触,从而闭合导流器26,电源部5为驱动机构12供电。
此外,握持部2还包括用以使得开关25复位的弹性件(未图示)当施加在第一开关件251的力撤销后,弹性件驱动第一开关件251复位。弹性件水平设置在握持外壳内,开关25上设置有用以引导弹性件变形方向的第一导向柱(未图示),手柄21,即握持壳体上设置有用以引导弹性件变形方向的第二导向柱212,弹性件与第一导向柱和第二导向柱212连接,第一导向柱和第二导向柱212同时限定弹性件的位置。本实施例中,弹性件为弹簧,在其他实施例中,弹性件还可以为弹片等结构。
请参见图3、图16和图17,电池包51与握持部2可拆卸连接。具体的,电池包51上设置有与握持2电性连接的连接端子511及与握持部2可拆卸连接的锁止机构55,连接端子511和锁止机构55设置在电池包51沿拆装方向的同一端,且连接端子511和锁止机构55设置在电池包51远离手柄21且靠近支撑件20的一侧,锁止机构55用以将电池包51和握持部2锁定。
电池包51与握持部2插接,电池包51与握持部2的其中之一上设置有滑槽512,电池包51与握持部2的另一个上设置有与滑槽512配合的滑块23,以实现快速拆卸,方便快捷。当电池包51与握持部2插接后,锁止机构55将电池包51和握持部2锁定。
电池包51包括用于支撑手持吸尘器100的底壁517和与底壁517相邻的侧壁518,锁止机构55包括释放按钮551、及与释放按钮551连接且用于将将电池包51和握持部2锁定的锁止件552,释放按钮设置于侧壁518上,操作方便,向释放按钮551施加压力,带动锁止件552移动即可将电池包51与握持部2释放分离,诚然,在其他实施例中,电池包51和握持部2之间连接方式也可以为卡扣等方式,在此不一一列举。
握持部2上设置有插接部22,插接部22与连接端子511电性连接,以此实现电池包51给握持部2供电。为了连接端子511与插接部22对接以及电池包51和握持部2对接方便,连接端子511与滑槽512或滑块23位于电池包51朝向握持部2设置的一面上,从而简化手持吸尘器100的结构。
本实施例中,滑槽512设置在电池包51上,滑块23设置在握持部2上。以电池包51与握持部2插接的方向为前方,滑槽512具有滑槽开口5121,滑槽开口5121朝向前方设置,连接端子511位于滑槽512或滑块23的靠近电池包51边缘的一侧。
握持部2的滑块23从电池包51上的滑槽512的滑槽开口5121进入,滑块23与滑槽512配合以将握持部2和电池包51固定,施力可轻松将滑块23从滑槽512内滑出,以将电池包51从握持部2上拆卸,操作简单方便,省事省力。
为了进一步增加电池包51和握持部2的连接稳定性,电池包51上设置有紧固件513,握持部2上还设置有与紧固件513位置对应且与紧固件513螺纹配合的第一螺纹孔24。电池包51上贯穿设置有与紧固件513螺纹配合的第二螺纹孔514,紧固件513位于第二螺纹孔514内且与第一螺纹孔24螺纹连接进而将电池包51与握持部2固定,紧固件513为螺钉等结构。当要将电池包51从握持部2拆卸时,先将紧固件513从电池包51取下即可,在电池包51固定到握持部2上时,将紧固件513依次通过第二螺纹孔514和第一螺纹孔24并配合固定即可。诚然,在其他实施例中,电池包51与握持部2的固定方式也可以为其他方式,比如卡扣等。
电池包51还包括设置有若干相互电连接的电芯的电芯组件515、及形成有密闭腔体以收容电芯组件515的电池包壳体516,滑槽512或滑块23设置在电池包壳体516的外侧。在本实施例中,电芯设置的数量为六个,诚然,在其他实施例中,电芯的个数也可为其他,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。此外,电池包51内设置有用于冷却电芯的冷却流道(未图示),冷却流道的出气口56设置在侧壁518上且位于远离连接端子511的一端,从而增加电芯的使用寿命和使用过程中的安全性能。
请结合1或图2,以电池包51与握持部2插接的方向为前方,电池包51还包括与电芯组件515电性连接的电源线52,电源线52设置在电池包51的前侧,电源线52外接市电给电池包51充电。诚然,在其他实施例中,电池包包括电源线接口53,接口53、连接端子511和锁止机构设置在电池包51的同一端。电源线52通过接口53与电池包51可拆卸连接,当电池包51需要充电时,将电源线52插入到接口53即可。
电池包51还包括设置在电池包壳体516内且与电芯组件515电性连接的电路组件54,该电路组件54为电路板,连接端子511设置在该电路板上,电路板用以将电池包51和连接端子511电性对接。
需要说明的是,电池包51也可为外接市电的电源线52,但是电源线52的长度有限制,使得手持吸尘器100在使用中会受到距离的限制。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (90)

  1. 一种清洁头,其特征在于,包括:
    限定有抽吸口的清洁头壳体;
    与所述清洁头壳体转动连接的转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一旋转组件及设置于所述清洁头壳体和所述第一旋转组件之间的第二旋转组件,
    其中,所述第一旋转组件包括具有连接功能的连接件及设置在所述连接件靠近所述清洁头壳体一端的转轴,所述第二旋转组件的内壁限定有用于容纳所述转轴的容置腔,以在所述转轴位于所述容置腔时所述第一旋转组件可相对于所述第二旋转组件旋转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二旋转组件包括第一转动件和第二转动件,其中,所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件之间形成有用于容纳所述转轴的所述容置腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二转动件设置于所述第一转动件的内侧。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述转轴具有裙边,所述裙边与所述连接件之间形成有滑动槽,所述第二旋转组件通过所述滑动槽与所述转轴实现转动连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一转动件具有伸入至所述滑动槽内的弯折端,所述弯折端自所述第一转动件远离所述清洁头壳体的一端朝向所述连接件弯折形成,所述弯折端与所述第一转动件之间形成有与所述裙边滑动配合的第一槽口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二转动件具有伸入至所述滑动槽内的突出端,所述突出端自所述第二转动件远离所述清洁头壳体的一端向外突伸形成,所述突出端与所述连接件之间形成有与所述裙边滑动配合的第二槽口。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一转动件和第二转动件靠近所述清洁头壳体的一端固定连接,以使得所述第一转动件和第二转动件运动同步。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二旋转组件靠近所述清洁头壳体的一端与所述清洁头壳体转动连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二旋转组件可相对于所述清洁头壳体绕自身轴线旋转。
  10. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持吸尘器的抽吸管道可连接如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的清洁头。
  11. 一种清洁头,其特征在于,包括:
    限定有容置空间的清洁头壳体;
    设置于所述容置空间内的滚筒,所述滚筒的周向外表面设置有刷毛机构;其中,所述刷毛机构包括:
    基底,设置于所述滚筒的周向外边面;
    间隔固定于所述基底的第一刷毛组件和第二刷毛组件,所述第一刷毛组件的长度大于所述第二刷毛组件的长度,所述第一刷毛组件的硬度大于所述第二刷毛组件的硬度。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一刷毛组件和所述第二刷毛组件之间的高度差的范围为0.1-1.5mm。

  19. 如权利要求18所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一刷毛组件的宽度值为7-9mm中的任一数值,所述第二刷毛组件的宽度值为38-42mm中的任一数值。
  20. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持吸尘器的抽吸口可拆卸地连接如权利要求11-19中任一项所述的清洁头。
  21. 一种清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头包括:
    限定有容置空间的清洁头壳体;
    设置于所述容置空间内的滚筒;
    与所述清洁头壳体转动连接的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述清洁头具有用以行走的轮组,至少部分所述轮组和所述转轴之间的连线与所述转轴的垂直线基本重叠。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述轮组包括靠近所述转轴设置的后轮,所述后轮的垂直线与所述转轴的垂直线基本重叠。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述轮组包括远离所述转轴设置的前轮,所述前轮和所述转轴之间的连线与所述转轴的垂直线存在夹角,所述夹角大于20°。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头还包括设置在所述清洁头壳体上的毛条组件;当清洁头与目标物接触以清洁时,所述毛条组件与所述滚筒之间形成有用以防止气流外泄的密闭腔体。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述毛条组件包括沿所述清洁头壳体径向分布且相对设置的第一毛条、及用以连接所述第一毛条的第二毛条,所述第一毛条远离所述第二毛条的一端向上倾斜设置。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一毛条远离所述第二毛条的一端与所述清洁头壳体前端的距离小于所述滚筒轴线与所述清洁头壳体前端的距离。
  27. 如权利要求24所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头壳体上还设置有梳齿,所述梳齿的一端与所述滚筒抵持以对所述滚筒进行清理。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头壳体上设置有用以将尘气吸入的抽吸口,于所述清洁头的高度方向上,所述梳齿设置在所述抽吸口的上方。
  29. 如权利要求21所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述滚筒的周向外表面设置有刷毛机构,所述刷毛机构呈螺旋状设置在所述滚筒上。
  30. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持吸尘器的抽吸管道可连接如权利要求21-29中任一项所述的清洁头。
  31. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    主体部,其包括抽吸管道、用于产生沿所述抽吸管道流动的气流的驱动机构、与所述抽吸管道连通且用于将脏物和灰尘从所述气流分离的尘气分离机构;
    与所述主体部连接且用以握持的握持部;
    其中,所述尘气分离机构可拆卸地安装于所述主体部限定的收容空间内,其包括罩壳、设置于所述罩壳内的旋风分离组件、设置于所述罩壳的开口处的固定架和出风海帕,所述旋风分离组件和所述出风海帕均安装于所述固定架,以使所述旋风分离组件和所述出风海帕在所述固定架与所述罩壳分离后均保持在所述固定架上。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述旋风分离组件与所述固定架可拆卸连接。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述固定架的至少部分外表面形成部分所述手持吸尘器的外表面。

    与所述握持部可拆卸连接的电池包;其中,所述电池包上设置有与所述握持部电性连接的连接端子及与所述握持部可拆卸连接的锁止机构,所述连接端子和所述锁止机构设置在所述电池包沿拆装方向的同一端。

    所述握持部包括握持壳体和可相对于所述握持壳体运动的开关,其中,所述开关从起始位置至最终位置具有第一行程和第二行程,所述第一行程和第二行程均具有相对应的预设距离,且在所述开关仅位于所述第二行程时,所述电源部为所述驱动机构供电。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一行程的距离和所述第二行程的距离之间的比值为0.5-1.5之间的任意值。

    主体部,其包括抽吸管道、用于产生沿所述抽吸管道流动的气流的驱动机构、与所述抽吸管道连通且用于将脏物和灰尘从所述气流分离的尘气分离机构;
    与所述主体部连接且用以握持的握持部;
    其中,所述尘气分离机构包括具有旋风锥的旋风分离组件,所述旋风锥包括若干个锥体,每个所述锥体具有用以使得尘气流入至所述锥体内的入口及对 尘气分离后使得气流流出的出口,所述出口的长度为所述入口的长度的1.3-1.5倍。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述入口具有相对设置的第一侧边、及相对设置且与所述第一侧边连接的第二侧边,所述第一侧边的长度与所述第二侧边的长度比值范围为1.4-1.7。

  67. 如权利要求61所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述旋风分离组件还包括与所述旋风锥连接的筛网,所述筛网套设在所述旋风锥的外侧且与所述旋风锥之间存在间隙。

  70. 如权利要求69所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述出风海帕设置在所述旋风分离组件靠近所述驱动机构的一侧,所述尘气分离机构还包括与所述旋风分离组件连接的固定架,所述固定架用以将所述出风海帕夹持固定且与所 述驱动机构卡合对接。
  71. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,包括
    主体部,其包括抽吸管道、用于产生沿所述抽吸管道流动的气流的驱动机构、与所述抽吸管道连通且用于将脏物和灰尘从所述气流分离的尘气分离机构;
    与所述主体部连接且用以握持的握持部;
    所述主体部上开设有靠近所述驱动机构设置的进风口,所述尘气分离机构包括用以将尘气过滤且靠近所述进风口设置的筛网;所述筛网上开设有若干个网孔且具有远离所述进风口设置的第一端,所述第一端设置有远离所述筛网且向外延伸的裙部;其中,所述裙部的起始端与靠近所述第一端设置的网孔之间的间距为第一间距,沿所述尘气分离机构的轴向方向,所述若干个网孔所占长度为第二间距,所述第一间距至少为所述第二间距的五分之一。
  72. 如权利要求71所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一端与靠近所述第一端设置的网孔之间的间距大于等于5mm。
  73. 如权利要求71所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述筛网还具有靠近所述进风口设置的第二端,所述第二端与靠近所述第二端设置的网孔之间的间距为第三间距,所述第三间距至少为所述第二间距的五分之一。

  76. 如权利要求75所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述导流件设置在所述第二端;所述导流件具有导流面,所述导流面靠近所述网孔设置。
  77. 如权利要求76所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述导流面为斜面,所述斜面自靠近所述第二端向远离所述第二端的方向自上而下倾斜。
  78. 如权利要求75所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述导流件包括第一导流件及与所述第一导流件连接的第二导流件,所述第一导流件沿所述筛网的外圆周面设置,所述第二导流件自所述第二端向所述第一端延伸。
  79. 如权利要求75所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,沿所述尘气分离机构的轴向方向上,所述导流件末端的长度基本上与所述进风口的长度相同。
  80. 如权利要求71所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述抽吸管道的气流方向与所述尘气分离机构的轴向方向基本平行。
  81. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,包括
    主体部,其包括抽吸管道、用于产生沿所述抽吸管道流动的气流的驱动机构、与所述抽吸管道连通且用于将脏物和灰尘从所述气流分离的尘气分离机构;
    与所述主体部连接且用以握持的握持部;
    其中,所述驱动机构的旋转轴线和所述尘气分离机构的纵向轴线基本重合,所述握持部的轴线延伸穿过所述驱动机构和所述尘气分离机构之间的区域。
  82. 如权利要求81所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘气分离机构包括旋风分离组件、及与所述旋风分离组件连接且靠近所述驱动机构连接的出风海帕,所述握持部的轴线延伸穿过所述出风海帕。
  83. 如权利要求82所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述外壳上开设有靠近所述驱动机构设置的进风口,所述尘气分离机构包括具有通孔的罩壳,所述罩壳通过所述通孔与所述进风口连通设置;所述旋风分离组件设置在所述罩壳内。
  84. 如权利要求83所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述驱动机构外侧的外壳的直径小于所述罩壳的直径。
  85. 如权利要求83所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述进风口位于所述握持部的上方。
  86. 如权利要求83所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述工作部通过杆体与所述外壳连接,所述杆体与所述进风口连通设置。
  87. 如权利要求82所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述出风海帕与所述驱动机构之间还设置有用以加强密封性的第一密封件。
  88. 如权利要求82所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘气分离机构还包括与所述旋风分离组件连接的固定架,所述固定架用以将所述出风海帕夹持 固定且与所述驱动机构卡合对接。
  89. 如权利要求81所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持吸尘器还包括为所述驱动机构供电的电源部,所述电源部位于所述握持部远离所述驱动机构的一端。
  90. 如权利要求81所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘气分离机构可拆卸地安装于所述主体部限定的收容空间内。
