Description

折叠足浴器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种足浴器。
背景技术
传统的足浴器其盆壁是塑料件,不可折叠,因此体积非常大,不利于包装以及运输携带,故出现了可折叠的足浴器,如中国实用新型专利CN206026180U、CN208740819U、CN211049207U、CN211212829U、CN206924031U、CN209499552U授权公告文本,以及中国发明专利公开文本CN104287662A、CN112386144A,均公开了可折叠的足浴器,其包括上框架、底座、以及连接于上框架与底座之间的盆壁,上框架上设有盖板,所述盆壁由柔性材料制成并可折叠,盆壁展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时盆壁由支撑件进行支撑以防止盆壁塌陷,而支撑件设置在盆壁的外侧,在盆壁展开后,翻转该支撑件以对盆壁形成支撑。
技术问题
现有的这种可折叠足浴器还存在的缺点在于:1.折叠足浴器之所以设计为可折叠其目的就在于折叠后减小体积以方便包装和运输携带,但现有技术中的可折叠足浴器,其将支撑件设置在盆壁的外侧,在折叠后占据了一定的空间,与可折叠足浴器的减小体积的设计初衷不符。2.折叠足浴器时,需要将足浴器拿起来或翻转至底面朝上,然后将盆壁折叠,最后将支撑件翻转至折叠后足浴器的底面,操作麻烦。3.展开足浴器时,需要将折叠的足浴器翻转至底面朝上,然后展开支撑件和盆壁,操作麻烦。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有可折叠足浴器的上述不足,本发明提供一种折叠后的体积更小、操作更方便的折叠足浴器。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆、上框架、底座、以及连接于所述上框架与底座之间的盆壁,所述的上框架上设有盖板,所述盆壁由柔性材料制成并可折叠;
所述的盆壁展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁由所述的支撑杆进行支撑以防止盆壁塌陷;
所述的支撑杆位于所述的盆壁围成的空间中,该支撑杆的上端转动连接在所述的盖板上;
所述的盆壁展开后,所述的支撑杆支撑在所述的盖板和所述底座的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁形成支撑;
所述的盆壁折叠后,所述支撑杆翻转后向所述的盖板靠近,以让出盆壁折叠的空间。
进一步,所述支撑杆的下端为自由端,所述的盆壁展开后,所述支撑杆的下端支撑在所述的底座的底面上;所述的盆壁折叠后,所述支撑杆绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板。
进一步,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆位于所述盖板的下方。

有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:1.利用足浴器本身所带有的盖板作为支撑杆的上端支撑点,将支撑杆设于盆壁围成的空间中,这样当足浴器折叠后支撑杆折叠后的盆壁的空间内,或者足浴器折叠后支撑杆翻转后至盖板上方,对于折叠后的足浴器来说,其体积更小。2.在进行折叠操作时,至需要将支撑杆绕其上端转动后即可实现折叠,折叠操作非常方便。3.在将折叠的足浴器展开时,只需要将盆壁展开即可,然后将支撑杆支撑于盆壁中,展开操作非常方便。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一,参照图1-图4,一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆1、上框架2、底座3、以及连接于所述上框架2与底座3之间的盆壁4,所述的上框架2上设有盖板5,所述盆壁4由柔性材料制成并可折叠。
所述的盆壁4展开后盆壁4围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁4由所述的支撑杆1进行支撑以防止盆壁4塌陷。
所述的支撑杆1位于所述的盆壁4围成的空间中,该支撑杆1的上端转动连接在所述的盖板5上。
所述的盆壁4展开后,所述的支撑杆1支撑在所述的盖板5和所述底座3的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁4形成支撑。其中所述支撑杆1的下端为自由端,所述的盆壁4展开后,所述支撑杆1的下端支撑在所述的底座3的底面上,可在底座3的底面上设嵌槽6,所述的盆壁4展开后,所述支撑杆1的下端嵌入所述的嵌槽6中,支撑更加稳固。
所述的盆壁4折叠后,所述支撑杆1翻转后向所述的盖板5靠近,以让出盆壁4折叠的空间,所述支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板5,且该支撑杆1位于所述盖板5的下方,此时支撑杆1位于盖板5和底座3的底面之间的空间内。
在本实施例中,所述的支撑杆1横向转动连接在所述的盖板5上,转动连接的方式通常是在盖板5上设转轴7,支撑杆1穿设在转轴7上,或者是支撑杆上设转轴,转轴插入盖板中。所谓的“横向转动连接”即盆壁折叠后支撑杆1绕其上端翻转时是横向转动,转动后的支撑杆1横向卧于盖板5和底座3的底面之间的空间内。
支撑杆1横向转动连接在所述的盖板5上时,若支撑杆1活动连接在盖板5横向方向的中部,则支撑杆1须设置为伸缩杆,所述的盆壁4展开时所述的伸缩杆伸长,所述的盆壁4折叠时所述的伸缩杆缩短,伸缩杆的形式可设置为:伸缩杆由若干段套接的分杆组成,伸缩杆伸长各分杆拉出,伸缩杆缩短时和伸缩杆压缩后层层嵌套,这种伸缩杆是常规的技术,在此不再详细赘述。或者所述的支撑杆1须设置为:支撑杆1包括若干首尾相互转动连接的分杆,此时所述支撑杆1的下端也可转动连接在底座的底面上(当然也可仅仅支撑在底座的底面上而不是与其转动连接),所述的盆壁4展开时各分杆展开,所述的盆壁折叠时所有分杆或部分分杆折叠起来。若支撑杆1活动连接在盖板的横向方向的中部时,之所以支撑杆须采用伸缩杆或首尾相互转动连接的分杆,是因为支撑杆1横向转动后,其长度过大,无法容纳与盆壁4之内,故需要将支撑杆1缩短或折叠。
支撑杆1横向转动连接在所述的盖板5上时,最好所述的支撑杆1活动连接在所述盖板5的边缘,这样支撑杆1就不用采用上述伸缩杆或分杆折叠的方式,且支撑杆1最好有两根,两根支撑杆1分别活动连接在所述盖板5的左右两边缘,这样支撑杆1的支撑作用更稳固。当设置两根支撑杆1时,两支撑杆1的下部最好均设置凹陷的避让部8,当盆壁4折叠、支撑杆1翻转之后,两个所述支撑杆1的下端分别置于相对的避让部8中。
实施例二,参照图5-图11,一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆1、上框架2、底座3、以及连接于所述上框架2与底座3之间的盆壁4,所述的上框架2上设有盖板5,所述盆壁4由柔性材料制成并可折叠。
所述的盆壁4展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁4由所述的支撑杆1进行支撑以防止盆壁4塌陷。
所述的支撑杆1位于所述的盆壁4围成的空间中,该支撑杆1的上端转动连接在所述的盖板5上。
所述的盆壁4展开后,所述的支撑杆1支撑在所述的盖板5和所述底座3的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁4形成支撑。本实施例中所述支撑杆1的下端为自由端,所述的盆壁4展开后,所述支撑杆1的下端支撑在所述的底座3的底面上,可以在底座3的底面上设置支撑座9,支撑杆1的下端支撑在该支撑座9上。当然底座的底面也可不设支撑座,支撑杆的下端直接支撑在底座的底面上。
所述的盆壁4折叠后,所述支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板5,以让出盆壁4折叠的空间,本实施例中所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆1位于所述盖板5的下方,即位于盖板5和底座3之间的空间内。当然如图9所述,支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后可不是完全位于盖板5的正下方,而是位于盖板5之外的空间内,但从方位上来说,支撑杆1还是位于盖板5的下方,支撑杆1位于折叠后的盆壁4的空间内,还是起到了节约空间的作用。
本实施例中,所述的支撑杆1纵向转动连接在所述的盖板5上,即支撑杆1绕其上端翻转时是纵向转动,支撑杆1转动后纵向卧于盖板5和底座3之间。支撑杆1与盖板5的转动连接方式可以是在盖板5上设铰座10,支撑杆1上端铰接在铰座10上。当然也可以直接在盖板上设转轴,支撑杆上端穿设在该转轴上;或者在支撑杆上端设转轴,该转轴穿设在盖板上等方式。
所述的支撑杆1也可以为伸缩杆,所述的盆壁4展开时所述的伸缩杆伸长;所述的盆壁4折叠时所述的伸缩杆缩短。伸缩杆的形式可设置为:伸缩杆由若干段套接的分杆组成,伸缩杆伸长各分杆拉出,伸缩杆缩短时和伸缩杆压缩后层层嵌套,这种伸缩杆是常规的技术,在此不再详细赘述。采用伸缩杆的好处是:若在盆壁展开状态下,盖板到底座的底面之间的距离较高,则支撑杆的长度也必须较高,这种情况下支撑长度可能过长,以至于当支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,支撑杆超出盆壁的范围导致支撑杆无法容纳在折叠后的盆壁中,因此盆壁折叠时需要将支撑杆缩短。
还可在所述支撑杆1中设有喷水通道11,所述支撑杆1的下端设有与所述喷水通道11相连通的进水口12,所述支撑杆1上设有至少一个与所述喷水通道11相连通的喷水口13,所述底座3中设有喷水机构14,所述支撑杆1支撑在所述底座3的底面上时,所述喷水机构14与所述进水口12相连通,喷水机构14通过进水口12将水输送至喷水通道11,并最终从喷水口13喷出。喷水机构14的最常见的机构形式为水泵,水泵将足浴器中的水抽至喷水通道11中。
     在底座的底面上设支撑座9的情况下,可以在支撑座9中开设过水通道15,当支撑杆1支撑在支撑座9上时,支撑杆1下端的进水口12与支撑座9中的过水通道15连通,而支撑座9中的过水通道15与水泵的出水口连通,水泵将水首先抽至过水通道15,然后再进入喷水通道11。还可以在支撑座9上加装护套16,护套16上设缝隙,这样可以将水泵的进水口设于护套内,通过护套16的缝隙进水,更可产生较大面积的吸水效应,同时配合喷水口13的喷水,足浴器内会产生更多的水花或湍流。
实施例三,参照图12-图17,一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆1、上框架2、底座3、以及连接于所述上框架2与底座3之间的盆壁4,所述的上框架2上设有盖板5,所述盆壁4由柔性材料制成并可折叠。
所述的盆壁4展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁4由所述的支撑杆1进行支撑以防止盆壁4塌陷。
所述的支撑杆1位于所述的盆壁4围成的空间中,该支撑杆1的上端转动连接在所述的盖板5上。
所述的盆壁4展开后,所述的支撑杆1支撑在所述的盖板5和所述底座3的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁4形成支撑。本实施例中所述的支撑杆1包括若干首尾相互转动连接的分杆17(本实施例中分杆17为两根,当然可以采用数量更多的分杆),所述支撑杆1的下端转动连接在底座3的底面上。可以在底座3的底面上设置支撑座9,支撑杆1的下端转动连接在该支撑座9上。当然底座3的底面也可不设支撑座,支撑杆的下端直接转动连接在底座的底面上。支撑杆1的分杆17之间的转动连接方式可以是单纯的通过转动轴连接,为了使得分杆之间更方便的折叠还可以采用这种转动连接方式:上方的分杆的下端设有内凹槽18,下方的分杆的上端位于内凹槽18中,下方分杆的上端和内凹槽之间通过转动销转动连接;或者也可以采用这样的转动连接方式:上方的分杆和下方的分杆之间通过连接件转动连接,具体结构方式可以是:连接件为连接板19,连接板19上设有上铰轴20和下铰轴21,上方的分杆其下端铰接在上铰轴20上,下方的分杆其上端铰接在下铰轴21上,优选的,上方的分杆具有上凸肩22,下方的分杆具有下凸肩23,各分杆17展开后上凸肩22靠在连接板19的上端面上,下凸肩23靠在连接板19的下端面上,以达到对分杆的定位。
所述的盆壁4折叠后,所述支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板5,同时支撑杆的各分杆17之间亦折叠,以让出盆壁4折叠的空间,本实施例中所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转、各分杆17折叠后,该支撑杆1位于所述盖板5的下方,即位于盖板5和底座3之间的空间内。支撑杆1采用若干首尾相互转动连接的分杆17的形式切支撑杆下端转动连接在底座3底面上时,在盆壁4折叠和展开时,不需要手动翻转支撑杆1,只需要对盆壁4进行折叠或展开操作,支撑杆1的各分杆17随之折叠或展开。
本实施例中,所述的支撑杆1纵向转动连接在所述的盖板5上,即支撑杆1绕其上端翻转时,是纵向转动,支撑杆1翻转后纵向卧于盖板5和底座3之间。支撑杆1与盖板5的转动连接方式可以是在盖板5上设铰座10,支撑杆1上端铰接在铰座10上。当然也可以直接在盖板上设转动,支撑杆上端穿设在该转轴上;或者在支撑杆上端设转轴,该转轴穿设在盖板上等方式。
还可在所述支撑杆1中设有喷水通道,所述支撑杆1的下端设有与所述喷水通道相连通的进水口12,所述支撑杆1上设有至少一个与所述喷水通道相连通的喷水口13,所述底座3中设有喷水机构14,所述支撑杆1支撑在所述底座3的底面上时,所述喷水机构14与所述进水口12相连通,喷水机构14通过进水口12将水输送至喷水通道,并最终从喷水口13喷出。喷水机构14的最常见的机构形式为水泵,水泵将足浴器中的水抽至喷水通道中。
     在底座的底面上设支撑座9的情况下,可以在支撑座9中开设过水通道15,支撑杆下端的进水口12与支撑座中的过水通道15连通,而支撑座中的过水通道15与水泵的出水口连通,足浴器中的水由水泵抽至过水通道15,在进入到喷水通道中。
实施例四,参照图18-图21,一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆1、上框架2、底座3、以及连接于所述上框架2与底座3之间的盆壁4,所述的上框架2上设有盖板5,所述盆壁4由柔性材料制成并可折叠。
所述的盆壁4展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁4由所述的支撑杆1进行支撑以防止盆壁4塌陷。
所述的支撑杆1位于所述的盆壁4围成的空间中,该支撑杆1的上端转动连接在所述的盖板5上。
所述的盆壁4展开后,所述的支撑杆1支撑在所述的盖板5和所述底座3的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁4形成支撑。所述支撑杆1的下端为自由端,所述的盆壁4展开后,所述支撑杆1的下端支撑在所述的底座3的底面上。
所述的盆壁4折叠后,所述支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板5,以让出盆壁4折叠的空间。本实施例中,所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆1位于所述盖板5的上方,为了进一步减小支撑杆1翻转后的产品体积,所述盖板5的上表面设有容纳凹槽24,所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆1位于所述的容纳凹槽24中。
本实施例中,所述的支撑杆1纵向转动连接在所述的盖板5上,即所述的盆壁4折叠后,即支撑杆1绕其上端翻转时,是纵向转动,支撑杆1翻转后纵向卧于盖板5上方。为了支撑杆1可顺利翻转至盖板5上方,支撑杆可通过铰链转动连接在盖板边缘;或者可在盖板5边缘开设缺口25,支撑杆1的上端位于该缺口25内且与缺口的边缘通过转动销26连接。
实施例五,参照图22-图23,本实施例中,所述的盖板5上定位机构,所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后,由所述的定位机构对其进行定位,防止支撑杆1在折叠后的盆壁4内晃动。所述的定位机构可以设置为设于所述盖板5上的卡槽27,所述的支撑杆1绕其上端翻转后该支撑杆1卡入所述的卡槽27中。
档案,定位机构还可以采用其他形式,例如所述的定位机构为设于所述盖板上的定位磁铁,所述的支撑杆上设有铁块或被动磁铁,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后所述的铁块或被动磁铁与所述的定位磁铁相吸。
其余结构和实施方式与实施例一或实施例二或实施例三或实施例四相同。
实施例六,参照图24-图28,本实施例中,所述的上框架2上可拆卸的设有柔性的抓手28,所述的抓手28至少部分覆盖所述上框架2的外侧,最好是抓手28将上框架2的外侧全部包裹,这样在抓手28处抓取足浴器时手感更好。
将抓手28可拆卸的安装在上框架2的上意义在于:当盆壁4折叠后,折叠的足浴器体积已经较小,但是为了进一步减小体积,将抓手28拆卸下来后装入折叠后后的盆壁中,可进一步较小产品的体积。虽然减小的尺寸大致相当于抓手28的厚度,但是在电商平台销售时,该尺寸至关重要,不但可进一步减小产品尺寸从而减小包装尺寸,更可为产品包装尺寸符合电商平台的包装尺寸要求留出了可调整的空间。
本实施例中,所述的上框架2上设有凹槽29,所述的抓手设于所述的凹槽29上,这样取下抓手28后产品的整体体积更小。
上框架2与抓手28的可拆卸连接方式不做限定,只要能将抓手28拆卸下来即可。本实施例中,所述的抓手28与所述的上框架2卡扣连接。当然可以采用魔术扣连接、螺钉连接、螺纹连接等方式。
本实施例中,抓手28与上框架2的具体卡扣连接结构为:所述的抓手28上卡扣31,通过该卡扣31将抓手28卡接固定在上框架2上(当然也可在上框架上设有卡扣,通过该卡扣卡到抓手上将抓手固定)。
为了进一步方便进行卡扣连接,所述的抓手28上设有弹性瓣片30,所述的卡扣31设于所述的弹性瓣片上,弹性瓣片30的形成方式可以是:在抓手28上设狭缝,两狭缝之间形成弹性瓣片30。本实施例中所述的弹性瓣片30有两片,每片弹性瓣片30上均设有卡扣31,两片弹性板瓣片30之间还设有中间卡钩32,所述的中间卡钩32亦卡在所述的上框架2上。
本实施例中,所述的抓手28具有外扩的抓取部33,进一步便于抓取,所述的弹性瓣片30位于所述抓取部33的内侧。
本实施例中,所述的抓手28和所述的上框架2之间还通过竖向的滑轨连接,进一步方稳固该抓手28且便于安装。本实施例中上述滑轨连接的具体结构为:所述的抓手28上设有滑条34,所述的上框架2上设有滑槽35,所述的滑条34滑入所述的滑槽35中。本实施例中所述滑槽35和滑条34的横截面均呈T字形。
其余结构和实施方式与实施例一或实施例二或实施例三或实施例四或实施例五相同。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种折叠足浴器,包括支撑杆、上框架、底座、以及连接于所述上框架与底座之间的盆壁,所述的上框架上设有盖板,所述盆壁由柔性材料制成并可折叠;
    所述的盆壁展开后盆壁围成足浴区,此时所述的盆壁由所述的支撑杆进行支撑以防止盆壁塌陷;
    其特征在于:所述的支撑杆位于所述的盆壁围成的空间中,该支撑杆的上端转动连接在所述的盖板上;
    所述的盆壁展开后,所述的支撑杆支撑在所述的盖板和所述底座的底面之间从而对所述的盆壁形成支撑;
    所述的盆壁折叠后,所述支撑杆翻转后向所述的盖板靠近,以让出盆壁折叠的空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆的下端为自由端,所述的盆壁展开后,所述支撑杆的下端支撑在所述的底座的底面上;所述的盆壁折叠后,所述支撑杆绕其上端翻转后靠近所述的盖板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆位于所述盖板的下方。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆位于所述盖板的上方。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述盖板的上表面设有容纳凹槽,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,该支撑杆位于所述的容纳凹槽中。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆包括若干段分杆,所述的分杆之间首尾转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求2-6之一所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的盖板上定位机构,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后,由所述的定位机构对其进行定位。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的定位机构为设于所述盖板上的卡槽,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后该支撑杆卡入所述的卡槽中;
    或者所述的定位机构为设于所述盖板上的定位磁铁,所述的支撑杆上设有铁块或被动磁铁,所述的支撑杆绕其上端翻转后所述的铁块或被动磁铁与所述的定位磁铁相吸。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆为伸缩杆,所述的盆壁展开时所述的伸缩杆伸长;所述的盆壁折叠时所述的伸缩杆缩短。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆包括若干首尾相互转动连接的分杆,所述支撑杆的下端转动连接在底座的底面上。
  11. 如权利要求1-6之一所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆纵向转动连接在所述的盖板上。
  12. 如权利要求1-6之一所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆横向转动连接在所述的盖板上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆活动连接在所述盖板的边缘。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的支撑杆有两根,两根支撑杆分别活动连接在所述盖板的左右两边缘。
  15. 如权利要求1-6之一所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的上框架上可拆卸的设有柔性的抓手,所述的抓手至少部分覆盖所述上框架的外侧。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述的上框架上设有凹槽,所述的抓手设于所述的凹槽上。
  17. 如权利要求1-6之一所述的折叠足浴器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆中设有喷水通道,所述支撑杆的下端设有与所述喷水通道相连通的进水口,所述支撑杆上设有至少一个与所述喷水通道相连通的喷水口,所述底座中设有喷水机构,所述支撑杆支撑在所述底座的底面上时,所述喷水机构与所述进水口相连通。
