在具体实施过程中,本发明的系统以软件或APP形式体现。用户可通过自身的智能移动终端完成角色注册,根据其职能选择成为操作者角色或受检者角色。检测设备在其生产时即被附带唯一性身份标识,在进行检测活动时,操作者角色需要与检测设备实现无线连接,即将操作者的标识与检测设备的标识绑定,标定为操作者一方。受检者角色在被检测时,也需要与检测设备实现无线连接,即将自己的标识与检测设备的标识绑定,标定为受检者一方。操作者角色根据要求对受检者进行采样,并使用检测设备进行检测,并对检测结果拍照,再将本次检测活动的所有数据信息上传至服务器,本次检测活动的数据包括拍摄的检测结果图像信息、操作者角色身份信息、受检者角色身份信息和检测设备相关信息。
而该系统还会基于图像识别技术,对上传至服务器的检测结果图像进行识别,并判断检测结果有效性,同时判断整个提交数据的完整性、有效性;组织或系统的其他操作者可以检测提交数据是否准确,并对检测结果进行更正;所有检测数据,汇总在数据页面,通过地图的形式向用户呈现,用户能够快速查 看当前的检测结果概况和病原体和抗体传播情况。
本发明通过软件系统将个人智能移动设备与医学胶体金试纸等硬件结合,达到快速医学数据数字化固定、管理、并网和监控。为每一个检测设备、操作者、受检者生成唯一身份标识,并可以通过个人移动通讯智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能手环等穿戴式硬件装置识别标识,建立联系。支持二维码、NFC、蓝牙、WIFI等多种连接方式。同时可实现现场快速研判报告个人是否存在特定病原体和抗体感染和感染病原体和抗体的拷贝数。对特定空间、时间维度的个人、人群、组织机构感染情况描述,动态变化和管理。检测罹患个人或者人群病原体和抗体拷贝数对治疗的反应,将数据传至医疗或者预防机构实体,同时可实现流行病学追踪病原体和抗体感染者或者群体,绘制时间、空间分布图。通过本发明的系统,可至少同时捕捉、处理胶体金试纸条2条条带,对应病原体和抗体的多重位点或者多重病原体和抗体的检测,提高病原体和抗体检测的敏感性和帮助多重病原体和抗体的鉴别诊断。
以下以新冠病毒检测为例进行说明:
使用采集50-100微升个人唾液、鼻或咽拭纸采样品,加入病毒裂解液按1:1混合,置于数字化干浴加热盒,90摄氏度放置20分钟,并冷却到室温。
取5微升上述处理样品,加入逆转录/等温扩增体系管后置于置于数字化干浴加热盒,42摄氏度放置20分钟。
将样本反应管放入在12毫米宽、45毫米高的样本夹底部,放入后关闭扣紧样本夹,样本反应管与样本夹紧相连部分为4毫米。
检测胶体金检测盒宽27毫米、高65毫米,分为顶端封闭的15毫米宽反应室和顶端开口12毫米宽样本放置室,反应室和放置室中间隔开,间隔底部有5毫米空隙。
检测胶体金检测盒的反应室内含5毫米宽的反应试纸,试纸下方为15毫米样品垫,样品垫上方15毫米处有第二条试纸检测线,样品垫上方20毫米处有第一条试纸检测线,样品垫上方25毫米处有试纸控制线,其中2条检测线显色用于检测病毒阳性,1条检测线显色用于检测病毒阴性,控制线显色用于检测试纸的有效性。
带有样本反应管的样本夹放置在胶体金检测盒的样本放置室内后,顶部卡扣下压后锁紧,整个检胶体金检测盒处于完全封闭状态。
检测盒的放置室底部有刺装物,用于刺穿袋状样本容器,样本反应管刺穿后,样本混合液流入胶体金反应室,然后等待胶体金显色3分钟。
试纸的反应变化可以通过个人智能移动通讯设备拍摄,软件系统捕捉、研判、报告和传输数据并管理。
反应后装置按规范无害处置。
上述所使用的胶体金试纸,是用于检测病原体本身,而其中,还需要注意的是,可在试纸上增加磁性垫及磁性材料,以同时检测样本中的抗体含量,提高检测可靠性;或改用检测抗体的试纸,以直接检测样本中的抗体含量,从而测定人体当前的病况或免疫程度。检测抗体时,需要将试纸放入其他磁性检测设备,读取数据并通过网络同步到检测结果中,从而用户可通过该系统获取相关的检测信息和检测结果。
区别于现有技术,本发明提供了一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,通过为检测设备标注唯一标识码,保证了作为检测设备的装置、试剂或试纸从生产到检测活动时的真实性,并确保了操作者、受检者的身份真实有效性,让检测设备通过智能通讯终端、可穿戴智能设备与检测者或被检测者建立直接的连接。同时还解决了松散的大型社会组织检测数据的统计和管理问题,通过 图像识别技术和人员审核提高了检测结果判定的有效性和执行效率,通过数据呈现,快速直观查看各类组织的病原体和抗体传播时空分布情况。本发明能够支撑大范围、快速、有效的病原体和抗体检测,流程简单,部署便捷,提升病原体和抗体检测的准确性和检测效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    检测设备,用于检测病原体和抗体;
    身份创建模块,用于为检测设备创建唯一性身份标识,和根据用户信息创建带有唯一性身份标识的操作者角色或受检者角色;
    绑定模块,用于根据待进行的检测活动,使所述检测设备、操作者角色和受检者角色与本次检测活动绑定;
    检测信息处理模块,用于获取检测设备的检测结果,并对检测结果的准确性进行判断;
    智能移动终端模块,用于识别检测设备、操作者角色或受检者角色的唯一性身份标识,并且用于为所述操作者角色或受检者角色获取本次检测活动的数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述身份创建模块根据用户的注册信息、手机验证码或LBS信息,生成对应所述操作者角色或受检者角色的身份标识码。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,身份创建模块创建操作者角色或受检者角色时,还生成对应其身份标识码的二维码、NFC标签、蓝牙识别地址、WIFI识别地址中的一种或几种。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述操作者角色通过智能移动终端模块的二维码扫描、NFC连接、蓝牙或WIFI连接识别检测设备或受检者角色的唯一性身份标识,将检测设备或受检者角色与本次检测活动绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测信息处理模块可通过摄像设备获取检测设备的检测结果图像 信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测信息处理模块根据图像识别技术,对所述摄像设备拍摄的检测结果图像信息和检测设备的标准输出结果图像信息进行比较,以完成对检测结果的准确性的检验。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测信息处理模块还可将所有检测活动的检测数据进行汇总,并形成对应的地图信息,所述操作者角色或受检者角色可通过智能移动终端模块获取该地图信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述操作者角色还可通过身份创建模块创建具有唯一性身份标识的组织。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述组织还可创建其附属的下级组织,其他的操作者角色或受检者角色可加入所述组织或其下级组织。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动终端的病原体和抗体检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测设备包括胶体金试纸。
