Abstract

The present invention relates to an immune-enhancer and anti-ageing homogeneous nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition. Accordingly, said homogeneous nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition contains completely herbal-based hot pepper, black mulberry, anise, stinging nettle, fig, olive, semen pegani, mistletoe and poppy components. In this way, it is possible to obtain anti-ageing fatty acids and phenolic compounds for the human body.

Description

AN IMMUNE-ENHANCER AND ANTI-AGEING NUTRACEUTICAL OR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to an immune-enhancer and anti-ageing nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition with the herbal-based components included therein in certain percentages by weight.
PRIOR ART
Old age is defined as a stage in which physical and mental changes are seen in the later period of life as an extension of adulthood. Old age defined in this way in general is accepted as a period in which different criteria such as physiological changes, psycho-social factors and chronology are taken into account in the definition.
Free radicals, decreasing hormones, exposure of the skin to UV rays, sedentary life, smoking, stress and unhealthy nutrition are the main causes of early ageing. The skin, which is directly affected by the environment and lifestyle, is the organ in which the signs of ageing are seen the most.
Biochemical function changes in the human body with ageing cause changes in many periods from cells to organs. Along with these extremely complex changes, the immune system naturally ages.
As it is known in the art, it is possible to slow down the ageing process with certain methods. By means of anti-ageing applications, which are part of preventive medicine, the energy of cells is increased; the ageing process of the skin is slowed down with cosmetic care.
Today, the operations made to prevent old age is generally the use of synthetic drugs or the application of aesthetic operations. The mentioned drugs and aesthetic operations are external measures done for the human body. Vegetables and fruits, which are used as herbal-based nutraceutical compositions, can be used as anti-ageing applications due to the antioxidant compounds contained therein. This method is a completely natural method and it is to ensure that the compounds the body needs are taken in one respect. As a result, it is aimed to use natural methods as anti-ageing, to prevent the use of surgical operations and synthetic drugs to which the body may react as mentioned earlier with the invention. It is anticipated that the herbal-based nutraceutical or pharmaceutical compositions obtained for this purpose will meet the innovation criteria for the relevant technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the related technical field.
A purpose of the invention is to propound an anti-ageing nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition.
A purpose of the invention is to propound a completely herbal-based nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition without any side effects.
The present invention relates to a homogeneous immune-enhancer and anti-ageing nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition in order to achieve all purposes which were mentioned above and will emerge from the detailed description below. Accordingly, said homogeneous nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition contains completely herbalbased hot pepper, black mulberry, anise, stinging nettle, fig, olive, semen pegani, mistletoe and poppy components. In this way, it is possible to obtain anti-ageing fatty acid and phenolic compounds for the human body.
A possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition contains hot pepper component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; black mulberry component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; anise component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; stinging nettle component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; fig component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; olive component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; semen pegani at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; mistletoe at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; and poppy seed at a value between 1% to 15% by weight.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition contains the hemp oil component as a solvent in certain percentages by weight. Thus, it is possible to obtain an anti-ageing nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition in liquid form.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition has a weight ratio of homogeneous composition/hemp oil in the range of 1 :2 to 1 :4.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition additionally contains one or more various auxiliary products. Thus, it is ensured that the effect of the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition to be obtained in the invention is increased.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition contains additionally at least one other active ingredient with anti-ageing feature.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition can be formulated in solid or liquid dosage forms.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition can be formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that if the homogeneous composition is formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection, said dosage form can be formulated in one of the dosage forms suitable for intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, abdominal administration.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous composition can be formulated in dosage forms suitable for cutaneous intake.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject of the invention relates to an immune-enhancer and anti-aging (anti-ageing agent (AAA)) nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition due to the herbal-based components contained therein in certain percentages by weight; it is only explained with examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
The nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained in the invention contains completely herbal-based components. The mentioned components contain high amounts of fatty acids and phenolic compounds. It is known from studies in the literature that the mentioned fatty acid and phenolic components are important for the human body in terms of providing anti-ageing feature.
The nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained in the invention does not have any toxic side effects to the human body, since it contains completely herbal-based components.
The pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition contains hot pepper component, which contains beta carotene, antioxidant, vitamin C and the primary active ingredient capsaicin. Capsaicin, which is the active ingredient of hot pepper, has a pain-relieving and pleasing effect in the body as it stimulates the secretion of endorphins in the brain. The hot pepper strengthens the immune system with its antioxidants; and it is also among the vegetables with the strongest anti-carcinogenic effect.
The nutraceutical composition contains black mulberry component, which is a very powerful antioxidant with meeting most of the daily iron mineral needs, in addition to being rich in vitamins A, B and K. The mentioned black mulberry contains beta carotene, alpha carotene, fiber, magnesium, calcium, and potassium minerals.
The nutraceutical composition contains star anise component with strong antioxidant, antiseptic, antifungal effect. The star anise component contains high amount of shikimic acid.
The nutraceutical composition contains stinging nettle component, which contains vitamins A, B and K, riboflavin, niacin, folate, phosphorus, carbohydrates, fat and proteins, and also has a strong antioxidant effect.
The nutraceutical composition contains vitamins A, K and E, magnesium, iron and calcium minerals and fresh fig component with high antioxidant feature. The fig also contains structures rich in natural sugars and soluble fibers.
The nutraceutical composition contains the olive component, which plays a role in cleaning up the high amounts of free radical molecules and has an anti-carcinogenic effect by containing a-tocopherol and phenols.
The nutraceutical composition contains semen pegani, which contains high amounts of alkaloids and fatty acids, as well as vitamins A and C. The nutraceutical composition contains mistletoe, which contains high amount of vitamin A, amount of oil, magnesium mineral and iron minerals.
The nutraceutical composition contains poppy seeds, which contain high amounts of minerals such as omega-3, zinc, potassium, manganese, and copper.
The common feature of all the components included in the nutraceutical composition of the invention is that they contain high amount of fatty acid, mineral and phenolic compounds. With the inclusion of said components in the composition, anti-ageing features are provided. As is known in the art, fatty acid and phenolic compounds provide anti-ageing features for the human body.
The pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition of the invention has a completely herbalbased structure that does not have any toxic effect if applied to the patient. The pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition contains red hot pepper component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; black mulberry component at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight; anise component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; stinging nettle component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; fig component at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight; olive component at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight; semen pegani at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight; mistletoe at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight; poppy seed at a value between 1 % to 15% by weight, at a total weight of 100%.
All the components used in obtaining the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition are first brought together in the percentages by weight mentioned above, and a homogeneous mixture in powder form is achieved by means of a mixer. Another mixture is formed by adding 2 liters of hemp oil to the 1 -kilogram weight of the homogeneous mixture obtained. The homogeneous powder mixture/hemp oil mixture obtained in this way is kept for at least 19 days. The mixture is mixed by means of a mixer three times a day for at least 19 days. The obtained mixture is then put into a pumpkin; and kept here for at least 19 days too. After this process, the oil accumulated on the upper part of the mixture in the pumpkin is taken to be used in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition extraction.
The expression "anti-ageing agent" used within the scope of the present invention is used to mean a combination that prevents or restricts the events that bring about structural and functional changes and cell death of the human organism that occur under the influence of environmental factors or are regulated by a genetic program.
The present invention relates to the use of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical homogeneous mixture as anti-ageing agent and immune-enhancer agent. The pharmaceutical or nutraceutical homogeneous mixture also has activity as an antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, immune-enhancer, anti-carcinogenic, antiparasitic agent.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition can be formulated in solid or liquid dosage forms. In this way, the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition obtained by the invention is ensured to be taken into the body in the most effective way.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition can be formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection into the body.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that if the homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition is formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection, said dosage form can be formulated in one of the dosage forms suitable for intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, abdominal administration. The pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition obtained by the invention is ensured to be taken into the body in the most effective way.
The possible embodiment of the invention is that the homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition can be formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake through the skin.
Fats included in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained in the invention are saturated fatty acid at the ratio of 84,25% and unsaturated fatty acid at the ratio of 14,25%. The weight percentage of fatty acids in the composition is given in Table 1 in detail.
Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids are the most common fatty acids in the composition.

The nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained in the invention contains high amounts of fatty acid, zinc, iron, phosphorus and potassium minerals. Accordingly, structural analysis results of the obtained composition are given in Table 2.

As can be seen from the data in the tables, the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained as an anti-ageing agent contains high amounts of mineral and fatty acid. These mentioned mineral, fatty acid and phenolic compounds are known to be important compounds in obtaining the anti-ageing agent, the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition extraction with high amount of these nutritional values is provided for the relevant technical field.
The nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition obtained in the invention is referred to by the reference name HBX-HGM71 (AAA).
HBX-HGM71 (AAA) is a powerful agent obtained by combining many antioxidant-rich components, regarding strengthening the immune system in the most effective way. The obtained composition is very rich in omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids, as shown in Table 1 .
The main purpose of HBX-HGM71 (AAA) is to understand the biology of ageing and to increase the quality of life and to try to extend it with interventions that improve general health. Vitamin, mineral, cholesterol, triglyceride and hormone levels are determined by blood and hormone tests. Healthy people are supported with anti-ageing applications, and treatment is supported in the presence of disease. HBX-HGM71 (AAA) is a physical oil extraction and consists of very rich components.
The inventors present the data confirming the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical homogeneous mixture structure to your attention in this application. Considering all these presented data and the state of the art, it is seen that the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical homogeneous mixtures appropriate for the invention are a new mixture that has not been disclosed before in the state of the art. It is shown that the mixture appropriate for the present invention is new and has an inventive step by surpassing the state of the art.
The protection of the invention is specified in the attached claims and cannot be limited to what is described in this detailed description for exemplification purposes. Because it is clear that a person skilled in the art can present similar embodiments in the light of what has been explained above without digressing from the main theme of the invention.

Claims

9 CLAIMS
1. The invention relates to an immune-enhancer and anti-ageing homogeneous nutraceutical or pharmaceutical composition, characterized in that; the said homogeneous composition contains completely herbal-based hot pepper, black mulberry, anise, stinging nettle, fig, olive, semen pegani, mistletoe and poppy components.
2. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; the homogenous composition contains hot pepper component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; black mulberry component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; anise component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; stinging nettle component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; fig component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; olive component at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; semen pegani at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; mistletoe at a value between 1% to 15% by weight; poppy seed at a value between 1% to 15% by weight.
3. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; the homogenous composition contains the hemp oil component as a solvent in certain percentages by weight.
4. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that; the homogeneous composition/hemp oil percentage by weight is 1 :2 to 1 :4.
5. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; it additionally contains one or more various auxiliary products.
6. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; it contains additionally at least one other active ingredient with anti-ageing feature.
7. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; it can be formulated in solid or liquid dosage forms.
8. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; it can be formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection. A homogeneous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition according to Claim 8, characterized in that; if it is formulated in dosage forms suitable for intake by injection, said dosage form can be formulated in one of the dosage forms suitable for intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, abdominal administration.
