Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Spritzgussteils (2), wobei ein Kunststoffmaterial in eine das Spritzgussteil (2) ausformende Kavität (13) gespritzt wird, wobei das Kunststoffmaterial in einem Bindenahtbereich (12) der Kavität (13), bei welchem das Kunststoffmaterial während eines Spritzgussprozesses von zwei Richtungen (S1, S2) aufeinandertrifft, über mindestens zwei Überlaufpunkte (14a, 14b) zumindest teilweise aus der Kavität (13) abgeführt, und dabei lokal zwischen den Überlaufpunkten (14a, 14b) verwirbelt oder vermischt wird.
